Somewhere outside of Norway
We see a few fishermen pulling fish out of the water as then a huge shadow came over them as we see it is the Quinjet as we see Thor and Iron Man outside talking to them.
Iron Man: Excuse me, guys. Hi. You didn't happen to see a cranky giant green--
They knew who they were talking about and pointed them in the direction of what they seek.
Iron Man: [To Thor.] Well, guess they did.
As they fly fly towards the direction of their ex-avenger comrade.
Inside the Quinjet
As we look inside the Quinjet as we see Ant-Man seated next to Wasp up front as we see Rex reading the Manual for the Quinjet as he sees Wasps face with joy.
Rex: Janet, you ok?
Wasp: This is the coolest thing I've ever done. I'm driving a jet!
Iron Man: [Intercom.] It's actually on auto-pilot, Wasp. Sorry.
This made Wasp feel angry as Rex then comforts her.
Rex: Hey, Jan, maybe as soon as I finish this Quinjet Manual I could teach you how to fly?
Wasp: Really? You mean it?
Rex: Of course.
Ant Man: Wait? I thought you lost your memory of everything in the past.
Rex: Yes, but for some reason I feel like I know what most of this stuff means. Sorta like.. I feel connected to the Quinjet when I'm around her.
Ant Man: Her?
Rex: You always name a ship a she. And the Quinjet is a beautiful woman.
This made Hank a bit weirded out by Rex on calling a Ship a female.
Ant-Man: Your a weird person.
Rex: [Quipps.] Says the man who talks to ants.
Wasp: Ohh, he got you there Hank especially since you talk to that Ultron head from time to time as well.
Rex was confused by that statement as he looks at Hank.
Rex: [Confused.] You talk to a dismembered head?
Before Hank could say anything the intercom turned on and Iron Man talked the occupants inside the ship.
Iron Man: [Intercom.] Hey we got something.
Outside the Quinjet
As we look outside we see Iron Man and Thor looking down on the ground as we see a crater there.
Iron Man: The fishermen were pointing at that crater.
Inside the Quinjet
Iron Man: [Intercom.] What is that, Ant-Man? A meteor hit?
Ant-Man: No, that's the Hulk throwing a tantrum.
Outside the Quinjet
We see everyone land outside the crater that Hulk made as they plan to look for their friend.
Thor: Truly the Hulk's anger is impressive. [To Iron Man.] Tell me, Iron Man, how do you intend to convince him to come back with us?
Iron Man: I have no idea, Thor. Rex maybe, he seems to have Hulk's trust then with us.
It was basically trying to find Hulk as Rex could help bring Hulk back to the Avengers. The question is how to find Hulk before someone else does.
Iron Man: Jarvis, scan for life forms.
Thor: [Annoyed.] Mortal technology, you would do better to trust your eyes and ears.
Iron Man: I'm picking something up. It's a life sign, but it's faint. [Quips, to Thor.] That's so weird though since I can't see or hear it.
As Thor glares as Iron Man we see Wasp was already outside looking around as Rex looks around as well as he then contacted by Generator.
Generator: I got something. Some form a metal a few feet ahead.
Rex: Metal?
As Rex walks towards the direction of where he needs to go Wasp follows Rex.
Wasp: Rex? You got something?
Rex: More like Generator got something. It's just a few feet ahead of us.
Wasp: Okay, if this is some kind of evil snow monster I'm going to be ticked.
Then Rex trips on a piece of Ice as he falls face first.
Wasp: Rex? You alright?
Rex: I'm fine. I just tripped on that stupid ice chunk.
As Wasp looks at the Ice Chunk she notices that it had a circular shield with a red, white, and Blue, with a star at the center.
Wasp: Rex? Do you have any idea what you stumbled upon?
Rex: What?
As Rex looks down to see the same thing that tripped him he then moves all the snow out of the way and we see its a man's body perfectly frozen solid as Rex backs away from it as Thor, Wasp, and Iron Man look at it. It seemed to be of great importance to Iron Man and Wasp.
Wasp: Tony, that's-- that's--
Iron Man: Captain America. And according to my armor he's alive.
Rex: Who's Captain America?
Wasp and Iron Man then look at Rex incredulously as they can't believe that Rex hasn't even heard of him.
Iron Man: Are you serious? Captain America? Steve Rogers?
Rex just shrugged his shoulders as if that name was new to him.
Iron man: [Shocked.] Wow, I-- I have no idea how to respond to you.
In Captain America Mind
We see Captain America's point of view as he remembers his last mission as he tried to stop Red Skull but placed a bomb to the rocket as he sees Bucky kick him off the Rocket and calls out to him as Bucky salutes him for a final time.
Captain America: No! No, BUCKY!!
As the Rocket exploded making Captain America fly back in the ice cold water as he lands in it and goes deep into it and Ice forms on his shield and goes in the dark deep and we don't see anything but darkness.
Unknown Location (Captain America Point Of View)
As Captain America sees light he murmurs and wakes up he sees an unknown group of people around him as he sees doesn't know them, they could have been Hydra Scientists, and automaton's. (As they are actually Iron Man, Ant-Man, Generator Rex, and Thor.) as they are surprised to see him alive.
Ant-Man: This is incredible. He's waking up.
Rex: You know for a guy trapped in Ice he's looking pretty fit.
Wasp: Is his brain okay?
As Ant-Man moved in close to Captain America as he was still blue before his skin pigments to white.
Ant-Man: Cap, are you all r--
Captain America: [Quickly Interrupted, Worried.] BUCKY!
As then Cap then used his Shield against Ant-Man as it hit his face and then Rex as it sent them to the ground before kicking Thor in the face and knocked him down as he gets off the table opposite of Iron Man.
Iron Man: [Calming.] Whoa, whoa, wait. Everything's-- [Groans.]
He didn't finish his sentence as Captain pushed the table and pinned him against the wall.
Iron Man: Okay, Captain, you're safe. You're with friends.
Captain America: [Interrogating.] What are you? Some kind of Hydra automaton?
Generator: He would make a great automaton, but he's human.
As Captain then sees Generator Rex get up he then hits Rex in the head with simple throw from his Shield and then it comes back to his arm as Iron Man got his attention again.
Iron Man: Listen, you've been frozen in ice for decades.
Captain America: [Turns to Iron Man, Distrustful.] You're creative. I'll give you that. [Demanding.] Where have you taken me? Where's Bucky?
Rex: [Rubs his head.] Who's Bucky?
Generator: Don't know, but it's clear he still thinks it's his time.
As Captain America then looks behind him and sees Rex back up again holding his head as he and Thor slowly moved in.
Thor: Calm yourself, Captain. As the robot says, you are among friends.
Then Captain America then quickly turns around and hits Thor a few times before throwing him towards the Cockpit where we see Hank just got up before being taken down again and Thor went even farther and towards Wasp as it destroyed the Controls.
Outside the Quinjet
We see the Quinjet falling through the sky as it was over a body of water and Captain America found the doors controls and jumped out into the water as we see far away that they are near the Statue of Liberty as we see the Quinjet is leaving a smoke trail behind and Captain America lands in the water perfectly fine.
Avengers Mansion
We see everything is all right and nothing wrong is happening until we see Black Panther climbing up the building and used his claws to cut open a window as it was a perfect circle and he unlocked the window as he entered the building.
Jarvis: [Alarms.] Security alert. False entry detected
We see Black Panther quickly as he lands in front of an Jarvis interface and quickly used his tech and plugs in and suddenly it accepts the device as it said "Security Code Accepted."
Jarvis: External communications taken offline by unknown technology. Unable to send alarm.
As Jarvis was completely unable to do anything Black Panther had better technology and skills then Tony Stark ever could achieve as he found the Sub-level elevator to the Avengers main base and entered it.
In the Sub-levels
We see Black Panther enter the Assembly Hall he moves in and finds the console in Table, as he seems to be looking for something.
Jarvis: Accessing Acenger's personal files.
We then see files on Wasp, Ant-Man, Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, And Generator Rex
New York, Liberty Island
In the New York Bay we see smoke coming off the Quinjet as they landed safely in the bay and then we see the tattered uniform of Captain America and his perfectly fine shield as he climbed the edge of a nearby land and looks up to see the sun as it blinds him for a second until he sees better and is shocked to see he's back home as he sees the Statue of Liberty but it was short lived as Iron Man comes in and hovers over him.
Iron Man: Captain America, stand down! You really need to come with us.
Captain America then throws his shield at Iron Man as it hits him and hits Lady liberty's torch and returns back to him as Iron Man lands on the ground hard.
Wasp: Hey, we don't want to fight you. We're trying to help you.
Captain America: [Distrust.] What are you lady? One of Zemo's experiments?
Wasp: What? No, I'm-- Well, it's complicated.
???: Stand aside, Wasp!
Captain America and Wasp then look up to see Thor in the sky with his Hammer over him as he tries to take down Captain.
Wasp: Thor, no!
As Wasp flys away Thor and Cap then fight but Captain blocks Thor's Hammer with his shield as it let out a lot of energy as Cap struggles with Thor's strength but then leg sweeps Thor and he falls down hard but then we see Generator Rex flying in his flight form in the air and lands on the ground and reverts in his base form and charges after Cap as he grabs his shield as both were strong but Cap then threw him behind him as he reverse flip and lands on the ground safely.
Rex: Wow, you know how to fight.
Captain America: Son, I've been fighting Hydra Soldiers, and Zemo's experiments since Day one. What are you anyway? Hydra's, new Super Soldier?
Rex: Me working with a bunch of people that want to take over the world? Not your life!
Generator Rex and Captain America then fight as Rex punched Cap in the face before he hits back with his shield as he kneeled to the ground but as Cap moves in close Rex then tackled him and the two rolled on the ground before Cap was on the bottom and Rex was on top.
Rex: Cap, listen to me. Your not when you think you are! Your in the 21st century and-- [Cap punched Rex in the face.] Agh!
Captain America: Nice try. But this Super Soldier doesn't listen to Hydra scum!
Cap then kicks off Rex as he lands back on the ground with a flip and kneeling before standing up as we then see Ant-Man who is now Giant-Man as he comes out of the bay water.
Giant-Man: Sir, we really need to get you to a hospital.
Then Captain America then looks to his left as did Giant Man as we see a tour boat and we see Tourists with new clothes and cameras as he never seen before as he looked shocked to see.
Captain America: [Shocked.] Huh?
As Wasp, Thor, Giant-Man, Generator Rex, and Iron Man fly around as to try to convince Captain America to listen once more.
Iron Man: Okay, enough. You have to come with us. You don't understand. This is not 1943.
Thor: He's a warrior, Stark. He will not listen.
Captain America: [To Thor.] You've got that right, buddy.
Captain America then throws his Shield to Iron Man but he dodges as we see the Shield heading towards the tour boat with the tourists duck out of the way as the Shield misses the people luckily and misses Iron Man as he dodged it, as he looks back to Captain America he noticed cap's shield hit Thor and Captain America himself tackled Iron Man and used his Repulsor's and hit Rex as he slammed into the Wall leaving cracks behind him and hit Giant-man as he falls back in the Bay.
As he was done with Iron Man he then threw him towards Thor as he got back up only to be taken down again. As Captain America looks down he finds his Shield and steps on it as it then got back on his arm as he prepares to fight some more.
Rex: [Groans.] Hey, Generator? Is he down?
Generator: No, but our teammates are.
As Rex looks up to see one Man from WWII just completely manhandled most of the Avengers as he was about to help his team when Captain America then used his shield and pinned him to the wall as he looks At Captain America.
Captain America: You're going to tell me where's Bucky! Now!
Rex: [Groans.] Ok, ok, I'll tell you.
As Captain looks at Rex for a sec. Rex then yelled out his many Forms.
Rex: Strength Mode!
Rex's body was now covered in Blue energy and blinds Cap as he look back at Rex, as he looks up and see a bigger and bulkier Rex as he surprises Captain America as he grabs cap and slams him into the wall as he drops his Shield.
Rex: Now, are you ready to listen? No one is trying to hurt you. We just want to talk.
As Cap then sees his Shield below him he steps on it hard and Rex was hit in the head as it effects him into dropping Cap and then he shield ram Rex as it then knocked him down as Captain looks over his Shoulder and sees Rex was now down and out but then a bio energy blast hits him in the head and looks back to see Wasp as it was her stinger's that got his attention.
Wasp: [Apologetic.] Sorry. Sorry, but I need you to listen.
Captain America: [Turns to Face Wasp.] My apologies, miss. This soldier doesn't listen to Hydra agents. He just takes them down.
Wasp was in trouble until she had an idea on how to make Captain America believe her.
Wasp: Fine, don't listen just look.
As Wasp up and on ground floor we see a couple of statues as Captain America follows up to fight a Hydra agent but he was shocked to see his memorial statue of him and Bucky.
Then behind him we see the rest of the Avengers walked up the stairs or got up from the water as they look at Cap as he was shell shocked by the memorial.
Iron-Man: [Lifts up face plate.] You've been gone a long time, Captain. [Places a hand on Captain's Shoulder.] Welcome back.
Meanwhile on Hydra Island
As we see in the middle of the Pacific Ocean we see Hydra Island was created for Hydra only as a means to plan and create new weapons for world domination as we go inside and we see the Grim Reaper (Eric Williams) and Baron Strucker (Wolfgang von Strucker) as they talk about their current situation.
Grim Reaper: Baron Strucker Hydra have found some interesting crystals that contain an abundance of power.
Baron Strucker: Intriguing. May I see them?
Grim Reaper: Of course. [Shows the Case to Baron.]
As Grim Reaper opens the case and shows the crystals to Baron he immediately was drawn to them by their beauty and power he could feel coming off of them he used his prosthetic arm and lifted one up and we see one Purple crystal, one Red, one blue, one green and one golden-orange that are in the box and as he put the one he takes out as he instructed Reaper to hide for a time until they can be used.
Baron Strucker: Keep them hidden away until we can find a use for them.
Grim Reaper: Of course Baron.
Grim Reaper then hands a case over to one Loyal Hydra Soldier as he moves away and into the base, just then we hear alarms going off and a energy blast was currently cutting through the main door and All the Hydra Agents and Soldiers we see are shocked to see him still alive as we see it's the previous head of Hydra Baron Zemo Aka (Heinrich Zemo) as he walks into the room unopposed until sees Baron Strucker and Grim Reaper in his seat of Hydra.
Baron Strucker: [Shocked.] Zemo! So you escaped as well.
Baron Zemo: Yes, I escaped a prison you left me to rot in, Strucker.
Hydra Soldiers: [Kneeling on the ground and bows their heads.] Zemo, Lord Zemo, Baron Zemo
Baron Zemo: I see you have kept my seat warm.
Baron Strucker: [Angry.] Hydra is MINE now.
Baron Zemo: [Snarky.] Don't embarrass yourself. I was running Hydra when you were a child. [Dry Chuckles.] Now look at you. A child in an old man's body.
This made Strucker mad as he ordered his number one assassin to attack.
Baron Strucker: REAPER!
Reaper just went forward and armed with his cybernetic scythe swipe at Zemo's head but dodged and grabs the Grim Reaper arm and breaks the weapon and knocks down Reaper in less than two seconds as he drops the scythe in front of Strucker as he then stands up and we see he armed his prosthetic arm with a red aura as both Heads of Hydra battle on who gets to lead Hydra when we see a lone Hydra Agent run towards them with a message.
Hydra Agent: Baron Strucker! I have-- [looks at Baron Strucker before looking at previous head of Hydra, Baron Zemo before kneeling to show respect.] Uh, sir, there is news.
Baron Strucker: [Angry.] What?
As this stopped the battle for a moment the Hydra Agent then shows a hologram of the Avengers and shows Captain America fighting them as Baron Strucker was shocked and Baron Zemo was shocked as well but was also glaring at Captain America intensely.
Hydra Agent: Captain America is alive.
As Strucker stares at it he then notices Zemo walking away.
Baron Strucker: Where are you going?
Baron Zemo: You can have Hydra, Wolfgang. All I want is Arnim Zola.
As Strucker wasn't sure why he needed Arnim he accepts that as he asks him what he is going to do.
Baron Strucker: What are you going to do, Zemo?
Baron Zemo: I'm going to destroy Captain America.
Flashback, 1943, Italy
We see its a blast from the past as we see its during World War II and we see Hydra Goons protecting a castle as we see heavy weapons and Tanks as it is well prepared and well protected, or is it?
Inside the Fortress
As we see inside are Arnim Zola Experiments for the war as they are in test tubes. We then see two Hydra Agents as then they fire in a certain direction as we see a Shield then hit one and then the other as it ricocheted back to Captain America as he is surrounded by dozen of defeated Hydra Agents as he sees more coming and prepares to fight them as they fire on them but we see Bucky jump kick one and punched the behind him as then a gun was around his neck as to strangle him but he handled him by flipping him over his back and on the ground effectively knocking him out.
As Bucky looks to the side he sees more Hydra Soldiers coming down the stairs he then starts firing at them as they go down one at a time as Captain America tries to help he is then stopped by a younger Baron Zemo as he held his sword up high and attacked Captain America. As the two fight we see Captain America got the upper hand as he hit Zemo with his Shield and falls to the ground where we see Captain America jumps down to see if he was taken down but he just got back up and we see Zemo was still wanting to fight as his sword clashes cap shield.
As Captain America and Baron Zemo still fought they made their way to a big chemical tube of orange gunk and it was glowing. Captain America then stops Zemo sword and punches him back as he lost his sword.
Captain America: Give it up, Zemo. It's over.
Baron Zemo: You are correct, Captain. It is over. When I release Virus X against the Allies, this war will be won by Hydra.
Captain America: That's never gonna happen.
Baron Zemo: [Growls.] You think you can defeat me? [grips his gloves in Anger.] The Erskine Super-Soldier formula inside you is nothing compared to what I have transformed myself into. [Punches Captain America.] I'm faster, stronger.
We then see Zemo Raise his fists as he slammed them into Caps shield.
Captain America: There's more to fighting than speed and strength, Zemo.
Captain America then knocks back Zemo as he lands next to a hose and has an idea on using the Chemical Weapon: Virus X on Captain America.
Baron Zemo: You can be the first to sample Virus X, Captain. Farewell, my enemy.
As Captain America didn't let Zemo have a chance to use it he immediately throws his shield at the chemical weapon X as it hit the glass and, then Virus X spills out of the crack before breaking and all the Virus then lands on Baron Zemo as his mask that allows it to be breathable now closes in and wraps tightly around his skin as Zemo desperately tries to take off his Mask as he is in deep pain as the Virus X was doing what it was made to do.
Present Day, Undisclosed location
We see Zemo who is still, very much alive as he takes the elevator down into a laboratory as he walks through seeing many machines churning some sort of unknown substance as then the unknown substance comes alive and attempts to attack Zemo as he prepares to fight back and used his sword to cut off one of the creatures limbs but instantly regenerates as it prepares to fight Zemo.
???: Enough, my pet.
As everyone there then stands down the creature was actually Arnim Zola's pet as we see Zola, we see his robot head has a camera and his stomach has a TV as we see Arnim Zola's face.
Arnim: You'll have to excuse Doughboy. He is very excited to see that you also escaped from SHIELD's prisons. During the recent exodus.
As Doughboy puts its goopy hand on Zemo he immediately moves his arm away as he has news for Arnim.
Baron Zemo: I have news, Arnim. But first--
Arnim: Yes.
Arnim immediately knew what Zemo was talking about as he leads him to a table and turns on the machine as Zemo leans back on the chair.
Arnim: It is good you escaped when you did. Your last treatment has almost worn off. [Turns on Machine.]
As the machine comes down we see rays of light go over Zemo as Arnim talks about Virus X.
Arnim: We did too good of a job on Virus X, my old friend. Sadly, I still have found no cure. Our formula is the only thing keeping it from--
Baron Zemo: [Interrupts.] Captain America is alive.
This was a shockingly interesting revelation to Arnim as he begins to think out loud.
Arnim: Amazing! Erskine Super-Soldier serum must be responsible. Had we ever obtained a DNA sample from the Captain, we could have created an army of super-soldiers.
He then realized that Zemo was also a Super Soldier as well but incomplete and also had a large dose of Virus X. With Captain America's blood he could find a cure.
Arnim: And of course cured you, Baron. I still believe the serum will reverse the effects of the virus.
Baron Zemo: You need a DNA sample? I will bring you Captain America's head. But there is problem. The Captain it seems has found powerful allies.
Arnim: I am the finest bioengineer on the planet. And over the decades I have learned one thing. [Looks at his own experiments ready to fight.] Every problem has a solution.
Avengers Mansion, Assembly Hall
As We still see Black Panther read all profiles on each Avenger he then sees the hanger come alive as he sees the Avengers Quinjet and looks to see the Avengers bring in Captain America.
Captain America: So we won the war.
Iron Man: Thanks in part to you.
Captain America: So Hydra's gone?
Iron Man: Uh, it's complicated. I've had Jarvis prepare a room for you until we get everything sorted out. You've been gone a long time, Cap.
Jarvis: Welcome back, sir.
Captain America then stops walking and looks to find the voice as Thor stop and talk to him.
Thor: The Building has it's own voice. Tis very disconcerting.
Then Captain follows the avengers in the Assembly Hall and we don't see Black Panther anywhere as he disappears, and Iron Man then used his Avengers ID card and powers up the table.
Iron Man: There's something I have to show you.
As the Avengers stand around Tony talks to Captain America about how his father, Howard Stark would tell stories about Cap.
Iron Man: My dad used to tell me stories about you when I was a kid. You were an inspiration to me.
As Captain America looks up we see a holographic image of a newspaper that said "Captain America Fallen! And a nation's heart falls with him."
Captain America: [Disheartened.] Hmm. That's some poor reporting. [Realizing about Bucky, Hopeful.] But if I survived, maybe Bucky.
Then Iron Man puts a hand on Cap's shoulder as he comforts him.
Iron Man: I'm sorry, Cap. Every kid in school learns that Captain America and Bucky sacrifice their lives to stop the Red Skull. It's a miracle you survived.
Captain America: [Sighs, Disheartened.] Bucky's gone. Everyone I ever knew, my whole world-- It's all gone, isn't it?
As Cap didn't know what to do as he looks at his Shield and then puts it down as he leaves the room and heads to his room.
Wasp: [Sad.] Cap. [Begins to walk after Captain America.]
Ant-Man: Give him some time, Jan.
Jarvis: Alert, reports of Giant Monsters are coming in from Liberty Island.
As all the Avengers there look at the screen as it is live we see some form of Gunk as it covers Liberty Island.
Iron Man: [Brings faceplate down.] Avengers, assemble!
As he calls in to let everyone know but he forgets one little detail.
Rex: Uh, you do know we're already here, right?
As Iron Man looks at Rex as we can't see his face his face was actually embarrassed as he forgot every Avenger was actually here.
As we see Generator Rex and Wasp look at each other as we see Thor, Iron Man, and Ant-Man handle the monster as the two stay behind.
Rex: You're not going?
Wasp: No, I don't like leaving the Captain alone like this. You?
Rex: Yeah. They might need my help. [Heads to the door with Generator.] Just make sure Cap is ok?
Wasp: Ok.
Then Rex and Generator then merge together and then leave Cap and Wasp alone, unaware that the Black Panther was above them.
Liberty Island
We see people running away from the gunk as it covers the island as people see the thing was alive and has multi heads as it chew the island. We see Ant-man fly on his Ant as he watches the mass form up and come together.
Any-Man: [Flying on his ant.] Amazing. They appear to be some kind of man made biological life form.
We then see Rex in strength mode and Thor trying to fight the man made life form as Hank put it.
Rex: Man made? Who would make this monstrous B-Movie monster?
Thor: I don't know what a B-movie is but tis concerning on why Ant-man sounded so proud of this monster.
Then Iron Man used his repulsor on the man made life form by somehow it made bigger as it then consumed Generator Rex and Thor.
Iron Man: [Fearful.] Guys, my repulsors aren't effecting them. If anyone has got any ideas here, nows the--
Iron Man didn't finish his sentence as the bio-man made life form then swallowed Iron Man.
Back at Avengers Mansion
We see Doughboy floating in the air as he makes his way towards the Mansion as people see him and freak out and run away.
Jarvis: Welcome to Avengers Mansion. Please identify yourself.
Captain America Room
We see Captain America look at a new pair of clothes and uniforms of his old outfit and holds a picture of him and Bucky as he morns the loss of him and the World he left behind.
Then a knock on the door is heard as it was Wasp and entered to see how he was doing.
Wasp: [Knocks on door before entering.] Cap? Steve? Iron Man tried to make it feel as much like the 40s as he could.
Then an Alarm beeps and we see Jarvis in an old 40s radio as he tells them what happened at the gate.
Jarvis: Excuse me, Ms. Wasp. There appears to be a guest at the main gate.
Wasp: As much like the 40s except for the talking computer.
She maybe expected a chuckle or a smirk from Cap but didn't as she asked him a question.
Wasp: Are you ok?
Captain America: [Disheartened.] I should have never woken up. I'm a soldier. Not some future man. I can't imagine a world that still needs... Captain America.
As Wasp reaches out to comfort him when an explosion happens and wonder what was that.
Back at Liberty Island
We see the man made gunk still growing and now merging with the island and with each other as Ant-Man, now Giant Man gets out and sees what happening.
Giant-Man: [Cough.] They're merging.
We then see Rex In flight mode is taken back down again as Iron Man was flying as well but has his legs caught by the man made gunk as he sees the Statue of Liberty is now the Statue of man made gunk.
Iron Man: Good thing Cap's not here. [the gunk then wrapped around his arms.] This kind of thing probably didn't happen in the 40s. He might freak out.
As he turned on his thrusters boots as it did help him remove the gunk on his feet it then created more tendrils and captured Iron Man as he panicked.
Iron Man: [Freaked out.] Like I am now.
Back at Avengers Mansion
We see Captain America in his new uniform as he and Wasp run and fly through the Hallway.
Captain America: I need my Shield.
Wasp: Come on, we're almost there.
Wasp went ahead of Steve as he calls out to her to stop.
Captain America: Wasp, wait.
Janet didn't listen as she still went ahead and gasped in shock as she sees something disgusting and disturbing as she sees Doughboy and it sees her as well and goes through the pillars as it split and reformed and then made a large fart sound as Wasp was deeply disgusted by it.
Wasp: [Disgusted.] Eww.
Then beneath Wasp a few rockets from the Mansion defenses fired at the huge flying blob as it caught all four and exploded the rockets leaving him still okay as he burped loudly and smoke came out of his mouth as Wasp was now even more disgusted by it.
Wasp: [Confused.] Wha? Okay, you're fat and disgusting. [Ready her Bio-Stingers.] And lucky for me slow.
She then flys towards it as she fires her stingers at it as it seemed to hurt the thing as it yelled in pain and then it went from slow to fast as it chased her and she immediately started flying backwards to get away from it.
Wasp: [Nervous.] Okay, I take it back, not slow!
Wasp looks back and sees the blob fly behind her as she swerves around it as she was lucky to dodge it as she fires her stinger at it as then Captain America jumps out of the Corner yelling as he used his fists to slam it but it wasn't enough to stop it as it slammed Captain America into the wall. As Cap was suffocating Wasp used her stingers and it worked as it chased her again and drops Captain America leaving a Captain America indented wall as the Doughboy charged her and opened his mouth and ate Wasp as she screams to her death.
Captain America: NO!!
As Doughboy turns around and flys toward Cap as we see in his stomach a few yellow flashes and for a few moments he starts to destabilize and explode outward as everything there was now gunkified. As Captain America look at how it happened we see Wasp wings come out of the gunk and coughs as she flew up and completely covered in the stuff as Cap was glad Wasp was ok.
Wasp: [Coughs, Disturbed.] Okay, that was disturbing.
Then a a gunshot was heard as it was a electrical energy stun weapon as Wasp was knocked to the ground and Captain looks back and sees his life long Hydra leader from so long ago... Baron Zemo.
Baron Zemo: Captain America. It's been a long time. Don't be so angry Captain, I didn't hurt your friend. I just wanted to fight you myself.
Captain America: [Angry.] Zemo.
As Cap charges towards Zemo he still had his gun trained on him and fired on him and Cap dodged each energy blast as he then round house kicks the gun out of Zemo hands and then kicks Zemo on the chest as he is now over Zemo looking down on him.
Baron Zemo: Excellent. I was worried you won't be as I remembered you. I won't want you to be anything less, than perfect for this.
As he kicks off Cap as he lands on his feet Zemo then jumps up from his back as he then picks up his sword and plans on running it through Cap.
Baron Zemo: All these years. I thought the Red Skull had defeated you. Now, I can finally have my revenge.
Zemo charges Captain America as he is then kicked in the stomach but both are knocked back as they continue their fight and walk in a circle.
Captain America: How are you still alive, Zemo?
Baron Zemo: Death means nothing to me. I evolved my body over the years. While you remain as you ever were.
Zemo charged as he swing his sword a few times but then Zemo swiped his sword across his chest and blood came out as Cap grasped his Chest but looks up and continues to fight as then Zemo cut Captain America side as he now continues to bleed as he falls to the ground.
As Zemo looks at his bloodied Sword with the mask on we can't see his facial expression but he was smiling with glee as he then looks at Cap.
Baron Zemo: You are alone, Captain. A relic in this world. Arnim Zola's creatures will deal with your new friends, but you? [Aims his Sword at Captain.] Let the skull have Bucky. Your life is mine to take! [Jumps in the air and dives down with his sword.] AAAHHH!!
Before he could stab Captain America, Cap's Shield was embedded in the wall and it blocked Zemo's sword and the two looked up to see Black Panther was the one who threw his shield as he leaves the place.
Captain America: All right, sock face.
As Captain America insults Zemo he pulls out his shield ready for a fight.
Captain America: You want to fight? You've got one!
Now on equal fighting as Cap with his shield and Zemo with his sword both clashed but Captain gains a upper hand as he kicks Zemo followed by throwing his shield as Zemo ducks but Captain shield hits the cement and bounces off it and hits the Ceiling and hits Zemo in the back of the head as he grabs his shield and spins around and the two continue to fight as it was a losing battle with Zemo backing up as he holds his ground but Zemo then pulls out a hidden knife as he tries to stab him but Cap dodged and grabs his knife and kicks it in a wall and he kicks the blade off and then punches Zemo as it knocks him back and falls to the ground.
Captain America: Give up Zemo!
Baron Zemo: Never! This is my world and you don't belong in it.
Captain America: I may not know a lot about the future, but I know one thing about the past. You lost the war.You'll always lose, whether I'm here or not.
Suddenly Zemo takes out a device as he arms it and throw it away from him and near Wasp unconscious body as Captain is running at impressive speeds and jumps and used his Shield to block the blast as both Wasp and Cap were ok. All the while Zemo escapes through the halls and out of Avengers Mansion.
As Captain America looks up he notices there was a lot of damage and destruction and building was on fire but doesn't see Zemo anywhere as he knows he has escaped then Wasp gets up and holds her head when she notices everything around her is on fire.
Wasp: What'd I miss?
Captain America: I'll explain on the way. Your team is in trouble.
This caused Wasp to worry as we go back to the team sent to handle Arnim Zola's Creations.
Liberty Island
We see Thor is bringing the lightning as he is making it worse all of Arnim creatures have taken over the island and grow in size as all the Avengers there are trying to fight back or escape.
Giant-Man: Thor stop! The electricity is making it grow!
As Thor stops he is immediately captured as he talks to Giant Man as he tries to escape.
Thor: Ugh! You say science is responsible for this monstrosity?
Giant-Man: [Struggling to get out.] Well, people are responsible for it. Bad people using science very irresponsibly.
Then Generator Rex comes in as he is quickly dragged across from Giant Man as he makes a snarky comment.
Rex: [Struggling to get out,Snarky.] So like..Iron Man sometimes?
Giant-Man: [Agreeing.] Right.
As they were talking Iron Man took that personal as he tried to get out.
Iron Man: [Annoyed.] I HEARD THAT!! Now, how about someone instead of just making snarky comments and DO something!
As Iron Man is being brought back to the ground a red, white, and blue circular shield is seen as it cut Captain America free as Iron Man flys up and we see the Quinjet in the air as was Wasp and Captain America as they fight the Arnim Zola creatures.
Wasp then noticed Rex was in trouble as he popped out before going back in.
Wasp: I'm here! Hang on, guys.
As Generator Rex then was free as all the gunk was off him and changed to Flight Mode and goes in the air and Thor was next as he flew up as well as Wasp continued to fire her stinger's as it seemed to hurt them and frees Giant Man, then we see Iron Man's hand as he was back in the thing and then we see Captain America go and grab him with his hand and pull him out.
Iron Man: Thanks.
Then the Monster below them bellows as it tried to take them down again but Captain America blocks the tendril with his shield as it shattered on impact. But Iron Man quickly got the two of them out as we see the Avengers quickly regroup and confirm what they are dealing with.
Captain America: We're not done, soldier. This is Arnim Zola's genetic freaks.
Giant-Man now back to Ant-Man now realizing who it is.
Ant-Man: Zola, of course. I should have recognized his work. [Sees Wasps stingers working on Zola's creatures.] That's why Wasp's stings were so effective. They're bio energy.
Captain America: You know that madman?
Ant-Man: I studied some of his creatures before. They all had a weakness. Instability.
As the creature was then coming all around them as they prepared to fight.
Ant-Man: And with the right energy signature, [Ant-Man's Helmet is put on.] we can accelerate that instability.
As Ant-Man was messing with his helmet it let out some chirping sounds as it then effected the creature's as they are immediately instability.
As Generator Rex and Iron Man fly out of the creatures gunk they are immediately called on by Ant-Man.
Ant-Man: Iron Man, Generator Rex. Match the energy signature my helmet is putting out.
Rex: Generator?
Generator: On it, Rex.
Iron Man: Jarvis, modulate my repulsor's to match with Hank's energy signature.
Jarvis: Indeed, modulating repulsors now. [Modulating repulsors.]
As the two look at each other and nod their heads they were immediately captured by Zola's creature but actually it effects them as Generator modulate himself to match the same energy frequency and Rex pulls him out and uses him to blast the creatures as both blast the creature.
And all the Avengers that could stop the creature continue fighting as then Iron Man used his modulated Uni-beam and blasted at Liberty Island and all the creatures were felt with as Thor was less enthused because of the gunk of the creature was everywhere as was Wasp and Generator Rex.
Thor: [Air blows the creature remains.] Victory.. is ours
Generator/ Rex: [Wipes the remains off his chest and face, Less enthusiastic.] Yay./Yay.
Wasp: [Shudders, Less enthusiastic.] Hooray.
As Cap was looking around he then hears cheers from the people who were still trapped in the Statue of Liberty as they cheer for their saviors and Captain America was happy.
Nighttime, Avengers Mansion
We see Steve Rogers, and Tony Stark in their casual clothes and are in the theater/lounge as they talk about Captain America Time in World War Two as they look at the TV and see the Avengers and Cap saving the day.
Tony: So, bio-engineered monsters. Freaky ooze creatures. Is that what it was like fighting evil in the 40s?
Steve: No, [Quips.] sometimes it got strange.
Tony: [Quips.] Did you just make a joke? Captain America has a sense of humor.
Steve: Don't get used to it, soldier. And please, call me Steve.
Tony: I found something. [Hands Steve a portrait of his father.] I want you to have it.
Steve looks at the portrait and we see it's Tony's Dad Howard Stark with Bucky when he was alive as Steve smiles as he remembers him.
Steve: [Remembers him and smiles.] Howard Stark.
Tony: My father, he looked up to you so much. We all did. We all do.
Steve: That was along time ago. [Grateful to Tony.] Thank you for the photo, Tony. It's actually all I have now.
Tony: That's not true. You saved our lives today. Zemo and Arnim Zola are out there. You have a place here, Steve. With the Avengers.
As Tony put out his hand as Captain America hums in response and shakes Tony's hand.
Steve: I'd be honored. Now when can I meet the Avenger who saved me from Zemo? The one in the black cat suit.
Tony: Wait, who?
As Tony was really confused as he never had a teammate in a big black cat suit. As he now has to ask himself who was this mysterious stranger and how did he get passed his systems.
Meanwhile
As Baron Zemo returns to Arnim Zola place as he exits the Elevator angry as he looks for Arnim Zola.
Baron Zemo: [Angry.] Your creatures failed me, Arnim. In order to defeat Captain America, we must destroy the Avengers.
He didn't hear anything from him which was weird for Zemo as Arnim likes to hear his own voice as he calls out to him.
Baron Zemo: Arnim?
Then suddenly a green light glows in the dark and Zemo looks to it to see two unknown individuals standing over Arnim Zola's body, as we see the two we know them as Executioner and Enchantress.
Enchantress: [Flirting.] Baron Zemo. I have an offer for you.
