Chapter 3: Seeds for a Tragedy
After finishing their drinks and Isthar finished telling the devil's cruelty in this world. They were then invited to go to the Royal Capital of Heiligh and meet with royal officials.
"The Kingdom of Heilight and the Holy Church have been in cooperation ever since this kingdom was founded by Sharm Barn, the first king of the Kingdom of Heiligh and he is also a descendant of Ehit-sama himself." Isthar explained as he led Shirou and the others out of the cathedral.
"If the first king was descended from the gods,..! Doesn't that mean that the royal family is descended from the gods!?"
Shouted a student who knows who it is, hearing the news that they will meet face to face with the descendant of a god clearly started to attract the interest of the other students.

And once they passed through it, they finally saw a large city with a magnificent castle that stood on the highest peak of the city. They finally landed on one side of the palace complex.
From there the royal knights had lined up neatly to welcome their arrival. Shirou then felt a tug on the sleeve of his uniform, when he glanced to the side he saw one of his close friends looking at the knights and when their eyes met, he could see that the girl had eyes filled with stars of admiration?
"Shichi! Shichi! Look at that, real royal knight! Let's go there!" The girl said excitedly while tugging Shirou.
"Calm down Nana. We can spend a lot of time with them later but for now please hold back, ok." Shirou replied while flicking the tip of the girl's nose which made her frown.
"I told you to stop flicking my nose!" The girl's protest caused the two other girls walking behind them to smile seeing the usual interaction between Shirou and the girl.
That girl is Nana Miyazaki
Nana is a cute young girl with back-length, light brown hair, which is styled into a side ponytail. She is a member of the cooking club just like Shirou.
Nana has a habit of giving nicknames to people who are special to her, or so Shirou's other friends say and of course Shirou's other friends are girls.
'I hope you will still have that cheer even after you realize how serious our problems are.' Shirou said in his heart while giving his trademark smirk which made Nana even more noisy.
Of course Nana is not alone. Many students were also amazed by the displays of the royal knights.
They were then brought into the magnificent royal palace. Along their way while tracing the royal halls, they often bump into various palace occupants such as knights, maids, butlers, nobles, and government officials. Everyone looked at them in awe and astonishment. It seems most people have already been informed who are they?
They finally arrived in front of a very magnificent double door with various kinds of carvings that decorated its surface beautifully. There were also two knights standing guard on each side. One of the guards then shouted their arrival information to the people inside and without waiting for a reply the two guards immediately opened the door with practiced cohesiveness.
Obviously it was the door to the throne room because in front of them were now standing the royal family, and the most important people in the palace who were waiting for their arrival.
Led by Isthar, the students and Aiko-sensei entered the throne room with tension and nervousness. Yes, there was Kouki and his three friends who entered the room so naturally as if not affected by the atmosphere.
Standing in front of the throne was a middle-aged man who exuded a dignified aura, Isthar then walked out of Shirou's group towards the man, when he got there the man bent down to kiss Isthar's hand, after which Isthar stood beside the man.
"Welcome! Welcome great heroes!"
He is the current king. Eliheid SB Heiligh. Standing to the left of the king is a beautiful and graceful mature woman who is clearly the queen, Luluaria SB Heiligh. To the left of the queen stood her three children. A beautiful teenage girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. The first princess, Liliana SB Heiligh. Next is a little prince named Lundel SB Heiligh, and lastly a little girl Mariebelle SB Heiligh.
To the left of the room stood the top military officers and to the right were the ministers and major nobles.
After the introductory session was over, the king ordered the maids to escort them to the place where they would live.
It was huge and grand like a five star hotel.
It was three stories beautiful with gardens and fountains in front of it. The location where they were was still in the palace complex and from what was said the maids who were in charge of guiding and serving all the needs of the hero party in the future. The location of their residence is very strategic because it is close to various facilities in the royal complex such as libraries and military barracks.
Ah right near their residence there is another smaller building, that will be where the knights are in charge of guarding them.
The first floor was a place for relaxing, eating, discussing and so on, this was also where the maids who served them lived. The second floor is the floor where the girls' rooms are located. The third floor is where the men are.
"Thank you Hana for bothering to walk me to my room."
"That has become part of my obligation Shirou-sama, is there anything you need?"
"No but.. do you know what our schedule will be like after this?"
Shirou was currently talking to one of the maids assigned to serve the hero party, Hana Ronny. She is a teenage girl with shoulder-length black hair with a pair of emeralds that adorn her eyes. She was one of the chosen girls who was given the chance to become one of the personal Maids for the hero party.
She was the prime minister's first daughter, for her to be one of the people serving the heroes' party was an honor. Even if she had to get her hands dirty with the work of a maid, she didn't care about that, because she would be very happy because she had managed to help the heroes who would save the world. Even if the help she gave was small like washing their clothes.
That's what Shirou found out after chatting with her during the short trip to his room.
"After this you and your friends will have free time that you can use to rest before the banquet which will be held tonight at the palace."
"I see.. I understand now, then thank you"

"Okay I understand, Shirou." Hana replied with a more natural smile than she had shown before.
After that, they split up and Shirou entered his room. It was a very luxurious bedroom with a huge bed in the middle that was huge all to itself. There is a wardrobe, dressing table, and also a private bathroom.
Shirou then lay down on his soft bed.
"An unknown world but still has a god who reigns directly huh, that old man said we have abilities above the average human of this world but that must be due to the influence of the 3rd True Magic and it must also be the reason why we didn't suffer from mana poisoning. .."
Shirou then sat down and walked towards the balcony of his room.
"Hey! Old vampire!! You're looking at me now right!? Please take us home! If you want entertainment, you can leave me here but please take my friends and Aiko-sensei home!"
Despite shouting quite loudly, which might as well be heard by others but no response whatsoever he received.
Shirou just turned around and sighed
"I can't stay in this kingdom that has become a slave. First I have to gather information, money, and build connections but first..."

He had also ordered all the palace people to leave them with the excuse that he wanted to have a private discussion with his friends. "Alright, thank you everyone for gathering here" Shirou was currently standing in front of everyone, practically he was now leaning on the bar counter that was directly connected to the kitchen.
"It's okay Sengo-kun." Answered Aiko-Sensei
"Whatever you have to say should be important! I want to sleep now, so hurry up!"
Shirou only glanced briefly at the source of the protest.
"Okay I'll try to get this over with as quickly and clearly as possible, there are a few points I'd like to convey to you. If you have anything to ask or say, please wait until I finish explaining.
First, do any of you feel any pain or strangeness in your body? If there is, please report it to me now."

"Ah yes! In that era, the church had absolute influence over the countries in Europe so everything said by the religious leaders would always be the truth regardless of the facts. Right now Aiko-sensei and all of Shirou's classmates who were in the room had the same thought. The teenager they were talking to was different from the Shirou they knew.
The way he spoke, the tone with which he spoke, and the way he looked at them. It was all different from the friendly class president they knew.
"We weren't chosen because we meet the requirements to be the heroes who will save Tortus, Kouki. We are just a group of people randomly selected to take part in a game of gods called the war of demons against humans. We may be told that demons are cursed creatures, ruthless but humans are just as accursed and cruel."
"What do you mean!?" Shirou didn't care about that idiot in the least, his eyes were now on everyone else in the room.
"We were told that the demons had invaded the human race's territory and carried out a massacre but the same thing could happen, the human race invaded the demon's territory and massacred them indiscriminately.

"Sorry Shirou-kun" And with that, the girl who was the belle of the school ran after her best friend.

Yuka Sononobe is a beautiful young woman with wavy chestnut-colored hair

Taeko Sugawara is a young woman with wavy brunette hair that is styled into two tails, brown eyes and a mole on the left side of her chin.
Nana, Yuka, and Taeko are three girls who are in the same club as Shirou. Cooking Club. Oh! By the way, Yuka is the president of the Cooking Club and Shirou is the vice president there.
"Yes, actually I was planning to train you guys, not to participate in the war but to survive in this world until I managed to make my way home."
"Eh? You know a way to get us home, Sengo-kun?" Asked Aiko-sensei who immediately showed hopeful eyes when she heard that Shirou had a solution to their problem.

'Thank goodness the little show just now managed to bring back her usual self' said Shirou in his heart.

"Yes, I can do it" 'Aoko-nee taught me the formula for the curse once so I can try it though if it fails it will make the target a Madagascar toad permanently but that can be overcome with Rule Breaker.'
Now the five people were looking at him in horror.
"Okay basically I'm going to try to make our way home. I know there are lots of things you guys want to ask but please save it for a moment. I'm going to the kitchen for a snack right now so anyone have any special requests?" Shirou asked as he walked into the kitchen and used his mental command to deactivate the bounded field function which removed someone from their place but retained its malicious intent detection function.
"Oh I want chocolate creps Shichi!"
"U um.. I want some original flavored creps and a cup of coffee, Sengo-kun!"
"I want pancakes Iinchou!"
"I want creps too!"
"Let me help you Shirou-kun"
Even if they still have a myriad of questions they want to ask Shirou. Shirou's delicacy is far more of a priority than that.

Archangel Xireon Chaos God basically commented that I had plagiarized "From Common Smith To Divine Blade" by Yami-tree. He said it was because of the similarities in the 2 chapters in each fanfic.
This is my answer to your stupid and annoying comment.
Are you seriously asking that!? Don't you even know what Arifureta's story is like!? And you accuse me of Copy and Paste!!! The reason why the 2 chapters are similar is because we used LN Arifureta as the basis for our story!!!!!
Even it has the same core it is still different. If you can read well, you will find a different writing style in both stories.
Yami-tree is primarily first-person and he replaces Hajime as narrator with Shirou in both chapters.
While I use the third person point of view.
In the first chapter I didn't change Hajime's role at all and I just added Shirou to give color to this chapter.
In the second chapter I didn't use Hajime as the main character but I brought Shizuku and Aiko for the roles with additional scenes for the two of them and in the last part I gave my own original scenes.
How can you tell that I copypaste!!!!
Do you know what fanfic is? Fan fiction. Yes, simply put it is a story that is remade based on the wishes of the author.
For me there are many elements of a fanfic but I'll only say three types. (I'm not going to refer to whether it's a crossover or not, because for me, both types are the same in the end. FANFIC)
1. Full original, where the story is dominated by personal elements as the main framework but the author still has original/canon elements.
• Example:
- Heart of Iron written by Iddle.
This story is dominated by original elements but the writer still includes some original elements such as the history of the Nasuverse.
- The Smile of Single Girl by DsCrystalEyes.
This is a story that depicts the beginning and end of Touma and Othinus' relationship which is completely original but the writer still maintains the interactions between Touma and other characters such as Canon.
2. Modification, where the author still maintains Canon's story as the main framework, after which the author will give a personal touch to the story.
• Example:
- Heroes, Dream, and Destiny by Lord of Penguin.
This story follows the original story except that we have an additional element here, Shirou Emiya. And yes, at the beginning we will see the legendary moment, that is Ruby's meeting with Roman in the dust shop.
- Mahou Senki: Lyrical Days by Hero Slayer.
See, this also follows the original story and has the addition of Shirou which ends up being a story that has a very beautiful romance element.
3. Reaction, this is a story model where the author rewrites Canon's story. Then after that the writer will try to make the reactions of some characters when they see the story. How about this story? In my case, it was a combination of all three.
I will keep the canon story, then I will modify it, I will also add the original story, and of course the characters, will show their reactions to it.
In chapter 1, you can see how the story goes like in Canon with the focus being on Hajime before Shirou appears and gives an additional color to the story.
In chapter 2, also the same. It worked like the Canon but I modified it to better reflect Shizuku's reaction to that incident. I also made additional scenes for Aiko-sensei. Then there was a little touch from Shirou and Hajime. Before finally I end with an original scene from a girl who is an observer of this story.
This story will indeed focus on Shirou but that doesn't mean I will just leave the other characters. The reason why I didn't make Shirou more active was because I thought it would ruin the story. So I saved it for later. Remember that basically all versions of Shirou Emiya are a very great observer even the versions of his brother Ilya and Kuro from Fate/Kaleid

For Tsumakari Muramasa, the NP created from the combined power of the sword and its user? Um... Are you sure you're asking this? It was indeed very powerful and on the same realm as True Magic if using Canon's story as the base and the price of this NP was the user's own life.
This was basically similar to the pure sword technique that Musashi used on Losbelt 5th Olympus.
But come on, is that really necessary to face the enemy in this story.
Shirou is not the strongest character in this story(maybe?) but he is the most dangerous character in this story.

He will have UBW because it is a part of his soul but does it need to be fully activated? Or not? That's the real question. And I don't think full UBW activation is needed here, but maybe I will make him fully activate UBW.
You know guys, reality marble can be learned and passed on. And you don't have to be crazy or obsessed with something to have it.

And I'll say this, I'm not going to add another nasuverse character to the story directly because that would just ruin it. I do include other nasuverse characters later but they will only watch from the world, realm, or dimension they are in, they only act as observers because basically characters with this power level have to be neutral and they are like Grand Servants. Characters with this level of strength will only intervene if the situation is hopeless.

Someone thought that I would make Arthuria Avalon a Servant for Shirou
Just because I wrote that Arthuria Avalon and Shirou fought together doesn't mean they have to have a Master and Servant relationship.
Servant Shirou is indeed a Caster because Saber is already owned by someone else.
The catalyst for this summoning is what lies within Shirou himself, it must be something to do with Avalon or the sword. So there are five Heroic Spirits who are candidates for this.

Alright, it's time to get into the explanation session for this chapter!!
First, we are told a bit of history about the Heiligh Kingdom. And Shirou who found the results of 3rd True Magic on their bodies.
Second, we see the students who are fascinated by magic and the palace complex. Here we also see a small interaction between Shirou and Nana.
Third, we see the king submitting to the pope. This clearly indicated the position of the Holy Church that was higher than the kingdom itself.
Ah right here I also add Mariabelle SB Heiligh!! She is a little princess who only appeared in the WN version, she would later play with Shirou a lot and consider him her own onii-chan! This will also result in Liliana frequently interacting with Shirou.

Is that old vampire watching Shirou and friends? Not yet, the answer is no, he hasn't discovered this world yet. Currently, the only character who had discovered this world was The Nameless King of the Eternal Star Garden of Avalon.
Sixth, we see Shirou who has gathered everyone in the dining room on the first floor and he has also isolated the building using a bounded field.
Here we also know one thing that he has clairvoyance. To what extent could he see using his clairvoyance? The answer will appear as the story progresses.
Ok, on the first point Shirou asked the condition of his friends and there didn't seem to be any problems at all.
At the second point, Shirou explained about their priorities and plans for the future but unfortunately it was cut short by Kouki's protest before he could finish.
Here we see Shirou who gives a real example of the threat that can arise due to the influence of the holy church but Kouki still denies this and confidently says he will win the war.
Then we see Aiko trying to stop Kouki's recklessness but still failing and Kouki continuing to ramble incoherently.
And finally Shirou gave facts about their current situation but once again Kouki denied this and thought Shirou was crazy. He also made the lead of his friends to leave Shirou.
Here we also see Shizuku's attitude that she still can't be strict with her childhood friend even though she seems to have understood Shirou's intentions.
Then there were Aiko, Hajime, Nana, Yuka, and Taeko who chose to stay. We are also told about the four members of the cooking club.
And finally Shirou tells that he is a magus to five people who remain stay with him and gives a hope for them to return to their world without join to war.
The story in this chapter then closes with Shirou who decides to stop the story and goes to the kitchen to cook.
