In the aftermath of a near death experience for both Merlin and Arthur, in which Merlin manages to save Arthur's life in the nick of time yet again, the two end up taking comfort in one another, have a good snogging session, then feelings are revealed.

Merlin rubbed his forehead as he tried to focus on the words on the page instead of his steadily worsening headache.
