Yeah, this is my first fanfic ever.So, I love the episode 'The Nightmare Begins' from Season 2, (Episode 3), and so I just thought I'd write a little one-shot on what was going through Morgana's head as she realised she had magic. I have no idea when this is set, maybe just after the episode... Decide for yourself. It's any time in Season 2 after her magic appears.

Containes spoilers from the first ep of S5. This is how the scene after Merlin got Arthur out of the battle should have gone if it were up to me ;) Read the A/N before reading please.

One shot - As the title suggests this is my version of how Arthur finds out Merlin's Secret, it is set roughly after the second series I think. Anyway. A mysterious mythical creature is close to threatening Camelot and Arthur, against his father's wishes, goes to slay it and Merlin goes with him.

"I always knew there was something different about you Merlin... It seems I just didn't realise how right I was"

"People said that in time wounds healed and became easier to bear but this one had not done so. Blood gushed from it without disinclination showing no signs of stopping and Merlin found himself praying that he'd bleed to death" Merlin angst/whump if I'm not lazy.

Whilst hunting for an enemy of Camelot Merlin takes a spell to save Arthur, Arthur fearing the worst finds something he didn't expect. Can Arthur face up to and deal with the responsibilities that are to come?

Tag to "Arthur's Bane Part Two" so this contains spoilers. Mordred would have never expected to become a knight of Camelot, just like he had no idea that his three saviors from ten years ago would have changed so much. A short piece that delves into possible thoughts from Mordred.
