In the follow up timeline, as they get an unexpected visitor in the form of Remus Lupin. As the serum used on Daniel, in their eyes can be used to for medical and psychiatric purposes, along with a new formula that can help a person recover. As they heal, chemically from spinal damage, during his connection with the chemist. In Pyrus's court, which is the medical form of the serum that the mine medic used on him…

Chapter 2: Crimes And Punishment I
"You're not out on repeated missions every other day, for weeks on end, so we got you dealing with the races and the quintet, as year 4, borderline 5, we switch primaries a second time. Ba'al, Osiris, under the control of Anubis as he returned to the fold, Savrong, Ares. Apophis is dead now, as is Cronus, one intentional, the other by accident right now, and we switch to Lord Yu. With Camulus and Amaterasu in charge of us now." Jacob said and she nodded in agreement.
"Yeah that, and the others are allies, so long as we never cross them, we're free to advance, and as we, in turn act as their armies, but our queen is back." Daniel said gently to that. "And not anymore, General, Colonel Jackson is there as part of our entourage now. He is there as our first prime and bodyguard, in case a fight breaks out." Yu said and Jacob nodded. "And that's you, Lord Camulus and Ladies Amaterasu and Egeria." he said and they all nodded.
"Indeed, I am going to the summit to complete the transition, but I'm learning who our phantom system lord is and we prepare accordingly." Queen Egeria said sternly and Jacob nodded. "But really that mirror was meant to prevent that attack, nearly every reality was the very same here right now. But the one he ended up in helped us, by getting him out, Daniel stops the one on earth, in our reality, we help the next one entering our's, right now."
"But call him crazy, well at least he never slashed his wrist up to the elbow." Major General George Hammond said, crossing his arms and he swallowed hard as he laid the wham line for it. "Just what is the matter with you, even after everything you see, you think he's crazy?" Jacob said and he started shaking, realizing their job gave a whole new meaning to the word absurd. "As I said, sometimes in life, you have to bow to the absurd." General Jean Picard said to that.
"You realize what you could have done here, if you never left when you did, you'd be responsible for the destruction of earth right now." he said and Jack went pale, as Jacob crossed his arms. "But what the hell hero, what the hell, you thinking while you're in the mines, I'm not working around the god damn clock trying to get us off the damn planet?" Daniel said with a growl and he started shaking in fear, realizing his thoughts were about to get him crucified by Hammond.
"You forget, you left me behind on Oannes, not Sam or Teal'C, you did?" he asked and he went pale. "Like Frank left you behind, after you got shot down by Saddam's team?" he asked and Jack went white. "No that's not the same thing, I thought you were dead." he said shaking and Daniel nodded sternly. "So did he, in your case, but she came back to get me, you know what happened after the radiation?" he asked and he swallowed hard at the question and he said it.
"How do you explain this." he said, turning on the image of Boyd and team stuck on the edge of said black-hole. "It's not the same thing, it's a totally different scenario." he said and Daniel said it. "That is the same damn thing Jack, the exact same thing, you thought I was dead, just like he did, you were sick to your stomach. When you realized we were still alive, but you know you do, it gets you captured or trapped as well, same thing." he said and Cromwell crossed his arms.
"Or did you just have enough of me you wanted to get rid of me now, huh, was that it, it had been coming up on 7 months?" he said and he went pale, realizing he thought he was a waste of space and wanted rid of him. "What the hell hero, what the hell here, if you never told me to destroy the Hammer, Gairwyn's people would not have been killed or enslaved. And by Ra's son Heru'ur." he said and he went white, not realizing that was the consequence to that decision.
"If we never went to Cartego, you would not be facing a court martial for the insubordination, after Hathor and Kynthia, even the virus." he said and he started shaking in fear, realizing, how this looked to the trio and Hammond. "I guess I should have asked permission to join General Landry, as you heard dad say they need me more on earth. I'm not out in the field of battle, but rather bringing in information we need, so no me on SG-1." Daniel said and he swallowed hard.
"Jerry, I'm activating the SGA, Daniel is going under my command, permanently, just to get him away from these monsters. I already ordered he return to the SGA, but before he could, he collapsed last night." General Hank Landry said and Addison nodded sternly. "These guys are being arrested for breaking direct orders, Daniel is part of the SGA, not your jurisdiction. But you're operating outside your appropriate chain of command." he snapped and the sextet paled.
"You can't just leave the SGC!" Jack said and Daniel smiled sternly. "Why not, I'm no soldier, my place is in the field, studying ancient ruins, translations, dig-sites. That's where I belong, I'm no soldier, I'm a scientist, I should be with my own kind, civilian ran with military help." he said and he started shaking at that. "So why shouldn't I be part of General Landry's base program, he has more patience for my scholar type." he said and he swallowed hard, shaking in fear then.
"More patience, he trusts me and in a year, our bond is that of Will and the captain, the best of friends, he's being a surrogate father to me, I'm his number one. But think it over, if you decide to study that hybrid, I'm standing at his side right now, showing him my notes. The way the General is with me says father, in every way you can say it, never mind your opinion. But it takes a lot to tick him, Jacob and my father off, and your temper does it every time right now."
"You see the difference here, me, they act like a father with their son, you, they're the hard nosed, 'don't screw with me, I'm on the warpath, stay out of my way', General. But as per usual, you think that just because you work for NID, you can do whatever you want." he said and Jack started shaking at his remark. "I'm sure the General, if he became the president, would plant the idea to erase you from existence, as a department." he said and Landry nodded sternly.
"And I would to, as I see it in her eyes, she's afraid of you, so what could be more simple here, but erase your program from existence, or we do as Tom's idea suggests. Pre-crime prevention, a little glitch in the system now and again, not a big deal, we can fix that. But I am so damn sick of this, the only reason we never reached that level currently is because of you. But telling anyone, or a reporter gets too close, you kill them, enough." he said and Daniel nodded sternly.
As he sat down, looking at Jack sternly as Hammond stood behind him, his arms crossed. "Dad said he needs me to be a consultant for the other SG teams, I can be of help this way. But your attitude from Hathor to now, is the reason you're even in this mess, or is that the problem. If we reached it all the way to Sam ending up in another, the program went martial law now. General Landry is the president, your way wins, but here is her opinion to this." he said sternly to him.
"Or I just did, in that reality, guilty till proven innocent, as I have every NID, Trust, operative arrested, Jack with them and this is like Shifu's message of the future, Daniel. Only waiting till 2004 for the truth to come out results in Martial law, and instead, we start in '30. And the planet has now reached us at our current stage, that's us of the previous time-line now. And by '55, our stage by '75 and Tollana by 1990, before we reach TNG in 2004 and after only 74 years."
"And it's we're at peace, so now what." he said and he smiled. "Yeah 1935, we reached our current stage in that timeline by 1955, our stage of right now by 1975. The Tollans by 1995 and then TNG by 2001, and we advanced so far ahead of our time now. And all this came from being human Jaffa now, so now what, because his alter ego needed her to control things. But after laying the wham line to her, it's because of you, we never reached it." he said sternly to Jack.
"Then again, if I been the one to raise you, though you love George and Jake, I'm your father, everything you used over the years, you learned from me. That this little punk, if he ever touched you like that or did this where I'm concerned right now. I'm not thinking twice about it, he's being thrown to Isiah right now, for putting you through this." Landry said and Jack paled, realized it didn't matter which of the trio he was adopted by or even Ferretti and the quartet.
He would always be the same man and he would object to his ways no matter what. "That's right, I would always be against your ways, no matter who it is." he said at that response. "Just where the hell do you get off in telling us what to do young man hmm, you're a bird colonel. We're borderline 3 star generals, your boss is getting demoted to 1, before we encounter him. Get used to it, because we'll never listen with you like this." Landry said sternly to him at that.
And Jack started shaking, realizing it didn't matter what he or NID thought, Sam and Daniel's beliefs mattered more than ever to the base commanders and the joint chiefs. The AMRIID and the cabinet. "Dad, baby, you first, Sir, you're next, as we create the program back in 1925 to 35, there's democracy, the wars are over, everything is quiet finally. So our only war is against terrorism on or off the planet defend against enemies." he said and the generals nodded then.
"Well 1925 sounds better, we get this serum, create it and medical break through, but though adults, even we, as your parents, have to take charge. Case in point after the little brat that attacked me through Russel right now, ended up getting arrested. But psyche evaluation and he lost in a case of mind games here right now, but you throw that punch. You blew any mental edge you had against us, now we know we own you." Plummer said and he went white at that.
"Start in 1920, that's 78 years like this right now, but the Beta gate is the one being used for traveling, till we get her gate put in, and reached start the agreement. So 63 years, growing up with the agreement, starting with your age group, then the Professor. Followed by our parents then us and then our kids, but all wars end in 1910, before our first attempt. The Titanic backfired, and we get help and get more advanced." he said and their parents nodded smiling.
"Fair enough, and we can get the serum and whatever else they used on you now, save trillions on Valium now finally, and way to keep you from getting out of bed." Lieutenant General Dr. Darryl Matheson said and Lieutenant General, Dr. Dillon Warren in agreement. "Well knowing you're not sharing me, that leaves something we'd normally never consider. But the sarcophagus unlocked it finally, turn about is fair play, they did it to themselves." Daniel said to him then.
"Yes and I'm free to speak my mind here over this now, we like it like this, no more wars, you, our next age group down, can study to your heart's content now. The only war is the war against the renegades, I see how happy you are with the way things are. But these little brats are so bored out of their minds, they shake up the hornets nest." Hammond said and Jacob and Landry nodded as the joint chief their parents age crossed their arms sternly as she said it then.
"Who's said terrorist group?" Jacob asked and he crossed his arms. "By that point, we're possibly at war with the IMC, dad." Sam said and he nodded. "You kidding me, they could blow the drones out of the sky!" Daniel said sternly and she and Jacob nodded in agreement. "I…, IMC?" Jack said shaking and she nodded. "The Irish magical community, you idiot, aside from medical, local law enforcement, politicians and actors, everyone is a clone here right now."
"But the planetary MC don't know that till the non magical born tell them this!" Anna said sternly and they paled at that remark. "But the werewolves, or freshly created vampires are a perfect weapon to destroy renegades and if you would just shut up about it. We got another army we can use by uniting with the MC of the entire globe!" Hammond said and they all paled further then. "And with that?" Landry said and they and Daniel nodded as she said it to Hammond.
"Have you seen this? It was an Irish village, it was just bombed by American F-302s." she said and Hammond glances at the television, but does not seem concerned. "At the request of the Irish Prime Minister, that 'village' as you call it was in fact a training camp. For terrorists bent on overthrowing several European governments." he said, and the quintet paled, realizing attempting to control the program effects in global protection their way had her disgusted then.
"You know, I've also been going over several mission reports, you abandoned the Alpha Site. You cut ties with the Jaffa, the Tok'ra, the trio. You pulled back on almost everything!" she said and he tried to rationalize their reasoning. "We didn't have a lot of choice! We devoted our full resources to planetary defense!" he said and she gave the punchline as she crossed her arms. "Well, that's understandable, but now that the Ori attack has failed, does that mean now."
"That you'll be getting back out there?" she asked and he said it immediately. "That decision hasn't been made yet." he said and she nodded in disgust and Jack felt his heart start pounding at how much she was disgusted with their train of thought. "Freeze, you see the problem, with you gone she can express her real thoughts, she's absolutely, completely disgusted. With how you turned this program into a way to insert fear into every country on the planet here now."
"By use of everything we built, by you just abandoning the people we once protected, were friends with and leaving the galaxy to fend for themselves. Were it not for you, the galaxy would still be protected because we never showed them their gods are demigods, not real ones." he said and nodded to Sam. "Of course not, I mean, why be hasty, especially when those 302s are so handy for putting down your political enemies?!" she said sternly and he said it defensively.
"You know, I understand you're coming to see certain things about this world that you don't like. To tell the truth, we don't much like it either, but you weren't here for the riots, you didn't see American citizens shooting each other over food, water, and gasoline! Hank Landry brought us back from the brink of chaos!" he said and she said it sternly. "That was three years ago!" she snapped sternly to him "The threat is still out there!" he said sternly and she said it then.
"That's the problem! It always will be, the threat will never be over so long as we never show them everything they believe is to keep them going. General, the Ori are like the gods of the Greek Culture, they feed on our beliefs, so what happens if we leave the galaxy unguarded?" she asked and he straightened at that. "Are you saying that leaving everyone in our galaxy alone, the Jaffa, they're going to continue feeding their strength till they're so strong here now."
"We can't destroy them?!" he said in shock and she nodded sternly. "Yes General, that's exactly what I'm saying, destroying the Goa'uld created a power vacuum. Daniel said it's like the Greek gods, our prayers feed their immortality, we take away their only power source. Daniel was creating the weapon that destroyed Ancient style beings, the Ori, we intended to use it. By launching that weapon into their galaxy and destroying them all, before showing their people."
"The truth, we stop giving them fuel they start getting weaker, before we give the death blow, that was Daniel's and my plan. But my Daniel was drained to exhaustion, before he could finish it, he got captured, I never wanted to leave him behind to stop them. But no belief, they lose their power, think, because you're creating a more powerful feeding ground. Till they become too strong to defeat right now, you ought to know this by now, but my Daniel is missing here."
"Before I got dragged here by the system I was looking for my Daniel, my version of Cam Mitchell was coming to report in right now on that. But I have no idea what is going on, or where my Daniel is, I want my Daniel back, that's why I want to go home. Because this hurts, because my you and Hank Landry understand this, I miss my world, my family. But the quintet are my family, I want to go home." she said as she storms out and Hammond remains, lost in thought.
As she hugged Daniel from behind and he pressed his forehead to her's, smiling. "And that just says it all, you girls and Sarah are my everything, my very life, I'm not leaving you that fast. But they threaten you now, I will not be responsible for my actions, but year 3, I'm one of his. So with Jack trying to prevent me from leaving he's in big trouble, it's the light all over again. But hey he did this to himself, all you, ladies, had to do was show up." he said and she nodded then.
"Daniel, Daniel, Daniel, some case load in opinions, wouldn't you agree Colonel, out of sight, not out of mind, she's clinging to what he taught her, praying we find him alive right now. She loves him with everything in her, she never wanted to leave him behind, but he told her to go." Landry said sternly and he swallowed hard at that, and Daniel nodded to him. "What am I going to do with you, Colonel?" he asked her with a bemused smile, as he looked over classified records.
"You could let me go." she said and he shook his head. "I still need you." he said and she said it with annoyance then. "For what? My knowledge of phase technology? Or as a prop for public relations?" she asked and he looked at her then. "What if I said both?" he asked her and she shrugged. "I won't keep my mouth shut." she said and he stood up. "But that's exactly what you do in your own world. The Stargate's still a secret, right?" he asked her and she sighed gently.
"I know you talk about 'freedom' and 'democracy', but you're hiding the greatest secret mankind has ever known from your own people. What's wrong with starting back in the mid 30's for the benefits to mankind far exceed your greatest hopes. No more wars, no famine, earth has it's own ring system just like Chalcis, you can gate to a neighboring planet. Isn't that worth telling everyone on earth, you have a better way to live, to end all wars on earth, because this secret."
"It could result in what is happening in my world." he told her sternly then. "Well at least on my world, we don't intend to abandon the rest of the galaxy to the Ori." she said, hedging the answer, knowing so long as the NID was there, they could never reveal things. "I see the doubt in your eyes, it's the Trust huh, you know you reveal this, it results in them killing people. I took care of that in my world, erasing them from existence right now, but they're a problem true."
"But there is no cure for what they caused at this late a state, but turning back the clock now, you see, this is what Skynet was afraid of. In trying to wipe us out, there was a single person they tried to erase, the one that gave them the strength to fight. Danny is John Conner, without Danny, we don't stand a chance, I know he's gone undercover in your world now. But the Trust are going to claim he turned on us again, but their idea to study the hybrid, killed 3 people."
"Everything they try goes straight back to Hathor, why not insure they never get a leg to stand on anymore here, because once you erase their department from existence. That allows you to control the program, or is it because of Shifu, after what he left in Danny's head. Is this what you're afraid of, you realize you refusing to even consider this you crossed over, to 'them'. That's a problem that can be destroyed long before you're born, my age group, Nash, his psychiatrist."
"They pave the way to freedom from secrecy, and as a result their department is erased from existence, you're free to speak your mind. You're like the United Federation Of Planets now, while the Trust, they get the boot, everything that used to be your unit. Is all them now, as now it's bad luck to be NID and to be in the Stargate program, that's the key to true power. Use what the Ancients have to offer, change the past to create a better future now in all truth here."
"But are you afraid to change the past, find Danny when you and he are children, just a few simple changes in the past, create a more promising future. You can save your parents, their alive, your father is on tretonin, after Selmak saves him. Selmak is put into a new symbiote body, the Tok'ra queen is also cloned and put into a new host body. Nothing simpler now, but make changes in the past, the benefits far exceed your dream revelations right now here."
"Why not use that power to stop them, the Tom Cruise movie for one now, they stopped all crimes before they're committed, total peace now. A little glitch in the matrix, not a big deal that can be fixed, you see what allowing someone like Jack control you results in. You only got up to this level, because he scared you into submission one too many times. But you see start before their age group is even born, erase their department from existence now, and you reach it."
"All the way to TNG." he said persuasively at that. "Telling them back in 1997 was a mistake trust me, but starting when Langford was no older then you, that's the key to true power now. Because NID, the CIA, has no word here in how you live, they been erased from existence now that Jack can either face his own weaknesses or be deactivated. But Danny, I always considered him my son, that Jack screwed himself over now, you ever consider this now at all in truth."
"Use what they did to Danny against them?" he asked and she swallowed hard, realizing not once had she ever considered this, allowing him to continue walking all over her. "Yes I see that in you as well, you're afraid of him after he cut his wrist and beat the crap out of Danny. The Amish that killed 2 members when covering the rocket, erase his department from existence. He gets arrested and confined, Daniel transfers under me and done, as we give him his own team."
"He returns to what he's good at and it's not being a soldier, but being who he is, that's what I love about the kid, he understood, but where you do think he gets it from. Hmm, where, in my reality I adopted Daniel after the accident, had Ballard locked up at the time. Daniel grew up and become an exact version of me now as a young adult, but allowing you and Hammond. You allowing yourselves to have O'neill walk all over you, this is why we took exact measures."
"I arrested Jack and his little gang of followers, Kinsey and the rest of the Trust, they're gone, this is what George meant right now in his talking to you. They were one of the threats I dealt with right now, I know you spoke to Mitchell, but someone can only handle being popular. And so long, before they decided they had enough, leaving only 2 choices right now here. Continue working and keep everything they worked so hard to build, or let the pressure take them down."
"You see I'm not afraid to speak my mind in how hypocritical you are, as Air Force One is now one of our flag ships, Camp David a recreation planet, as for this. Well maybe not now, but what do you think will happen if you give them a foolproof way to hide like you've given us? Don't be surprised if the rest of the galaxy suddenly doesn't seem that important anymore. In the current ways if you decide to use that device Danny discovered." he said to her gently and she sighed.
"Danny always did consider things like what Jack keeps talking you into as below you, in the worst way imaginable, why not stick up for what you believe in. George told me now about how Daniel dragged up going against our morality is going to turn you into the NID. Jack lets his jealousy of Danny control his actions, you know this, why not do something about it. This is why I arrested every NID officer and had them jailed." he said and she sighed as she answered him.
"Now, see I know at least one man who won't feel that way. He's the leader of Stargate Command. His name is General Hank Landry." she said and he smirked. "Hmm." he said and they ended it at that. "You get the point people, my alternate reality double gives her the idea, she passes it back to us and we reset, starting back in the 30's or 40's. We are like we are now, no wars, no famine, we have our own system like in Casper's movie." he said to this situation.
"But that timeline, I had enough of this crap, that when he starts in use of my nickname, the him that's a president, you know how serious this gets." Daniel said and Jack swallowed hard, realizing he was screwed now, that the majority of the planet, their race liked things like this. "But so long as you idiots control things, we can never reveal this program, to protect everyone we're defending here on earth, you're as bad as they are, Jack." he said and he started shaking.
"I see this more clearly then I ever did before, you can't fix this, I lost my will to keep fighting, and I wanted a transfer, all that light did was make me say everything I felt. I'd given up after Reese, what's the point of you talking some sense into me, nothing will ever change. My journey here at the SGC was over, it was time I switch departments, if I had in truth now. Then Michaels, and the others would never have gotten sick, while the quartet are not left grieving."
"Dad found her in my office, not only is she in shock, she's wishing she never listened to you ever since right now, she took my glasses, the ones I left on my desk. And my notebook on the ancients and kept them with her, carrying me around in spirit now. Teal'C same thing, he had my katana, the one I earned from my fight on Amatarasu's samurai home planet. Dad, her father, Lou, Katie, Annie, Jared, Dave, their parents, Dr. Carson." he said and Jack started shaking.
"The duo and dad were in mourning here at the base, everyone that never knew, thought I disappeared without a trace. Nobody has heard from me, since I ascended, but if you never considered why they suddenly returned to themselves. After my memories came back, to them life changed back to years 2 and 3 after Jacob came into the picture. To them things were coming along faster, but you were such a jerk to all of them." he said and Jack swallowed hard.
"You ever consider once I had that over exposure that ideas I once thought, but never said, were considered, say suggesting we clone a single copy for a family that want's children. They want a baby, but as infertile, they can't have children, one of them fell in love with us. Of another planet, we can't stay, but they get a ready made copy of us to have as a mate. As you never knew it, Piccadilly Circus, looks and tastes the same, just not the original, same thing."
"Dave Kessler slaughtered 45 people, as his wolf, not his wolf, when wolf…, Doctor." he said and Plummer nodded. "In the black out, as a such a deranged state, he may harm himself, perhaps other people, the people that died are all clones. And we're still looking for a cure, he's no older then Frank, but yes you're right, that's what these clones are created for." he said and they all paled, in shock and fear, realizing Daniel was utilizing an idea they all thought, but never said.
"That's right, only we're not violating morality to get advanced technology, by getting involved in war we know nothing about, against an enemy we know nothing about. We're not using you as guinea pig for what could be considered an alien bug for a bio weapon. And we're not stealing, destroying a culture by stealing their weather controller, not blackmailing them. That's a 2 star general by blackmailing his grandchildren, oh no, no, none of that, all we're doing here now."
"Is giving them a chance at happiness, by giving them a cub version of us, to raise, this is exactly the problem the Mariposans faced. But erase the genetic impurities, baby grows up naturally completely healthy, while big clones. They have everything erased from their memories of their connection to earth, as they in turn. After being told to hunt down the newest arrivals to get the map back, eating a caterpillar. That was chewing on a coca leaves, he momentarily loses it, hallucinating an image here. Of the man that gave him the map and before the farmers give him a concussion here to arrest him now."
"But as a result, that plant, instead of cocaine, it could have been mescaline, or some other hallucinogen, and like the PTD's, triggers a case of momentary insanity. And he loses control of his sanity out of the isolation in the farmer side of the island, separated here. And from his traveling companions, after a friend dies from a shark bite now, before coming too. Well this case of insanity here is from being separated from your friends, for weeks on end, could be."
"In truth what exactly, you're a soldier, and they put that into the book." he said, throwing the first copy of Doom at him and he swallowed hard, shaking. "You're suffering battle fatigue and that can make you pretty crazy here, till someone snaps you out of it." Janet said and he nodded and he swallowed hard at that. "I've been trapped behind enemy lines for 3 weeks, and finally woke up, this morning, you stupid SOB." he growled at him and he swallowed hard then.
"But in his words, this won't be like SG-7, dying out where none of us could see, it won't be like the people I beat the crap out of, this time, Doctor. Oh no, no, this time everyone has to watch, watch and see what it takes to protect our people, our colony ring.
