"Midoriya, ribbit." Aus- Tsu spoke from her seat across from him. The class were on a trip to the 'USJ' to participate in rescue training. "What is your quirk?" The question seemed to grab most of the classes attention, causing Izuku to realise he had never actually fully explained the mechanics of his power.

"Well-" He pulled a notebook from under his seat, despite it definitely not being there two seconds ago. "I can alter the properties of objects or people that I touch, so like giving myself super strength or reversing the ball's gravity during the first day. Plus-"

"We're here." Aizawa stopped Midoriya before he could spiral into mumbling. "All Might won't be joining us today, so that's why-" As the class exited the bus, a loud noise rang out as something broke the sound barrier, a shape flying down from the sky to land before them.

"I am here!"

"Aunt Cathy!" The entire class turned to stare at Izuku, oh... he'd said that out loud didn't he.

"You sure did!" A large hand patted him on the back while leading the class towards the large metallic doors of the training area. They swung open, revealing the sprawling form of the USJ, along with the space hero: Thirteen. As they began to make a speech, Izuku's attention was drawn away by the purple disk that was slowly forming at the centre of the USJ. It widened, then was pulled apart like a curtain, revealing a man dressed in hands.

More people poured from the portal, adorned with various weapons and grinning in a way which told Izuku exactly why they were here. The purple cloud rematerialised above the class, then, Izuku started falling.

"Izuku Midoriya's velocity is zero." He dropped down into what resembled an urban area, false rain poured down from the ceiling, slowly eroding the tall office buildings around him.

"Look what we've here, boys!" Groups of villains emerged from the gloom, led by a woman who's quirk caused a liquid to hover around her, though Izuku couldn't make out what it was for the gloom of the rain. They had been hiding within the allies, so by the time Izuku had been warped in, he was entirely surrounded. That would have been an issue if they all attacked at once, luckily however, one broke formation early and charged Izuku.

The man was tall and broad, his skin replaced by a multi coloured pattern of coral. Before he could make it more than a meter, Izuku spun to face him, muttering to himself as he did. "The only velocity Izuku can gain is forwards." With the new Order in place, he dropped his previous Order on his downward velocity. As usual, the Order reapplied the velocity in the direction he was travelling previously, however said direction was overridden by his second Order.

The result was him shooting forwards at high speed, tackling the villain and freeing himself from being surrounded. He was quick to drop the Order on himself, lest gravity send him flying into a dome wall. Thankfully, the coral villain was unconscious from his attack, he was clearly one of the physically stronger thugs, so taking him out quickly was a good sign for the rest of the fight.

"Why are you all just standing there?" The liquid manipulator glared at her comrades: "Get him!" The horde of villains charged him, though he didn't let them get far.

"The air is moving at one hundred miles per hour forwards. Izuku Midoriya is unaffected by the wind." The hurricane force winds sent the thugs flying back, all but three knocked unconscious when they were flung into the concrete. Izuku was forced to drop the Orders to avoid injuring the unconscious thugs.

The liquid manipulator had blocked the winds using the oil- the rain had cleared up enough for him to see it- that surrounded her. Another caused the air to move around him, leaving him unharmed. Finally, one man had seemingly absorbed the wind's kinetic energy, his left hand was now glowing with some kind of energy. "You've done it now, brat!"

The energy absorber rushed forth, telegraphing his attack to the point were even a child could dodge it. Izuku's palm hit the man's jaw, already taking the opportunity to use the man's quirk against his allies: "Izuku Midoriya will absorb energy from quirks." He quickly pivoted to face the air manipulator, taking advantage of the man's focus on his downed ally. "Izuku Midoriya will release stored energy as sound energy."

With the air manipulator unconscious from his popped ear drums and the kinetic absorber nursing a broken jaw, the oil manipulator was the last of his foes. She rushed forward, oil moving to the back of her hands to form two blades. Reacting quickly, Izuku circled round to the right and pointed his hand toward the villain.

What proceeded to come from his mouth was a mess of incoherent muttering, preceding the blast of condensed air that shot towards the villain. A few weeks ago, he had discovered that making a very specific shaped vacuum could allow him to fire air projectiles for a simple ranged attack.

Still staggered from the blast, the villain blindly flung sharpened oil in Izuku's direction. "Liquid cannot touch Izuku Midoriya." He ran straight through the projectiles, easily closing the gap and knocking the final villain to the floor.

"Cathleen Bate's attacks are stronger against those under the effects of Erasure." If there was one thing Shōta Aizawa would admit about Star and Stripe, was that she was efficient. She had one of the highest daily villain captures in the world, the way she had cut through the horde of thugs showed why that was the case.

Within seconds, she had reached the leader, a blue haired man with hands attached to various parts of his body. Before she could reach him, however, another villain stepped into her path. He was tall, rivalling All Might in size, with a bird like beak and an exposed brain. Bate's fist connected with its head, but didn't even cause the villain to flinch.

"Stupid hero." The blue haired one- Shigaraki- spoke. "Nomu is designed to withstand All Might's attacks. He's the biologically engineered anti-symbol of peace!"

Star and Stripe's versatility was enough to last against the Nomu, but as the battle raged, Aizawa could tell that it wouldn't end in Cathleen's favour. He began to slip round to the side, if he could ambush the leader and the warper then he could force them to call of the creature. It was just a matter of-

The sound of shattering steel and glass filled the dome, originating from the hole that led straight from the downpour zone to the roof of the USJ. A voice shouted from the clouds above the rescue centre, it was too far away to make out, but the heroes knew who it was regardless.

Then, as sudden as everything else today had been, the fight was over, ended by a clap of thunder and a flash of lightning.

ANs:

So I was looking through New Order's canonic feats to determine how strong Izuku should be and proceeded to realise just how ridiculous it was that Star lost. 'Fist bump to the Earth' is clearly Star's strongest attack, indicating she can increase the properties of air by up to 1000x. I based the air speed attack on the average human running speed, meaning that Star can theoretically generate winds fast enough to destroy the surface of the Earth.

Right now, Izuku is 1/10 (A random fraction I picked) of Star's power and even then, I might have strayed into the high end of OP Izuku fics.

Oh well, that just means even more creative attacks to put in fight scenes.
