Tsubaki adjusted her glasses, and her heterochromatic eyes shone with intelligence. "He said he would do something, it's very possible it's because of him."

She didn't know how to feel at that moment. After all, if it was as Light had said, Hikaru Kamiki would do something similar to her in the future. Of course, she did everything to change her fate after finding out, even accepted becoming a Devil. But primarily because Sona-kaichou said that by becoming her servant, she became part of her family. This made her curious and wanting to explore that, as she had never had something that could be called a 'family'.

After hanging up, he removed the arm around Himari and stood up.
"Something came up, I need to leave," Light informed.
"Come back soon, Light," Lala said with a soft smile.
"Young master, be careful on your way. Nighttime is when the Ayakashis are most active," Himari reminded, a hint of concern in her eyes.
"I will," Light replied, offering her a reassuring smile. "But you're worrying too much. I'm pretty strong, remember that."
"I know, but I still worry, young master," Himari confessed, her expression a delightful mix of cuteness and seriousness.
Lala, watching the interaction between the two, felt no jealousy, but instead, a growing curiosity.

"Fufufu~ You're quite deceitful, Light-kun," Akeno laughed charmingly, her eyes shining with amusement and a hint of mischief.
"Akeno, stop teasing," Rias intervened, her tone firm but not harsh.
"Yes, kaichou," Akeno replied, taking a step back, but her playful smile remained, signaling that she was only temporarily retreating from her teasing.
