Back at the WCL headquarters, Cybr prints up a list of Order targets from the people who were present during the attack on the Order's headquarters, ordered from highest to lowest priority. The list is as follows: Cybr, Dr. Woo, Wheel Woo, Weeb Woo, Mugsy, Worse Woo, Boneregard. Upon looking over this list, Cybr realizes that a certain officer from the Station is noticeably absent, so he dials them up to confront them.
"Hello, this is Cybr speaking. It seems that your most prominent officer has met his demise. My condolences, but this does mean that there should now be no issue with you guys staying in our building, seeing as the Station was burned down and you likely are in need of a proper base of operations."
"Wee Woo died?!" Woo Hoo exclaims in shock, before hearing a crash from nearby, as the unattended police cruiser that Wee Woo left Mugsy in finally slams into a wall and comes to a stop. "Well, it looks like one of your guys just ended up here anyways, so I guess we'd need to head over there to drop him off, anyways. I'll accept your offer, as long as none of the other officers have any objections."
A few seconds pass, as Woo Hoo confronts Wanted Woo, Wheel Woo, Dr. Woo, and Word Woo, none of whom seem to be particularly opposed to the idea.
"Yeah, seems like it should be fine. I'll bring the water cooler with me." Woo Hoo grabs the Water Robit, and has Wheel Woo get in the driver's seat of an actually functional police cruiser. Woo Hoo, Wanted Woo, Dr. Woo, and Word Woo all get in as well, and Mugsy gets in last, glancing around at the surroundings. As Wheel Woo is driving in the direction of the WCL, Mugsy suddenly hears a very distinctive clapping noise, and looks out the rear window to see Secco once again tailing the vehicle. Mugsy starts babbling and pointing like a deranged cartoon character, and Wheel Woo looks in the mirror, spotting the crawling man drawing closer.
"Who the hell is that guy?" Wheel Woo asks, speeding up the car. Secco uses his Stand to soar through the air again, smashing ass-first onto the roof of the car and denting it in significantly enough that Mugsy is cut off from all the other officers due to being alone in the backest seat. Mugsy screams as Secco pries the roof of the car off with his bare hands to expose Mugsy.
"Don't even try it!" snarls Secco, seeing Mugsy trying futilely to open the door to escape. Secco tries to slam down the piece of roof in his hands onto Mugsy's head, but right before it can make impact, the action resets itself, and Secco gets caught in a loop of swinging the metal up and down due to the effects of Caramelldansen, which Wanted Woo has activated on him. Mugsy gets out of the car and starts cowering, while Wanted Woo stands up to confront Secco, Wheel Woo having long since hit the brakes due to the condition of the vehicle.
"Hold it right there, pal. I don't know who you are or what you want with us, but you're clearly trying to hurt my friend there, and I won't stand for that. Actually, now that I think about it, I think that's exactly what I'll do. I'll just stand here, and wait." Wanted Woo looks down at his novelty anime watch, carefully observing the time and glancing up at Secco every few seconds, not releasing the man from the loop. Wanted Woo gives a wave to the other officers to move on their way, and they start heading towards the WCL on foot, dragging Mugsy along with them. After a few minutes pass, the self-driving garbage truck assigned to this part of the city zooms at breakneck speeds down the road, plowing straight through Secco and killing him instantly on impact, before dragging his lifeless body all the way to the same local landfill where at least two other dead bodies were already deposited recently.
"Yeah, that's where you belong! The trash!" Wanted Woo calls out after the garbage truck is already long gone, before following the direction of the other officers and Mugsy towards the WCL headquarters. Upon arrival at the building, the officers and Mugsy find that the first floor of the WCL has been converted into a base of operations for the Station, which Mugsy is very upset to see, as he sulks into the basement on his own. Woo Hoo enters and places down the Water Robit, and is soon followed in by the rest of the officers, as Cybr comes down briefly to greet them.
"Only one rule: do not go to the other floors unless you absolutely need to, which you won't." Cybr states, before disappearing back up the stairs. None of the officers have any objection to this, and just set up their own workstations in the area. Woo Hoo also decides that none of the officers are allowed to go on any excursions by themselves anymore, in order to avoid any incidents happening like what occurred with Wee Woo. Cybr overhears this, and pops back downstairs again.
"If that's how you're operating, you can probably use some of our guys, too, if you need. But just make sure you don't leave this place empty, or lead any enemies back here."
"Does Word Woo count as leaving this place empty?"
"Unless our opponent is a rampant typo, yes. Anyways, I already checked, and you and Word Woo both aren't even on the Order's Target list, I guess since you weren't with us when we attacked them, so you two won't have anything to worry about. It's probably better that you just stay out of all this."
Before Cybr can return upstairs, there's a ringing at the doorbell, which the WCL does not have. Cybr walks outside, and sees Rattler Geoff pressing a doorbell noise app on his phone, having arrived at the building no more than 3 hours later than the time he arranged.
"Where's the leak?" Geoff asks.
"You're here to install stair lifts." Cybr responds bluntly.
"Oh yeah. Where do I put those?"
"Here, here, and here, and also here." Cybr says, pointing at a blueprint of the building that he projects outwards with his cool-ass glasses. Geoff nods, a little bit awestruck by the hologram, but he quickly gets to work, nailing in the rails as needed.
"Mind helping me get the chairs out of my van?" Geoff asks, and Mugsy emerges from the basement to assist in this task. Though Geoff's van emanates a strange odor, Mugsy ignores this, and takes the chairs out and brings them into the building, allowing Geoff to set them up. After a brief test to make sure the chairs can support the needed amount of weight, Cybr hands Geoff the appropriate amount of money.
"Hey, about that, I was kind of hoping that you could let me stay here as payment instead. You see, the law is after me…" Geoff begins, but when Cybr points at the cops occupying the first floor of the building, Geoff jumps out of the nearest window, leaving behind all of his personal information as he hops into his van and speeds away, breaking as many traffic laws as possible. Rattler Geoff's daring escape eventually leads him to the unnamed city-state, where he finally decides that he's far enough away from the officers to calm down a bit, but the moment he lets his guard down, he is swiftly beskulled by an unseen entity.
