Hey there everyone how's it going today?

Sorry for not updating this story, I had other stories to deal with along with personal stuff which I don't want to talk about.

Now then it's time to continue the story of the black knight in Castlevania.

sorry for it being short but it's been a while so coming back into it will take time.

Chapter 7: a family enveloped by a shadow of darkness part 7

(5 months later)

A lot of changes happened at the ancient castle that Ichigo was staying for training, after he rescued Izuku and the villagers and some dragons, they went back to the castle with Kisuke and Ichigo explained what happened but he couldn't recall when he took them out, so when they got back to the castle, Yoruichi and the others were waiting for them when they saw Ichigo and Kisuke coming over the horizon and Orihime and Rukia were glad Ichigo was alright, so was Yoruichi but she was about to run over and give him a piece of her mind when she saw that a group of villagers on foot, horse, wagons and dragons were coming up behind them and was very surprised.

Kisuke told Yoruichi what Ichigo told him and looks like the castle will get a bit more lively and also there might be more people to train to combat the vampires and more.

Also there also dragons to take care of as well.

So they let the others inside and placed the dragons with others of their kind and helped everyone get settled in and Ichigo went in last.

Yoruichi and Kisuke talked in private about what Ichigo did and they will have to keep a close eye on him, because he will be doing a bit more reckless things in the future.

And they would be right.

Over the 5 months since Ichigo rescued and brought in Izuku and the others to the castle everyone worked hard to survive, they began to cut down some trees and such to make houses around the castle so they can room of their own and not be too crowded in the castle.

And also they even helped restore the castle a bit more.

Some of them even helped tending to the animals and the dragons to make sure they're good and safe.

They also had help from Tessai who taught them and helped place protective spells on their houses so they can be safe during the night in case any night creatures try to attack them while they sleep.

They also build some huts, stables and store houses and even a forge.

They did have some from the dragons that were rescued and it help to speed things along.

Also the villagers received food and clothes for their troubles and felt grateful especially Izuku.

Soon everyone got settled in and with Kisuke and Tessai helped form many groups so each group will do certain tasks and then switch with others so they learn the next set of skills and so forth.

And there were some that wanted to learn how to fight to combat the creatures of darkness and not let a repeat of what happened again and Izuku was one of them.

As for Ichigo after training he went to his room and rested with Silver joining him and thought over of what the flames swordsman told him a few months back.

During his time he has learned a lot of new fighting styles, improved his archery skills and even learned some spells, but since he was a bit hotheaded and head strong and curious he even decided to learn some spells that Tessai and Kisuke wouldn't usually approve of, but it might come in handy someday.

Izuku got along fine with Uryu, Chad, Orihime, Rukia and Renji and even Silver, Crimson and Red eyes warmed up to him as well.

Ichigo trained Izuku and it turned out that Izuku was a quick study and he learned fast and Ichigo was impressed, but he did tell Izuku to slow down a bit as he was still young.

But Ichigo couldn't help but shudder as some dark thoughts flew through his mind as during the last 5 months he has been having some intense dreams that some time become very intense nightmares.

He keeps seeing fire, bodies on the ground, the trees were on fire, the sky dark as the blackest night and the moon red like blood and he sees his mom fighting against a deadly vampire and monsters.

Sometimes when he feels a bit overwhelmed he goes to the highest point of the castle and stay there for a bit before coming down after calming his mind.

But he can't shake the feeling that when he returns home, something tragic will happen.

But he must train to be ready for it when it comes.

He hopes that back home things are a bit easier.

Life for Ichigo's family back home was a bit tricky and such, Kurt got along fine with Ichigo's family and bonded with Karin and Yuzu and decided to learn how to sword fight and Isshin taught him.

Mystique also helped out and used her powers to go into town to gather information in different disguises and came back to tell Masaki and Isshin while getting some food and as for Logan he helped out with the farm work and went to town to get food, stuff for weapons and supplies but he kept a sharp look out for anyone that might look suspicious.

Also he was careful about the 'priests' that glared at him, he had a feeling that they weren't priests but thugs hired to be ones and they followed Logan even out of town and when they were further away from town, Logan tricked them into following him in the woods, the fake priests try to find him but Logan gave them the slip and when their guard was down, he pounced on them and took them out and not let one escape so they wouldn't tell the corrupted members of the church and went on his way.

Meanwhile on the borders of Styria the vampires sent by Carmilla have reached the borders of Styria and Romania and decided to hide out in some caves because the sun was coming up and they didn't have the dawn armors which protects them from the sun because it was still in the works and now they wait until dusk and they can move out again and keep going until they reached where Masaki lives and bring her down so that Carmilla can have the power she needs to rule the world.

Ok that ends this long and overdue chapter.

Sorry for the delay everyone, when you have a lot of ideas for stories flowing around in your mind it's hard to get back to the stories you want to do.

Now then the next chapter will have Ichigo interact with his friends and also with Izuku and the dragons he help rescued and there might be a bit of an interaction with Orihime but I can't make any promises.

Now then the next chapter for this series will pop out sometime in November.

Now with this chapter done I need to get to work on my other stories that need to be done.

Also I am making a decision regarding one of my stories and I will reveal that once 2 chapters for 2 of my stories are uploaded, so you'll have to wait and see.

Ok that's it for now I am off to rewatch the Castlevania series on Netflix.
