A/N: This was a Mini episode of "Nick Fury, Agent Of SHIELD" but I decided it to be the "Agents of Shield" mostly because it's an SHIELD episode and there will be more to come just like this one please enjoy.

Colorado, Rocky Mountains

As we see a few SHIELD Aircraft's flying towards the Vault a prison built by Tony Stark to keep Super-Villains in and never coming out to attack the world again.

We see the air ship carrying all of Hydra Agents and Nick Fury, Phil Coulson, Jamie Rhys and Marie Hill along with five other SHIELD agents.

Fury: Move them out.

We see Fury walk ahead to see the Warden that was there as Rhys and Maria and Coulson handle keeping an eye on the prisoners.

Shield Agent: Good to see you Nick. But since when are you overseeing prisoner drop-offs?

Fury: Since HYDRA decided to escalate their attacks on pretty much everyone. Thought I'd check in on our mutual friend, see what he knows. Hill, Coulson, Rhys, let's go.

This made all three look at him and followed him to find Fury's friend.

Fury: Good Rhys, your starting to learn how to take orders.

As Rhys was glaring at Fury he lets it go as Maria looks at Rhys with as she puts a hand on Rhys as to calm him down before following behind Fury.

Phil: Hill, seems to trusts you Rhys.

Jamie: Yeah, me and Hill go back to the Marine Corps, we both were chosen for SHIELD.

Phil: Well, coincidence or luck. Act like you're one of us, a SHIELD Agent.

Rhys always had troubles with Command he didn't mind Fury, Hill, and Coulson. It's just when his men are in trouble he wants to do anything to make sure their safe.

The Lower Levels

As we see the four Shield agents walk through the door Fury wanted to make sure that the three were up to speed on what this place is.

Fury: Can anyone tell me what this place is?

As all of them enter the elevator they went to the lower levels of where all the Evil Supervillains are.

Maria: The Vault is the first of the Super-Villains prisons specifically created to hold tech based criminals and their gear. Designed by Tony Stark. Until he decided to stop working on SHIELD projects.

As they make their way to the floor they were for and stepped off.

Maria: Current high profile occupants Crimson Dynamo, Technovore, MODOC, and--

Fury: HYDRA's boss, Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker.

We see Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker in a sealed glass with one arm was a stub and the other was reading a book he had a Monocle for reading and his age was an old man he looked to be in his 90's.

Strucker: Herr Director.

Metal detectors

We see the Hydra agents and Shield agents there as they were being processed for the Vault.

Shield Agent: Clear.

As we see the same five agents standing ready with guns holstered they look at one hydra in particular as he looks at them and nods as they nodded back as they were in cahoots with each other when it was his turn to be processed the double agent then headed towards the bag and saw one Shield agent looking inside it and walked right towards it quickly.

Shield Agent: Sir

Double Agent: What is it?

Shield Agent 2: Hold on. Agent Woo.

As Agent Woo went over to the Monitor the double Agent then pulled out a gun and aimed it right at the Agent that discovered the gauntlet.

Shield Agent 2: Look at his Arm. He's got an implant.

Agent Woo: CYBORG! Down on the ground now.

Suddenly Woo and all the other SHIELD agents aimed their weapons at the Cyborg HYDRA unaware that they had double agents right behind them and ready to fire on them.

Cyborg Hydra: No need to panic, everyone. They've got a note from my doctor.

This confused everyone until they hear weapons turned on behind them everyone was then on high alert and tried to stop them but they fired upon them and took them down, they killed all of them and freed all the other HYDRA soldiers.

Double Agents: Hail HYDRA!

This caused a lot of them to be happy about even the HYDRA Cyborg who smiles at this and he then transforms his arm into a Scythe to release his restraints and jumps through the metal detector and lands in front of the double agents as they present him his cloak. He grabs the Cloak from his HYDRA double agents and grabs the Hydra bag and pulls the hood over his face and now we know who he is...

He is TheGrim Reaper, Hydra's ruthless Assassin of Baron Stucker. He grabs the bag along with the Gauntlet and plans to take it to Strucker in the lower levels.

Grim Reaper: You five with me.

They comply as they follow Grim Reaper.

Meanwhile with Fury

As we see Strucker talking to Fury, Rhys had a bad feeling and looked at the Elevator and upholstered his weapon. Whenever Rhys gets a feeling he listens to it never once even questions it.

Strucker: Your questions amuse me, Nicholas. A pleasure as always.

Fury: We're done here.

Maria: Did you really think he was gonna tell you anything?

Fury: You got a lot to learn Maria. He told me plenty. Something's going down and soon. The question is what?

As everyone walked to the Elevator Rhys felt an immediate danger coming their way.

Rhys: Hold on sir. I got a bad feeling.

This made Fury stop as everyone then heard alarms as he called in to Agent Woo.

Fury: Woo! What's happening?

There was no response as Rhys then pulled out his gun and knelt down in a kneeling position and aimed his weapon at the door and we see five double agents aim at the four while we see Grim Reaper standing in the center happy to see Fury.

Grim Reaper: Well, well, the great Nick Fury.

Fury: The Grim Reaper.

Hill and Coulson followed suit and pulled out their weapons and aimed it at them. Fury then pieced together what was happening it was a prison break

Fury: It was a setup. The whole attack on the U.N., all of it. Just to spring Baron Strucker.

Grim Reaper: Take 'em.

Grim Reaper went forward as he plans to kill them and the five double agents are firing at them, Fury takes out his gun and both sides clash as Coulson and Rhys handle the Double Agents, Fury and Hill handle Reaper. Though this was one sided for them as Reaper threw the bag at Maria and knocked her down and then attacked Fury as he chuckled. Fury was down but not out as he redirected the blade to the ground.

While with Coulson and Rhys two were fairly doing well considering that they were using the sides to their advantage.

While Fury and Reaper still fought he had enough of this he then sliced through the ceiling and the side and moved away as Fury realized what he did but couldn't stop him. Grim Reaper pleased with what he did smiles and snaps his fingers, the whole thing came on top of Fury, Coulson and Rhys.

The Grim Reaper and the Hydra double agents then walk towards their Leader prison with bag in tow as Reaper then used his cybernetic scythe to cut open the doors and glass as all six kneel before Strucker as Reaper hands out the Gauntlet to Strucker.

Grim Reaper: Hail HYDRA.

Grim Reaper, the Double Agents and Strucker in his Leader of HYDRA clothes walk out of the hallway with the others out cold or under rubble as real shield agents try to stop them but ultimately cannot as Reaper slices through them or a blast from the Double Agents kill them. We see Baron Strucker then grab one of the SHIELD Agent with his Gauntlet and we see them in a red Aura it was if Strucker was sucking the life force out of the Agent and turning him into a dried up husk of an old man which he effectively kills him.

We now see Strucker in his 50s and went on with the escape plan.

We now see Rhys was ok as Coulson protected him and pushed the debris off the two and pulled him out.

Rhys: You ok?

Phil: [Coughs and then Grunts.] Yeah, just a few broken ribs.

As Rhys was glad his senior partner was ok he needed to see if anyone else was just then he saw some rubble move and we see Fury trying to get out but struggled so Rhys moved in and helped him.

Rhys: Director! You ok?

Fury: I'm fine. Where are they?

Rhys: They took him.

Fury: Watch over Hill.

Fury then ran after them as Rhys then went to check on Maria as she was still knocked unconscious as he was really worried about her both emotionally and physically.

Meanwhile on the Bridge

As we see the Double Agents and Grim Reaper protecting their Leader as the Double Agents then hit one by one going down as they are injured but otherwise live if they received medical attention. It didn't matter to Strucker or Reaper as the two hijacked a SHIELD vehicle and escaped as SHIELD agents fired on them but couldn't shoot Down the ship.

We then see Fury on top of the structure and jumped off the edge and was aiming for Grim Reaper and Strucker Stolen SHIELD flying car.

Grim Reaper: Well, that was easy.

A thing he will soon regret saying as Nick Fury was right in front of them as he wasn't even going to let them escape from SHIELD.

Fury: You're not out yet!

Strucker: Fury!

Fury then punched Strucker in the face and he used his Gauntlet to drain his life energy and we see Fury sideburns turn from black to grey to white but Fury grabs him and pulled him off the car but before falling to the ground he grabbed the front fender of the car to handle Grim Reaper.

We then see Baron skidding across the SHIELD aircraft pad and came to a complete stop at the edge as he tries to get up a high heeled boot of a woman steps on his Gauntlet and it was Maria Hill and next to her was Jamie Rhys as the two along with every other SHIELD agent was there all guns aimed at him.

Maria: Don't even think it, old man.

He then grunts in anger as he was captured again.

With Fury

As we see Fury angry as he climbed up to see Grim Reaper angry at him.

Grim Reaper: You're gonna suffer for that, Fury.

The two begin to fight this time it's round two and fury intended to capture Grim Reaper. As the two tussle Fury threw Reaper on the hood as he almost falls of but he used his Scythe to stop himself from falling as he climbs back up and tries to slice through Fury.

He saw that coming and leans back in the car and looks at the throttle and kick it into high gear as it made Reaper fly back he would have fallen off if he hadn't used his Scythe to catch his fall again and attack Fury again.

As Fury jumps out of the way he grabs the car door to keep himself from falling out but Reaper had him cornered and tried to Stab his hand but moved out his hand the first time and the second time but he lost his grip and fell.

Grim Reaper: [Laughs.] That's it, run. Run–– [Device Beeping.]

He hears a beeping sound and we see it was a device attached to the scythe and it had 3 seconds on it before it exploded. Fury planted a bomb on Reaper's Scythe as he free falls from the sky with Reaper falling as well as he survived it and skidded on the snowy mountain side with Fury showing off his skills as a Spy as he was wearing a Wingsuit and flying towards Grim Reaper.

Grim Reaper lost his Cybernetic Scythe as he tried to get away but he was knocked out by Fury.

Back at the Vault

As we see Strucker and all the Hydra Double Agents captured and in Custody of SHIELD we see Maria Hill and Jamie Rhys looking at the smoke stack not far from the Vault as she carries the Gauntlet.

Maria: Make sure Strucker is back in his Cell. I'll go pick up Fury.

Rhys: Got it, and Maria.

As she looks at him, he smiles at her. He then hugs Maria as she blushed at this.

Rhys: Glad you're ok.

Maria was dumbfounded by this action as she turned a hue of red as he takes the Gauntlet and heads towards the Vault. As she sees him walk away she immediately starts smiling at him. It seemed these two really didn't know how to express their emotions to well as they were friends since the Marine Corps. They trusted each other for the longest of time sorta kindred spirit to each other.

Inside the Vault

We then see the Reaper in his new home and he doesn't look happy.

Fury: Assault, conspiracy, Infiltrating a government facility.

Rhys: And Murder. I hope you will enjoy it here cause this will be your new home.

Soon we see Rhys, Maria, and Fury walk through the hall as Maria asks him a question.

Maria: Director Fury. This Place, the Cube, the Big House, are all the super-villain prisons like this?

Fury: No, all four are different.

Maria: Four?

This made Maria, and Rhys confused as they looked at each other.

Maria: I thought there were three?

Rhys: That man has a lot of secrets. I just expect nothing and everything at SHIELD.

The two walk away as they head to the Elevator.

New York, SHIELD Helicarrier

We then see Jamie Rhys laying down in his bunk as he is thinking about what Tony said and what happened at the Vault. It was clear that what happened was on him as he then hears a voice from behind the door.

???: Agent Rhys, we need to talk.

As Rhys opens the door and we see it was Nick Fury of SHIELD in his room as he walks through it.

Rhys: Director Fury, sir!

As Fury sees Rhys at attention he looks to see Agent Hill and Agent Rhys together in Marine Corps attire.

Fury: You and Hill went to the same unit in the Marine Corps right?

Rhys: Yes sir.

Fury then closed the door as he seemed to want to discuss things privately.

Fury: I want you to meet me at the Warehouse where we are keeping our guest under surveillance. Tell no one.

Fury leaves as Rhys was drawn by his own curiosity on what Director Fury wants.

The Warehouse

As we see Rhys in the night as he looks around and saw no one he grabs the side door and opens it and enters. We see about a dozen SHIELD guards protecting the Robot Man from waking up in case he was a danger to anyone.

We then see Fury and Coulson and Black Widow, there as they watch the patient. Coulson was on a crutch as he was injured still and Black Widow or by her other name Natasha Romanoff she had red hair and green eyes and a skintight black suit why she was here he had no idea all he had to do was show up and shut up... for now.

Rhys: You wanted to meet sir?

Fury: Yes. I wanted to tell you about the leak.

Rhys: You know who it is sir?

Fury: Yes, I leaked it.

This confused Rhys, the Director of SHIELD himself leaked information to HYDRA. The question was why?

Rhys: Why?

Fury: To draw out our enemies. And it worked, but that isn't enough we need someone inside in order to finish HYDRA and gain valuable information.

Rhys: Why are you telling me this?

Fury: Because I want you to be in the know. I already told Coulson and Black Widow. I want you to know the plan.

Rhys: What about Hill? Does she know?

Fury: No. She is a good person but she needs more guidance, she's young and doesn't think of the big picture or outside the box like you do.

Rhys: Really?

Fury: Yes. You have instincts that are beyond mine. You know what needs to be done and you have trouble with Command and you have Hill's trust. I want you to keep an eye on her in case something happens to me.

Rhys was shocked to hear that Fury wants his help and after careful consideration he agrees.

Rhys: Ok. So what's the plan?

As he accepts that and rest his hands in his arms and listen in on Nick Fury's plan. As we loon inside and we see the unconscious person Rex was still alive thanks to the EKG in there but we can't hear the plan from Nick Fury.

A/N: That's interesting ain't it Nick Fury. Let the information leak and what does Black Widow and Coulson have to do with the plan.

2nd A/N: I changed the OC names around from Phil to Coulson and Jamie to Rhys. I felt it would be better and it rolled off the tongue better then Jamie and Phil. Maria name is also fine and so his Fury.

3rd A/N: Also reminder I'm looking for new Villains or Heroes or Side characters to add since there is a new hero in this series.
