I have so many idea for this. I am drawing ideas from so many different places. Old and New.

Mika found his place, slaughtering the numerous but weak Sound ninja. It was oddly simple, taking their lives, his heart not at all impacted by their deaths. A simple swipe of his sword, and stab or jab, and they were gone from this world. At one point, he cast a wide scale genjutsu, a false surroundings, distracting six enemy ninja until he could behead them. It was easy but exhausting work.

As he went through the stands, Mika poked Leaf Ninja awake, adding to the help the Leaf needed. "We are being attacked, Sand and Sound, do your duty." He told them and they obeyed. Most of those he woke were genin, but two were chunin, and one was a jonin. The difference it made was intense, seeing the weight slowly lifting from the shoulders of their soldiers. He could not help but smile as he watched everything start to work together.

Soon, however, he met a ninja far beyond the others. She oozed power and control, and did not blindly charge him like most. A Sand ninja, wielding a smaller fan. "Try me, brat!" She said, before peppering the air with tiny but intensely controlled blasts. "I am Kagura, and you are in for one final dance." Dancing indeed around her attacks, he found himself covered in cuts. The windblades she let off were not visible, so even his medical evasion skills were not enough. Knowing he had to be fast, less he lost too much blood, he rolled forward, sinking into the earth of the stand. Making an earth clone, and layering False surroundings around himself, they split up.

The clone rose up, grabbing at her legs, she flipped back...

Landing right on his blade as he popped up from the ground jabbing his blade forward. She could not even scream, her heart torn was pierced killing her fast.

Tossing her to the side, he was forced to duck under a strike before flicking blood at his attacker's face. He quickly killed them as they struggled with the blood in their eyes.

This went on for another ten or so minutes, before the Kage stand exploded, with Orochimaru fleeing... the Sand and Sound Ninja all but forfeited. They stopped fighting, holding theirs hands up.

Healing the worst of his wounds, Mika started to patch up Leaf Ninja as best he could, trying to undo the damage caused by the traitors and morons that attacked. As a medic, he had a better eye for all they lost, and while not as bad as it could have been... it was still not great. It would take at least a full year to recover in any way...

A Week Later

Shaking with exhaustion, Mika had to lean against a wall. 'Sixteen hours of nonstop healing... so many cuts, burns and bruises. I have never seen so many infections. I thought the death from the Invasion were bad, but the aftermath is far worse.' Mika took a deep healing breath. 'At least the Third is dead, with him gone I can go on unimpeded.'

"Mika?" A man with a deep, aristocratic tone drew him from his thoughts. Turning, he saw it was a Hyuua, one without a seal. "I am Hiashi Hyuuga."

Nodding, Mika raised a shaky hand. "I am close to passing out, sorry if I am too informal."

The man grabbed Mika's hand, and a flow of chakra surged into him, not a lot but enough to ease his exhaustion. "Is that better?"

"Yes... why?"

The man sighed. "Your shift is over, no?" Mika nodded. "Come with me, you are in no trouble... I simply wish to talk."

Shrugging, Mika followed the man. "My feet ache, my body hurts, and I am still hurt. I can work through it, but why am I?"

The man turned. "You saved my daughter, twice. Hinata has always been... difficult for me, in ways I cannot express entirely. I always saw her as too weak. She has been nearly kidnapped twice, once you recently stopped. I cannot blame her for either, once was when she was a toddler. The other when her heart was damaged. However she is often without drive, and that concerned me enough to strip right to become my Heir." He sighed. "Neji's growth, and his defeat at Uzumaki's hands, it changed things for me. My perspective changed. I realized my approach with Hinata was wrong, I want to change it."

Mika frowned, masking his loathing of anyone that would mistreat their children. "How do I come into this?"

"You are powerful, skilled, self made. I want to see if you can help my daughter grow into herself. You turned yourself from a weak child into a fierce fighter, capable of defeating a skilled Uchiha prodigy and a crazed Jinchuuriki. You are a fantastic healer, I have heard many reports from my clan members you healed. Self made is what I am counting on, for my daughter's sake."

Sighing, Mika thought it over. 'Hinata has skilled, plenty but he may be right on her drive. Can I really help her?' Deciding he really had no choice but to agree, he nodded. "Very well, but what are you offering me in return for my thinly stretched time?"

The man smirked. "I am offering you an alliance. To become Jonin, you need people to sponsor you. I will do that for you. I will also pay you a handsome fee."

Mika thought it over, and smiled. "It won't be orthodox."

"I want my daughter to become a proper heiress, I cannot get that with Kurenai Yuhi, she is too soft. If Unorthodox is what she needs, then so be it."

They finally exited the hospital, and Mika saw Hinata looking at him meekly. "Hello... Mika."

"I have agreed to help you Hinata, but I need you to listen to me. Answer these questions, why do you want to be a ninja? What kind of ninja do you wish to become? What kind of person? When you know that, you can really grow." He started. " I have tomorrow off, I expect you at training ground eleven at five am. Bring workout clothes and prepare for exhaustion. I will be hard, but I will praise you when you need it. Together, we will find your strength. I saw you fight Neji, I know it's there."

She blushed. "Do you really think so?"

Mika nodded. "I do. I can tell you are just shy of Jonin rank in Taijutsu alone. You can become more,... together, we will figure it out. No go home, rest and remember those questions." He turned to Hiashi. "I will help her, but she needs to grow as a person and a ninja. That means effort, she can do it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to sleep."

""'

'My best plan in years.' Danzo started internally. 'Using Shisui's eye on Hiashi, getting him to consider Mika as a mentor... I get to test out Mika's leadership abilities, as well as see how he thinks better. He will get his first loyal follower, if all works out... and that means he has the connections to make a real change in the Leaf. Especially without Hiruzen hampering his path.

Who knows what the boy will accomplish. I cannot wait to see what he becomes... and what he manages to do.'

Settling back in his office chair, he turned off his crystal orb, pleased with the path his heir was on.

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was a lot of fun. I decided to bring back Hinata, because it works better at this part.

Love, your Ninja Overlord,

Mika.
