So, um…
I (being Twisted) colossally fucked up.
Like, massively, incredibly, painfully fucked up.
And yeah, like I know this is going to suck for you guys-
But we have to take a 3-week hiatus from posting in order to revisit the story. The content thus far is not to our standard and we (still being me [which, sorry yo, my bad) really fucked that up.
*Slams face into keyboard*
So, that being said, we will be on our seventh (yeah. That's right. I've made us revise this damn book 7 times ← that's what's taking so fucking long, assuming you were curious) rendition of Book 5 Burdens and Reputations.
I'm sorry-
But seriously guys, I promise you it will be worth the wait (or Dark might literally murder me. To quote her, 'where's the lie?')
We just want the best content for you guys, and I feel like I've failed y'all and Dark.
((You haven't failed me, and we both are to blame here. -Dark))
Dark← 40% of the problem for 'wanting to see where the story would go'
Twisted← 60% of the problem 'for ripping apart the first six drafts in attempt to make a more 'realistic grittier' story which, honestly, was pretty grueling to write-so probably would be agonizing to read'-
(*rolls eyes* cause Dark thought I was taking too much of the blame, little does she know I'm just over here trying to sweep my side of the alley.)
-and we both agree we owe the characters and all of you better than that.
Like seriously, so much more.
You guys have just been spectacular sticking it out this far with us, it's been a long road, and this series still has a ways to go- So please just bear with us during this 'interrupted transmission'.
We assure you this is as much for you guys, the characters, and the story as a whole more than it is for our pride.
Promise we'll (I'll) get it right this time
