Deep in the uncharted depths of the Shamazon Painforest, a dark figure walks through overgrown plants, an evil glint in his eyes and an evil grin on his face. This man is a notorious criminal all around Costa Brava, usually known only by his alias, "Poderoso", which means "Powerful" in a strange, unknown tongue. What brought him to the Painforest, or what his intentions are here, are likely best left to the imagination, as this is a case in which truth is likely more frightening than fiction.
Shamazon himself approaches the gates of his Painforest, with Dale trailing behind. At the gate are two of the Shamazon's guards, Calf-Callus Conroy and Benny Hills. Benny seems to have fallen asleep on the job, which plays right into Shamazon's suspicions that his guards have been slacking. While Shamazon prepares to chew out Benny with all of his wrath, Dale taps on his shoulder.
"Excuse me sir, may I enter the Painforest?" Dale inquires.
"I don't see why not." Shamazon says, only taking a quick glance at Dale and mistaking him for one of his researchers. Dale walks past Shamazon, as Shamazon slaps Benny in the face to wake him up. Conroy just keeps staring forwards with a stupid-ass grin on his face.
"AGH- what the- what's the big idea?!" Benny demands, rubbing his cheek.
"You're supposed to be keeping guard, not taking a nap!" Shamazon growls.
"You let Flurrie sleep on the job all the time! Why is she so special?"
"Because SHE knows how to get her job DONE while she's asleep, and YOU don't!"
"Shut up! Who would even want to break into this place anyways? What would they gain?"
Before Shamazon can answer, Gongor darts out from the jungle, panting heavily and drenched in sweat.
"Y-you're here! Thank goodness! Someone broke into the Painforest, and we don't know what they want, but it definitely can't be good! They're trying to start a fire in sector B!" Gongor gasps, and Shamazon gives Benny an "I told you so" look.
"You two keep an eye on the entrance, but actually do a good job of it this time, I'll deal with this myself, just this once." Shamazon heads into the forest, leaving Gongor at the entrance. Gongor uses his highly situational Stand, Moon Theme, which lets him breathe under any circumstances, to catch his breath and calm his nerves after having run for several miles straight (he got lost). As he heads into the forest, Shamazon passes by one of the flora researchers, named Jyngel, who happens to be the person that he confused Dale for.
"Jyngel, I know you just got here, but don't go to sector B! There's a problem that I need to deal with!" Shamazon exclaims, leaving Jyngel with a confused look on his face. Next to Jyngel is Shamazon's apprentice, a young child by the name of Man Forrest, who has a particular interest in entomology. Man Forrest steps up to Shamazon, getting in his way.
"I'll come with you." Man Forrest insists.
"Now is not the time, I assure you. This is a real incident that could be incredibly dangerous if not handled correctly."
"Sounds to me like the ideal situation to train in."
"Whatever, just don't waste my time anymore." Shamazon scowls, running further towards sector B, now with Man Forrest following him. He's still hauling the giant sack of dragon food with him, though it doesn't seem to slow him down at all. Shamazon encounters one more obstacle just as he's about to reach sector B, being two of his fauna researchers, Flurrie and Kelbeo, who are currently intently taking notes on Mildly Developed Vertebrate, who has recently taken residence in the jungle after having his application for "Painforest animal" accepted.
"Get out of the way! There's an intruder in sector B!" Shamazon yells, not slowing down whatsoever.
"Oh no! He's going to crush the creature! What do we do?!" exclaims Flurrie.
"You have to move! Now!" Kelbeo panickedly tells Mildly Developed Vertebrate. At the last second, Mildly Developed Vertebrate compresses himself against the floor, causing Shamazon and Man Forrest to pass over him without harm. Flurrie and Kelbeo "Oooh" and "aaaah" respectively at this maneuver and begin hurriedly writing down information. As Shamazon barges into sector B of the Painforest, he sees numerous plants ablaze, and another of his researchers, Irrini, engaged in combat with the shadowy figure of Poderoso. Irrini, usually known for studying the birds high up in the canopy of the Painforest, is using his Stand, Bad Moon Rising, to hoist himself through the air in an attempt to maintain the high ground, while Poderoso uses his lightsaber to slice recklessly through the jungle, entire trees being felled by the burning blade.
"STOP THAT! STOP THAT NOW!" Shamazon screams, causing Irrini to glance over in his direction. This proves to be a fatal mistake, giving Poderoso the opening he needs to cleave Irrini in two with his lightsaber, the two pieces of the body falling to the ground separately as the Stand holding them airborne disappears. Shamazon glares at Poderoso, while Man Forrest realizes that maybe, just maybe, he actually should stay out of this one, and runs away like a little pansy. Poderoso turns to meet Shamazon's gaze.
"Finally, the man himself has arrived. I've awaited this moment for months now. Operation Domination is well underway, and once you're out of the picture, all else will fall, as well!" Poderoso declares, running straight towards Shamazon with his lightsaber at the ready. As Poderoso gets closer, Shamazon brings out D, and has D switch its hold on its pencil from drawing mode into eraser mode. In a single swipe through the air, accompanied by an awful, grating, nails-on-a-chalkboard-like noise, D erases Poderoso from reality, swiftly eliminating the notorious criminal and putting his evil plan to an end before it can properly start.
