Of more importance than even the story! As a starting point, my story stats weren't updating, [this for about a couple weeks] though I COULD see story reviews. I posted to the tech support forum, not knowing what else to do. Now, seeing stats at all doesn't work. The link leads to a sort of dead menu page. All the titles are there [Account/Publish/About/etc] but they're not links. I do see something about info available on Twitter; never been a member. I tried logout/in: No change. Even doing a System Reboot was ineffective. I can see Reviews thanks to searching myself and PMs seem to work.

So please - either way - solutions? Thx!

[a/n]Here again, credit to both the ranter TGGirlHaileyHolly and polarbear20000. Sequel to #49, which sequelizes my EFFF You Harry story, from early 2017. A bit of backstory is here, though key moments of the foundation of the B-P-L family can be found in EFFF You.

[a/n1]10 points, Mr Wolfie for noting the owner name. I like doing that. Anyone who knew can have 5.

[a/n2]Was Harry potioned to fall for Ginny? From magitech. Interesting question. I'm inclined to think not because of the length of the Horcrux hunt and they still end up married. A year should be enough time to flush out. Same for the other mind-control methods.

[a/n3]What Yorae Rasante posted rings true. Your chosen life-partner simply doesn't feel the same. It doesn't matter why.

Harry Does Different CDLXXXIIIab

Dark Lady Nirvana II

Speaker Augusta Longbottom only had to stand for the Wizengamot High Council. Most magicals thought the Wizengamot held the ultimate authority, and that was largely the case. But sometimes, emergencies where there simply wasn't time to gather the larger body, occurred. Membership varied throughout the centuries, never less than eight or more than twenty. For the 2000-2050 period it was ten. As presiding officer she spoke first. "We shall hear from Mr. Potter firstly."

"Thank you lady." Said Harry with a bow. His House was on the Council, but Susan held the power, Harry was only reporting facts "On the occasion of Lady Isaac's funeral Baronet Iason assaulted Baron Draco of the Moste Noble House of Malfoy. During which incident, injured numerous attendees of the aforementioned funeral. Additional relevant information: my wife Susan, a member of the Council among them. And none were serious. Including Baron Malfoy, who left unscathed. Iason further made statements that can be interpreted as death threats against multiple members of the Noble House of Weasley."

Augusta acknowledged the statement with an unemotional nod, then asked "Does the Baronet wish to dispute the facts as stated?"

"No, Lady." Even though he requested the meeting, Lord Iason Isaacs was not permitted …as a nonmember… to speak outside answering questions exactly as asked.

Draco began "I have a statement - - -"

"Were you asked a question, boy?" demanded the Speaker, harshly. While her grandson was actually a stronger man as a result of the bullying, she still despised the bully. "Then be silent."

And the looks of the other nine backed her. Robert Fudge was quite determined to alter the impression that everyone had of his family from his brother's Ministership "Indeed. I see little value in Malfoy viewpoints. Speaker, I should like to question Baronet Isaacs."

"Proceed." Longbottom allowed, while Isaacs acknowledged "Lord?"

The Fudge Archduke had a close association with the Isaacs "While I myself was not in attendance, two of my family were. I denounce any sort of violence, especially during solemn proceedings. The Potter testimonial was most gracious, as I understand, including a sensitive letter of regret from Squire Weasley with an offer I believe was just shy of a capitulation. The Baronet should account for himself in his own words."

Arthur Weasley looked most ill at ease alone in a room with the top of the top of Wizarding Britain. Having anyone plead his case was a boon. In society, he was the lowest ranked present.

"While I truly believe Count Potter's intentions were honorable, and even thought Weasley's tone apologetic, on retrospect not only was my anger justified …it was insufficient. My judgment was flawed in directing it at the messenger." Iason glared at Arthur, then looked apologetically at Draco "Baron Malfoy, I will make a public statement to that effect and offer reparations for my behavior. I can only say, at the time, it seemed logical."

Having been chastised, Draco allowed a superior smirk to convey his message.

"How so?" asked Susan, knowing her husband was thinking the same.

The witness again gave the same expressions "Bearing in mind, this is immediately after my Mother's funeral. Lord Malfoy delivered a correspondence which I had assumed he knew the contents of. Having discussed this with my advisors, I now see this as improbable. May I submit it into evidence, offering a few relevant highlights?"

"The Council members will determine the worth, if any." Augusta ruled, glancing around making sure she had support "To that, I think we can add a layer of skepticism regarding a summation. That said, proceed, Baronet Isaacs."

The junior noble bowed formally and carefully suppressing any emotion, except for a moment of contempt at Mr. Weasley "My Ladies and Lords, consider the situation I find myself. The death of any head under any circumstances is a time of instability for any House. Even one relatively unpolitical as mine is. My mother was callously murdered without any cause or advance declaration. And while I am quite fully trained, a transfer of power was not at all expected for decades."

"And that allows you to commit assault?" demanded Draco.

Augusta glared "Do shut up before we demote your House. While part of this crisis, without evidence to the contrary, you are minor. If you don't offer substantial rationale, Baronet Isaacs, you will find yourself under sanction."

"Dark Lady Nirvana, as she proclaims herself, murdered my Mother." After shooting a glare at Arthur, he gave Susan and Harry a hopeful look "And please remember, in the very act of trying to murder your wife. Then, as a deliberate insult, Weasley's daughter threatens my entire line. The letter delivered by Baron Malfoy rambled on about her right to marry Lord Potter. Her alleged proof babbles about: And I quote" he read from a copy scroll "true soulmate type of thing with the given names, meaning the male's first and middle name is supposed to sound 100% perfect with the female/wive's maiden name and the wife's maiden name is supposed to sound perfect with the husband's surname" The aggrieved noble paused to take a breath and send another sneer at Arthur "I understand Weasley's wife home taught before Hogwarts, perhaps she can find the word wive's in a dictionary?"

That finally raised Arthur's hackles "Molly could easily have been a Hogwarts professor!"

"Merlin protect our education system." Iason's prayer was both earnest and insulting, he then addressed the Council "Forgive the aside."

Harry slipped in "Having been a child in their home, I found the Weasleys to be good parents."

"I trust Count Potter understands that, despite having two voices present, remembers all of us cast a single vote?" This from a witch who was at least Dumbledore's age.

Susan stepped in scathingly to rescue her husband from a stammer "Of course, Madam MacNaught. Same as you, even though your son is actually Head of your clan."

"Silence child!" the offended representative of Britain's richest family snapped back.

Before the confrontation escalated, Madam Longbottom interrupted "All of us have better things to do than bicker. While certainly tactless in the extreme, this self-declared …ahh… Lady What was it?"

"Nirvana. Madam Speaker."

She nodded negligently "As you say. Is there not some question this Nivana is actually Miss Weasley?"

"In fact, I believe there are adequate witnesses …to include most of the Harpies' ownership… the Mrs. Potter who is not at these proceedings, as well as both Lords Potter and Malfoy. They are one in the same." Replied Iason in a tone that betrayed growing strain.

The MacNaught matriarch was now decidedly in the anti-Isaacs camp "This does not give you leave to …as I see it… declare Kanly on the Moste Noble House of Weasley."

"Such had not been my intent that night, Lady." Iason fought to keep his voice calm "Though I now have both a line of reasoning that justifies what, at the time was emotional …as well as proof after the fact. The letter, which does go on …in its own brand of reasoning… by giving examples such as the Weasleys had to marry because their names sound good to the ear, or equally matching Lord Potter's parents. While specifically denouncing as intolerable, the way Luna Potter or Harry Lovegood might sound. Perhaps Baron Malfoy might be pleased to know that Dark Lady Nirvana approved of both Draconis Lucius Greengrass and Astoria Nicole Malfoy. She categorically rejected herself with any last name other than Potter. Though fairly gushed at Harry James Weasley."

"I make no comment on word sounds, you understand." Said Madam McNaught haughtily "I merely point out that strikes me as a petty reason for invoking a blood feud. I will not vote to authorize this."

Squire Weasley looked relieved while Baronet Isaacs stiffened. He bowed to the elderly witch, advisers had prepared him for this possibility "I point out, Madam McNaught, even the Wizengamot High Council lacks that authority. The Ancient and Noble House of Isaacs fulfilled its legal obligation by announcing the Kanly publicly and my reiterating it today: in the presence of the lying Weasley."

"How DARE you!" Arthur surged from his seat. A display of temper that was all but unknown from the mild wizard. He reached for his wand, then remembered his like all the others' were being held outside the room.

Iason sneered at him taunting "Would you duel me, liar? Even both our deaths would not end this. Only your murdering daughter's head will. And it need not be attached at the time. Regardless, Madam Speaker, our charter only gives the Wizengamot the right to monitor Kanly, once declared, to ensure innocent bystanders are not endangered. I am entirely sure willing to cooperate with that. For example, the wards protecting our homes may be inspected."

"I resent being called a liar. This on a different level than the way Ginny has been described during this meeting." Arthur was now radiating the same hate Iason had from the very beginning. "I am beyond sickened by this shithead's notion of beheading my child."

Iason reclined in his seat, mockingly "I'm not quite sure which bothers me less. Offending a liar, or a murderer. Regardless, I have a witness that proves …in his letter… Weasley lied about not providing sanctuary to his murdering offspring."

"An incredible claim requires incredible proof." This even from Madam McNaught, speaking for the entire Council.

To this, Iason smirked "An employee of mine had occasion to be near what is colloquially known as Shell Cottage in the days between Mother's murder and funeral."

"By what right did you spy on my family!?" Arthur's fury was worthy of his wife.

Iason laughed at him "Oh please. Even Quidditch teams commit espionage on one another. Regardless, we obtained the following recording." He pulled out a glowing orb and touched his wand to it. Voices began.

Abcij

Ginny wasn't exactly sure how long she'd been apparating about. Here. There. Pop again. Another elsewhere. Starting outside far Galway, Ireland she'd been through Cork, Limerick and Dublin before returning to England via Isle of Man. Forest of Dean, she didn't appreciate the irony. York, Liverpool an erratic course that eventually brought her close to her childhood home in Ottery St. Catchpole. A thrill of fear stopped her going there, however she was close enough to her cherished eldest brother's cliff-top cottage near Tinworth. And most importantly, tired hungry and magically drained enough, to stop there.

"Guilliam! C'est ta sœur C'est ta sœur!" even after a decade, Fleur Weasley occasionally lapsed into her first language.

At first, not catching the tone, Bill cheered "Firecracker!" the floating body changed his demeanor within a heartbeat "What happened to her?"

"Je ne sais pas. I juzz floated her in. Zee is alive." With a last flick of her wand, Fleur allowed her sister-in-law to drop onto the couch "Luuks exxxxausted."

Here, Arthur interjected "You cannot object to a brother aiding an ill sister!"

"Then we'll skip over to the next critical moment." Iason sneered.

The recording resumed with an apparation crack and Bill Weasley demanding sharply "Fleur? Where is she?"

"Geeeeny? Salle …pardon… bathroom." The part Veela was distracted by nursing infant Louis.

Storming through the house, and on nearly bumping into her, seized his sister's shoulders and shook her violently "Gin! Tha'bloody'ell'd you do?! Harry was in Gringotts today. He made a show of putting up a WDA poster …OF YOU… 50,000 Galleon reward and all!"

"A what? Harry with my pic- -" she was rattled, but suddenly a little starry-eyed.

He shook her again "Focus Ginevra! You're a wanted criminal! It means Wanted! Dead or Alive! And it did NOT look like any kind of joke! He looked FURIOUS! I slipped out in all the ruckus. Didn't dare attract attention. So? Explain."

"Oh Bill! It was just awful!" she broke into wracking sobs "They dragged me in after the game!" *sob* "Lovegood wanted me fired!" *sobsob* "When they said NO that psycho bitch killed Madam Isaacs." *snort*sob* "Remember her? Nice older lady, about McGonagall's age?" *sob* "Lovegood must somehow have framed me for it! Yeah! That's it!"

The eldest sibling took in his youngest with a critical eye, scratching at his werewolf scar with his wand "What you say sounds …logical… but it doesn't tie with what I remember about little Luna. And that look Harry had, I kind of remember something like that like it back during the First Voldemort War. It was a look his Dad had, scared the hell out of me."

"You gotta believe Bill! You simply gotta!" begged Ginny, eyes leaking.

He wrapped his arms around her shoulders and cooed "Shh…shhh… you're my baby sis. And there is NO WAY I will allow harm to come to you. Logically, the best thing is to get you out of the country until Dad can get the Wizengamot and the Ministry to stop this nonsense."

"Je suis unsure, Beel." Fleur had finished in the meantime and laid the infant in his crib "I know English law. Our best choice would be to turn her over- -"

Wand flashing a bright blue, the man spun and fired at his wife "Forgive me, luv." He kissed her forehead then back to his sister "I'll sleep on the couch for a month for that. But my oath to the LSPA is absolute."

"I'm sorry? What?" she was shocked.

Bill brushed at her hair "The Little Sister Protection Agency. Charlie and I founded it when he started Hogwarts. All the way down the line, we inducted the rest. We'll do this in two stages. I'll send him an owl that you're on your way. Between us we have contacts across the Continent. I'll plan out your trip and you can apparate through. Ten days to get to Romania, I'd say. A couple thousand Galleons. We maybe have GG500 on hand. I'll get it. You go pack the clothes you've been wearing and some more of Fleur's. Whatever. Then off you go."

"What about Mum and Dad?" asked Ginny in a concerned voice.

Abcij

Iason cut off the playback contemptuously snarling "So all the liar's murdering daughter cares about is missing Mummy."

"I have made my peace gesture!" Arthur found himself wishing wands were allowed in this chamber "The forms of Kanly have been obeyed!"

Susan's eyes flashed between the men, all pretense of decorum gone "Shut up! Both of you!"

"Mrs. Potter, you watch yourself as well." Speaker Longbottom chided, using a less-than-formal form because the younger witch's full name was longer than hers. "Now, as for you two gentlemen, goto opposite sides of the room while the High Council deliberates."

Much has been written of magical bonds, there are speculated to be many variations, some utterly fictional. But sometimes Harry and his wives could tell each other something with a look. Such happened now. An eyebrow twitch and a nod was all they exchanged. There was a not dissimilar exchange when the ten members returned.

"The supplicants will rise." Speaker Longbottom's tone was iron, not a whit softer than her expression "Though the Council was not unanimous, all accept and will enforce the decision. We do not judge the case against Ginevra Weasley, that must be handed down by the Wizengamot per the criminal section of our charter. Regardless, a Head of House may declare a blood feud at his or her discretion. The Isaacs have followed the charter in this. We, however, are barely a decade after the most disastrous war in Magical British history. Act as you wish on your own properties, but bystander casualties will not be tolerated. Lady Bones-Potter-Lovegood?"

Susan acknowledged with a seated bow "I would have the Weasley clan know my Moste Ancient and Moste Noble House abstained in the vote. HOWEVER, no more than the Isaacs can we risk the safety of our home and children. We have no choice but to declare a limited Kanly. In public, we intend no offensive actions, though obviously we will act in self-defense. Like the Isaacs, Weasleys are barred from our properties and will be enforced by lethal wards. We regret the necessity."

"You're not allowing this, are you Harry?" Arthur looked like he was on his last strand. "How could you NOT support me? Change that vote!"

Harry wasn't quite as stony as his wife had been "If not for Iason's mother we would have lost Luna. Something beyond precious. Even IF I disagreed, I would not change Susan's decision, I don't. Sorry Arthur, my family's safety is more important than your feelings."

"Only friends have permission for being familiar, Potter." Mr. Weasley's tone was cold, his gaze malevolent.

Susan recognized the change in her husband's demeanor. It might have been only a hundred feet between her place at the Table of Judgment and where he was, but she apparated to beside him and placed a supportive hand on his shoulder.

"Perhaps I should apologize to the world, Weasley." Lord Bones-Potter-Lovegood countered sneeringly "For saving a stupid little girl from a stupid little diary."

The High Council did not understand the significance of the words. In fact, only the largely forgotten blond Baron, did. And decorum forced him to keep his face still. Everyone present recognized that something unforgivable had happened. Arthur stormed out, his Head of House robes billowing. The meeting ended without any of the ritual trappings, because the principals had walked out.

To most of Wizarding Britain nothing interesting had occurred other than the Harpies having to promote a reserve Chaser to the regular team. The team made had no official comment on Ginny Weasley's disappearance. The Moste Ancient House of Weasley had been officially sanctioned, but the irony was Weasleys' Wizarding Wheezes saw an increase in business.

It took an insider to even notice that the growing Bones-Potter-Lovegood family had severed almost all contact with the Weasleys. There were exactly two exceptions, those by marriage, Hermione and Fleur. Since most weren't, the next decade was pretty pleasant.

[End a/n]Only planned a brief hearing then jump into Ginny's return, but this is a cool premise.
