Sequel to Chapter 49 (SessKag, Graphic Designer, Red)

Sesshoumaru adjusted the pine green glasses on his nose as Kagome's hands slid over his shoulders and into the top of his shirt. "I thought you were busy."

"I was. Now I'm not. So it's time for a break." She kissed the back of his neck, forcing him to put his pencil down, the current jingle he was working on going unfinished.

"Did it not frustrate you as much as the strawberry?" he asked, turning in his chair. Kagome didn't waste any time, looping her arms around his neck as she climbed into his lap.

"I would've asked you for help if it had."

He raised an eyebrow at that. "Instead of fuming at your tablet for hours on end?"

"Hey! You benefited from that in the end."

"And you are returning the favour by interrupting my work?" he asked, leaning back against the piano, the notes crunching together in an awkward chord.

"Your work isn't due until the end of the week." She leaned in, pressing their bodies together. "Plus, you've been in here all morning. We didn't even get to eat breakfast together!"

Sesshoumaru rolled his eyes. "I will remind you, mate, that you are required to get up at a reasonable hour in order for breakfast to still be viable."

She pouted, playing with the hair at the back of his neck. "Are you saying you don't want to take a break with me?"

Smirking, he removed his glasses before sliding his hands under her oversized t-shirt. "I would never say that."
