Welcome back everyone and I hope you're all having a great day and staying well, it's time for the next installment in my "Cooper's creed" story line, last time Clockwerk was put down for GOOD but now get ready for more surprises, now that I've made my 20th Skyrim build, I'm BACK with more of my Sly Cooper/Assassin's creed crossover
There will be new characters from the cannon showing up, new additions from a few other franchises that I think will fir here rather nicely and more than a few surprises
Also, another thing before we get started is the fact that I'm throwing in more than a handful of OC characters for this story, so if you notice that there are more characters than in Sly Cooper game cannon, I'll do my absolute best to involve them in the various jobs throughout the third Sly Cooper game
But now it's time for the NEXT adventure, I present to you
"Cooper's creed 3 The Assassin's vault"
But without delay
Let's get into it, it's gonna be a WILD ride
Chapter 1 Inheritance
(Paris, 1 year later)
In the city of love, stars were shining in the night sky and things were silent and peaceful, but it wasn't without it's prowlers around, the Cooper gang has been no-shows for the last year ever since the Clockwerk incident was put to a permanent end…but, not without Bentley losing the use of his legs, so the gang individually decided to take some personal time to recover from their ordeal and do their own things, but now things were picking back up, we now see a local museum where nightshift guards were patrolling around the grounds both inside and outside of the building do whatever they could to protect the valuable and historical items that were in the building from those who would try to steal them, that was until four shadowy figures moved on the rooftops before the figures climbed to the top of the building, once on top, one of them pulled out a pair of lockpicks before tinkering with the lock before forcing it open
"Open say's me" The figure who opened the skyline said in a male voice, another one of the figures then armed themselves with what looked like a silenced sniper rifle before firing a small device at one of the inside security camera's
"Do your thing" The figure who shot th device said in a female, Russian-like voice after another of the figures typed in a couple of things on a wrist-mounted keyboard the device that was shot lit up green which fixed the security feed form the cameras making it so they would play the footage from the previous night
"Well" One of the figures, who sounded male asked the figure who worked on the wrist-mounted keyboard
"You have three minutes, so make it quick" Another figure who sounded female said before he tossed down a rope before the one with the firearm moving in, once down, the male figure spotted three guards patrolling, the male figure then pulled out what looked like Senbon needles before throwing them at all four of the guards one by one and putting them to sleep thanks to the sleeping potion, the male figure then dropped to the ground before walking to one of the several paintings
"Do you see it" One of the female figures asked through an earpiece
"Yeah" The male figure whispered before he took out a razor and carefully removed the painting but the painting itself wasn't what the figure was after, it was something behind it, it was a large sheet of blank paper looked old, the male figure took it before placing the painting back in place
"I got it" The male figure whispered
"SWEET" The other male figure said
"Then get out of there, you've got a minute left on the clock" One of the female figures called from the earpiece as the male figure moved quickly before quickly climbing the rope and got out of the museum mere seconds before the camera were brought back online, soon enough the guards woke up, at first, they were concerned that something was stolen but to their surprise, nothing was stolen as they pulled the Senbon's out of where they hit them, it was weird, but since nothing appeared to be stolen, they soon forgot the incident meanwhile the four figures were traveling across the rooftops

The four figures were on a random rooftop then two more figures showed up
"Did you get it" One of the new figures asked the other figures who stole the mysterious item from the museum then stepped into the light to reveal themselves
"We got it master" The first figure said (The first male figure is in the outfit of Prometheus from "Arrow" but with a dark silver veil over the mouth along with having belt of Senbon needles on his calves, forearms and chest harness along with a Katana on the back of his right shoulder in a scabbard, the second male figure revealed himself to be a twenty-year-old looking, dark purple fur-colored hedgehog almost the spitting image of Silver the hedgehog from "Sonic the hedgehog" but he had Shadow's chest fur and Sonic's face along with bright, red streaks in his quills he was wearing a baggy pair of gray pants, a pair of black and white basketball sneakers and a dark blue hoodie that wasn't zipped up and had it's long sleeves rolled up to the elbows he also had a brown bandana wrapped around his neck, black, fingerless gloves and carried with him what looked like a high-tech skateboard which looks like Michelangelo's rocket-powered skateboard from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles out of the shadows", the first of the two female figures was a twenty-four-year-old wolf with light gray fur and a white underbelly, having hair that was so long it nearly reached the back of her knees and was tied in a long ponytail on the back of her head that was colored dark purple and had a single, light green streak in it, she has yellow eyes and both ears are pierced with earrings she was wearing the same outfit and wielded the same sniper rifle as Caitlyn from "League of legends" does, the other female figure is a cream fur colored rabbit who looked no more than seventeen years old, having two long rabbit ears that almost went to her lower back and had pink ribbons tied where her ears connect to her head, she also had long, dark brown hair that was tied in four long, braided strands each as long as her rabbit ears, she also has sea blue eyes, she's wearing the same clothes that Isla from "King of fighters XV" wears, the masked male figure then removed the hood and veil to show a male black panther who looked about twenty six years old)
"How did we do" The rabbit girl asked as the other two figures stepped into the moonlight to reveal Neyla and her one and only lover, Sly Cooper, over the year that passed both had changed their hair styles (Neyla's hair style is now like Freya's hair style from "God of war Ragnarok" and Sly's hair style is like that of Sasuke Uchiha from "Boruto")
"T'Challa" Sly said as he looked at the black panther boy (And yes, the Black panther and T'Challa is a reference to the Marvel comic character)
"Helen" Sly said as he looked at the wolf girl
"Zak" Sly said as he looked at the hedgehog boy
"Cammy" Sly said as he looked at the rabbit girl
"You all did GREAT" Sly said
"Naturally" Helen said
"It was a clean heist and you got out without raising the alarm" Neyla added as T'Challa presented the large piece of paper he and the others took
"I still don't get it, all that valuable loot in there and we ONLY took a single strip of paper" Zak said
"Yes, why this blank piece of paper is so important" Helen asked
"You'll see back at the hideout, come" Sly said before the four took off
(New Cooper safehouse) (Think of Blade and Whistlers hideout from the movie "Blade" but underground)
The group got out of the area and arrived at an old, abandoned, underground subway station that no one has been using in the last thirty years but as of seven months ago, Sly and Neyla had turned it into a new hideout and home after arriving, Sly took out the blank piece of paper before holding it over a small, open flame, suddenly as if by magic, a map and words appeared on the piece of paper
"WHOA" Zak and Cammy said
"Hmm…interesting" Helen said
"What is that love" Neyla asked
"I remember my uncle once telling me about this, he called it "Ghost ink" a few minutes after it makes contact with paper, it vanishes and the only three ways to make it visible is with a U.V light, holding it over the heat of an open flame or if yours like me…have Eagle vision" Sly explained
"Sounds like something that would come in handy" T'Challa said
"Yeah" Cammy muttered
"What does it say" Neyla asked as Sly started to read
"Sly, if your reading this then it means that something has happened to me, I'm sorry that I couldn't be there to tell you this in person, but life doesn't always go to the way we plan, I don't know if McSweeny has told you about the Assassin's vault but if not, I will, it's your inheritance, me, your uncle and our ancestors who belonged to the Assassin's brotherhood, they have been hiding their wealth in this secret location for hundreds if not thousands of years, riches beyond your wildest dreams, riches that your ancestors wanted to one day pass onto their descendants, they also harbor their deepest, most treasured secrets in this vault and one day…I wanted to pass it onto my only son but, I guess I won't get the chance to, which is why I left you this map leading to an island called Lian Yu a secret island that only me, your uncle and my old crew which included McSweeny knows about, my beautiful boy if something happens to me, I want you to go to Lian Yu and take your inheritance, I truly am sorry that I wasn't here to teach you in the ways of the Assassin's myself, but…I hope and pray that you will be strong my beautiful boy, I pray that you will be happy, that you will be loved by others, that you will be the best that you can be and carry on mine and your father's legacies with honor always remember two things, my beautiful boy…we work in the dark to serve the light…we are Assassin's…and that I love you…always and forever…love mommy" Sly said as his eyes shed a few tears
"Are you alright, love" Neyla asked her lover
"I'm…I'm fine, just…thinking of my mom, I wish she was here" Sly said
"She sounds like a wise woman, master" T'Challa said
"That she was T'Challa…smartest woman I had ever known, sure she was strict on my sometimes, I thought she was just being a taskmaster…but now I see those lessons she made me do, they were to prepare me for the truth…I wish I could tell her thanks for those lessons in person" Sly said, Neyla then hugged Sly from behind
"it's alright love, I think she knows" Neyla said
"What kind of a name is Lian Yu" Zak asked
"Weird name" Cammy said
"It means "purgatory" in Mandarin" T'Challa answered
"It's actually smart who would wanna go to an island named after a realm of existence where the dead aren't at rest" Helen said
"Purgatory or not, that's where we're going" Sly said
"Um, look I'm up for this and all but…just the six of us" Cammy asked
"No, we need the others, we need the gang back together" Sly said
"But master you said that neither you nor Neyla have spoken with any of the Cooper gang members for at least a year" T'Challa said
"Besides, I think we can handle trouble" Helen said
"Your confidence is commendable Helen, but we need more than confidence" Sly said
"So…who do we turn to, I mean it's not like we can just call the cops or the army" Zak said, Neyla paused
"Well, um, what T'Challa said wasn't…exactly true" Neyla said
"Babe…what do you mean" Sly asked
"I've been…chatting with Bentley for the last five months" Neyla answered
"And you were planning on telling me this when, exactly" Sly asked
"After our apprentices passed their final tests, I swear, I was" Neyla said
"Well…what have you and Bentley been talking about" Sly asked
"He's been keeping me updated on what's been happening with the team" Neyla said
"And" Sly asked
"Mario has been waiting to hear from you…other than that he's been tearing it up in Vegas with his gambling" Neyla answered, Sly chuckled
"Dad did say sometimes Mario had a gambling problem" Sly said
"Well, get this, Jasmine has officially inherited all of Rajan's assets, being his only, living heir all his money went to her" Neyla continued
"Let's hope she puts it to better usage than her father did" Sly said
"Rajan, the former Klaww gang member, who you silenced a year ago" Helen asked
"The ones who tried to bring that metal nightmare Clockwerk back to life" Zak asked
"Yes, he was, Jasmine is his daughter but she's nothing like him, she helped us out in our last caper" Sly said
"Bentley says that Aria is still grateful that you spared the Contessa and even better, Aria has turned her aunt's torturous methods of criminal handling into a more humane way of doing things" Neyla told Sly
"Good for her" Sly said
"The Contessa, the spider lady" Cammy asked
"The same, creepy as hell that lady, she whammed Murray with her hypnotic madness, nearly broke our family apart and almost turned some good friends of ours into her mindless drones…yeah, that's her, Aria is her niece" Sly explained
"Wow, I must say master, you and Neyla run with some potentially dangerous people" T'Challa said
"Hey, Aria and Jasmine are good people, you shouldn't judge someone before you know them" Neyla told T'Challa
"Yes ma'am" T'Challa replied
"What about Bentley and Murray" Sly asked, Neyla paused with a slightly sad look on her face
"Neyla…is something wrong" Sly asked
"Well…Murray…LEFT" Neyla said
"Left, what do you mean LEFT" Sly asked
"He left the gang" Neyla answered, Sly paused before he spoke
"Wh-where did he go" Sly asked
"Bentley told me that Murray blamed himself for Clockwerk taking away the usage of his legs, Mario and Bentley tried to convince him that it wasn't his fault but, Murray made up his mind" Neyla explained
"But WHERE did he go" Sly asked
"Last time Bentley heard, he ended up in the Australian outback" Neyla answered
"AUSTRALIA" The others asked at the same time
"Why would he wanna go there" Zak asked
"Rumors are going around that there is a mystic shaman there that can help troubled souls find inner peace, so Murray went there to try and find his "spiritual center" according to Bentley" Neyla explained
"Oh Murray" Sly muttered, saddened to hear one of his oldest friends struggling to forgive himself
"But, from the way you two have told us this story, it wasn't Murray's fault" T'Challa said
"Yeah, how is he even REMOTELY responsible for what happened" Zak asked
"That does not stop people from feeling responsible when people they care about or love is hurt" Helen said
"Murray just thinks he could have done more" Neyla said
"And Bentley" Sly asked
"Mario actually brought Bentley back to the fold" Neyla answered
"And his legs" Sly asked
"Aria was already one step ahead, she invented a special wheelchair for Bentley and when I mean "special" I mean" Neyla was about to say
"Loaded with high-tech goodies" Sly asked
"EXACTLY, my love" Neyla said
"So…what's the call here, master" T'Challa asked
"Yeah, what are we doing here" Cammy asked, Sly thought about it before he answered
"Neyla…contact Bentley and have him and the others meet us" Sly answered
"Where love" Neyla asked
"Well, if Carmelita and Nick are still trying to hunt us down, no doubt that they've got our old Paris hideout covered" Sly said
"Which is why we should tell them to meet up here instead" Zak said
"Right, you are Zak, Neyla make the calls" Sly told Neyla
"Right, love" Neyla replied
"What do you say crew, you ready to meet the rest of the gang" Sly asked T'Challa, Cammy, Helen and Zak
"Ready to officially join it, yes master, I AM" T'Challa answered
"Sounds like a plan to me" Cammy answered
"I'm in" Zak answered
"As am I" Helen answered
"Good" Sly replied
(A few days later)
After Neyla put the word out, the first person who arrived at the new hideout was Sly's uncle, Mario
"UGH, this place as sure has been better days" Mario said
"You can say that again" A female voice spoke up, Mario turned to see Jasmine and Aria
"Hi Mario" Aria greeted the old raccoon
"GIRLS, by my ancestors, it's been too long" Mario said as he hugged the two girls
"That is has Mario, that it has, how have you been" Jasmine asked
"Keeping my mind as sharp as ever, ha-ha-ha, in the most enjoyable way possible" Mario said
"You mean cleaning out casino's in Las Vegas of their money" A familiar voice spoke up, it was Bentley in his new wheelchair
"BENTLEY" Aria and Jasmine said in surprise as Bentley rolled up to the three only for him to be hugged by both ladies
"OOOOH, WE MISSED YOU" Aria said
"I miss you all to" Bentley said
"How you feeling, my friend" Mario asked Bentley as the two shook hands
"Well…I miss having the use of my legs but, as long as I got my heart and mind, that's what's important" Bentley said
"That's the spirit" Jasmine said
"But I wanna know something Mario, did you play straight or…did you use a little misdirection when you gambled" Bentley asked Mario
"Is it considered cheating if you don't get caught while doing so" Mario asked with a sly look in his eyes, making the small group chuckle or laugh
"Glade to hear your all doing good" Another familiar voice spoke up as Neyla walked up to the four
"Because we'll need both" Neyla said
"NEYLA" Bentley, Aria and Jasmine said yet again in surprise as they each hugged Neyla, happy to see their old friend
"GIRL, you look great" Jasmine said
"Yeah, I'm liking the hair" Aria added
"You both look great to, and congratulations on your inheritance, Jasmine" Neyla said
"Thanks" Jasmine replied
"Mario" Neyla greeted Maro with a hug
"OOOOOH, it's been too long Neyla, how's that nephew of mine…you keeping him out of trouble" Mario asked
"It would be easier for a chicken to lay a square egg than to do that and you know that better than anyone of us here" Neyla replied
"How true" Bentley said
"Nice place you have here" Bentley told Neyla
"Since Carmelita and Nick probably has been searching for us since last time, they would probably be steaking out the old hideout, we commandeered this abandoned subway station as the new Cooper hideout" Neyla explained
"I always said you were a clever girl, Neyla" Mario said
"So, where is Sly, is he around" Aria asked
"Oh, he's in the sparring room with the others" Neyla answered
"Others" Mario, Aria, Bentley and Jasmin asked at once
"OH, RIGHT, you guys don't know" Neyla said
"Know what, who else is here" Mario asked
"I think you guys will love this, follow me" Neyla said as she motioned for them to follow her
(Workout room) (Imagine the Hazard room from "Sly 3 Honor among thieves" but bigger)
Soon the group arrived in the workout room which was all decked up with workout equipment and training and sparring arena where Sly and T'Challa were sparring with each other with Sly using a long, wooden staff and T'Challa using a pair of Escrima sticks both of the men were currently shirtless so they could have freedom of movement for their upper bodies as they both attacked with such precision, grace, accuracy and speed, as they sparred they also balanced themselves on the top of a bunch of poles that extended 20 Ft in the air
"Who is THAT with Sly" Bentley asked
"That's T'Challa, he's one of Sly's apprentices" Neyla answered
"APPRENTICES" The group asked at once
"Yep" Neyla answered
"Sense WHEN" Jasmine asked
"It was about eight months ago, when me and Sly were in India we heard about this underground fight club that used street orphans to fight to the death…naturally" Neyla was about to say
"Let me guess, you two shut it down and HE was a fighter" Bentley asked
"Yep, he gave Sly one HELL of a fight, he was impressed by his skill and guts that after shutting the ring down, we took him in, Sly has been training him ever since" Neyla explained
"Hmm, I can see that this young man has some skills" Mario said as the master and apprentice continued to spar
"Yeah, he's good" Jasmine added
"Wait, you said ONE of his apprentices" Aria said
"Over there" Neyla said as he pointed to Zak who was riding on his skateboard on a huge skating ramp, performing fancy tricks with skills that could rival Tony Hawk's skills as a skateboard
"Who's the kid" Mario asked
"That's Zak, Sly and I meet him in New York" Neyla said
"Whoa, you guys have been to the big apple" Jasmine said
"While we rested, we've traveled, Zak believe it or not tried to pickpocket Sly" Neyla said, Aria and Jasmine blew raspberries before they laughed while Bentley and Mario chuckled
"SERIOUSLY" Aria asked
"I kid you not, he's a slippery one, Sly hardly managed to catch up with him when he was on his skateboard" Neyla answered before
"YAHOOOOOOOO" Zak shouted as he performed a Tony Hawk level expert skateboarder move
"Wow, what a trick…he IS good on that thing" Jasmine said
"What kind of board it he riding anyway, is that…ROCKET-POWERED" Bentley asked
"Yes, it is, thanks to one of my apprentices" Neyla answered
"Wait…you have an apprentices to" Mario asked, Neyla then pointed to a corner where they saw Helen who was in the middle of target practice with her sniper rifle, shooting at targets that were plastered all over the room and hitting each one of them with incredible, deadly accuracy
"Nice shooting" Mario said
"That's Helen, we found her when me and Sly were in Russia" Neyla said
"Russia, I've always wondered, is it as cold as they say it is up there" Jasmine asked
"Are you kidding I was SO cold that I had frostbite in places that I don't EVEN wanna mention" Neyla answered
"Enough said" Jasmine said
"I can see she's pretty handy with that rifle" Bentley said
"We found her hunting in the wilds of Russia, when Sly and me were out hunting we found her wounded" Neyla said
"By…what" Aria asked
"Probably a bear, we took care of her for several weeks and after she got better and we helped her bring down the bear who did that to her, she wanted to come with us, she's my apprentice, she's a bit proud of her sniper and hunting skills but she's got a strong heart" Neyla said
"And this other apprentice" Mario asked, Neyla then pointed to a nearby tinkering table where Cammy was tinkering with something while she was listening to hip-hop music and chowing down on some junk food, the group then walked over to her before Neyla turned down Cammy's loud music
"Huh" Cammy muttered as she looked at the group
"Oh, hey, Neyla, what's up" Cammy asked
"How's your little project going" Neyla asked Cammy
"Almost done" Cammy said
"And who is this young lady" Mario asked
"Is THAT" Cammy was about to ask, Neyla nodded, Cammy then slid off her large experiment
"Mario…your Sly's uncle" Cammy said
"That's me, a pleasure to meet you" Mario said as she and Mario shook hands
"So, you're the one who taught Sly all his fancy moves, huh" Cammy asked
"Since he was knee-high to a grasshopper" Mario answered
"What'cha working on here" Bentley asked, wheeling over to what Cammy was working on
"It's something that I've been working on ever since I was ten, seven years of work are put into this baby" Cammy said
"Guys, this is Cammy, my other apprentice" Neyla told her friends
"So, you and Sly have moved up in the world, huh" Jasmine asked as Bentley took a look at what Cammy was working on
"My word, this is an impressive design, you did this yourself" Bentley asked
"Yep" Cammy answered before she took a sip of the soda she had on a nearby table, Aria joined Bentley in inspecting Cammy's work
"Wow, you sure know your robotics, even I couldn't make something THIS sophisticated and complex" Aria said
"I can see that you and Sly have a couple of talented underlings, but" Mario said
"But, what" Neyla asked
"Cammy, are you and the others okay with leaving they're old lives behind for this new one" Mario asked
"That ain't even a question" Cammy said
"Oh, how so" Mario asked
"Some of us had…let's just say less than tasty lives before we meet Sly and Neyla and leave it at that for now" Cammy answered before Sly did a vaulting kick with his staff and kicked his apprentice off the training poles he then landed on one of the many safety roll outs
"OOOOH" T'Challa grunted as he landed, the sudden sound snapped the groups attention to T'Challa
"Ouch" Jasmine and Aria said at once
"That's one for the boss and zero for the panther" Zak said as he balanced his body vertically upwards, balancing on one hand as he held onto his skateboard with the other before he slid down the ramp on his knees before Sly jumped down to ground level before approaching his apprentice
"You okay" Sly asked
"Yeah, I didn't see that coming" T'Challa said as Sly helped him to his feet
"All these months and you still haven't learned the first lesson Sly taught us" Helen said
"She's right, expect the unexpected" Sly said
"The first lesson I ever taught you nephew" Mario said as he walked up to his nephew before the two embraced
"Oh nephew, how I missed you" Mario said
"Me to uncle…me to" Sly replied as the four apprentices gathered to meet Aria, Jasmine, Bentley and Mario
"So…these are yours and Neyla's apprentices" Mario asked
"They are uncle, this is T'Challa" Sly introduced the black panther boy
"It's truly an honor to meet you sir, I've heard a lot about you from Sly" T'Challa said as he and Mario shook hands
"Zak" Sly introduced the hedgehog boy to Mario
"What's up" Zak greeted with an two-finger salute
"Helen" Sly introduced the wolf girl
"Privet" Helen said "Hello" in Russia
"My vstretimsya" Mario replied with "Well meet" in Russia
"And Cammy" Sly introduced the rabbit girl
"HI" Cammy said as she waved
"Hello, how long have you and T'Challa been practicing like that nephew" Mario asked
"Almost four hours" T'Challa said like it was no problem
"Quite impressive, I saw that you've been well-trained" Mario said
"I have a great teacher" T'Challa replied
"Hey, do us a favor and put your blouse back on before you blind these ladies" Cammy told T'Challa
"No, you like it don't you little sister" T'Challa asked
"Only in your dreams" Cammy replied
"Hatter" T'Challa said with a small smile before he put his shirt on
"I see we have guests" Helen said
"T'Challa, Cammy, Helen, Zak meet Bentley, Aria and Jasmine" Neyla introduced the three
"Nice to meet you all" T'Challa greeted the three
"Damn boss man, you didn't say these ladies could be THIS good-looking" Zak said
"Oh, well, thanks" Aria said
"Forgive my comrade, he is…um, how you say a shameless flirt" Helen said
"No offense taken" Jasmine said
"Well meet" Bentley said
"Welcome to the family" Aria told the apprentices
"Nice to have you all on board" Jasmine said before Bentley approached Sly
"Hey Sly" Bentley greeted Sly
"Oh Bentley" Sly muttered seeing his friend in a wheelchair, made him feel sorry
"I know, it's not a pretty sight but it isn't all bad" Bentley said
"What did…the docs say about your legs" Sly asked
"They said that…there's a high probability that I won't be able to walk again" Bentley said
"That's what I was afraid of" Sly said with a gloom face on him
"But there IS somewhat of a chance to possibly fix my legs" Bentley said, Sly and Neyla's ears then perked up
"What do you mean Bentley" Neyla asked
"There's a surgery that could possibly repair the bones and nerves in my leg but it's…experimental to say the least…not to mention expensive" Bentley said
"How expensive we talking here" Sly asked
"Exactly…Fifty million" Bentley answered
"SERIOUS" Sly asked
"Yep" Bentley answered
"DAMN, that's some cash collection, maybe we should go into doctoring or something" Zak said
"With that kind of money, you could stay at the most expensive hotel in Vegas for a whole week with breakfast, lunch and dinner in bed and even buy any sort of "entertainment" for your own pleasures as you want" T'Challa said
"Tell it like it is" Cammy added
"Even if I DID have the money to pay for the operation, there's only a fifty-fifty percent success rate" Bentley answered
"That's still a chance for it to work, even the slightest chance is still a chance" Aria said
"What about Jasmine's inheritance" Neyla asked
"I'm not much help in that department I'm afraid, I wanted to make sure that the money I inherited from my late father was clean, so my people are going through all my assets to make sure what I use is clean and not blood money" Jasmine explained
"Well, it was worth a thought" Aria said
"Don't worry…we can pay for it, right love" Neyla asked
"That's right, we CAN" Sly said
"WE CAN" Aria, Jasmine, Bentley and Mario asked at once
"With what my master has planned, you bet" T'Challa said
"Yes, Sly and Neyla have a big heist planned" Helen said
"We sure do, Helen and you can bet that big brain of yours we can pay for that operation Bentley" Sly said
"Obvious question…HOW" Bentley asked
"We didn't bring you all here just for a reunion" Sly said
"Then…why nephew, what have you got in that head of yours" Mario asked
"We've got a job to pull off" Sly answered
"What job" Bentley asked
"I'll explain as we eat, that training made me hungry" Sly said
"You and me both master, I could go for some pizza" T'Challa added
"I'm always up for that" Zak said
"I am a little hungry myself" Helen added
"Funny you should mention that I already ordered a couple of large boxes and some other goodies while you two were training" Cammy said
"From your mouth to my ears and stomach" T'Challa said before they exited the training room but Sly held back his uncle for something
"Uncle, do you mind sticking around for a minute" Sly asked
"Of course not, what's this about" Mario asked, Sly then waited for the others to leave before he went to his gear on a nearby table and pulled something out before walking back over to his uncle
"I…wanted your opinion on something" Sly said before he showed what it was, it was a small, black box which he opened to show a GORGEOUS, golden ring with a flawless diamond heart in the center, Mario's eyes widened
"Nephew…does this mean that" Mario was about to ask
"That I want to ask Neyla to become my wife, yes, it does" Sly answered with a smile, Mario then laughed before he hugged his nephew
"OH NEPHEW, THAT'S WONDERFUL, but why bring this to me" Mario asked
"I wanted to ask your blessing before I asked her" Sly answered
"NEPHEW, you don't have to ask me, she's practically family I would LOVE to have Neyla as an in-law" Mario said
"Thanks uncle" Sly said
"So, when are you going to ask her" Mario asked
"After this job, I will, because afterword's we're probably gonna be set for life and I can provide her with EVERYTHING she deserves" Sly answered
"Set for life…that must be one HELL of a job you want us for" Mario said
"You have NO idea, uncle" Sly replied
"COME HERE YOU" Mario said with a laugh as he pulled his nephew into a hug to which Sly returned, he then paused after they separated from their hug
"What's wrong" Mario asked
"I just…wished mom and dad were here for me to tell them face to face" Sly answered
"They know, nephew…believe me, they do, now COME, we better join the others before they eat all the pizza before we even get a slice" Mario said
"Fair enough" Sly said
"SO…what's this job you want us to do" Mario asked as they walked
"Well, I'll say this much, it's a hell of a dozy" Sly answered
(After explaining the job)
As the group ate their pizza along with other goodies that Neyla ordered like chicken wings, bread sticks and even a few cookies, Sly and Neyla laid it all down, McSweeny, the message from Sly's late mother, the Assassin's vault, Sly's inheritance and this Doctor M. character trying to force his way into it
"So, let me see if I got this straight, this McSweeny character who used to be a part of the group of Assassin's that Mario and your mother were once apart of told you about this Assassin's vault" Bentley started
"Yes" Sly answered
"And this vault contains the collected inheritance of ALL the past members of your mother's Assassin ancestors, stretching back more than a THOUSAND years" Aria asked
"Correct" Sly answered
"And you want to recruit new members to the Cooper gang to break into this Doctor M's fortress who might be trying to force his way into the vault and take the inheritance for himself" Jasmine asked
"You got it" Sly answered
"Did we miss anything" Bentley asked
"No, you pretty much summed it up nicely" Neyla answered
"Da" Helen said "Yes" in Russian
"So…what do you guys think" Sly asked the others, they paused
"Nephew, that's a LOT to take in" Mario said
"Yeah, this is…HUGE" Jasmine said
"More like COLOSSAL, even MOUNTSIN-SIZED HUGE" Bentley said
"Bigger the risk, bigger the pay, that's what I say" Zak said
"How much loot is in that vault" Aria asked, Bentley then took out a calculator
"Well, considering each generation since, um, when was the vault founded, sir" Bentley asked Mario
"According to the stories my grandfather told me and my sister, it was established…somewhere around four, fifty-eight BCE" Mario answered
"Well, take yours and Sly's ancestors from said era and descending all the way to great grandparents, grandparents, mothers, fathers and children, not to mention grandchildren and great grandchildren, stretching back over a thousand years and assuming they collected their fair SHARE of the loot they accumulated over said years, the total amount of treasure collected by each individual member gathered in the vault would be worth…WOLF" Bentley said with wide eyes at his calculated amount of treasure left in the vault by all of Sly's Assassin ancestors
"Wolf" T'Challa, Helen, Zak and Cammy asked at once as Bentley showed his calculations, all of them had eyes as wide as dinner plates
"OH MY…GOD" Aria muttered
"That's at least fifty or SEVENTY times more money than I inherited from my father" Jasmine said
"Are you SURE this is right Bentley" Neyla asked
"I do my math right, Neyla…ALWAYS" Bentley answered
"Five HUNDRED, MILLION" T'Challa asked
"Sweet CHRISTMAS BABY" Zak said in excitement
"That is one BIG pay day" Helen added
"Just THINK of how much you could BUY with doe like THAT" Cammy added
"Oh, it's liable to be even more than that" Mario said
"What do you mean uncle" Sly asked
"My father, your grandfather once told me and your mother that hidden somewhere in the vault is the quote, unquote "crown jewel" of the entire vault which would put all other treasures in there to SHAME" Mario said
"What was it" Bentley asked
"He never said WHAT it was exactly, only that it was SO valuable that it was fought over by tyrants, pharos, emperors, warlords and even would be-conquerors from practically the DAY the vault was established to the end of World War two, even the likes of Ganges Khan, Ceasor and Adolf Hitler have tried to track it down and seize it for themselves" Mario answered
"That valuable" Aria asked, Mario nodded
"DAMN…this is sounding more and more enticing every second, but there's one thing that concerns me" Jasmine said
"And that is" Sly asked
"This Doctor M that your friend McSweeny mentioned, what's the vault to him" Jasmine asked
"No idea, but from how McSweeny described him he's been trying to break into it for YEARS…and growing more and more insane with each failure" Sly answered
"Great, so now we're dealing with a nutcase" Aria said
"He sounds more like Joker kind of mad on steroids to me…and that's being generous" Zak said
"But we won't be doing it alone…like we said before, we need to recruit new members, if we wanna get into the vault it's gonna take more than what we are, new members with new skills, if Dr. M REALLY has gone off the deep end over the years, then he's gonna do everything in his power to make sure that no one accidentally or purposely tries to go to the island while he's trying to crack it open" Sly said
"And to start with our recruiting, first and foremost…we need Murray back" Neyla said as the room went silent
"Murray" Bentley muttered
"If this Murray is as strong as master has claimed him to be, then he would be a tremendous help" T'Challa said
"You BET he's that strong T'Challa, before we recruit anyone else, we need to find Murray, get in touch with him and try to get him back in our family" Sly said
"Which won't be easy nephew, he blames himself for Bentley being in the wheelchair, a man with grief is sometimes difficult to sway" Mario said
"Either way, uncle, no offence guys but one here is stronger than Murray is when it comes to physical strength" Sly replied
"He's right…we need him back" Jasmine said
"Yeah, I miss him" Neyla said
"Having someone of his strength would absolutely help us with this heist" Helen said
"Once we gather enough help and get what's in the vault…we split everything evenly, what do you guys say…are you with us" Sly asked his family, after a few moments of silence, Bentley spoke up
"I'm in" Bentley answered
"Me to" Jasmine answered
"Make that three" Aria added
"Nephew, you can count on me" Mario answered
"I'm with you master, wherever you go" T'Challa said
"Same with me" Cammy answered
"Da" Helen answered "Yes" in Russian
"HELL…YEAH" Zak said
"And you know I am as well my love" Neyla added
"Alright then…might as well get some coffee and order some more takeout…we've got some HEAVY planning to do" Sly said…it was gonna be a LONG night, but it did bring a smile onto Sly's face, his family was back together…almost
(Sly's P.O.V)
"I guess it's true what they say, no matter what road you take in life, you always end up back home, as I thought about it, those memories flooded back to me, stretching back to my childhood, born into not one but TWO family legacies, thief from my father, assassin from my mother both stretching back more than a THOUSAND years, I was meant to continue their legacy…but, fate had different plans, I was savagely robbed of my childhood when a ruthless gang who burnt our home to the ground and murdered my parents, I survived thanks to my uncle, Mario, for the next twenty years I trained all across the world, focusing all my time and energies into one day taking down the five, but I wasn't alone, two of my oldest friends from my childhood joined us, Bentley he's always been the thinker and Murray he was always the doer, we stuck together over the years and our skills, confidence and reputations grew stronger, eventually I even reunited with the girl that I had been in love with even BEFORE I knew what love was, Neyla, I had my friends, my uncle and Neyla by my side, it seemed the good times would never end and our luck would NEVER run out…which only made things tougher when the odds finally caught up with us, on our last caper we tracked down the pieces of my father's old enemy, Clockwerk and destroyed them for good but at a great price, Murray lost his prized van and Bentley lost the use of his legs, we needed to step back from the gang for a bit, so for the last year me and Neyla have been enjoying ourselves eventually we ran into two rather gifted people who became mine and Neyla's apprentices, T'Challa from India, Helen from Russia, Zak from New York and Cammy from Ireland, then one night I got a mysterious message, it was from an old family friend, one I haven't seen or heard form in years, a guy by the name of McSweeny, he's like a second uncle, he was apparently locked up so I had to break into the prison to talk to him, he claimed to have ran with my uncle and mother back in their days as assassins before she meet my dad, they pulled jobs all OVER the world and it was then McSweeny told me all about this hidden message left by my mother that tells of the Assassin's vault, a place where my mother, uncle and their ancestors had been hiding their wealth for GENERATIONS, each one adding to the vault which if what McSweeny told me was true…only an assassin can open, however, he also warned us about someone named Dr. M who had been trying to crack open the vault for YEARS, growing steadily more impatient with each failure and more paranoid as the decades rolled by, he told me Dr. M would take every precaution to make sure NO ONE would try to stop him, security would be tighter than Fort Knocks…getting inside the place would take precision, creativity but more over it would take MORE than what our gang was capable of…which meant one thing, we needed to recruit an army of world-class individuals, finding and bringing together so much talent wasn't gonna be easy but to get inside the Assassin's vault and collect my inheritance…I was willing to pay such price"

That will end the second chapter of "Cooper's creed 3 The Assassin's vault" with the gang almost back together, they're coming up with a plan to get into the Assassin's vault and work on recruiting new members to grow in strength and expertise, how will they get Murray to rejoin them?
You'll just have to wait and find out in the next chapter where we get into the cannon of the Sly Cooper 3 game
