[a/n0]Only Banner mentioned the seeming strangeness of an Imperio working on Harry. Who but LT could cast it on him successfully? They're the same person.

[a/n-1]Slytherin66 noted Minerva's "lack of loyalty towards Sirius" But I don't know she had a reason to have any. We can probably assume she was told of his innocence, but I can't recall when or by whom.

[a/n]An unscheduled add, but I was watching a youtube video about Grindelwald v Dumbledore.

Lone Traveler XIII:Meeting Gellert

At first, Harry assumed he was in Hogwarts, but the voices reaching his ears were speaking German. A simple translation spell enabled him to catch the climax of what was clearly a powerful speech "…Our war with the Muggles begins... TODAY!" Even the foot-thick stone walls echoed with the chanting.

"A truly great moment!" a late teen wizard gushed in worshipful fashion as he walked past.

This was someone the Lone Traveler recognized was easy to pump for information "Of a certainty. Of a certainty. I must mark this as an anniversary. Tell me, laddie, what's the date? The EXACT date?"

"March 25, 1942." He answered worshipfully "You are so right, m'Lord. We must mark this as the day Lord Grindlewald began the Final Solution. All praise! And here in his capital of Numengard!"

Having all the information he asked for, in fact more than, the Lone Traveler stunned the sycophant and took up residence in a private room to consider a plan. He finally had something that was less than moral. He transfigured his clothes into Hogwarts Slytherin robes and gave his face a youthful appearance to match.

"What would an English schoolboy be doing in my stronghold?" the middle-age wizard behind the luxurious maple desk sneered at the prisoner.

The Lone Traveler dropped to a knee and placed his hand over his heart "M'Lord Grindlewald, my family has suffered under Dumbledore's regime."

"I understand Brian is merely the Transfiguration professor at Hogwarts." The leader retorted skeptically.

Harry barely lifted his eyes "Sire, exactly how Dumbledore was sorted into Gryffindor is something my father doesn't understand. Let alone Head of House now. He's Slytherin through and through. Perhaps he cannot name a new Minister for Magic, but his disapproval can certainly block one. And his influence is only growing."

"And what has this to do with me, boy?" Grindelwald leaned back and perched his feet on the desk.

After returning to his feet, Harry answered "I report everything I see and hear to my father. And he has concluded that Dumbledore's long-term plans are to decimate Pureblood society while at the same time; certainly render you powerless; probably kill you. He has been heard to refer to this castle as a jail."

"And your proof of this?" there wasn't a change of expression in the leader. He did not even change position behind his desk "After all, your father is dependent on your allegations."

The Lone Traveler, however, correctly read more subtle changes and went on "I am in my Seventh Year. Through much of my time, I have seen both Dumbledore and Dippet favor a younger Housemate by the name of Tom Riddle. Even in the boy's Second Year, he was invited to join the so-called Slug Club, which our Head runs to connect with who he believes will be influential in the future. Father explained that he's likely being groomed to fight you."

"A child? Against me?" Grindelwald smiled wickedly.

The prisoner lowered his gaze and said "All due respect, m'Lord, father anticipated that reaction. I was to point out grandfather might have said the same of you at the turn of the century."

"If your wonderful father is so concerned, why does he not do something? Just as much a question, what does he expect in return for this supposed vital information?" Grindelwald was now idly twirling his wand.

The Lone Traveler's youthful disguise smirked "Father chafes under having to publicly support antipurebloodism, but we are not positioned to oppose Dumbledore. As for what to do, m'Lord? Is it not easier to step on an acorn, than a full-grown tree?"

"More words of wisdom from your mysterious father?" sneered Grindelwald. His tone put his guards on alert "You will, of course, be willing to accept Numengard's hospitality until our plans are enacted?"

While the Lone Traveler's response of "I trust it won't take longer than my break time." Came most from his lack of worry due to immortality, the leader took it for granted he was merely being obeyed and waved a hand to dismiss the informant. The Dark Lord took to planning a murder.
