The Cube
As we see the super prison that was supposed to be held by Gamma powered supervillains as we see some of Agent Ross's Hulkbuster unit walk towards the place.
Hulkbuster Agent: Attention SHIELD command, this is Hulkbuster unit 221, approaching the CUBE. We are go for Recon.
We see the leader of this group hold his fist out and we see they immediately stop.
Hulkbuster Agent: Stay sharp. I don't want any--
Suddenly a huge scaley hand reaches out and grabs him as he screams in terror as the rest of the Hulkbuster unit then fire in that direction before a green energy beam from the cube shoots out of the sky and covers the Hulkbuster Unit where we hear more screams and bones and guttural sound being heard.
Meanwhile,New York, Rooftop
We see it's nighttime and the lights are on and then we see two shadowy figures running across the rooftop, we see Generator Rex as he seems to be chasing the man in front of him.
Rex: I've got him in my sights Tony.
Iron Man: [Through Communicator.] Good, stay on him.
Then we see T'Challa from some distance away from Generator Rex and this mystery man as he lands on the fire escape before landing on the wall feet first and then on the bottom of his feet it glowed purple. At the bottom of pajama's sole was Vibranium as it allows him to sick to the wall as he tabs across like nothing as Steve rides his motorcycle across the building's rooftops as he wore his helmet and has his leather jacket with the letter A on his shoulder.
He is watching the mystery villain on the run as Rex was closing in on him.
Captain America: I've got visual, Rex is on his tail. This joker's fast I'll give him that.
As Ironman provided an aerial overlook of the situation as he tagged Black Panther, Captain America and Generator Rex as suddenly The man disappeared down to ground level as Rex followed soon after.
Iron Man: Cap, Panther, they just disappeared off my grid, Rex do you still have him?
Generator: We're still on him.
Suddenly Wasp shows up and comments on this Hydra agent.
Wasp: Wow, Hydra agents are getting good. He doesn't even have any powers.
As Rex and Generator continue to chase him he looks back and notices he's still on him as he turns a corner and Rex notices this.
Rex: Running isn't going to help you!
Rex followed him and immediately stops when a arrow was pointed right at his head, we see it was Hawkeye (Clint Barton) and he had him dead to right.
Hawkeye: Hi there.
Ironman and Wasp then show up to see Generator Rex in trouble as the rest of the Avengers surround him.
Ironman: Give it up Hawkeye. You can't win.
Then a spotlight shows up and shines down on all of them as then we see it was a SHIELD aircraft.
SHIELD agent: (on Speaker) Attention, Avengers.
All were distracted until Wasp noticed the fugitive they were trying to capture disappeared.
Wasp: Hey, where'd he go?
Rex: He disappeared!
Ironman looks around and finds no trace of Hawkeye anywhere even all his gadgets can't trace him.
Ironman: No sign of him, great.
Then they hear the SHIELD aircraft opening their doors and we see two shield agent's armed with their rifles and Agent Clay Quartermain as he shows himself.
Ironman then flys up and so does Wasp as they talk to the man that let Hawkeye get away.
Ironman: You just let your own traitor get away. Next time SHIELD wants to help, don't.
Clay: Let him go for now. We didn't come for Hawkeye, Ironman. We came for you and your team. We need your help.
As the rest of the team looks at each other in confusion as to why SHIELD needs their help.
Ironman: Why? Where's Fury? Didn't want to meet us in person?
Clay: It's classified. But all I can say is your team is needed and it calls upon you and your team to help us out otherwise the world would be at stake.
This caused a lot of worries for the Avengers.
In the South West
We see SHIELD agents leading the Avengers in their Quinjet and Ironman flying outside as he grows annoyed with the secrecy.
Ironman: I'm getting a little impatient here, Quartermain. You won't tell us where Fury is, you're not telling us what's going on.
Clay: (On Radio) Even if I knew where Nick Fury was, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be at liberty to tell you, Ironman.
Inside the Quinjet
As we see Wasp was flying the jet as Rex overlooks the seat and in the horizon as did Captain America.
Clay: (On Radio) As for what's going on, it's simpler if you see for yourself.
Captain America: Look, on the horizon.
As the Avengers see the green Energy Dome surrounding the Cube we see SHIELD aircraft's landing and SHIELD agents unpacking equipment and we see a SHEILD Agent help land the Quinjet as Ironman lands in front of them and the landing door opens and we see Thor, Generator, Rex, Black Panther, Wasp, Captain America, and Ironman look out at the green energy dome.
Rex: This doesn't look good.
Thor: What manner of sorcery is this?
Ironman was scanning this and it instantly got the readings back to him and we see Generator did the same.
Generator: Tony are getting the readings off this?
Ironman: Yeah, it's pure gamma radiation.
Generator: Man, I bet Hank is sorry he stayed behind in Wakanda now.
Wasp: No kidding. This is way cooler than studying Vibranium.
Then Jan remember that the king of Wakanda that holds a mountain of Vibranium was standing next to her.
Wasp: Uh, no offense.
???: Where is Bruce Banner? I was told he was on your team.
We see Clay and next to him was Dr Leonard Samson as he was in the Cube when the breakout happened and all the Gamma Radiation changed him in more ways then one as he was more muscular and and had long green hair, much to Steve concern
Captain America: (Whispers to Iron Man.) Why does that man have green hair?
Ironman: I have no idea. (To Samson) You're Dr. Leonard Samson, right? I Hulk is on a... Vacation.
This caused Clay and Samson to look at Ironman with concern on their faces.
Ironman: Now, does someone want to tell us what's going on?
Inside the SHIELD aircraft
We see the team of Avengers looking at a recording of what was happening earlier before this Gamma Dome surround the CUBE.
Clay: This is a video of SHIELDS incursion into the Cube after the breakout.
We see them waiting as they were told to hold position as their leader told them what to do.
Clay: The staff and SHIELD personnel were all accounted for, but the prisoners, now, they were another matter.
Then a huge hand grabs the Hulkbuster Leader and the rest of the unit fire in the entrance but then we see the same Gamma Energy from before as they cover their eyes in horror before nothing but static.
Wasp: What was that?
Samson: Emil Blinsky, the Abomination, strong as the Hulk, twice as mean, and with Military Training. He's not the problem, though.
Clay with a somber look pressed a button and we see three SHIELD agents outside the cube.
Clay: The energy dome exploded outward from the Cube...
Then we see the energy green energy from the Cube exploded outward and we see the SHIELD agents got caught in it.
Clay: And the SHIELD agents was caught inside it. And then this happened.
After a few seconds later we see the SHIELD Agents change the female agent started to grow feathers and then wings and talons, the male agent then starts to develop muscles on his arms and legs before we see the third agent was screaming in pain as his face was barely recognizable as his eyes turned green.
Each of the Avengers were scared and shocked to see such a awful thing that had transpired on video.
Rex: [Horrified.] My god.
Clay: The dome is expanding with no sign of stopping. At this rate, it will hit a town in the next six hours. A major city in eight.
Captain America: Who is responsible for this?
Samson then waved his hand over the console and we see who was responsible for all this.
Samson: Samuel Sterns, the Leader, a gamma irradiated villain. As strong as the Hulk is, the Leader is Intelligent.
Clay: As far as we know, the Leader's inside, most likely with a mess of Gamma villains. The Abomination, the Absorbing Man, Zzzax. They were all inside the Cube when the breakout occurred. We want you to go into the Cube.
Janet then laughs as she thinks this was a joke before reading the room and looking at Quartermain and Samson.
Wasp: Oh, wait, you're serious.
Meanwhile back in New York
We see it was sunrise and a fog horn was heard from the bay as we see a shadow of a spy, by the name of Natasha Romanoff or by her alias Black Widow.
As she walks down an alleyway and up some stairs and we see it looks like a warehouse of sorts as she does a knock and inside the slot we see a familiar death mask of Hydra as it only took one look and they opened the doors for her.
As she heard polo sirens in the distance she turned around and see police cars go in the opposite direction before she calms down and enters as the door closes.
Then we hear device as we see Clint on top of the Water-tower as he had his spy gear of some binoculars as Clint finally found his Partner that betrayed him.
Hawkeye: Got ya.
Inside a Hydra base
We see The Hydra agent guarding the door as he hears something pierce the door as he sees an Arrow and was about to report in and then smoke was being gassed from the Arrow which caused him to drop to the ground unconscious. We then see the arrow soon after release a static charge which Fried the circuit pad to the door which allows it to open for Clint as he looks at the guard before walking on a causeway.
Hawkeye: Sorry, buddy, I didn't know the secret knock.
On the inside we see Hydra dreadnoughts being created as then a single Arrow hits a dreadnought and catches fire and the rest of Hydra goons grab their weapons and look to see who's attacking them as Hawkeye simply grabs another arrow and draws it back and aims it at Hydra agents.
Hawkeye: Lets do this.
With a simple release of the arrow it caused damage to Hydra and we hear a scream before fading to black.
Meanwhile back with the Avengers
We see a lizard in the blazing heat before starring at the Gama Dome as it was closing on them as Rex looks at the Dome that they are going to go into and hope they don't turn into what happened to those SHIELD agents. It was a suicide mission and everyone knew it but the question was how to get in without being irradiated by Gamma Energy.
Wasp: Not to harp on this one particular little point, but how are we gonna get into the Cube without, you know, getting all gamma-ed up?
Samson: This is how, Wasp.
We see these Suits that Samson had developed to resist the Gamma Energy.
Samson: I've modified this SHIELD radiation plating to protect you. Wearing these, you should be immune to the effects of the Gamma Done.
Rex: Uh, Generator? Do you think that my suit could survive out there.
Generator: Well, I crunched some numbers but unfortunately no. This Dome is pure gamma energy, and the suit can't handle that at most we're able to handle it for 30 seconds before we turn into Gamma monsters, we also can't use our Strength Mode and Flight Mode as it will destroy Dr. Samson Gamma Armor. We need to keep it in one piece.
Soon some SHIELD agents and some of the Avengers wear their Protective Gear from Samson.
Rex: Thor? You gonna wear that gear?
Thor: An Asgardian needs no such protection.
Rex: Ok... Ironman?
Ironman: I've got my own version of Samson's Gamma Armor gear.
Rex: Ok. So uh, Samson, you've sent people in wearing these right?
Samson: Uh, no, it hasn't been tested yet.
Then all the Avengers started to stare at Samson as these were created just recently and will probably become Gamma freaks if this goes horribly wrong.
Samson: But I'm confident it will work.
Rex: You're confident? [Sarcastic.] Great.
As Rex finally gets to put on his protective suit he looks over at Wasp as she looks at her suit with an unimpressed look.
Wasp: Rex, can you tell me something?
Rex: Yes?
Wasp: Do I look fat in this?
Rex immediately blushed under his mask and stares at the backside of Wasp as he was staring at her backside, then waist, then butt, as he regained his senses.
Rex: [Quickly.] No! [Normally.] I mean no, I think you look good in anything you wear honestly.
Wasp immediately smiles at him before shrinking.
Wasp: Thanks, Rex.
Rex was trying to be normal around her but no matter what she somehow always managed to make his heart race something Generator continued to monitor.
As everyone was geared up and turned on their radiation plate except for Thor as he believed his Asgardian physiology would protect him as Iron Man used his suit to turn on his Gamma protection armor.
Outside of the Energy Dome we see Quartermain, a few SHIELD Agents and Samson were in their protective suits as they have weapons aside from Samson as they are prepared to defend themselves against anything that comes there way as was the Avengers.
Now all that was left was to test the suits.
Iron Man: So who wants to go first? Rex?
Rex: How about... I follow after you?
Iron Man: Cheeky, Panther?
Panther was about to go in when Captain America stops panther and looks at Tony.
Captain America: Leaders, Lead.
Iron Man: (Sarcastic.) Thanks, Cap.
Iron Man went forward as he awaited the Green Energy to pass him as it slowly closed in on him he turns around and we see the Avengers and SHIELD agents await him to turn into a gamma monster but hoping that it won't happen as Cap raises his hand and makes a Thumbs up as the green Energy passes over Tony he didn't seem to be in pain or transformed into a Gamma monster which is good.
Everyone then fallows suit as they walk towards where the last three Agents were seen as we see a destroyed SHIELD aircraft.
Iron Man: Iron Man to SHIELD base camp, respond.
They didn't receive anything as they have static on the coms as Generator had tapped into the coms as well as receiving nothing.
Iron Man: Ugh, communications are down.
Clay: SHIELD's down, too. I've got nothing.
Generator: Me neither, must be from all this Gamma Radiation or...
Rex: Or?
Generator: Mr. Sterns is jamming our communications.
Wasp: [Sarcastic.] Great.
Rex: Can you scan for life signs?
Generator: I could try.
Generator went on ahead as Wasp followed him as he climbed atop a rock. Wasp and Rex look at the ship that the Shield Agents used to get to the Cube was destroyed ripped right apart from inside out.
Wasp: Man, look at this place.
Rex: It's such a shame to see such good machinery being ripped apart.
Generator: Yeah, well, we should get moving before anything else happens.
As Rex looks at the Aircraft until he then looks down and sees a shirt SHIELD logo as he picks it up and looks back to Wasp.
Rex: I found something.
Wasp looks over to Rex as then a rock gamma monster looks over Wasp and Rex and Generator see it.
Rex: Wasp behind you!
Janet immediately turns around and flys away as we see the creature as it suddenly transforms his body to that of a human rock gamma monster as the Avengers and Shield agents prepare to fight we see it wasn't alone as we see a humanoid gamma monster as well a hybrid human eagle gamma monster as it only took a moment for Quartermain to realize who those monsters were.
Iron Man: Quartermain?
Clay: It's them. It's my men.
All the Gammafied SHIELD agents look at the Avengers and SHIELD agents with their green eyes as they didn't recognize them and his and roar out at them.
Wasp: I kinda miss chasing Hawkeye.
Iron Man: You and me both.
Rex/Generator: LOOKOUT!/LOOKOUT!
Rex then Tackled Ironman away as a flying angry Gamma Eagle lady as it tried to swipe at them as the SHIELD agents aimed their weapons at the eagle lady but miss as one grabbed the SHIELD agent as Samson sees this.
Samson: Wasp!
She immediately starts to fly after them as the SHIELD agent looks terrified and the Gamma lady looked very hungry but Wasp saved him as she hits the leg of the bird lady and she immediately lets go and wasp carries him to safety.
As Iron Man was fighting against the Gamma rock monster he immediately dodged as he flew behind it before he used his hand like rock club to slam him away from him as Iron man went through the wing of the plane before he used his hover boosters to slow him down and attack it. Thor was able to hit the Gamma monster with a swift and powerful hit from Mjolnir.
Meanwhile with Captain America he handed the humanoid Gamma monster as he slams his fists into the shield before Black Panther kicks him in the face as he was down but not out as he charges at the two as Rex was helping some of the Agents get up as Samson grabs the Eagle lady by the leg and slams her to the ground.
As the Humanoid Gamma Monster looks at Black Panther he immediately tries to attack only for him to dodge and punch him in the face before kicking him as he quickly grab's Panther's leg and throws him in the distance before looking at Captain America as we see his Vibranium round shield was the last thing he saw as he took it to his head as Cap land on the other side as he looks back and walks forward as the gamma monster falls forward.
Thor was currently fighting the rock monster as he takes all the blows before he was hit in the head as his helmet was tilted before he fixed it and grabs the rock fist used his Hammer and hits him towards Iron Man as he gave him a electrical shock from his armor as he was smoking before falling down as Iron Man puts his weapons away.
Rex: Everyone alright?
Thor doesn't say anything as he looks at the Gamma Monster they had defeated.
Thor: These creatures share his origins but they are pale reflections of the true Hulk.
Iron Man: That's a good thing Thor.
As Rex looks at Samson as Wasp flys next to Rex and grew in size as Samson was scanning the Gamma Monster.
Samson: Once these Agents are clear of the Gamma Field, they should revert back to human form, hopefully with no side effects.
Captain America: You had some pretgood moves back there, Doc.
Wasp: Doc Samson, Avenger. Think about it.
Samson just stands up and gestures to everything around him.
Samson: Look around, this is all my fault. Bruce warned me and I didn't listen. My only concern right now is making this right.
Iron Man: The Dome has to have some kind of power source like a Gamma Generator.
Black Panther: If the Leader truly is as brilliant as Samson says, then this is no doubt a trap. He would be prepared for SHIELD at the very least, and the Hulk at the very most.
Wasp: [Gasps.] I forgot you talked.
Thor: If this is a trap, warriors, (Places an arm around Panther) then so be it.
It was clear that all of them were going into a trap but they steeled themselves and were ready to march in their and show the Leader why their called the Avengers.
Tony: Okay, Thor goes in first.
Rex: (Chuckles)
Rex was chuckling at Tony's quips as he seems to look down a bit disappointed at himself for not being a lot of help on this mission to save the world. Though one was back in New York searching for a way to clear his name.
Meanwhile in New York
Back in the Warehouse we see Black widow talk to Ophelia Sakissian a.k.a. Madam Viper as she had the blood sample from Bruce Banners blood.
Madam Viper: Did you have it?
Black Widow: The blood of the Incredible Hulk, (Shows Vial to Viper) as Baron Strucker instructed.
Madam Viper: Hail Hydra. You've earned your money, Widow. I know Strucker was hesitant to trust you, but this--
As they were going to finish their transaction a explosion right outside the office as Widow immediately hid the Vial of Hulk's blood.
Madam Viper: (On speakers.) What's happening down there?
We see that Hydra Agents turn on the Hydra Dreadnoughts as they prepare to attack their targets but a few well placed Arrows of acid goo on their heads easily defeated them, most Hydra agents were shooting back at their target when a explosive Arrow is shot where they were.
Atop of the crates we see Hawkeye was taking on the whole warehouse full of Hydra with nothing but his trick arrows and bow as he proceeds to use it to swat a few Hydra goons as he is now standing atop of bodies of Hydra Agents.
Hawkeye: [shouting.] WHOSE NEXT!!
Then we see Black Widow swinging from the rafters and kicks Clint onto the ground as Natasha easily lands ontop of a crate and glares at him.
Back at the CUBE
Outside the Cube we see a few SHIELD agents try to establish contact but were unable to but were able to contact the Helecarrier.
Shield Agent: Helecarrier, I repeat. The Avengers have entered the Cube, but we lost radio contact.
SHIELD Helecarrier
We see Phil Coulson and Maria Hill as Jamie Rhys was there as he continues to contact them.
Rhys: Is it interference?
SHEILD Agent: (On Comms) It's not interference. The signal is being blocked.
This spells bad news for the people there as if the Signal was being blocked then they have no idea if they survived or not.
Back in the Cube
We see SHEILD Agents, Samson, Clay, and the Avengers walk through the Gamma Irradiated prison with nothing but Green smoke on the floor they moved forward staring at the fallen remains of this prison.
Captain America: Stay sharp, team.
Iron Man: Right. Everyone stay sharp.
Wasp noted that Rex was keeping quiet about something as it seemed to bother him.
Wasp: Rex? You alright?
Rex: I'm fine, it's just when--
Then a man Screams from behind as all look to see the shield agent disappears from view in the gamma smoke.
Clay: Jackson? Jackson, what just happened?
As Rex runs toward the scream with Clay as to protect him.
Rex: Quartermain we need to stay together!
Clay then sees one of his men on the ground as he was next to be pulled away from the green haze.
Clay: VAUGHN!
Rex: We need to stay together! Their picking us off one by one.
Rex pulls Quartermain back to the group with their faces looking at where the SHIELD agents were pulled away.
Iron Man: The Gamma Radiation is messing with my systems. I've got multiple contacts, but I can't lock them down.
Wasp: If anyone is completely terrified, I can escort you out.
Generator: Uh, does freaked out AI Robot count for you?
Rex: Generator! We're not--
Suddenly Rex was lifted to the ceiling before falling down and then thrown to the side like a rag doll and falls down.
Wasp: Rex!
Then Samson was pulled back into a column as Wasp started to sweat and get scared.
Wasp: Doc?
Thor: Show yourself, Coward.
Thor didn't see the Gamma Monster behind him as he pulls him back into the smoke.
Clay: The U-Foes.
It was true the U-Foes are a supervillain team composed of cosmic-affected individuals who attempted to copy the procedure of being exposed cosmic radiation as the Fantastic Four did. They're similar to the Fantastic Four but their powers were different.
We see James Darnell or by his villain name X-Ray. X-Ray has been permanently transformed into a living energy field of quasi-solid radiation. As we see his skull in a suit of armor as he growls at Clay, he proceeds to use his radiation to shock Quartermain.
Then we see Ann Darnell, X-Ray Sister and her name is Vapor. Vapor's body is that of living gas(es). Currently she was flying in her gas form and grabbed Captain America before entering his gamma irradiated suit.
Vapor: Give Vapor a kiss.
She proceeded to kiss Captain America and was suffocating him as X-Ray was shocking Iron Man until Rex pulled him off and thrown him away until a hand was shown throwing Rex and Wasp into a Column.
We then see Simon Utrecht A.K.A Vector the leader of the U-Foes whose body looked like a swirling galaxy with a V ontop his forehead and he had a device on his chest turned green.
Vector: Welcome to the Cube.
Samson: Vector. That's-- (Angry.) I created those devices to drain gamma energy.
Vector: The leader has other plans for them.
We see Black Panther above Vector as he continues to monologue his power before Samson ready to strike.
Vector: Our powers are increased to level you can't--
Black Panther then kicks Vector to the ground hard as he comes in closer to talk to him.
Black Panther: You all talk too much.
Then we see Thor with the final member of of the U-Foes, Michael Steel or his Villain name Ironclad known for his strength and metal skin holds Thor down until he easily pounds him with his enchanted hammer and then used his hammer to blow away Vapor to scream and unable to reform herself.
As Iron Man gets up he sees Vector shocking Rex and then immediately punches him in the face as he felt that.
As Thor and Captain America throw their weapons at Ironclad as he felt his shoulder get hit by Mjolnir as Cap's shield trips him as he fell down hard.
Thor: Truly a poor showing. The leader will have to do much better.
Generator: No this is a trap still.
Rex: Why do you say that?
Generator: I mean think about it, those Agents outside the Cube and now these U-Foes show up?
Black Panther: Generator is right. The agents outside, the U-Foes, it is all a distraction.
Suddenly Rex looks to the right and notices something coming their way as he then used his free hand and pushed Wasp away from it.
Rex: JANET LOOK OUT!
As Janet didn't have time to react in time to register what happened as she sees Rex and Clay being shocked by something as they scream in pain.
Wasp: Rex!
Suddenly Generator pops out of Rex's chest destroying Samson suit as he is dazed and shocked.
Generator: (Dazed.) Did anyone catch that lightning strike happening?
Generator then sees Rex in pain as he immediately worries for him.
Generator: REX!
Then suddenly Clay and Rex electric bolts then reformed above them and we see it was Zzzax as he attacks Cap and Iron man but Thor saved the two.
Thor: Attack me, monster.
Zzzax then charges after him as Thor did the same and sliced him in half with his Hammer as we see part of his shoulder was cut off before exploding outward as Iron Man blocks some of the electric power as his armor then had static discharge when Vectors laugh which the Avengers noticed.
Vector: You don't get it do you? We don't need to beat you.
Generator: Rex! Your armor!
Then Tony then puts together what they were doing.
Iron man: Oh, no, the gamma armor.
Wasp: Rex!
As Rex screams in pain until he stops as Generator and Jan see their friend stop screaming until he notices that he's compromised as his suit was cut up and destroyed as we can't see his face but under the mask we see his green eyes.
Rex: (Hoarsely) Run...
Wasp: What?
Rex: I said... (Deeper) RUN!!! suddenly grows bigger as his muscles grow as well his body and the blue stripes turn green as Generator and Wasp stare in horror at what was happening to him. His Gamma Armor was now destroyed, he looks at his body and looks at the Avengers and growls and charges at them as an Enemy, Gamma Rex.
Meanwhile elsewhere
We see The Leader somewhere else overlooking what is happening at the Cube as he stares at their new Gamma Monster Rex.
Leader: Poor misguided Dr. Samson. All that time you were studying me in the Cube, you didn't realize it was I studying you. How sad. (Touches a transmitter on his head.) Generator Rex, put the good Doctor out of his misery.
In the Cube
We see Gamma Rex receiving his instructions as he charges right at Wasp and Generator as the two dodge his oversized arm before shoving Captain America and Ironman out of the way as he charges right at Dr. Samson before Thor stands in front of Rex as he stops right in front of him staring at him panting.
Thor: I have no desire to fight you, Rex.
Rex just growls and grabs Thor with his Gamma radiation hands and slams him into the wall as he was prepared to hit him in the wall.
Thor: Remember who you are.
Rex suddenly lets go and remembers who he was as he shakes his head and looks at everyone before he grasps his head in pain.
Back with the Leader
We see the Leader use his Helmet again as he stares at Rex.

In the Cube
In some part of Rex he couldn't control anything anymore as he stares at Thor regretting for what he is about to do.
Gamma Rex: (Deep Voice.) Forgive... me... my... friend...
Rex then grabs Thor by his face and slams him down into the ground as Generator looks behind the Avengers and they have new problems.
Generator: We got trouble.
Trouble was right we see all the SHIELD agents and Clay Quartermain that accompanied them now turned into Gamma monsters as the remaining Avengers look at them and didn't like their odds.
Wasp: This doesn't look good. You got any ideas Tony?
Iron Man: I'm open for any suggestions right now
Captain America: We can't hurt these men.
Generator: A shame that they don't feel the same way about us.
Iron Man: Ok, here's what we're going to do, Panther, you take Quartermain, Cap and I will--
Then Panther just jumps up and attacks Quartermain and leaves.
Ironman: Panther? Panther!
Generator: I don't believe this?
Wasp: Did he just leave?
Captain America: Heads up.
Cap blocks Ironman from an attack as he unibeam it as Wasp and Generator fire Bio stingers from her hands and cosmic blasts from his flippers as it did perfect to blind them. But their trouble was just starting as the U-Foes get their second wind reform their team as Zzzax reformed his electric body from ground up as Samson and the Avengers attack them but were outnumbered.
Generator: There's to many of them! We gotta fall back!
Captain America: We can't give up.
Ironman: All they have to do is take out our armor. We have to go for the Generator. (to Samson.) Samson, go! I'll cover you!
As Cap got his shield back he followed right after Samson before Wasp follows after him as did Generator. Iron man true to his word Protect the remaining people left that weren't Gamma Monsters as Thor was fighting Rex in his Gamma form.
Thor: The Leader will pay for this.
As Rex hit the ground where Thor stood he flys above and drags the ceiling down on top of Rex as most of the Gamma Monsters with Mjolnir as they chase after them getting hit with rubble or dodging them.
Back in New York
We see Clint getting up and then a stinger came in right between him legs as he looks up and we see Natasha as she had stinger's on her wrist.
Black Widow: You should have let go, Clint.
Hawkeye: So shoot. Come on, Natasha, do it. Come on, you Hydra scum.
Black Widow stares at her ex partner while Clint grabs his bow and sweeps her legs but jumps up and lands on her hands before landing on her feet as everything around them was on fire and Widow then punches Clint and kicks Clint away as he lands in a few crates as he looks up and see Widow fire her stingers before dodging them as Window continues to chase after him through the burning Warehouse as he pulled three arrows and fires as he dodged Widows Stingers.
Natasha flips as she dodges the two arrows but the third one hits the Crate and makes her fly back and grabs the edge of the crate behind her before two arrows cut off her wrist stingers and she falls before a arrow is fired at her as it was a Bolo ropes and it wraps her up and then a arrow allow her to be pinned on some rope.
Black Widow: No!
Hawkeye: It's over, Natasha. You lost.
Black Widow: Let me go, Hawkeye. You can't take me to Shield. You're a traitor remember?
Hawkeye: Yeah, I remember. That's why I'm not taking you to Shield. (Pulls out a knife.) I'm taking you to the Avengers.
As Widow look at Clint as he was serious as she looks not very happy with this. Before she falls to the ground.
Back with the Avengers
We see the Avengers and Samson run towards the Gamma Generator at the center of the prison as Thor, Ironman, Wasp and Generator provide Cover as X-Ray flys in the air and grabs Ironman and shocks him as he screams out in pain.
Generator: Iron man!
As he was tackled by X-Ray he used his repulsor glove to get him off before Generator comes in and does a battle cry as he fires at the three armed Gamma monster before a star spangled shield comes in and hits his face before flying back to Steve.
Captain America: Protect Samson. I'll get Tony and Generator.
Cap charges in the fray as Wasp and Thor follow and protect Samson. As Generator fires his cosmic flipper blasts as it isn't doing anything to Ironclad as he slams him but was stopped when Cap Saved Ironman as he repulsor blast him when Quartermain tackles him but he is soon hit with the shield and we see three avenger's facing off against a horde of Gamma Monsters and the U-Foes as Zzzax then came up from the ground and grab Ironman and Captain America.
Generator: TONY! STEVE!
As Cap and Ironman were thrown Generator flys toward Ironman.
Ironman: Generator, Wasp, Thor, Destroy the Generator no matter what!
Generator wanted to help but he was right this was all a distraction and they needed.
Generator: He's right. We need to find the Leader! It's the only way this will end!
Dr. Samson nods his head as he leads Wasp, Thor, and Generator to Where the Leader might be.
The Gamma Generator Room
We see Samson, Wasp, Generator, and Thor enter as we see they weren't alone as we see the Wrecking Crew and each of them were upgraded with Gamma amplifiers from the Leader as we see Piledriver with one in his hand along on his arm a gauntlet of a sort.
Samson: Uh-oh.
Piledriver: Oh, look, Wrecker, they actually thought the Leader was gonna be here. Too bad.
Piledriver then puts on his device and now all four felt the Gamma amplifier working as they laugh maniacally and now in there more monstrous gamma forms.
Wrecker: Wrecking crew, take them down!
Thunderball used his ball and chain as it reached Samson and at a fast pace destroying the protective suit that Samson made.
Wasp: Oh no! Doc!
As Samson got back up he was actually fine and not changing into a Gamma monster like them as he already was Gamma irradiated already.
Samson: I'm-- I'm okay. Not changing.
He was then punched into the wall by Piledriver before Thor was wrapped around by Thunderball as Wasp and Generator were blasting at Bulldozer as he tried to swat them but couldn't as Wrecker then jumps up and slams Thor in the ground with his crowbar as Wasp and Generator were shocked to see him down for the count.
Generator: Thor!
Bulldozer easily grabs the two as they struggle to get out.
Bulldozer: Not so easy this time, is it? Now that we got the power.
Their situation wasn't good as now all the Avengers were captured and they had failed to stop the Gamma Generator.
Wasp: Uh, Generator? Any thoughts?
Generator: Uh, nothing comes to mind right now.
However their situation was dire we see on top of the generator was Black Panther as he had found another way to the Generator and his suit short circuit it being close to the generator as he threw his Vibranium Daggers into the Machine as it did the trick but the machine exploded outwards and Black Panther gamma armor was destroyed as suddenly everyone in the room was flying out the room as was all the Gamma monster with Rex in front of them as they all are blasted back and suddenly all the people that were changed into monsters all went back into human as they were unconscious.
Outside the Cube
Outside we see the camera dome that was expanding suddenly stop and it disappeared in the avengers has done it once more they had stopped a villain and save the world.
Inside the Cube
As we see Thor, Samson, Wasp who didn't lose her Gamma Armor and generator look down at the wrecking crew defeated. Thor grabs his helmet and puts it in his head, and T'Challa jumps down and greets the avengers although he looks worse as Samson.
Generator: T'Challa? Where were you? The last we saw ya you ran away.
Black Panther: I didn't run away. I bided my time and looked for the Leader but he was nowhere to be found so I found another way to stop the Gamma Generator.
Generator: Oh? Next time could you find the off switch?
Black Panther: I could not get close enough to the generator while the leaders forces guarded it. Are you ok, Doctor, Thunderer, Wasp, Generator?
Thor: Aye, T'Challa. But truly, that was a close one.
Wasp: Very close.
Generator: Very, very close. I mean this is why I normally stay with Rex in these situations.
Wasp: Well I thought you were brave today.
Wasp goes to normal size and taps the top of Generators head as he likes it.
Generator: (Bashful) Oh, thanks.
As the Avengers finished their Mission we see someone else was finished theirs.
With Hawkeye
As we see Hawkeye with his traitorous ex-partner Natasha on the back of his Sky-Cycle as they head toward the Avengers at the Cube. As he stares back at Natasha before looking forward.
Back At the Cube
We see it's nighttime as all the Gamma Villains were defeated as they were being prepped to go to their new prison and all the SHIELD agents were doing their Checkup to see any side effects to the Shield agents and Avengers as Wasp was in her Gamma Armor still and walked over to Rex as Generator floats over.
Wasp: Hey.
Rex: Uh, could you give us a minute.
SHEILD Agent: Alright. But make sure you come back we still need to see if there is any side effects.
Rex: Ok. Will do doc.
As the Shield Medic left them alone we see Jan was grateful for him saving her.
Wasp: Listen... Rex I just wanted to say thank you for saving me.
Rex: Of course I would save you. Your... Your my teammate of course I'm gonna save you.
This was a partial truth but it was enough for her to feel grateful.
Wasp: Say, what would you think I would look like if you didn't saved me?
Generator: Ooh, good question, I believe you would be some sorta Insect monster that would have pincers and bug eyes and Antennae!
Rex: Actually that does sound like her right now.
Rex and Generator then laugh at that before Janet hits him in the Shoulder as it was a forceful punch and it did hurt him.
Wasp: That was uncalled for.
Rex: (Grunts in Pain.) Sorry. But honestly, when I was that Gamma monster. I wasn't in control, all that power, all that rage, and I couldn't even do a thing about it. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this even if he was my worst enemy.
Wasp then sits next to Rex as they continue to enjoy each other company as Thor, Black Panther Samson talk to Quartermain.
Samson: Everyone seems to be recovering with no residual radiation poisoning. The energy the Leader used was very Specific.
Clay: The Leader, there was no sign of him?
Samson: No, but we saved a lot of lives today. And we foiled his big plan.
Black Panther: Did we?
As Panther didn't like not finding the leader as he still out there plotting and waiting for his moment to come again and put the world in Jeopardy.
Meanwhile...
Just outside of Las Vegas we see The Abomination and The Absorbing Man with the Leader as they look towards that city.
Leader: I would call that little test run a success. And now-- (Presses a button on his device.) we begin.
We see a huge green light over the city as there was a Second Gamma Generator.
As the leader looks on with glee before the green light fades them out.
Decease: None.
