For Spider-Man, this will be mostly from comics and Spectacular Spider-Man and a little from The Amazing Spider-Man. Mostly Spectacular Spider-Man, since it is the closest to the comics. Also, for this story Bucky, Falcon and Ant Man are part of the Avengers.

Also, for this story, Spider-Man wears the red and black version of his costume from the MCU, but with the white spider on the back from the PS4 Spider-Man game.

"Spider-Man?"

"Yes, Spider-Man," Nick Fury sighed.

"JARVIS, bring up everything on Spider-Man," Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, ordered. Holographic screens appeared with pictures of the masked vigilante, mostly just blurry images and videos of a black and red-figure swinging through the city. Some of the clearer videos were obviously shot by amateurs, as the videos were shaky and vertical. But in one of the videos, they saw Spider-Man swing in between an out-of-control car and a bus full of people, stopping the car that was easily going 80 mph, stopping it in less than a minute, and taking off again. Then there was another one of him fighting some supervillains in the streets. There were also some pictures of webbed-up bad guys and machinery. Another screen had news articles of villains and gang bangers that Spider-Man had taken down. The screens shared everything they knew, down to the conspiracy of hero vs menace.

"Okay, he seems pretty strong and fast. What do you want from him and why do you need us?" Tony asked, trying not to show how impressed he was.

"Because we have nothing on him," Fury stated, glaring at the masked man on the many screens.

"What? You're kidding, right? SHIELD has dirt on everybody. How do you not have anything on this spider person?" Sam Wilson, aka Falcon, gasped.

"Well, it seems that no one knows anything. He doesn't leave any clues, and all information about this wall-crawler is scattered and unreliable." Fury stated. He had already gone through every available news report, every blurry video, and every damn article written about the guy. He wasn't kidding when he said that no one knew anything about the man behind the mask.

"You know, a while back I was asked to follow Spider-Man around to discover his secret identity. The clever little bug led me on a chase around the city for three hours before I lost him. It went on like that for a couple of weeks before I was reassigned for another mission_. I never did figure out how he knew I was following him. Even tried letting him spot me and then make it look like he lost me a few times. He never fell for it." Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, said. Everyone looked both amused and impressed by that, and a little surprised that Clint had given up only after a couple of weeks.

"So, you really need all of us to track him down?" Steve Rogers aka Captain America asked.

"Maybe while we are at it we can start volunteering at nursing homes or help stop petty crime," Tony chuckled, flipping through his tablet about Spider-Man saving a cat from a tree and walking the elderly across the street.

"Spider-Man's got your slack while you're here, enjoying yourselves. He's out there saving lives on an individual basis. He's good at it too. You all could take a few lessons from him. Since he showed up, crime in this city has gone down 75%. But he is also dangerous and his power is unchecked. Considering everything that has been going on lately, we need to know everything about this Spider-Man. We need to know his intentions, powers, etcetera, just in case he is a future threat. There are just too many unknowns." Fury stated.

"If he is doing good for the city, then why do we need to bring him in? Especially now; Spider-Man has been protecting the city for almost three years now and hasn't shown any signs of him going to the dark side." Bruce Banner aka the Hulk pointed out.

"Yes, and in those three years, he has made a lot of enemies and a lot of curious people. With mostly unknown powers, the council is also a little jumpy" He sighed. "With the Accords being rewritten about people with superhuman abilities, Spider-Man is one of the only heroes that has managed to stay out of it, Not to mention there has been an increase in enhanced humans. The council believes Spider-Man might know where they are coming from if he is involved or not."

"Are you saying people are after him because of the Accords?" Bucky asked with a frown, knowing that most of the trouble the Avengers had faced lately was due to the accords, with him just recently being pardoned.

"That is part of it…" he started then was cut off.

"Has the council been reading too many of the Bugle's stories on Spider-Man saying he could be the cause of a bunch of new supervillains he helped stop? That is ridiculous," Tony scoffed.

"That might be the case, but seeing as there is little to nothing known about Spider-Man, he poses a threat to world security and public safety. There is also the fact that since the appearance of Spider-Man he has a lot of media coverage, more so than the Avengers. People are nervous if that could lead to more enhanced people to take the law into their own hands without any consequences." Everyone stayed quiet for a minute, most of them having run into Spider-Man once or twice saving the city, but they had pretty much stayed out of each other's way, only seeing him in passing. Fury could tell that most of them weren't comfortable going after Spider-Man. He had helped them… "The sooner that you get the information the better… if he checks out he might make a good addition into the Avenger's Initiative." Everyone was a little surprised at the comment.

"There are plenty of other dangerous people out there who deserve our attention much more than him." Rhodey stated, wondering why he was even there because he wasn't really an Avenger; he was still in the military.

"To be honest, I would rather leave the spider guy alone and let him continue helping the city undisturbed, but I agree that this needs to get done, even if it is just a precaution. There have been instances reported of Spider-Man being a little too hard on criminals, putting them in the hospital instead of prison. It isn't sure if that is because of his powers and he still has little control of them or for a darker reason." Fury explained, remembering reports of villains being hospitalized or never seen again after fights with Spider-Man, not to mention all the damage his fights usually leave.

"Too hard on criminals, what does that even mean?" Scott asked.

"Yeah, we go after the real big baddies and you don't seem to mind if we don't hold back," Tony said lazily.

"That isn't the point, Stark. All I am saying is nobody knows his motives or the extent of his powers. Half of this city sees Spider-Man as a hero, the other half thinks he is a criminal mastermind that is causing disturbances or a menace to this city."

"Seriously? I heard the news reports, only the die-hard JJJ fans believe that crap, that Spider-Man is somehow destroying this city by saving it or somehow working with the criminals he fights towards a bigger evil scheme." Tony chuckled at how people could be so stupid.

"Okay, what do you have on him so far?" Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, asked, trying to get back on topic and not dive into the Spider-Man hero or villain conspiracy.

"Again, there isn't much. What we do have as of last time I checked his file is he is between 5'7" and 6'1", we believe he is in his mid to late twenties," Clint said, having remembered the report from when he was assigned to the case. Fury nodded in agreement that that information hadn't changed.

"Damn, that is young," Scott said, seeing as most of the Avengers were in their late thirties to early forties.

"The abilities we are aware of are: super strength, superhuman reflexes, and agility, he shoots webs from his wrists and can stick to walls, but we do not know the full extent of these abilities or what other abilities he has." Fury continued.

"Anything else?" Sam asked.

"He showed up a little over three years ago, and since then he currently has the highest count for arrests of criminals and supervillains. His main mode of transportation is by web. Despite that, he is pretty quick to respond to any criminal activity."

"How-when you said you didn't have much, you weren't kidding," Tony stated. Everyone was quiet again, thinking over all the information.

"How do we plan on unmasking this guy? He obviously wants to keep his identity a secret and has done a lot to keep it that way," Widow asked, reading the reports of the numerous times someone had tried to find out his identity, all to come up short.

"I don't feel comfortable going after a fellow hero like this. We all have secrets; shouldn't we just let him be?" Steve asked again.

"I understand your concerns Captain, but the council wants the information. And technically he isn't a hero, he is a masked vigilante roaming the city unchecked. He could pose a threat to public safety as I have stated before. It is better to err on the side of caution when it comes to people with superhuman abilities, don't you agree?… If Spider-Man checks out, then we can see if he is Avenger material or, if he needs to be locked up." Fury paused to look at all the Avengers one by one. No one protested or added anything to the current conversation. "That concludes this meeting. I don't care how you do it, but I need as much information as you can get." Fury ordered, and with that, the group headed back to Avenger's Compound to prepare for their mission.

Midtown High School

"Peter Parker!" A brown-haired teen shot up in his seat, wide-eyed.

"Ye-Yes?" he stammered, pulling off a piece of paper stuck to his cheek. Several of his classmate sinkering in the background

"Did you fall asleep in my class again?" asked Mr. Montejo, the precalculus teacher who was glaring down at the poor teen.

"No sir." Peter stammered as the class chuckled, watching the display.

"Well, since you are clearly not sleeping in my class, get back to the work I assigned." the teacher snapped.

"Umm, I already finished it," Peter said, holding up the paper, which was snatched from his hands. Mr. Montejo looked it over, trying to find anything wrong in the math assignment. Not finding any, he turned and walked back to his desk with an annoyed huff. Peter released the breath he was holding.

"Mr. Parker, since you finished your work early, which seems to be too easy for you since you feel the need to sleep in my class, you can do these extra assignments," Mr. Montejo stated, holding up a couple more papers. Peter groaned. "Or.. you can help grade my regular math class's assignments. Your choice."

Peter got up, the class still snickering at him or giving him dirty looks. He grabbed the extra assignments and slowly walked back to his seat. He thought it would be faster to just work on more precalculus problems than to give himself a headache at his peers' failed math homework. He sat down, trying to ignore the triumphant looks he was getting from the teacher and the looks he was getting from his classmates. He wasn't sure why his teacher didn't seem to like him. of course it could be because of that one time he corrected him on a problem in front of the whole class.

"The rest of you get back to work. What you don't finish is homework. Don't forget you also have chapter five questions one through sixteen to complete" he stated as some others groaned in the class.

The rest of the school day was mostly uneventful and Peter couldn't wait to get out of there. The school year had just started and already he was hating it. He had just started his sophomore year and was taking all the advanced classes he could, all APs and Honors, and yet it was still too easy he was also still at the top of his class despite his late nights as the masked vigilante Spider-Man. Keeping up with school work mostly during class and in any downtime he gets which isn't much. Honestly, sometimes he forgets why he even tries anymore at school. With a sigh he answered his own question: because he promised Aunt May and Gwen before… before they died. He promised them that he wouldn't drop out of high school and he would try his best, he needed to do something with his life besides Spider-Man… that last part was mostly just for Gwen since his Aunt May never found out his secret.

After school he walked down the busy streets of New York, lost in his thoughts he wasn't aware of where he was going he ended up in an alleyway by a subway entrance in a rough part of town. He went underground past all the busy parts of bustling people and down dusty tunnels he stopped at an old coin terminal with his super-strength pushed in a little spider graffitied into the wall, a key pad opened, after he typed the code the tracks shook folding upward to reveal a staircase. Walking in the dark he hit the bottom he reached out a hand flipping on the light to reveal a large open space that was once a subway station. He had found this place a couple of years ago when he was looking into his father's work. he found the train car and after a lot of investigating found the train car went down to the station so he had rigged the secret passage to take him down to the train car instead of bringing the train car to him.

This place became his spider lair or spider cave for lake of a better word for it. on the left wall was the train still set up as a lab with his father's equipment some of which he cannibalized to make some of his spider tech. up by the roof in one of the corners was a web hammock he made with longer-lasting webs and more webs covering the roof like a canopy giving him an extra layer to relax and hang. In the back there was a section of the wall which at one point probably had a tunnel that led back up to the surface but was now blocked off; this is where he kept his backup Spider-Man suits. To the right next to the little out cove, he had newspaper clippings of some of the Spider-Man stories and pictures of Spider-Man saving people. He also had a web (no pun intended) of gang activity and conspiracies he was tracking down. To the other side of the cove was where the substations bathroom was. It took a lot of fixing to make it more sanitary. He still had water problems now and then, but it worked for the most part.

No one knew about this place; he had erased any trace of it from the city's records, he went to great lengths to hide this place's existence. This place was also his home, and he was glad he didn't have to pay rent. He was still underage; if he wasn't living here he would either be on the streets or in foster care until he turned eighteen.

Peter sighed, walking further into the space, passed his boxes stacked on the entrance wall. Dust fell from the ceiling as the secret passageway closed up. More lights flicked on, showing his half-finished spider tech on messy work tables, open textbooks and a mess of papers of unfinished homework and theories he was working on. There were empty take-out containers in a large trash bin in the corner to his right by an old refrigerator he managed to take from his old house with Aunt May. On another table sat a laptop built from pieces of tech he got from garbage bins and recycling centers - some of it was from Stark Industries. On the right wall above his laptop were large screens which made an arch around the table with his laptop and a larger desk monitor. That was his Spider-Man computer for all superhero research and hacking needs, completely untraceable and protected from other hackers. He even cannibalized some confiscated villain tech to make some of his other Spider-Man tech, like his spider-tracers, spider-bots, sonics he built into the suit, and his stealth technology (which he didn't use much because he was going with the 'Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man') and was already pretty stealthy when he wanted to be. Pretty much all the tech in his lair he either built himself, repurposed from villains he took down, stuff he got dumpster diving, or where his dad's, making everything have the 'homemade' feel.

He sat down in the only rolling chair with a sigh, wondering why he had come here early instead of going out on patrol right after school like he usually did. 'Homework,' he thought, reaching for his backpack he had haphazardly tossed on the floor. Honestly, he didn't want to work on his homework. Most of it was already finished and some he hadn't even started, but he wanted to take his mind off his troubles.

The screen on his left started flashing; he sat up straight and turned on the volume. The sound of a police radio filled the silence and a map of the city zoomed in on the blinking light.

Robbery in progress 531 W. Trusel Road Middletown, need backup. Subjects armed and dangerous.

"Well, time to get to work." Peter said, getting up and quickly dressing in his suit.

He had been Spider-Man for almost four years now since he was bitten by that spider when he was 12 then three months later his uncle was shot and killed. He decided that night to use his powers for good and be a hero for this city. Aunt may followed only a year later due to an outbreak of an untested substance or bio-attack in Queens. He wasn't able to save her in time. Then Gwen oh Gwen… after he failed to save her father Captain George Stacy he promised that nothing would happen to her… but he couldn't save her and she died. Too many broken promises to many failed saves. Many times, he thought about quitting being Spider-Man as it seemed to do nothing but cause people pain but he stayed with it the voice of his uncle in his head repeating the saying "with great power comes great reasonability" these words were both his curse and really one of the only things that kept him going. Spider-Man still saves a lot more lives than he takes and is the only break he gets from his horrible life.

The Robbery was easy to stop almost too easy but he took in the fact no one was hurt he took off as quickly as he appeared he landed on a roof overlooking the city when his phone rang, making him jump almost falling off his perch. He tapped the side of his mask to answer his phone.

"hel-hello your friendly neighborhood Spider-man here?" he stammered cursing himself sightly getting his rapped breathing under control

"Pete do you have a minute to stop by the gym?"

"Matt? Is there something wrong it isn't like you to call me?" Peter asked he was starting to panic Matt Murdock was really the only friend he had left that was still alive and who knew his secret, scratch that he was the only one that knew his secret, and really his only friend.

"I don't want to talk about it over the phone just get over to the gym Asap." And with that Matt hung up. Peter frowned hoping Matt was ok. He jumped off his perch freefalling before shooting a web-swinging toward Hell's kitchen.

"Matt you here?" he called out to the dark gym the only light coming in from the cracks in the boards blocking up the windows and the hole in the ceiling. This gym is where Matt started teaching Peter the art of hand-to-hand combat since he mostly only relied on his webs and Spider-sense before Matt came into his life almost two years ago.

"Pete good you're here," Matt spoke from the shadows it would be creepy if he wasn't used to the dark. They rarely turned on the lights in this abandoned Gym. Matt was blind so he didn't need the lights on to see and ever since the Spider bite he has 20/100 vision of the spider part of him seeing almost perfectly in the dark. He was just lucky he wasn't bitten by the majority of spiders that have poor eyesight being that he had poor eyesight before he got powers.

"What is going on it is still day time you are never out in costume at this time?" peter started getting more worried

"Yes that is true but I have a feeling I need to make an exception this time.." he sighed peter walked further into the darkness letting his eyes adjust until he found Matt dressed in his red Daredevil suit. "I got some intel that a huge drug and weapons shipment will be coming in tonight by the dock and-"

"You need help that's fine but you almost gave me a heart attack thinking something was wrong with you thinking that you were dying or something and why are you telling me now?" Peter hated how many times he was called because Matt got hurt and he had to come to his rescue Matt had normal friends, his best friend Foggy who calls Spider-Man up every time he was worried Matt might be in trouble Karen who was their secretary, and a Claire who was a really good nurse and actually help patch him up from time to time when his healing factor was being a little too slow.

"Because it is happening tonight and I want to make sure you are ready." At this peter frowned

"Seriously training session now and I can take care of myself I have been doing this for a while." Peter sighed

"I haven't seen you for a couple of months I know you have been avoiding me for reasons you don't want to talk about that is why I called you here now." Matt said hoping Peter would tell him what was bothering him.

"I'm fine. Let's just get to training" Matt frowned at Peter's lack of response but nodded. This in near complete darkness they began to spare neither of them hindered by the dark

Time skips 4 hours later

"So, what's the plan again?" Spider-Man asked as he and Daredevil perched on the roof of a warehouse

"Really do you not know?" Daredevil sighed trying to remember why he asked for Spider-Man's help when he has to deal with his childish antics.

"I do I just wanted to make sure you do," Spider-Man stated giving a mock salute as he flipped off the building and went in through an open window Daredevil shook his head and got ready himself. the ship Matt thought was carrying drugs and weapons had been waiting at the docks for an hour he could sense Spider-Man waiting in the top floor window of the warehouse he could tell from this far away that Spidey was getting restless then people came out of the shadows to unload the ship's cargo it was more than drugs and weapons seem there was also human trafficking involved when Daredevil gathered evidence to make sure these men would go away for a long time he gave Spidey the signal to attack. Spider-Man quickly freed the captives mostly young girls dressed in rags, it always made him angry seeing how low criminals Stupp to for a quick paycheck forgetting human lives were at risk.

With speed, Daredevil wished he possessed he heard Spider-Man take out his half of the bad guys webbing them up jumping from one side of the Wearhouse to the other. All in all, this was a clean takedown until one of the idiot goons decided to try and get rid of them by blowing up the building.

The fire spread quickly the captives screamed and tried to find cover the bad guys escaped their bonds some ran some took advantage of the fire to try and kill them. Spider-Man swung through the burning wreckage trying to save the idiots and the captives.

"Go get out of here!" Spider-Man yelled as beam separated them Daredevil knew better than stand there and argue they had people to save he also knew Spider-Man was resourceful enough he would find a way out.

"Did everyone get out okay?" Daredevil asked as Spider-Man landed on the roof the fire still going strong behind him

"Yeah. Are you okay?" Spider-Man asked sounding worried he imagined the lenses in Spider-Man's mask looking him up and down for injures

"I am fine how about you?"

"Good." He said Daredevil couldn't smell blood or sense any pain in Spider-Man's voice but something in the teen's tone put him on edge something was bothering Peter had been all day. Matt was about to voice his concern but the sound of sirens was getting closer. "Well, this didn't end as it was supposed to. But that would be my cue to leave" Spider-Man sighed

"We did good today all the hostages are free and the bad guys are going to jail, besides the fire at the end it was a pretty good night." Normally it wasn't Daredevil to stay positive that was Spider-Man's job but he felt the need to brighten the kid's mood.

"Yeah, it was but the nights are not over yet. See you around Red" Spider-Man said waving and running away from him Daredevil listened as Spider-Man shot a web and with the grace of an Olympic athlete flipped into the night and was gone.

"Be safe." Daredevil sighed wondering if he should have pressed harder Spider-Man had been avoiding him for the last two months this was his chance to get the kid to talk to him but he was never the best when it came to heart-to-heart. Matt just hoped that whatever Spider-Man was dealing with didn't get him killed.

With Spider-Man

After leaving Daredevil he swung to Manhattan to do his regular patrol, stopping a few muggings, two attempted rape, and one car crash. To him, the night was still young so he deiced to take a break on the side of a water tower.

He didn't know what was going on but he was sure Matt had noticed something was wrong with him. He didn't know why but he was distracted and a little on edge he had been feeling off for the better part of the afternoon and well into the night. His spider-sense wasn't going off so he didn't think he was in danger but for some reason, it still put him on edge. Has the city been too quiet from crime than usual was someone plotting his death, probably he had a lot of enemies that would love to see him kick the bucket, so there was nothing new there. So, what was putting him so on edge?

As if to answer his question or really to add to his confusion he heard the sound of a small rocket and whirring machinery or a man-shaped rocket. He knew immediately without actually seeing the red and gold armor that Iron Man was around and for some reason flying in his direction.

Spider-Man had teamed up with The Iron giant several times and normally he enjoyed the superhero team-ups but tonight something felt off. There was a slight buzz in his head as iron Man came closer. against his better judgment, he climbed to the top of the water tower to see what Stark wanted if he was even looking for him that is.

The Avengers

"Spider-Man has been located Avengers assemble." Iron man called out to the rest of the team

"Okay everyone remembers the plan surround and capture let's do this fast and no one gets hurt." Captain America said over the coms.

"Let's just hope the spider is in a talking mood I have nightmares of being eaten by a giant spider," Scott said shivering at the thought. Him being one of the only Avengers never to have teamed up with Spider-Man and him being well Ant-Man he didn't want to see how much Spider was in Spider-Man.

"Does anyone have eyes?" Bucky asked running down the streets

Iron man was high above the city scanning the recent crime scene for any sight of the wall-crawler when he spotted a lone figure standing on top of a water tower staring at him with big white emotionless lenses. He wondered how Spider-Man knew he was there or how Spider-Man seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.

"Guys I have Eyes on Spider-Man he already spotted me I am going in I am going to try and talk this out."

"What Stark no! stick to the plan we will be there in two minutes," Steve ordered but was ignored

"Hey Spidey nice night isn't," Tony said landing on the other side of the roof the white lenses following him the man tilting his head to the side.

"Sure, I guess what do I own the pleaser of an Avenger sighting?" Spider-Man asked as he flipped in the air gracefully landed in front of him and then leaned back against the supports of the water tower.

"Actually, I wanted to talk to you."

"Me? Should I be worried or flattered that you came out of your shinny tower to talk to the little spider?" Spider-Man lenses narrowed.

"You should be flattered that I want to have a little talk with you." Tony said his face plate flipping up so Spider-Man could see it was really him.

"Sorry but I don't have the time tonight maybe I will swing by." Spider-Man waved his hand pushing himself off the tower to make his way to the ledge

"what's the matter Spidey are you in a bad mood not to talk with one of your heroes?" Tony said trying to keep his tone light "I heard about the fire tonight nice work you did there and all that."

Spider-Man snorted "what makes you think your one of my favorite heroes?" He asked turning around with an eyebrow raised or at least it looked like that with one of the lenses now wider than the other one. ignoring the comment about the warehouse fire.

"don't kid yourself I know you love me but I wanted to talk about your identity," Tony said a smirk on his face hoping his joke masked what he asked

"Sorry what?" Spider-Man asked fulling turning to face him his arms crossed over his chest

"Look you are…"

"Beautiful, a genius, immensely talented-" Spider-Man cut in still keeping his tone light thinking that Tony was just joking

"Dangerous I was going to say Dangerous there are people who just need to know who you are and make sure you are not a threat...-"

"A threat really, my years saving the city mean nothing nowadays. And why doesn't anyone understand the concept of the mask." Spider-Man sighed in sarcastic exasperation

"Look I didn't come here to fight a battle of the wits," Tony said thinking Spider-Man was joking this wasn't going well at least Spider-Man hasn't attacked him yet or tried to run. The voice in his helmet said the team was almost in position

"Good I don't fight unarmed men" Spider-Man shot back

"SHIELD would like to talk to you… I forgot your lack of education SHILD means "St.-"

" Strategic homeland intervention, enforcement, and logistics division, yeah I know." Spider-Man cut him off with a shrug

"wha- what how do you know that." Tony gasped

"I do my homework … sort of. Of course, I don't what my lack of education catch up to your level stark."

"I don't want to hurt you Spider-Man just come with me." Tony snapped now getting tired of this conversation and ignoring the laughter from Clint and Scott in his ear.

"Sorry but I am going to go with NO!" in that split second Clint fired a taser arrow but Spider-Man flipped over the arrow with the same action webbed Tony in the face and to the roof as the Arrow hit Tony instead causing sparks to fly everywhere.

"Spider-Man is on the move!" Clint shouted Tony trying to steady himself and rip off the webbing cursing to himself after rebooting his suit from the taser all while cursing to himself.

"I see him." Cap said on his motorcycle chasing after Spider-Man that was swinging above him. Captain America throws his shield cutting the webbing. Spider-Man began falling but expertly flipped and landed on the wall of the opposite building. Widow shot some tranquilizers at him he jumped but Falcon flew low grabbing Spider-Man by the leg before he could shoot another web or get to another building. he dropped Spider-Man Iron-Man came out of nowhere bear hugging Spider-Man but Spider-Man web him in the face again distracted he let go Spider-Man who flipped onto iron mans back crashing into the street taring it up with all the momentum he flipped off Iron man webbing him to the street and debris. Spider-Man dodged Widows stingers flipping up to the wall only for Falcon to catch his leg again this time Flacon quickly gained altitude.

"Oh, hey Falcon how's your day going?" Spider-Man asked twisting to see his captor he had never really fought with Falcon but had seen him on news being one of the new additions to the Avengers.

"fine"

"Okay cool because I have no idea what's going on and seem to be falling to my death a lot lately." Spider-Man tried to quip

"We need you to answer some questions for us."

"Like what's my name and home address sorry bird boy but as I told tin can the answer is no." Spider-Man said easily breaking Falcon's hold on him he began falling he shot a web on falcon's chest swing so he was now on Falcon's back. Falcon shot up and went into a barrel roll trying to shake Spider-Man. But the bug didn't budge.

"Sorry but this flight been canceled" Spider-Man shouted over the wind punching through Falcons pack for his wing's sparks went flying and his wings made a horrible groaning noise

"What the hell are you doing!" Falcon shouted as they began free-falling Spider-Man webbed each of Falcon's wings to make their falling more into gliding he pulled hard on his right-wing the banked to the right the buildings and the street approaching fast. The Spider pulled up slightly getting close to the building Spider-Man jumped off Falcon's back as he crashed into a brick wall spider-man webbed him completely embolizing him upside down. Falcon let out a groan from the impact lucky his suit took most of the damage.

Spider-Man didn't waste any time he flipped off the roof trying to get as far from the Avengers as possible. Only to have a red, white, and blue frisbee come out of nowhere hitting him in the back causing it to crash on the asphalt and side a few feet.

"Surrender Spider-Man and make this easier on yourself." Captain America said cautiously approaching the down vigilantly who was getting back to his feet with a groan

"I have no intention of revealing my identity and Cap I thought we were pals." Spider-Man gasped holding one hand on his rips. Cap threw his shield Spider-Man flipped over it catching the shield with his foot spinning in the air flinging the shield back at Cap who was surprised by the action. Steve wasn't fast enough to catch his shield which hit in in the chest throwing him back into the windshield of a parked car. Bucky jumped at Spider-Man right as he landed; Spider-Man Expertly dodge he went in again to punch Spider-Man but Spider-Man surprised him catching his metal fist and forcing it to the side making the metal groan

"Wow I have to say having a metal arm is pretty cool we haven't met but names Spider-Man," Spider-Man said, punching Bucky in the face with his other hand and webbing him up in a cocoon.

Spider-Man flips to the side narrowly avoiding Widows' tranquilizers. With inhuman speed flipping over her head and shooting webs at her encasing her in a straight jacket then jumping off her like a springboard, hitting Cap in the chest who was just getting back on his feet again causing him to crash back into the car. With a grunt, Captain America punched Spider-Man in the face using a good portion of his super straight thinking that would be enough to knock the bug out but Spider-Man just took a few steps back and shook it off.

"Not cool sucker-punching me like that." Spider-Man hissed shaking his head Steve's eyes widened a little at that

"I don't wish to hurt you spider-Man." Cap tried again to get Spider-Man to surrender. Spider-Man was about to respond his hand shot up catching an arrow out of thin air before it could hit him in the face, but what he was not expecting was the arrow to be flowed by a punch from a man that that was on the arrow.

"Hey Cap needs a little help." The red and silver figure asked.

"Seriously are all the Avengers out to get me?" Spider-Man asked getting back to his feet and tossing the arrow to the ground. Taking a glance at the sky hoping that didn't mean Thor and the hulk were going to make an appearance.

"No hard feelings Spider-Man but we have our orders," Steve said as he charged but the Spider was faster and a lot more agile Spider-Man web caught Cap's fists crossing his webs flipped over the Avenger and swung him into Ant-Man who yelped and shrank as Captain America crashed into a building.

Spider-Man's Spidey-sense went off again he looked down and narrowly avoided a fist coming out of nowhere he backflipped kicking the now human-sized Ant-Man in the chest.

"Have to say that is a cool power, I would love to stay and chat but I got to run," Spider-Man said dodging a few more arrows before he disappeared

"I lost visual on Spider-Man are all of you okay?" Bruce asked from the coms him still being at the compound.

"Spider-Man's gone everyone sound off." Steve grunted and helped Ant-Man to his feet who groaned from the powerful kick. Steve then ran over to Bucky trying to pull the webs off seeing his teammates beaten so easily

"Tony is trying to free Falcon," Bruce stated

"Widow and Bucky are down," Steve said trying to free Bucky who was wiggling on the asphalt cursing like there was no tomorrow and Widow was out cold.

"Did Spider-Man seriously just take down the Avengers?" Ant-Man asked seeing that only Clint (still on a rooftop somewhere) him and Captain America were the only ones standing.

"We underestimated him." Steve sighed looking up to where Spider-Man disappeared to

"Get everyone back to the tower, we will try to figure something else out " Bruce suggested.

With Spider-Man

"What the hell was that all about," Spider-Man asked himself quickly ditching his costume and running to his lair.

"Were they mind controlled or something? doubt it but why would they all attack me like that I thought we were pals." Spider-Man groaned seeing the already forming bruises from that fight "wait I am alive did I just win against the Avengers? Yes, I totally did I just beat the Avengers and now they are definitely mad at me if they weren't mad already." He groaned plopping himself in his chair with a huff.

What had changed he had been protecting this city for years teamed up with the Avengers from time to time and he thought there was a mutual understanding hero to hero and all of that. But tonight, was a completely different story the Avengers attacked him. He was fine with most of the city hating his guts but he thought that the Avengers saw that he just wanted to help to be a hero like them. He thought the Avengers didn't care what everyone else thought of him. Spider-Man looked up to the Avengers and wanted to be like them to give hope to the people of this city. Peter thought back at everything he did in the past couple of weeks thinking he did something wrong to get him on the Avenger's naughty list but he had been doing the same thing for years so what changed why did the Avengers want his identity all of a sudden saying he was a threat when for the past three years he had done nothing but protect this city. Peter screamed in confusion and frustration why did his life have to suck why did the universe hate him so much, That even his heroes were now out to get him
