I guess I'm doing a lot of pairings between Natsu and any other girls from Fairy Tail that weren't made into fanfictions
So, first few were like Natsu X Éclair, Natsu X Kamika, Natsu X Cosmos and stuff, but those are going to be rewritten in time so that they can follow the story line. Secondly, a few new ones that are going to be start made into my account would be the Natsu X Lisanna and then….possibly either a rewrite of Natsu X Kyria, Natsu X Kagura, and a making of Natsu with either Dimaria, Brandish, Sorano, and Jenny, or anyone I had made into the list of the Natsu X Harem fanfic 'Imprisoned Flames' (Check it out if you are a dark mature fanfic lover). If there is anyone got any ideas or requests that they want with Natsu X any Fairy Tail girls, just write them in the review section and I'll reply to you ASAP.
Now then, to this story. It starts at X782, two years before Lucy joined joined Fairy Tail. The basic idea of the story is that Natsu choose to be with Lisanna as he choose to be with her instead of anyone else. So with that he will do things that isn't in the timeline.
So, on with the story~!
The Kingdom of Fiore
A Neutral Country with a population of 17 million.
It is a world of magic.
Magic is bought and sold there like anything else and is deeply ingrained in people's lives.
There are even some using magic to make a living.
Those people are referred as wizards.
These Wizards belong to many different guilds and they accept requests or jobs that are brought to them.
There are many guilds in this kingdom.
However, there is one certain wizard guild in a certain town.
A guild where countless legends were once born, or rather one that will continue to create legends well into the future.
Its name is…..
Fairy Tail
At the town of Magnolia and within the guild hall of the famous Wizard Guild named Fairy Tail.
The members of the guild were going around doing their daily things which is to find and take a job request, drink and eat with their friends, or just plain brawl with one another.
"ICE FART!" "PUKE HEAD!" two voices shouted at one another as it's coming from a salmon haired teen with a red shirt, yellow pants, and a white scarf muffler and another teen who has black hair and is only wearing boxers. These two boys are Natsu Dragneel and Gray Fullbuster, two boys of the same age and they hate each other for some reason "EAT THIS!"
Natsu and Gray jumped and slammed each other's fists at their cheeks and then adding in kicks before punching again, this process repeats as their fight turned into a comical dust fight with them hitting each other.
As the two fights, a bunch of other teens in the guild watched them from the sidelines.
"There they go again." A girl named Cana Alberona spoke while sighing as she is shuffling a deck of cards.
"This must be the fifth time this week." A guy named Elfman Strauss added in with a grin. "that's the manly stuff!"
"and by now…" a girl named Levy McGarden watches the fight before she and the other teens winced when a scarlet haired girl slams her fists down at Natsu and Gray who were pummeled to the ground. "Erza comes and stops them."
"And that's the end of that fight." Cana said before sighing when the scarlet haired teens begin picking a fight with another teen who has white hair and wears a goth like clothes. "but there's the start to that fight."
This is Fairy Tail, the guild of wizards who are always making fun chaos every single day.
An hour after the brawls have settled down, Natsu is growling and sulking at the bar.
"damnit….i'll get back at them!" Natsu growls while grumbling with his face laid sideways on the bar's table.
"Thinking of brawling again, Natsu?" a feminine voice asks Natsu who turns and sees a teen girl with short white hair and wears a simple red and pink dress paired with dark red shoes. Her name is Lisanna Strauss, the little sister of Elfman and Mirajane Strauss who was brawling against Erza earlier and a good childhood friend of the salmon haired teen. "You know that you'll just get beat up by Erza and Mira-nee, right?"
"shut up!" Natsu grumbles as he goes back sulking. "I'll get stronger and then get back at them!"
"isn't that what you said yesterday?" Lisanna said while crossing her arms on her chest. She gave a questioning look at Natsu who just broods out and grumbles which made her sigh with a smile. She leaned close and patted the salmon haired mage's head. "come on now. How about we go and take a walk at the eastern forest? We've made plans to redecorate the little hut, right?"
"right…" Natsu said all grumbling before he yelps when Lisanna pulled his arm and himself off the bar. "hey!"
"come on! It's almost going to be sunset and we can't waste any more time!" Lisanna said before she looks up and yelled out. "Happy! Are you there!?"
"Aye!" a response came from the air as a blue furred cat wearing a little green sack and had a pair of wings appear. This mysteriously magical feline is known as Happy and he's somewhat of a son to Lisanna and Natsu since both raised the cat from an egg. "What is it?"
"we're going to the Eastern Forest to redecorate the hut!" Lisanna said with a smile. "wanna come? We're going fishing afterwards?"
"Aye! I'm with you!" Happy replied all cheerfully because of the word 'Fish' being involved.
As Lisanna drags Natsu to the front door with Happy following, some of the guild members started cat calling.
"those two love birds~!" "that's youth for ya." "so cute~!" they gave their comments with grins and smirks.
It's the usual sight for the Guild to see the trio going out together from time to time like a little happy family.
Three hours later, at the eastern forest and by an opening of the woods, there's a small hut made of straw as it is the small hut home made by Natsu and Lisanna when they were kids. The home was made for them to raise the egg from which Happy came.
Natsu came walking out of the small hut while carrying a bunch of old and dirty straws that he burns to ashes with his magic.
"so damn dirty." Natsu whined a complaint as he had just spent two hours cleaning the small hut. "we don't use it so often and it gets dirty so much." He goes back into the small hut and finds that Lisanna place a small green blanket over Happy who is asleep and snoring. "hey! Happy!"
"sshh! He's asleep!" Lisanna shushes him.
"How come he gets to sleep when I was the one doing all the work!?" Natsu exclaimed with a finger pointed at the sleeping feline.
As Natsu made his complaint, he was quickly pushed out of the hut by Lisanna.
"hey! What are you doing!?" Natsu exclaimed before his ear was tugged very hard by the Strauss girl. "owowowowowow!"
"I told you to be quiet, didn't i?!" Lisanna scolded Natsu. "Happy is tired and asleep! You shouldn't be so loud when our son is asleep!"
"our son?" Natsu looks confused before he looks a bit awkwardly annoyed at Lisanna. "hey, you still going on with that? We're not kids anymore, right?"
"as kids or not, it doesn't change the fact that Happy is our son that we raised from that very egg." Lisanna said with a huff while placing her hands on her waist. "and he's tired because of carrying the straws, remember?"
"he only gets the easy stuff and.." Natsu was about to give another complain but Lisanna raises her hand and he winced because he could tell that she was going to pinch his ear and pull it once again. "a-and…"
"and?" Lisanna said while raising an eyebrow at Natsu who took a step back and looks defeated.
"n-nothing.." Natsu replied and Lisanna nodded while lowering her hand.
A few minutes later, Natsu and Lisanna sat at the hut's entrance and looked to the sky as the sun was setting.
Lisanna is smiling to see the beautiful sunset while Natsu isn't. the salmon haired mage seemingly annoyed about something which is making him pout.
"what is it?" Lisanna spoke while turning to look at Natsu. "still angry that Happy got to sleep?"
"no…" Natsu replied with a pout. "just annoyed that I still can't beat Gray or Erza even after so much training."
"you're annoyed on that?" Lisanna said with a sigh before smiling. "I'm sure you can do it. in the future."
"it's so damn tiring to train so much and couldn't win at all." Natsu said as he folds his hands behind his head and then lays down on the ground. "always getting beaten up at the end. How the heck am I supposed to find Igneel if I can't beat Gray and Erza?"
"how does that connect with one another?" Lisanna sweatdrops. She sighs and then proceeds to caress Natsu's forehead. "hey, Natsu. I don't think you're supposed to train just for something like that."
"like that? What you mean?" Natsu replied.
"People train to become strong so that they could protect others." Lisanna said as she turn back to look at the sunset once again. "I got the feeling that your father would be more prouder if you train not only to show him how strong you are, but also to show him how responsible you are in protecting your family."
"I do that all the times with the others at the guild." Natsu said after yawning. "I save their butts when things get tough at jobs."
"That has the same meaning, but it's not the same." Lisanna said after shaking her head. "being strong and responsible means that you would do what is best to protect others." she looks back at Natsu and smiles. "just like a dad who does his best protecting his family."
"again with that…" Natsu said as he looks a bit awkwardly annoyed while sitting up. "dad with this and dad with that. I got it that we hatched Happy from the egg, but it doesn't make me a dad or anything."
"what are you saying?" Lisanna said as she leans close to Natsu. "You and I did our best to keep Happy's egg warm on the day you found him. he is here because of our love and that's what makes you his dad and myself as his mom."
"again with that" Natsu looks away, tired that Lisanna would always go on with how he's Happy Father and all. "we ain't kids anymore, right? All that stuff is just.."
"Then is our promise a lie?" Lisanna interjected as Natsu made a noise before turning to see her having tears forming in her eyes. "The promise that we would be together with Happy as a Family with everyone at the guild? It's all a lie?"
"w-well…no…it's just…" Natsu started to look a bit panicked because not only does he not like making anyone cry, he really doesn't like making Lisanna cry because of the fact that if she cries, her big sister would come and pummel him to the ground. "that promise is!"
"that promise is?" Lisanna ask and Natsu started to look embarrassed while scratching the back of his head.
"that promise is…well…" Natsu started to think on the childhood promise as he blushes because it's a promise of him having Lisanna as his wife in the future. "it's just…" he scratches the back of his head a few times while taking a glance at the Strauss girl who is tearfully awaiting for his reply. A groan came from his mouth and before long he faces her head on with a straight and serious face. "I need time!"
"time?" Lisanna looks confused before she gasps in surprise when Natsu suddenly grabs her by the shoulders and shakes her once. "wha!?"
"give me time!" Natsu exclaimed. "I need time and a lot of it! I keep the promise with you but only after I get strong enough to prove it to others! I want to prove that I'm strong and then I'll make that promise true!" he looks straight into Lisanna's eyes with a very determined yet embarrassed look on his face. "I'll make you my wife! So just wait and get ready!"
Lisanna looks rather surprised at Natsu's declaration, her cheeks were rather flushed, but she soon stifled a giggle and then begins to laugh which confuses the fire mage who slowly turns red.
"w-what's so funny!?" Natsu exclaimed at Lisanna who keeps on laughing before she stops.
"I-I was just…I was just teasing you when I asked about the promise!" Lisanna gasps for her breath while still laughing a bit. "can't believe you were so serious about it!"
Natsu held an inner growl while his face goes redder because of him getting pranked by Lisanna.
"but…" Lisanna spoke as she leans close to give a peck on Natsu's cheek. She gave him a loving and happy smile. "hearing you say that. Just made me very happy."
"that's…" Natsu looks more embarrassed before he grumbles and decided to just turn away from Lisanna who giggles and then leans close to his back.
As Natsu and Lisanna stayed in their positions, Happy came out of the hut, awoken from the little scuffling conversation that the two had.
"what's going on?" Happy asks after a yawn, the blue feline rubbing a paw to his eye.
"just a little family squabble, Happy." Lisanna told the feline before she giggles with a smile towards Natsu who keeps on looking away with his face still red.
The sun sets upon the horizon and the day slowly disappears with the night coming to replace it.
Days passed as Natsu and Lisanna spend their time together from doing fun games with Happy, fishing together, going out on jobs together, everything that is possible for the two to do with their winged feline companion.
On a random day during a sunset, at the Magnolia Eastern Park.
There is a little tussle between Natsu and Happy who are grumbling at each other. The reason for the situation is because the Fire Dragon Mage ate up all the feline's favorite food which is Fish.
"Did you two get into a fight again, Natsu?" a voice asks and Natsu with Happy turn to see Lisanna coming by. The white haired teen smiling at the two. "Well? What did you two fight over again?"
"Lisanna.." Natsu spoke before he looked away. "It's Nothing."
"You say that even though you're grumbling." Lisanna said before she turns towards Happy. "What did Natsu do this time, Happy?"
"He burned and ate all my fish! Isn't that just mean!?" Happy cried out while pointing at Natsu who just looks away after scoffing. "See!? He isn't even feeling sorry about it!"
"I see" Lisanna sighs with a smile as she turns to look at Natsu. "Natsu, why did you ate all of Happy's fish?" she place a hand to her waist while pointing a finger up in a scolding fashion. "you know that fish is Happy's favorite, right? Don't eat other people's food without permission. It's bad!"
"I just ate a few because I was hungry." Natsu grumbles. "what's the problem with that?"
"you're still being childish even after all these years." Lisanna sighs again while shaking herhead before smiling at Natsu. "you can't be like that to Happy, remember? he's our son, right?"
"geh?! I don't want to be Natsu's son of all people!" Happy cried out.
"Shut up!" Natsu shouted.
Now a little argument occurs between the three as Happy yelled at Natsu who did the same and Lisanna intervened. While this occurs, Elfman and Mirajane came into the scene.
"hey, Lisanna!" Elfman called out to his little sister. "We got work to do!"
"Eh? Work?" Lisanna turns to face her siblings while already stopped Natsu and Happy's little argument. "But we just got back, right? Why so sudden?"
"It's an S-class request!" Elfman explained. "Big Sis just took the job! We're gonna go and lend some support to her!"
"Really?" Lisanna asks surprised.
"S-class request!? What is it!?" Natsu asks, interested. "What's the job!?"
"An emergency Extermination request on a monster called 'The Beast' which is the so-called beast king." Mira replied while having her arms crossed under her chest. "wanna come too, Natsu? It'll be a good experience for you."
"really!?" Natsu exclaimed while his eyes sparkle. "count me in!"
"are you serious?" Elfman asks his big sister in surprise as he looks at Natsu. "sure, Natsu is strong and all, but I'm against it!" he looks back at Mira. "as a man! I'm the one who should protect his family on my own!"
"well…I guess you're right." Mira nods.
"Don't hog all the fun!" Natsu shouted as Elfman and Mira begins to go first while Lisanna stays with him for a moment. "Take me with you!"
"don't be jealous." Lisanna told Natsu. "you'll be able to go on an S-class request soon enough."
"How soon!?" Natsu asks.
"I don't know…." Lisanna shrugs her shoulders before smiling at Natsu. "but when the time comes, I'll be there to support you!" She slowly turns around. "until then, keep Fairy Tail safe, alright?"
"Lisanna! Come on!" Mira called out. "the train is going to leave soon, you know!?"
"okay!" Lisanna replied as she quickly go and chase after her siblings.
Natsu grumbles while Happy waves them goodbye and asks that they'll bring back a souvenir for him.
"Natsu!" Lisanna called out to the Dragon Slayer who sees her doing the signature Fairy Tail hand gesture up above her head. "I'll be going now!"
Natsu looks at her all weirded out before he grins and did the hand gesture in return.
"bye bye~!" Happy waved his paw in goodbye. "take care~!"
With that, Natsu and Happy watch as the Strauss siblings leave the park for their emergency request.
"I hope they get a lot of fish for me~!" Happy said all happy as he knows that Lisanna always brings him fish from every out of town job.
"don't they always?" Natsu replied before he turn and begins walking away. "let's go back to the guild, Happy."
"Aye~!" Happy replied as he sprouted out his wings and flies after Natsu, already over their little argument.
A few hours later, nighttime at the guild.
Fairy Tail mages were doing what they do best in their guild and that is to party while making lots of racket that could be heard all over town.
At the bar, Natsu is found stuffing his mouth with roasted chicken while Happy is sitting nearby and eating lots of fish.
"don't those two ever get full?" Gray who is sitting by a table nearby asks Cana, and Levy who are sitting beside him. "it's like they got black holes as stomach."
"I guess they do." Levy sweatdrops as she sees the amount of dirty plates are stacked by the bar. She then looks at Cana as she notices the Card mage being silent while doing a prediction with her cards but with a rather serious look on her face. "what's wrong, Cana? Looking so serious like that?"
"it's been bugging me." Cana said as she flips and then place a card down on the table before repeating the actions. "I've been getting a bad feeling ever since this morning and when I check it out with my cards, I've got an eerie result each time."
"Eerie result? What you mean by that?" Gray asks, his interest pique in the conversation between the two.
"I don't know how to describe it, but I've been getting the prediction of someone's passing." Cana said and this surprised both Gray and Levy who sees her taking and then stacking the cards several time before placing the last card which has the picture of a grim reaper carrying the corpse of a woman in its arms. "it's eerie to the point I don't feel like drinking."
"that's some bad mojo…" Gray said as he takes the grim reaper card. "you sure you shuffled it right?"
"I shuffled it as many ways as possible and always get the same result." Cana said as she takes back the card and looks at it with a very stern look on her face. "it's like someone is fated to pass no matter what." she sighs as she stacks all the cards back together and begins shuffling them. "it's so bad that I want to drink now."
"didn't you say that you didn't want to drink because of how eerie it is?" Levy sweatdropped.
As they continued conversing, a random guild member run in with a very panicked look.
"guys! There's bad news!" the random member shouted out. "the town where Mira and the others had gone on their job is destroyed! It's just major chaos!"
This got the entire guild's attention as they demanded to learn more about what happened to Mira and the others.
"it's the Beast!" the random guild member exclaimed. "it's going on a berserk rampage and the town is in fire!"
"if it's the Beast, then I could imagine the level of destruction it can make." "Macao said while crossing his arms on his chest.
"But we don't got to worry too much considering that Mira and her siblings are on the job, right?" Wakaba told his friend while smoking from his pipe. "They got this job down."
"If it's Mira, she got it but what about Elfman and Lisanna?" Max spoke out. "I mean, they're not S-class mages, right?"
"it'll be alright!" Vijeeter exclaimed. "I don't know about Lisanna, but Elfman got pretty strong that he managed to be a part of last year's S-class participant, right!? He got this!"
The group continues to discuss amongst each other as they gave out various positive opinions that are mixed with worried ones.
"hope Mira and the others got this job on the go." Gray said as he hears the commotion. "the Beast is known to have wrecked several villages during its first running spree after all."
"not only that, it's a magical creature with crazy amount of strength too." Levy said as she held up a book about creatures and she flips the pages till she lands on one that has information regarding the monster called the Beast itself. "Some say that it's a beast made by Zeref itself."
"Zeref, huh?" Cana said while in the middle of checking her magic cards for another prediction and this one made her look surprised. "this is!?"
"what is it?" Gray and Levy asks Cana who suddenly stands up from her seat.
"We got to go and help Mira and the others!" Cana exclaimed out loud. "something bad is going to happen! I just know it!"
Her words got the entire guild's attention as this made many surround her.
"What you mean that something bad is going to happen, Cana?" Macao asks the Card mage who looks a bit tense and worried at the cards on the table.
"I've been getting an eerie feeling ever since morning came and I did so many predictions to see what the feeling would mean and…" Cana said as she picks up two cards and it's the Grim Reaper along with the card with the words 'DEATH' written on it. "and i got a 100% prediction that someone is going to die!"
"Die? Who?" Wakaba asks while everyone is looking surprised and shocked.
"I can't make any sense on the who but I can tell that they're located far away from the guild!" Cana said while picking up another card that has the picture of a town. "and I got a bad feeling that it might be Mira and the others!"
"if Cana got this type of prediction…" Jet spoke out.
"…can't help but think it might come into reality for sure." Droy said after gulping loudly.
As everyone was chattering amongst one another, the guild's doors were slammed open and a blast of fire erupted.
"W-What was that!?" Levy exclaimed in surprise.
Gray sees the door slammed open and he caught sight of fire flying into the air.
"Natsu?" Gray spoke out in confusion as he saw that it was Natsu who had just gone out of the guild but what he didn't know that the fire mage had also gone with Happy who is latched to his bag with his wings spread out.
The Salamander and his feline companion heads south as they are flying at tremendous speed thanks to Happy's wings and Natsu's fire boosters.
"faster, Happy!" Natsu shouted as he increases his firepower to the limits. "we need to get to Lisanna and the others! fast!"
"Aye sir~!" Happy screams. "MAX SPEED~!"
In a flash, Natsu and Happy flew off like a rocket in the night sky.
Somewhere far east of Magnolia, a town burns in fire while the citizens run away to evacuate.
Meanwhile near the mountain rage, there is Mira who is injured and looking rather tense to a large humongous humanoid monster known as the Beast. The S-class mage tried to defeat the monster but things went south real quick when her brother Elfman tried to use his Take-Over Magic on the creature and resulted in him being controlled by it instead of the other way around.
"Elfman…" Mira grunted while trying to get back up. The Majin holding a hand to her injured right arm. "Elfman! Snap out of it! pull yourself together!"
The humongous monster known as the Beast and Elfman didn't respond with words but only growls as it slowly comes straight at Mira.
As Mira prepared for the worst to come, Lisanna in her Animal Soul; Bird flies in and then lands near her big sister while transforming back to human.
"Mira-nee! I managed to evacuate all the townsfolk!" Lisanna told Mira as she turns and faces the Beast. "now let's fight this thing off!"
"no, Lisanna! You go and get help!" Mira told her while mustering up all of her strength for a possible fight against the monster that is her brother. "you can't fight him."
"what do you mean?" Lisanna asks surprised before realizing the situation as she turns to face the Beast. "wait, him? are you saying that Elf-niichan is?!"
"yeah." Mira replied while nodding. "I was careless at first and then Elfman tried to protect me by using the Take Over on the Beast, but it resulted in him being taken over by it instead!" she takes a few steps forward while grunting in pain. "With the passing second, the Beast will completely take over Elfman and he'll be gone forever!"
"What should we do!?" Lisanna asks, in a very worried voice.
"We need to knock some senses to him." Mira replied while watching the Beast that continues to come closer as it looks down upon the two while growling loudly. "To get him to wake up and get in control over himself."
As Mira was thinking of a plan to get her brother back, Lisanna steps forward and surprised her.
"Lisanna! What are you!?" Mira exclaimed.
"Elf-niichan! What's the matter?" Lisanna called out with a smile. "it's me, Lisanna. Your little sister." She tilts her head to the side while folding her hands behind her back. "did you forget me and Mira-nee?"
The Beast growls while looking down at her, showing some confusion.
"you'd never really forget about us, right?" Lisanna asks with a bigger smile. "because Mira-nee and I love you so much."
As if there's some senses in her words, the Beast squinted its glowing eyes down at her before it roars while raising its right claw up.
"Lisanna! Get away from there!" Mira shouted while trying to get her sister to safety but her injuries cause her to fall. "Lisanna!"
"Now let's go home." Lisanna spoke out while spreading her arms towards the Beast. "Elf-niichan."
As if time slowed down, Mira looks in horror as the Beast slowly swings its arms down upon Lisanna who just smiles, believing that Elfman would wake up within the monster and stops itself in its tracks, but the claw was swung straight at her.
Just as the claw was about to make contact with Lisanna, a flaming star flashes in the sky before Natsu and Happy came flying in like a burning shooting star.
"EAT THIS!" Natsu roared out as he went and directly hits the Beast on the side of its head, knocking the monster to the side and stopping its attack in its track.
Mira and Lisanna look in surprise as the Beast fell on its side with a big dust cloud forming afterwards. Both sisters were astounded at the sight before they turned and see Natsu with Happy landing nearby. The two looking rather tired but the blue feline is the one looking extremely tired.
"Natsu? Why is he here?" Mira spoke out in surprise.
"you two alright!?" Natsu exclaimed as he quickly run to Mira and Lisanna. "Heard what was going on here from the guild and me with Happy went running."
"don't you mean flying?" Happy said while tiredly hanging on Natsu's right shoulder. "and I was the one who did most of the flying too."
"where's Elfman?" Natsu asks as he looks around and then at Lisanna. "he's not with you guys?"
"n-no, or rather he is but…" Lisanna spoke as she looks at the Beast with Natsu and Happy, the monster slowly getting back up while shaking its knocked head.
"You mean that he used Take Over on the Beast!?" Happy asks in surprise. "that's crazy!"
"yeah, and it'll be more crazier if the Beast takes over Elfman permanently." Mira said as the Beast is now up on its feet and now roars loudly. "Natsu, you take Lisanna away from here!" she takes a step forward and faces the Beast. "I'll try to wake Elfman out of it and…"
"like hell you are." Natsu said as he pointed a finger at Mira. "you're injured and can't do a thing now." He looks at the Beast that is now coming towards them. "and besides, I've got this." He cracked his knuckles a few times before he picks up Happy and passes him to Lisanna who carried the feline. "Lisanna, you along with Happy get Mira away from here."
"wait, are you planning to do this on your own!?" Lisanna asks surprised. "I know you're strong and all but the Beast is!"
"it's going down." Natsu said as he started to take a few steps towards while rolling his neck around before grinning. "besides, i've been wanting to get back at Elfman for not letting me join the job and I'm going to get back at him." He ignites his fists in flames. "by knocking the hell out of him!"
"you're supposed to try and save him not beat him up though?!" Lisanna and the others cried out.
The Beast roared loudly as it swung a fist down at Natsu who pulled back his right burning fist and counters the attack that resulted in a fiery explosion.
"You think you can tell me to not join on a fun job, Elfman!?" Natsu shouted as he flies up into the air before he came down with a burning right hook on the Beast's right temple. "THINK AGAIN, DAMNIT!"
The Beast winces against Natsu's attack before it roars and then swatted Natsu away with a swung of its right claw.
"Natsu!" Lisanna screams out while Mira and Happy gasps in surprise.
Natsu had crashed upon some trees nearby, but the Fire Dragon Slayer is fine as he is seen coming back out while shaking his head.
"That damn hurt!" Natsu shouted as he runs into the field and then jumps into the air to land a flaming kick upon the Beast's chest. "Eat this!"
The Beast roars in pain as it staggers a few steps back before it growls and then swung its claw at Natsu who quickly dodged by jumping onto the arm and then runs up to give a flaming hook on the monster's right side.
As the fight progresses, Lisanna and the others watch as Natsu is fighting the Beast on an equal foot.
"he's actually holding up against the Beast…" Mira spoke out in surprise as she watches Natsu landing a fury of flaming punches against the Beast's head before returning the attack with a swung of its fist that made the Fire Dragon Slayer crash to the ground but the salmon haired man gets up and let out a battle cry and goes back into the fight.
"Aye, but will this work?" Happy asks. "wasn't he supposed to wake Elfman up? Is beating him up going to be a good idea?"
"We just got to hope on it." Lisanna said, a bit tense as she watch how Natsu and the Beast trade blows. "hope that Natsu can save Elf-niichan."
"Raaahhh!" Natsu roared against the Beast that did vice versa before both swung their fists and cause a shockwave to blow out.
Four days later, at Fairy Tail's infirmary room.
Natsu is found asleep on a bed and covered in bandages. The Dragon Slayer snores in his sleep before he grunted and then groaned as he opens his eyes.
"Where?" Natsu mumbled out while sitting up on the bed but soon wince when he moved too much because of his body that is covered in bandages. "The heck?"
Natsu looks around and realizes that he is in his guild's infirmary because of the familiar scent he just smelled.
"Why am i or rather how am I here?" Natsu spoke to himself as he tried to get out of the bed, but he couldn't because of his legs that were bandaged from toe to the hips. "Why am I so busted up?"
As Natsu tries to get up, the door to the infirmary opens and Happy with Lisanna who carried a metal bowl filled with water and a soaked towel came in. the Dragon Slayer sees the two and they saw him up on his bed.
It took a few seconds for everyone to process what they are seeing and in the next second, Lisanna drops the bowl to the floor and quickly runs to Natsu with Happy who had jumped and latched onto the Dragon Slayer's face.
"Natsu!" Lisanna and Happy cried out as both went and made him fall back to the bed.
"w-what the heck?!" Natsu exclaimed as he is confused and also in pain because of the two who are now crying on him. "what's going on!?"
A few minutes of crying later, Lisanna sat beside the bed with Happy on her lap.
"I've been asleep for four days!?" Natsu exclaimed as he just got an explanation about his current situation from the two. "I missed so many breakfasts, lunch, and dinner, right!?"
"I knew that is his reaction from the get-go." Happy sweatdropped.
"oh, right. What about what happened afterwards?" Natsu asks as he asked the important question about what had occurred during the fight between him and the Beast. "What happened next? What happened to Elfman!?"
"Elf-niichan is alright." Lisanna replied while nodding. "he got a busted arm and some burns but he'll get healed in no time." She giggles a bit while smiling. "he's already up and planning to find a way to repay you for everything you did, Natsu."
"that's a relief…" Natsu sighs with a smile while looking down before he realized something and quickly looks at Lisanna. "hey, Lisanna. What was that all about back then!?"
"What was what?" Lisanna asks confused and surprised before she yelped a bit when Natsu went and grabbed her by the shoulders. "wha!?"
"I'm talking about how you tried to protect Mira by your own!" Natsu exclaimed as he is mentioning about the time Lisanna tried to talk Elfman out of the Beast that nearly ended up with her getting killed in the result. "if me and Happy didn't get there in time, who knows what would happen!?"
"that's…" Lisanna looks a bit surprised at first before she frowns. "I just thought…that I could reach out to Elfman…and.."
Natsu looks at Lisanna for a moment before he sighs and then sits back down on the bed.
"I get it, I would've done the same." Natsu said as Lisanna and Happy made a surprised noise in unison. The Dragon Slayer scratches the back of his head. "but don't try to do it if you're not sure if would work or not." He looks straight at the Strauss girl. "it's my job to fight the fight because I'm the man of this family."
"Man of the family?" Lisanna spoke out before she got a teasing smile. "don't you mean the dad?"
Natsu's cheeks goes red as he looks away in embarrassment when he realized what he just said.
"hey, Natsu? Were you that worried about me?" Lisanna asks in a very teasing voice as she goes near Natsu. "like so worried that you couldn't stay in one place?"
Not making a reply, Natsu just grumbles and looks away.
Lisanna giggles in seeing Natsu's reaction before she went and kissed his cheek, surprising him.
"Take it as a big thank you from me." Lisanna said as she smiles happily to Natsu who just looks very embarrassed and awkward.
"SHE LIKES YOU~!" Happy slurred out while popping into the scene.
"Stop that!" Natsu shouted angrily at the blue cat.
A few hours later. Natsu along with Lisanna and Happy are walking in the town as they are heading for the western forest where the Dragon Slayer and his blue feline companion made a home for themselves.
After letting everyone in the guild know that Natsu is awake and well, Fairy Tail held a small party for his quick recovery. Many gave their proud and nice praises for the Fire Dragon Slayer who saved Lisanna in time and many just watch as Elfman continuously thanked the salmon haired mage for stopping his rampage and saving his sisters.
Now, after the party is over. It's time to hit the hay because Natsu had to rest to fully recover from his injuries. Lisanna is accompanying him and Happy because she felt a bit worried if he'll be able to reach his home without falling or anything. The young girl brought a small backpack that is filled with medical ointments and bandages along with some change of clothes.
"Thank you very much for saving me, Natsu." Lisanna said while walking beside Natsu. The girl then smiles awkwardly to the young man. "though I guess that you're getting sick of hearing it after what Elfman did."
"no kidding.." Natsu looks rather blue and it is because of Elfman who went down naked and did a dogeza to him so many times, thanking him and apologizing for all the things he did. The Dragon Slayer seeing the man naked while thanking and apologizing to him really didn't settle with him. "just hearing it makes me think of Elfman…"
"A truly horrifying gratitude…" Happy added in while flying in and then came sitting on Natsu's right shoulder.
Lisanna giggles to the two before they focus on going to the Dragon Slayer's home which is small and looks rather clumsily built at an opening on a small hill.
A minute later, the door to the house is opened and Natsu with Lisanna and Happy entering in.
"we're home!" Natsu yelled, even though there is no one inside.
"we're home!" Happy joined his friend.
"Welcome back." Lisanna said, smiling to see how the two always act when coming back to their home. She looks inside and sighs when she sees how messy everything is. "and as always, it's a messy place."
"it's not that messy." Natsu said and Happy nodded.
"it's messy in the eyes of girls." Lisanna spoke while placing down her backpack to the floor and then pick up a book on the floor near her feet. "How about you two go and get bathe while I clean things up here?" She started to pick up more books and magazines around her before placing them to a table. "I don't think you'll be able to get a good night sleep without a clean environment."
"We always sleep through this stuff." Natsu said.
"Aye, we always sleep through it!" Happy added in.
"Come on, just go and take a bath." Lisanna said while picking up some trash and throwing them into an empty sack she found. "I'll finish this up real quick."
"if you say so." Natsu said after shrugging his shoulders before he looks at Happy. "let's go to the lake and take a bath, Happy."
"Aye~!" Happy said before looking a bit annoyed. "even though I don't like taking a bath too often."
The Dragon Slayer and the Blue Feline went off as Lisanna is left to clean things up.
"Even after I told him, he still didn't build a bathroom here." Lisanna said while sighing as she tied up the sack and then proceed to throw it out. "does he do everything at the lake?" She then stops and shivers a bit. "wait, never mind. Don't ever think about that part…"
Lisanna continues to clean up as she had piles and piles of trash stacked outside by the passing minute.
At the small lake near Natsu's home, the Dragon Slayer and his feline friend came jumping into the body of water all naked as they made a big splash.
"ahhh~! Refreshed!" Natsu and Happy yelled out when they surfaced. "and cool~!"
"never taking a bath too long and now taking a bath sure makes a good feeling, huh Happy?" Natsu asks Happy who begins floating around him.
"Aye~" Happy replied before he looked at Natsu. "but even though it's cold and all, it's still too cold. Natsu, can you heat it up a bit?"
"Sure thing, buddy." Natsu said before he grins while his body begins to emanate a red aura and the water begins to evaporate a bit.
"aahhh…now it's warm and nice~" Happy said as he enjoys the cold water now turning into a warm hot spring thanks to Natsu's magic. As the feline enjoyed the warm water, he sees some fish floating up due to the rising heat that they are not used to. "ah~! fish~!"
While Happy is enjoying collecting the fishes that have fallen into his paws, Natsu begins to pull off the bandages on his body as they were getting wet and uncomfortable.
"that's…" Natsu pulls the bandage plaster on his face and then threw it to a pile near the edge of the lake. "The last one." He sighs and then begins to let his body enjoy the warm water. "haaa…today sure been a surprising day."
"Aye, from fighting Elfman as the Beast and then waking up all bandaged in the guild's infirmary." Happy replied while going out of the lake and pulling on a net filled with the fishes he caught. "it's more of a surprising thing when you wake up all doozy like before."
"yeah." Natsu stretches his arms up and then cracks his neck a few times. "I've missed a lot of meals."
"For you it's meals and for me it's fish." Happy said while smiling. "well that's just Natsu."
Natsu and Happy continued to take their bath in the warmed lake before they finished in half an hour.
Drying himself up with his magic, Natsu finishes his bath and puts his clothes back on while Happy merely shakes his body very fast before his fur becomes all puffy like a fuzzball.
"let's go back, Happy." Natsu said as he adjusts his scarf around his neck.
"You go back first, Natsu." Happy said as he sprouted his wings and then carried the net with the fishes he got. "I need to go and keep this stash of fish to my super duper secret stash."
"You mean at the guild's fridge, right?" Natsu said. "remember the last time you did it, you got Gramps to be mad at you?"
"Aye, but this time we got a new fridge just for me!" Happy said with a grin. "now I'm all set for fishes in my tummy~!"
"I see…" Natsu said as he watches Happy fly away. "get back safely, you hear me!?"
"Aye~!" Happy replied while flying straight for the guild.
Natsu watches his feline partner disappear into the night sky before he turns and begins walking back to his house.
It took only a 2-3 minute walk from the lake to his house, Natsu walking while also picking up some branches and sticks that he would need for his house's fireplace.
"man, It's night time and I don't feel sleepy at all." Natsu said as he crack his neck a few times. "must've been because I slept too much."
As Natsu talks to himself, he reaches his house in no time.
"I'm back." Natsu hollered as he pushed the door open and entered before he looked rather shocked because his entire house's messy dump became nice and clean. "gah!? My house!?"
"Welcome back." Lisanna hollered to Natsu as she came into the scene while wearing her change of clothes and holding her previous clothes that had gotten wet and cleaned. "Where's Happy?"
"He went back to the guild to stash some fish he got at the lake." Natsu replied as he looks around the room and then at Lisanna. "you really cleaned the place up."
"years of cleaning after Elf-niichan's room came useful." Lisanna said with a smile. "although I got my clothes dirty and had to change into the spare ones."
Afterwards, the two settled into the house as Natsu got his house's fireplace running to keep the place warm and cozy.
"here you go." Lisanna held two mugs that had tea in them as she passed one to Natsu. "this is a special tea to help an injured person heal faster."
"really?" Natsu takes one mug and sniffs the tea before he looks a bit pale. "smells so bitter."
"well, it is a medicine in a way." Lisanna said. "drink it up to the last drop, alright? Don't waste a single drop and that's Polyrusica-san's order."
"that granny, huh?" Natsu looks a bit pale because Polyrusica is the name of the Guild's unofficial medic who lives at the eastern forest. "all her medicine is bitter and taste horrible."
"come on, drink it all up." Lisanna said as she watches Natsu while already taken a sip of her tea which is just normal sweet honey tea. "if you drink it all up, you get to eat a sweet candy to clear it up."
Natsu looks at the mug with a very disgusted look before he tense his face up while taking a deep breath and then exhales.
"in one go!" Natsu yelled before he goes and downed all the tea into his throat. It only took half a minute for him to drink it all up and afterwards, he exhales and looks rather green because of how bitter it tasted. "BITTER~!"
"good job." Lisanna said as she held out a piece of wrapped up candy to him. "here, your candy."
"so small…" Natsu muttered, disappointed at the sight of the wrapped up candy that he took and pops into his mouth despite his disappointment. "It's sweet though."
"You look like you're enjoying it though." Lisanna giggles.
After getting Natsu to drink his medicine, the two childhood friends settled down on a couch and relaxed a bit.
"it's kinda feels nice with everything clean and all." Natsu said as he sees how his house's room is all clean and basically habitable for a normal person.
"that's what all normal people would say." Lisanna replied with a smile before she sighs and looks at her surroundings. "it's been almost 5 years, right?" she glances at her friend. "5 years since you've built the place, right?"
"I guess so." Natsu shrugs his shoulders. "I don't keep count."
"that's an obvious answer coming from you." Lisanna replied with a giggle before she sighs once again and then close her eyes while tilting her head up. "I still remember it, you know? how you made a house that fell on top of you in the next second."
"shut up!" Natsu looks embarrassed as it is because 5 years ago, the Dragon Slayer decided to build a house for himself and Happy and when he did, he made a house of bricks that fell on top of him when he decided to enter. "it was hard to make a house!"
"yeah, and we all had to work together to make you one, right?" Lisanna replied with a short laugh as she remembers that to build Natsu's house, it needed her help along with Elfman, Mira, Erza, and Gray's help. She opens her eyes and looks at Natsu while smiling. "it was the first time you had to accept Gray's help, right?"
"kuuuh~!" Natsu looks annoyed while grumbling all angrily.
Time passes as the two conversed about old times together and as they do so, they had some small snacks and drinks that the Dragon Slayer had in his house.
"and that time, you accidently roasted Happy and sent him flying to the ocean." Lisanna said with a small giggle, the Strauss girl holding a fire wine bottle which is something she got from Natsu's snack stash. "We all had to work hard to find him before the sharks ate him~!"
"it wasn't my fault that he got in my way." Natsu grumbles while munching on a piece of cooked meat. "I was trying to beat up the punk who spat at my scarf and he just had to get in my way!"
"you're not supposed to be angry at Happy, but at yourself for your actions, you know?" Lisanna said as she pulls on Natsu's cheek while looking a bit red from the fire wine. "He's our son, you know~?!"
"you're still saying that stuff after all these years?" Natsu looks annoyed as he continues to eat his meat. "I just helped raise him from the egg he came from and he's not my son if I hatched him."
"you say that even though you always be with him." Lisanna said while poking Natsu's cheek a few times. "admit it, you like having Happy around and you like him like your own son, right?" she giggles before she looks up with a rather confused face. "ah, speaking of Happy. When is he coming back?"
"That cat must've decided to party at the guild because of all the fishes he got." Natsu said, knowing what the feline would do when he gets a lot of fish with him.
"I guess so~!" Lisanna laughs a bit as she can imagine Happy going crazy with the many fishes he got. "that's our Happy for ya~!"
After more talks and snacks together, the place went quiet and rather dim lighted because of the fireplace going out from the lack of firewood that turned into charcoal and ashes.
Natsu and Lisanna are still on the couch, both finished all the food and drinks they had and they're not just leaning against their seats and looking at the ceiling in a daze.
"hey, Natsu…." Lisanna spoke out in breaking the silence. "hey…can I tell you something that I think is a secret?"
"What is it?" Natsu asks before he yawns. "what secret?"
"i…..i was scared…" Lisanna spoke out as Natsu glances at her and became a bit surprised when he sees her eyes tearing up. "I was so scared…"
"Lisanna, what's wrong?" Natsu asks as he is a bit frantic whenever he sees Lisanna crying. "what were you scared of?
"everything." Lisanna replied. "I've been scared of so many things." Her tears became flowing down her cheeks. "from when I was a child and to now, I've been so scared of so many things." She begins to slowly break down. "I've been so scared~!"
Lisanna breaks down in tears as she started crying while Natsu looks confused and frantic, not knowing why she is crying so much nor knowing what to do in the situation.
"ah..um…hey…ah…" Natsu looks at Lisanna as he is trying to figure out what to do, and as he did, he only knows one thing to do when a girl is crying. He looks at her and then nodded before he goes and gently pulled his childhood friend into a hug.
Lisanna looks a bit surprised from the hug as she looks at Natsu who looks a bit flushed on the cheeks.
"Natsu?" Lisanna spoke out.
"Lisanna, tell me what is making you so scared." Natsu said with a rather serious face. "if it's a person, I'll beat him up and…"
"no…" Lisanna interjected as Natsu looks at her. the girl looking down while frowning. "it's not someone making me scared…or rather, it's just…everything that is making me feel scared." She leans closer into the hug while burying her face. "when we were growing up…I've been feeling scared of so many things…" she grasps her hands to her friend's chest. "and when that quest came up…when Elf-niichan became the Beast and nearly killed me…i…I've become so…so scared!"
Natsu looks at Lisanna as he felt surprised because it is the girl who would always smile and make any tense situation all cheerful and nice. To see her all weak and scared, it's just something that made him feel very bad about.
"you don't have to be scared anymore." Natsu spoke while pulling Lisanna even closer. The girl making a noise while looking up at the young man who just hugs her very close and very protectively. "I'm here..me, Mira, Elfman, everyone at Fairy Tail, we're always be there for you. So don't be scared anymore."
"Natsu…" Lisanna whispers as she looks at Natsu who looks back at her with a smile.
"don't worry, I'm always there for you." Natsu said with his smile turning into a grin. "right?"
Lisanna looks at Natsu for a moment before she smiles with her cheeks turning a bit red.
"Right. You're always there for me." Lisanna said before she leans on his chest. "always…"
The two went into silence as both stayed in their position for a whole 5 minute before they slowly separated when Lisanna gently pushes Natsu away.
"Natsu….i…I don't want to go home today..so…" Lisanna whispers while slowly reaching her hands up and then around his neck. "let me stay here…with you…"
"alright." Natsu nods. "you can sleep here whenever you want."
"as I thought…" Lisanna giggles in hearing Natsu's innocent reply. "you would say it like that."
"like what?" Natsu asks before he got pushed down to the couch by Lisanna. "wha?"
"I don't just want to stay and sleep her with you." Lisanna said as she slowly leans up near Natsu's face, her eyes glowing a radiance that the Dragon Slayer has never seen before. "I want to Sleep with you, I want to be with you."
"uh…what?" Natsu asks before he became surprised when Lisanna comes closer and closer.
"just hold me close while staying still, okay?" Lisanna asks in a whisper before she goes and connects her lips with Natsu's.
Natsu became surprised as this is the first time he has ever been in such a situation and this is the first time he got kissed. He didn't know what to do but after hearing Lisanna telling him to hold her and stay still, he thought it'd be best to do so.
The Dragon Slayer wrapped his arms around Lisanna's slender frame as she kissed his lips while inserting her tongue into his mouth. The young girl focused on the kiss while feeling Natsu's warm hands rubbing her backside.
Natsu and Lisanna stayed in their position as there's only small moans from the girl who is doing her best to deepen the kiss while caressing his fingers through his patch of pink hair.
Feeling this new sensation growing, Natsu also felt his heart thumping hard like it's beating with fire.
After some minutes, their kiss was ended and Lisanna slowly lifts herself up while smiling down at her childhood friend.

Natsu gulped as he didn't know what was going on.

"um..uh….well…" Natsu muttered out while looking away before he looks at Lisanna with a rather awkward smile. "I think….they look good? I mean, your breasts is nice and all..i think?"
Lisanna hears his reply and just smiled in return.
"Natsu, can you help me strip?" Lisanna asks while holding his hands to her shorts. "strip this off while I strip your clothes off."

Natsu now looks embarrassed because he and Lisanna are now buck naked on the sofa.
"Natsu, come here." Lisanna said as she got Natsu's right hand to be placed on her left breast while she slowly leans down and got herself to be on the bottom while the salmon haired mage is on the top. "feel them. I want you to feel them like they're the best pillows you got."

"a bit.." Natsu said before he sees Lisanna reaching a hand to the backpack she had placed near the couch. The girl rummaging around the content before pulling out a jar of honey. "is that…honey?"
"yeah, the nice and sweet one." Lisanna said before she twist the lid open and then begins pouring the golden yellow liquid all over her breasts. "here. to compensate for the milk I don't have, I'll give you my breasts covered in honey."
"you could've just gave it to me, so that I could drink it." Natsu said as he looks a bit awkward. "now you got all sticky honey on you."

"eh…?" Natsu looks confused before he gets pulled in and the door to his house is slammed close. "what!? hey! Wait!"
