In what was Corporate Plaza, now renamed Thomas Jefferson Center, President Dick Richardson and Mayor Jefferson Peralez stood before the Media protected by a small army of Enclave troops. Frank Horigan was also on the stage for propaganda purposes. As Frank was one of the two people who led the attack on Arasaka Tower who wasn't on a mission at the moment and unlike Asuna he could use some PR.

"I would like to thank Mayor Jefferson for setting this up rather quickly, as we all know it was a matter of time before I would have to give my first public appearance speech. Also what better time to also do my State of the Union." President Dick Richardson said to the crowd.

"The honor is all mine Mr. President, as from what you've told me, you have great plans for not just Night City, but also all of America."

"Firstly as we speak Enclave forces are sweeping through Watson clearing out the criminal organization known as Malstrom. After that we will sweep through Westbrook and take out the Tigerclaws, after that we will head south to wipe out the Valentinos and lastly swoop down to Pacifica to finish off what remains of the Voodoo Boys. As for 6th Street we have already absorbed them into our ranks, restrained them and made them no different from the rest of our forces."

"Mr. President, considering the Enclave's Anti-Corp Policy, what are you going to about the remaining Corps in the city?" One Media asks.

"Our plans are to Nationalize them. These Corporations who have vested interests in Foreign lands are a National Security threat that can not be allowed. Interestingly enough however there was a schism in Militech as they were pulling out. Some of their personnel who they used to actually enforce their will turned on the pencil pushers. Militech tried to send some of their enforcers after them but they have started to fly our banner by then."

"Has President Myers contacted you at all about any of this?" Another Media asked.

"No, the leader of Militech's America has not contacted us at all. We would only accept full surrender anyway. Next question."

"Hi, I'm Regina Jones, and I heard rumors about some sort of Terraforming device?"

"We were planning to save that for the end however I suppose there is no harm in telling you now."

"The Enclave has Provided us with a device known as the Garden of Eden Creation Kit AKA, the G.E.C.K. Currently there is only one of these devices, however the plan is to use them to restore America's Environment to its former glory. Nomads can return to Farming, Night City can expand and can be made into multiple Cities so people are no longer cramped and fighting for resources, we can bring back animals that have went extinct." Mayor Peralez tells the crowd.

"What is the Enclave's overall end goal with all of this?" Asks another Media.

"The Enclave's end goal is to Make America Safe for Children. Children should be able to go out and play without the fear of getting killed or kidnapped. Parents should be able to kick them kids out of the house in the morning and not have to worry about their kids until dinner. We might not be able to get it exactly like the 1950s but we will get it pretty damn close." President Richardson tells the Crowd.

Meanwhile in Watson on a Virtibird blasting Fortune Son on Enclave Radio…

"Ok you Maggots, once we finish up here we are going to regroup with everyone else at a place called the 'Totentanz'. I know you are all green but I expect you guys to not be MORRONs and get yourself killed. Private Smith is already in deep shit for losing her MK 2 Power Armor!" Sergeant Dornan says calmly.

"Sergeant, I didn't lose it, I had to scuttle it after I got hit with a RPG." Private Samantha Smith replies embarrassed.

"It's the same difference to me you MORON!"

Due to it being a relatively short distance away it didn't take them long to arrive at the Totentanz where 10 other Virtibirds have also arrived. The outside is already being cleared out making it easy to land.

Sergeant Dornan goes up to Asuna. "So what's the plan commander? Myself and some of the men in power armor go in first as far as I know there is only one way down unless we make our own way which at the moment we don't have the ability or time to do. Then once we have a foothold we start bringing more men down. It will take time to bring everyone down there but eventually we should clear them all out."

"Sounds like a plan."
