Chapter 10: Crime And Punishment IX
"Is he the…" Hammond started to say and Daniel nodded, smiling as the man left the room and came back with the quintet, and 4 other members and Daniel smiled. "No!" Renfro shouted in fear, at seeing the Earl that chose her. "No, no that can't be, the quintet are his courts, why you never tell us that?!" John said and Daniel said it. "Need to know." he said and they looked at him in fear. "Then isn't this something we need to know!" Makepeace said in fear at the reveal.
"We do them and the original set of planets: the Ancients, Asgard, Furlings, we do them and Pyrus and his kingdom in planets, you do else where, so why is that need to know. But you have no idea what you're doing and everything is seen as a threat to you in truth here. To us, we created a strict set of rules so we don't get slammed with anything, and we do. And it's because the said stupid idiots that did are clones who are all like you, never thinking with your brain."
"But with your muscles, so we see no need to tell you anything here and the one time you did walk right into our jurisdiction resulted in whatever got him arrested." Dixon said and he started shaking in fear, realizing they saw no reason to tell them this. When they were doing planets by the goa'uld, the SGA had the planets owned by the races and the French Colony ring. "Then why you tell Teal'C exactly?!" Sam said in shock and Landry answered that question sternly then.
"Because he's one of mine, hiding in your ranks." he said sternly and they all paled at that, realizing this was meant to get the goods on them. And after her claims wrecked Daniel's life in the SGC. "That how can we trust you now, Captain, hmm how exactly, he wasn't lying he has no ties here, but you can't trust him, we're diversitized, aliens and earth." Picard said and she started shaking in fear, realizing they lived by the Starfleet code of honor then, shaking then.
"Jim where the heck are you and your crew exactly, we need to talk, as Starfleet is being reborn right now." Landry said, before a flash a second later appeared and the original casting crew appeared in response. "You called, Admiral." Captain James T. Kirk asked and he nodded with a smile at that as the junior teams were shaking in laughter then. "Issues in the ranks we know there was some high discrimination here, that we're here to clean that up right now in truth."
"We got 5 humanoid aliens from 5 different planets involved in the program, Chulak, Athos, Langara, Sateda and…" he started to say and she nodded. "I'm from the next planet over from the Argosian sector, General." Vala said and Picard nodded. "That's the Bolarus system, you're a Bolaran." he said and she nodded, smiling. "Okay then, so I am Bolaran, Jonas is Langaran, Teyla to Athos, Ronan to Sateda, Teal'C to Chulak, Worf to Kronos and Tasha to Turkana V."
"But in addition to us we have the other planetary systems getting involved, and we are more diversitized then ever, that why do we not discriminate. And the SGC does, the answer is, they are run by war like Generals like this woman that started started a war. Between us and the Native American people that resulted in Wesley deciding to quit the academy." she said and the TOS crew crossed their arms as their replacements nodded sternly and the SGC all paled.
"The point is, we created the rules and created a sense of moral high ground, but that rule now, was created as we know, go back for who got captured, you get captured in return. And they do to you, what they are doing to whoever right now, but duty to your friends now. That you lose everything and nobody lets you forget it even after the academy time comes to an end. Duty to the truth now, you lose your credits and flight privileges, and don't graduate with your class."
"But that's not a big deal, you made a mistake, you learn from it and you move on, that's duty to the truth, but duty to your friends now. We are never letting it go, and are still holding onto it in the cadets, would they do it again now." he said and Kirk nodded sternly and Spock nodded. "Indeed, as I said it is highly illogical to risk exposing ourselves, to a race as young as this, to actively save a team mate, but we can adjust the frequency." he said and Dr. McCoy nodded.
"That or just we're still holding onto an academy transgression, after sum years, and whoever it was is sick to death of the scrutiny, but we're very sorry you didn't enjoy it. What's left of your time at the academy, but quite frankly, you should have been expelled. And I can't tell exactly how you made it on board my ship, dismissed, Crusher and Sito. They did the right thing, and decided to do their time under Jean Luc, that's fine to us, rebuild the bonds of trust now here."
"But that maneuver was banned when I was in my prime, and hasn't been attempted, and since then, that this was beyond reckless. And could have killed all of you, instead of just one, it could have been all of you." Kirk said in agreement sternly and McCoy nodded sternly. "Crusher did the right thing, so yes he lost your trust, friendship and respect, but he never lost. In what matters more, his parents and crew now, that matters even more." Spock said sternly to then.
"Then we start doing that then, without exposing ourselves to said race, we can't do anything without exposing the advancements to a race, that hasn't even invented the wheel yet. Jim, with them creating us as of 300 years, the ending results are first them, then us. And then Captain Picard and his crew, moral high ground, duty to the truth, we stick to it. In what they taught us, as of right now here." he said and Kirk nodded sternly to that opinion then gently.
"They even created our uniforms in the designated color, their advancements created us, the Original Enterprise crew, before we're dealing with our successors now. That why risk breaking tradition from we learned from our mentors, of the SGA department. They are Starfleet, and the IOA is reborn as the United Federation of planets." Captain Nyota Uhura said and Kirk nodded gently to her opinion. "Aye and I agree with her, Admiral." Captain Montgomery Scott said then.
"Me as well, Admiral, the SGA created us, and in time we became even more entrenched in their ideals, that I see why Captain Picard arrested Maxwell. As he's one of the SGC, turned NID officers, and they are highly discriminative here in racial problems. And never look at the moral high ground and let greed and anger control their actions." Captain Hikaru Sulu said and he nodded in sternly agreement. "Then let your peers have it, Commander." he said to him then.
"Yeah guys, just take off the 12 years, Sarah and me: San Francisco, summer 1986, before you were seen as Russians, I took care of that, and lead you to the base. The one that Admiral Sanderson was at, the Ship Enterprise, pier 1701." he said and they smiled in realization, seeing their friends. "Junior Grade Daniel Jackson!" she said smiling and he nodded. "Yeah it's great to see you all again, Captains, Admiral." he said and they nodded as she hugged him tightly then.
"Yeah we missed you as well as Commander, it's wonderful to see you again, my friend." Kirk said, smiling in affection. "So no longer a junior grade, you're on the edge of making Captain now, and married and with a 12 year old son now." he said and Daniel nodded gently. "They tried to set me up and I did a double cross right now with the French Colony ring here. But the politics involved here got out of hand, in political groups Jim, that's what the debate of politics."
"Now is really all about, Jean Luc's grandfather and Admiral Landry started the program, that later would become Starfleet academy, the Enterprise, A and D. And Starfleet itself now, hailing out of the Southpole, till we move it to San Francisco." he said and they nodded. "I see you adopted our coloring as well, but there is no green in Starfleet and we set ourselves. To 3 colors, red, gold and sky to royal blue." McCoy said and he nodded, smiling gently at the group then.
"Yes and I remember the exchange, but was that really necessary to insult that guy, after we heard that engineer drop the pipe, again that day, as you lead us to the bank." Uhura said and Sarah was laughing at that. "He's like these idiots Captain, that the consideration you're their successor, though 300 years younger, never crosses their minds." she said and she nodded. "Well choose your words wisely, or they maybe your last." Kirk said and he nodded gently then.
"Anyway, they are in shock that what they think is helping, to us is really destroying a natural evolution and when they haven't even invented the wheel. But anyone that damages the culture we try to help, on our side is being arrested here, right now for it. That this new found freedom is quickly going to bring about desperation if people don't learn to fend for themselves. A lot of these, uh shall we say, 'sheltered civilizations' could potentially be taken advantage of."
"And by a charlatan with a flashy bag of tricks." he said and they nodded. "Say the Ori now as well, but we had a case of free will in religions, but damn it Captain, that's just your problem. That I suspect we'll see a lot of opportunists try to fill the void by the Goa'uld and thanks to you, triggering a murdering spree in the rebel Jaffa here." Kirk said and Daniel nodded in agreement to that opinion and Jack swallowed hard, as Daniel read it out then sternly then to them at that.
"To fix the issues in Starfleet in 300 to 400 years, we created their ideals, as we use Navy ranks to establish ourselves. That only if the peoples of the race controlled planets ask for help directly, do we get involved right now. But in working with the French colony ring since Danny was 22 right now in, in that time now, we know this right now. As such right now, they made it quite plain that they belong to us, they're our territory, and you're outsiders in truth, Captain."
"They decided if you're going to use them to try and destroy me, they're going to have you severely disappointed in that fact, as they'd rather have you. As you are who they chose, they love you, so that 14 day message was the punchline right now. They want you, you're closer to them in age and second you drank the elixir, you married them. And without stopping to think about what you were drinking, I'm too young and secondly, I'm taken already by the princess."
"So Shyla has me, and I created a clone of myself for her, but she loves me and I her, and they and the quartet all know this. So to them, to Pyrus, and this just shows what you so cruelly stated, he's a decent man, he's just trying to protect everyone. "Only if you were trying to sell me into slavery, the karma reversed itself back on you again." he said and they paled at that. "Thank you, it's not his job to prevent you from making fools of yourselves, if you keep ignoring his advice and do what you want. But you did this to yourselves and it's time to pay the price and they don't want anyone else, they want you, rather have you." Hammond said to that and she paled at that, realizing they weren't going to allow it now.
"So you are leaving us stuck like this?!" John said shaking in fear and he nodded. "If you had just let it go, we wouldn't make an example of you brats, but you did this to yourselves. So as we said, bad luck to be NID and be in the program and you're the proof, as our friends. Of the colony ring, they don't want anyone else, they want you." he said and they went white. "Us, they would rather have us then a younger person, no, no wait a minute, wait a minute please."
"Please, listen to me, but we're not for sale, really, really, really we're not for sale, no listen to me, we never came back to become your consort, please listen to me, this was a mistake. Wait please, this was a mistake, this wasn't supposed to happen please!" Renfro said to that, shaking in fear, feeling her version as he started running it down her shoulder. And her body pulling him on top of her, as her body went at it again with him as Landry nodded sternly to that remark.
"Well mistake or not, you did it, so you're trapped now, you think you're so smart, you have all the answers, Daniel just outwitted you, no bloodshed, no loss of life. But you're a desk jockey, he's the field man where archeology and anthropology are concerned. But your remark on anthropology is your undoing." Dixon said sternly to her at that, knowing she was feeling whoever's arms around her, as he kissed her heatedly, as he started unbuttoning her top then.
"After what you did to him, they reversed that 100fold on you, and enough you just destroyed yourselves out of your own arrogance. The galaxy got a lot more stern with the SGA being born first, but you 15 months old, SGA 78 years old now, who wins here?" Sanderson said and she went white at that. "Is it just your job holding you back, or you don't want to be saddled in marriage in your prime?" he asked and she swallowed and he nodded, knowing that was it.
"Aside from that divorce is anathema to them, when they mate, they mate for life, so when you took that elixir, you became embroiled in an unending marriage. The elixir bound itself to your cells and, there is no cure, you are half earth human for the rest of your life. But take in 3 more and you become one of them over night now, your body is awake from your mind. It wants it mate back, and will keep pulling you closer and closer to the planet that chose you now."
"You screwed yourselves over from the moment you chose Pyrus, Colonel, fact of the matter is I waited till their visit, to do this right now. But why not choose Dunkirk or Quimper and Nantes exactly, instead of one of the quintet or sextet. That I been to, maybe then your plan for me would work." Daniel said and they all paled at that. "Whatever you did to yourselves, very nearly destroyed an alliance of 12 years, you're paying the piper." he said and they went white.
"Made it a cardinal rule that what happens in one sector of the program, never gets told to the others right now, after you stole the touchstone." he said and he went completely white. "Nice backdoor movement there right now, if that's not irony and nothing is." Jumper said sternly and he swallowed hard at that remark. "We have the highest clearance." he said and Daniel said it with a smirk. "Within the military, you do." he said and the quintet swallowed hard at that.
"We just turned your philosophy into an irony, you kill people to protect the program, steal from cultures less advanced or more advanced than we are. What you did to me, tried to use Charlie as a lab rat, what happens when the cast of said movie. Now see this as you want to go there, let's see how you like it when everything you did to good people. Now gets reversed on you, and we got 5/6's of the cast of said movie in the room here." he said and they looked at Sutherland.
"And 1/7th of the other involved, my playing the said doctor here that treated your grandfather, baby." Plummer said sternly and they paled at that. "And 4/5ths the other, only that is a tv made movie right now and we took said characters personality traits on. And just a little too heavily, that when we start acting like this, get out of our way right now in truth. As Jeremy really acted like a Jesuit, in terms of calling final judgement." Dalton said sternly to this then.
"Good point, one of 7 from the Cast of A Beautiful Mind, 4/5's in Possessed and 5/6's of the cast of The Puppet Masters. Which is basically you in every sense of the word right now Gentlemen, young lady and I had to arrest my son. And then get the damn thing off him, as I waited, praying I wouldn't have another Jarvis, but let's see how you like it. In being the lab rat and with the false diagnosis, but hey you talk the talk, but can you walk the walk, as such."
"And the leader of said cast is the head of that department, but in the stargate program, I'm playing the uncle of the man you hated for years and are jealous to the point of murder at." Sutherland said sternly and they swallowed hard at that. "So point taken gentlemen, why just Danny, and not my son, Jared, Cameron, or Kevin as well. What is so different about Daniel, what makes him so special?" he said sternly and they started shaking in fear at the question.
"Dead man walking here." Brandon said and he nodded in agreement. "Yes and don't get smart with me pal, once we get that drug, as you're a 12 year old cub now. And trapped in your 21 year old body, so don't push it, baby." a woman no older than Sutherland said with a gentle smile and he nodded as he looked at her then. "That's Doctor Pendergast, her brother is the Colonel and commander of the Prometheus." Daniel said and Hammond nodded with a chuckle.
"And the phonetic code is delta mike whiskey hotel." Dixon said to the 18 year old and he nodded. "Don't say it, because anyone that sees Liam's version to that tv show, and hears the read out, before the arrival or their assailant crosses onto American soil now. Realizes that's basically a very crude case of profanity here, and this is a non rated tv show. And getting into nothing higher than the S word now." Landry said gently and he nodded in agreement to that.
"And we better split the sides, Billy is no older then the quintet." Picard said and he nodded gently. "Yeah good idea, Michael, I'm calling in Leffler, Dayton, Kurland and we're creating Data's daughter next, so Lal is short for Laliari Spiner now. So Cadet Laliari Spiner, the leader of both teams together is are Brandon and Billy now, and they're our first training cadets in the SGA." he said and Major Data Brent Spiner nodded smiling then at the news as Riker said it.
"So Billy Crusher, Roberta Leffler, Charles Andrew Dayton, Jacob Kurland and Data's daughter Lal, are junior SGA teams, that's two teams and they got their own training arena at the SGA. And we convert Ra's test into a training obstacle course, in survival missions, and team bonding, you need to rely on the team and your wits to survive. And this is a life ammunition exercise, in real life, but 400 years holodeck training." he said and Picard smiled at the idea then gently.
"We just did that exercise in my team, Commander, in truth, there was an injury or two, but we pulled through it here right now, but first was me, Jake and Lal. And then we did it with Charlie and Robin added to the team." Wesley said and he nodded, smiling. "Very good, remember what I taught you, though I'm here, you have me there with you in spirit son." Daniel said and he smiled as he gripped his shoulder and Picard chuckled at that, knowing this would work.
As they saw the 9, all looking no older than 60 in appearance then, and dressed in the clothes of 17th century France then, the leader of the quartet. In holding an air of a true tactician and genius then. "Yes I know that look, he looks like Jeremy after he was preparing said plan to switch Leo's NID complex with his more kind and caring demeanor here. And John tried to talk him out of it, before the plan worked after Gabe switched sides." Hammond said to that gently.
"He's got that air to him, and at once point after we were there, we heard that very same exchange, after he missed the right support beam to saw. Just to prevent one of his staff from trying it, watch this." he said to him then as he put it on. "Guys does this look familiar, we saw this movie already?" Keller said and Daniel turned. "Oh lovely, Man In The Iron Mask for real." he said and Dixon turned and saw a man walking to the barn, undressed at that.
"What is he doing exactly?" Dixon asked and the man sighed as one of the security looked out the window. "What is Jean doing?" he said and he nodded bemused. "Walking into the barn naked, or so it would seem." he said and his counterpart said it gently. "But what is he doing?" Bert said carefully and he said it gently. "You knew this was coming, Sir, he's been on suicide watch for months now?" Daniel said with a bemused smile and he nodded.
"Yes and to answer your question Commander Samuels, about to hang himself, I should think, he's been threatening to do it for months." he said and the guard said it quickly. "Hang himself?" he said and he said it gently at that. "If Jean is determined to end his life, then he's bound to find the opportunity, isn't he?" he said and they went to check as they heard a loud crash. "What was that?" Adams said bemused then and he said it gently.
"It's all right, I sawed the beam." he said, as a second later it collapsed and he said it sheepishly then, not realizing the said beam he cut through was the primary one. "I'm a genius, not an engineer." he said to him then and he nodded. "That beam must have been the primary support beam, but these structures are based on straw and thatches." he said and then said with a slight smile, knowing the guard that attempted this was fine.
"Bad side effect when you're not a contractor my lord, that you never know which is the one that is holding up the building." Daniel said and he nodded with a bemused smile, as the man came out and the 11 started laughing. "Yeah, but genius yes, engineer and technician no, but really right now, if you're not a skilled in structural integrity. You never realize one beam is holding said building up until you cut through it." Addison said with a chuckle then.
"Grand Duke ranks below the king, after that comes the Arch Duke, Prince, Duke itself, Marquess, Earl, Viscount and Baron. You both got chosen by next highest level here, but the Grand Duke rules over the state. In some cases Barons are businessmen, in this case he's the ring pharmacist, Earls are the leaders of an army in truth, they are in charge here. And of security, while the viscount is the high ranking judge here." Landry said and they paled at that.
"Yeah, Yes Sire, we know them all, it's them, we just never did the quartet yet, but looks like we can do them all now, before meeting the others. If there is more then just the 10 of you right now." he said and Pyrus smiled in relief. "Indeed, but the 9 of us are the main courts, the others are commoners in truth, only planet 11. Is like us now, but there are 10 courts, 7 in commoner planets, Commander." the leader of them said.
"So which of you rules the other 7 now, if they're from high class families exactly?" he asked and he nodded. "That would be me actually son, Toulouse is the leader and ruler of the 7 and they report to me, and through me, right to his majesty now. Fortunately your marketing idea worked well, as you remember we never brought earth. In human food and live stock, now we are Earthlings." the leader of the quintet said and he nodded.
Smiling, as the man gave him a hug and he tightened his arms. "It's good to see you Sirs, been a long time and I'm sorry I never came back sooner. But the stress of life in the SGC was taking up all my time, they have only 36 people in 9 active teams here. We had 60 at the current moment, but with being the best scholar on the planet. And with it they had an exhaustion based mental breakdown, they been holding me hostage."
"My father transferred me under Admiral Landry ever since." he said and they nodded in understanding. "That's fine, we understand, and does this mean, you can return to your true calling: trade deals, your scholar type ethics. And we get to see you again more often now?" The Baron asked and Daniel nodded. "Yes Sir, the base just separated entirely and we're back to being ourselves again." he said and they smiled in delight then.
"Yes indeed and we missed you too son, I understand, you been away too long and we can guess. That these green turned reds are the reason, it's fine, but if you're now coming back all the time to see us, things change back again, my son." the man said and he looked into his eyes. "I know, but you guessed right, these guys are the reason, them and Samantha's 492 moon old double." he said and as he looked between them gently.
"You're that close to the quintet?" Makepeace said in shock and he nodded. "That's right, they adore me, but in truth, in personality, they're like my godfather and the quartet. In the quartet's cases, and I added another to the list, said being the marquis now in truth here. Very deep bond, they were where I went, so I could keep my end of the bargain now in truth." he said and the quintet swallowed hard at the remark, realizing they were screwed from the get go now.
"I take it this visit was to tell us there was trouble in the ranks right now, if you had to alert us to why you changed colors. And secondly if the king is beyond irritated at the reveal right now of that information, Commander." one of the women asked and he nodded. "Unfortunately yes, M'lady, it got worse right now, in the politics of the ring program, that to alert you, before they arrived uninvited." he said and she nodded.
"With us knowing the quintet, we just added the king to list now, before the 4 of you arrived, so we can do all of you, all at once now. And before we meet what's left of the ring, if there is more than the 10 of you." he said and she nodded. "There is, there is 18 of us, and we are scattered all over the country, as you say, in planet form. But we are Reims, Bordeaux, Montpellier and Marseilles, son." her counterpart said and he finished it.
"So if that's you, then which one are we on exactly, because we only know the quintet?" Keller asked and he smiled gently as he answered her. "You're on La Rochelle, my dear, you have a picture of your country that our planets are named after. Because we're, in planetary range, shaped up to be our country now?" he asked her and they nodded gently as Daniel took a device, and set it on the table, and flashed up their country.
"Yes alright our coordinates are, if you put them on the map, matched to the same spot, so Gascony, is here, La Rochelle here. And you just put us to each spot our city planets are named, without it getting too close to the country next or right above it." he said and Daniel nodded, as he punched in the coordinates, and they saw each planet's coordinates on it and before they saw them orbiting a sun double the size of their own.
"Why do these planets look like they're the size of Jupiter?" Mckenzie said and he nodded sternly. "Because they are." Dixon said sternly to him. "Well that explains the growing season, you get 4 harvests a year, with a sun this size. And it takes less time to grow the fruits and vegetables, let alone the grains then on earth now. Because your sun has a stronger magnetic field." Adams said and he chuckled and nodded gently to that.
"And that just says it all now, looks like your guess was right Daniel, rather than culture, the planets by their country heritage. Now designated their own planetary ring sections of the country they belong to." Bert said and Daniel nodded. "Indeed and we were the first after your sand nations culture was chosen, Commander. Only we took the ship and the sarcophagus and seeded ourselves to the 18 planets lived on."
"But that explains the set up, as you say, 700 years and the planet basically grew over the ship here and all that's seen is the pyramid itself now. Each planet had their own rules and lives, but we're joined by mating customs now. But 700 years and in those 700 years we built everything you see as relics now. Including the Cathedral and our cities are the capital themselves, are looking like they did then now in truth here."
"We just never brought the necessary food and animals that our countries use most for farming and agriculture, clothing, till you did that for us and here we are now. That agreement was certainly a god send, that you trade us the currency, food now. And clothing seeds and in exchange is what we gave you, but 30 chickens, cows and pigs. And that creates enough venue to raise live stock now." Pyrus said gently and he nodded.
"I can arrange double the number I gave them to you, so within a few hundred years now, you're agriculture and livestock. Now, are booming now, that you have enough for your economy now here. So 300 sheep, 30 adult cows, pigs, goats, ducks and chickens, a couple roosters, with them mating, as there is 15 each in male and female. And for more piglets, calves, chicks, ducklings and baby goats, there's your source."
"And for foods other than vegetables and fruits and you also have a ready and waiting seafood as well, so there's your buyers market." he said to him and Pyrus nodded, smiling at the idea. "What's the estimate over a year's time here?" he asked and he smiled. "That is 1,200 sheep, 750 cows, 800 pigs, 1,800 in chickens and ducks, and 1,300. In goats now, with that much and you got enough for both your courts and the miners now."
"They got money to pay for food, and your economy in clothing and food is saved here." he said and Pyrus nodded, smiling gently at that news then and Jack swallowed hard at that as they talked over the amount. "Yes alright you double bartering in my case, and our side of the deal is met. But interference in our transactions will not be tolerated here." he said and Sam paled, realizing she had barely destroyed his trade deal with them.
"Alright that portion of our deal is met, you said the mine is also bled dry as well, we can find you a new deposit to dig from and finally, is my clone for her to marry." he said and Pyrus nodded smiling and she swallowed hard at that.
