"Two generations separated 370 years and both depend on the skills and ingenuity of the officer and leader, or second in command of the base/ship right now. Without them we have absolutely chance of survival, and they're the ones training the cadets of the crew now. We been doing each country ever since then, bringing back a few hundred Octillion in drugs. Equipment necessary, in a blend of currency, antibiotics or we just help them establish new homes here."
"The way Daniel works has brought back so much that we will never let him go back to the lousy, dangerous ways again, he is happy, and we bring in more and more every day. But the Ancients were our first major find, we are bringing in more everyday now. By way of his 6 rules of diplomacy to prevent a diplomatic incident, one he had to rectify here. And in case of a natural disaster, no wars, no breaking the moral high ground here either, and in doing this."
"We get good food and lodging till we leave to return to the SGA, but the reason you don't get anything done is this. In between missions we went 30 times a year, that to them we're frequent guests on each planet, he was the latest now. But they, their chefs, know we love French cooking and go out of their way to please us." Dixon said and he swallowed hard. "With you being that rude, that's why you're not bringing back anything." he said and they all paled.
"But we are, we're more science then soldier and they know, as scholar types, of the said main 2 that work with them, as I said here that some anthropologists. They actually live and work with the culture they are studying and your response to the Mongolians. Is you insult their taste in clothing as rudely as possible." Daniel said and she swallowed hard at that. "Now if you would rather be a soldier be my guest, at least this way I can do missions to my standards now."
"And without a god damn gun going off anymore." he said and Jack swallowed hard, realizing he had it with them and Makepeace, he was happy where he was. "That insult cemented my direct opinion of you after being separated for 24 years, you have no respect for the work I do. Say I'm invaluable to you, and yet you insult everything about my job." he said and she paled at that, realizing how hurt he was after this mission and how sick of their attitudes he was.
"Followed by screaming that I'm a traitor, after you you get seen by the cameras acting like a bunch of Jaffa." he said, shoving her back into Jack and she swallowed hard at that. "I suppose you want to do things your way, fine be my guest, but don't expect me to try. And save your but, because you never took my training warnings seriously, after that damn cake. But I'm happy where I am, and the living Latin language is my next stop after 20 years with them."
"Yeah you heard me right, 20 years with the French Colony ring, want to kill yourself, go ahead, as I'm not shedding any tears for your idiocy." he said and she swallowed, now realizing by being with Landry he converted completely to the SGA finally. "Hence the argument,' 'You can't just leave the SGC!' 'Why not, I'm no soldier, my place is in the field, studying ancient ruins. Translations, dig-sites, that's where I belong, I'm no soldier, I'm a scientist, Anthropology."
"That I should be with my own kind: In civilian ran with military help.', hence the favoritism over the bases now here." Landry said sternly and she swallowed hard at that. So the shears come out it's like 'Yeah okay, it's time for our yearly shearing, we need a shave. And the duo and SG-3 all whitened at that, as hearing this from him now, they now saw why Daniel was so pissed at them. "And frankly I'm getting the hell out of here now, I never been happier under your services, Shen. But what 10 months does to you right now in truth, I never felt more alive right now again finally. In fact I'd much rather stay in the SGA then go back to that land of inequity." he said and she and the reps all smiled at that in gratitude and relief.
"Your question on things, you got your answer, I would serve the entire united nations if it meant now, in keeping up what I had been doing lately." he said and she smiled as she said it for all of them. "I know, but to them apparently is apparently 8 to 10 months now: 10 months an anthropologist here, that is too much of a good thing. That it's time you return to the military side, only not going to happen, we're not letting you go." She said gently and Jack went white.
"That's my opinion too right now, they consider this a vacation from the full military and the vacation is over and time for you to the return to the SGC. Only not going to happen, so long as these brats are here, you're never coming back to the SGC. You get more work done then ever by being in civilian ran with military help, then military ran with civilian help. That why change what works and return to it now in truth." Addison said and the quintet all paled at that remark.
"Yep 10 months happier than you ever been, once the mission like Apophis comes into it, they try to force you back into the bad hours, constant peril. But screw it right now, the 2nd season starts, and your clone gets shot and killed after he gets shot twice to kill the askrak. They let her out now, but before she could start another killing spree right now in truth. You dialed back and handed the destroyer back to the Taldor." Landry said and they started shaking in fear.
"And as you prepare to create the clones, we did 1/4 of the agreement you made with the king, and she found a way to head it off, by suggesting you come with them. To get the chairs, thereby forcing you to relive Mel and Claire's murder!" Picard said and she started shaking violently in fear, realizing her desperation to bring him into the SG-1 missions. So they could be a team again, would be considered attempted sabotage as the IOA crossed their arms sternly.
"And frankly is what team exactly after what happened last time hmm, but does this ring any bells, young lady." Hammond asked sternly then. "Just when did this happen?" Jack asked, his voice dangerously low. "I gave Hammond my resignation after our last briefing." Daniel said, his tone tired and resigned, knowing this was too much for the duo. "So you knew, you knew this was going to be your last mission, and you didn't even think."
"To tell any of us?" Jack's voice was getting louder with anger, a tinge of hurt, panic, colored the words, in contrast, Daniel's tone was just as soft as before. "Yes, Jack, I knew, would it have made a difference in the long run anyway, I meant it during the light. Sha're is dead, Shifu is now an ascended in training, my journey with them is over. Time to begin anew, only I never got that chance, because of Sarah." he said sadly then finally.
"But really right now, would it have made it any difference you to, any at all?" he asked and she swallowed hard at that. "I can't believe you did this without at least talking to any of us." said Sam, uncharacteristically jumping in before the colonel could respond. "Sam, we haven't, none of us, really talked in months right now, it's like the lines are drawn. But scientists on one side, military on the other." he said and she swallowed hard at that.
"Is that what this is about, we're not hanging out any more to reassure you of our friendship? Feeling lost and alone?" Jack said then, his voice took on a mocking ring that hit Daniel like a punch to the gut. "No, Jack, that is what this is all about." He gestured to the three of them, sitting on one side of the table then. "It's become obvious that you have no respect for me, or the work that I do, my contribution to the team in truth here."
"Said-is continually derided, you don't listen to me anymore, and I have to fight you harder than I have to fight the Goa'uld just to get my point across. This last mission is a perfect example. I'm done, Jack, I'm done, you won finally. I quit the program right now." he said feeling the immense pain at this. "This mission is a perfect example of why we still need you on the team." Sam said then, hating the defeat in the linguist's tone then.
"How so?" Daniel asked Sam, as he turned his gaze to Jack as he said it then. "I told you that I thought I saw something a mile from the gate. I told you I suspected that the planet might be inhabited, because it was just the civilian. Who saw something, and I didn't have anyone who was military to back me up. My concerns were completely dismissed, there was an opportunity, at that point, for us to leave the planet."
In all probability, they would have let us go. But even after we were captured, after we had to deal and treat with the locals, you refused to listen to me. And it got you tied to a pole and beaten until you passed out I'm finished, Jack. You didn't need a civilian on your team - fine, I'm gone. I'm not going to fight you any longer." he said and that did it as he said it in desperation then, realizing he never considered this then.
"Dammit, Daniel, you can't do this!" Jack said desperately, as the unhappiness was clear in his tone, as was the confusion in his eyes. But that did it as for the first time ever, anger sparked in Daniel's eyes as he shoved the chair back and stood. "How dare you." he snapped, his tone low and dangerous in a way none of the others had ever heard it before. He was trembling with suppressed rage. 'Oh crap.' Sarah thought, seeing her husband beyond furious.
"Christ, I don't know what happened, Jack. It started with the NID thing, and after that, the trust was just - gone. I tried, dammit, I tried to talk to all of you, but more and more things happened that put me on the opposite side of the fence. And you shut me out, I had no idea what the hell I had to do to get my friends back. After a while, I just wanted to get the team working again, but I just can't do it by myself anymore."
"And you have the temerity to tell me, after doing nothing to try to save this team, that I - " Daniel snapped his mouth shut, turned on his heel, and left the debriefing room and Jack pushed the chair back and ran after Daniel, uncaring that Carter and Teal'c were right on his heels. "Daniel, Daniel!" He said as he caught up to the storming linguist, and grabbed his arm, pulling Daniel around, the next thing Jack knew, a fist was coming at his face then.
Special Ops training took over, but in the blink of an eye he was on his back on the ground, Daniel standing unruffled several feet away. Carter's face was shocked, and even Teal'c's expression reflected disbelief. "Stay the hell away from me." Daniel said coldly, turning on his heel as Jack hauled himself to his feet, prepared to take off after the linguist as he disappeared down the hall, and was pulled up short by Hammond's voice then at that.
"For the first time ever he's happier then he's ever been now, that why should we let you, the SGC military, destroy his happiness, we have a ready set plan for how to prevent Sarah. And from being turned into a host and Dr. Jordan from being killed in the explosion." Anna said to them and she swallowed hard. "But she's part of the problem here, Danny, not the solution, her desperation here to keep the so called SG-1 together is beyond dangerous here right now."
"Before you try again and we switch it around, she wants to destroy the SGA record, we set her up as she is arrested, and you are on medical and emotional stand down. For the period of 6 months and you still had 4 left on the planet, as you're close to a burnout. You need a vacation, and you deserved it, she had no right to interfere right now and here's the result." Landry said sternly and she went white at that, realizing she destroyed his physical recovery a second time.
"And if this was why you kidnapped him now, you're being arrested for it." La Pierre said sternly and they all went white then. "So that's it, he doesn't work the SGC, he doesn't work the program at all, yeah you converted alright Captain, you're NID now. And to quote Obi-wan, only a Sith deals in absolutes, I will do what I must." Chapman said and she swallowed hard, never considering this made it sound like she turned to the darkside, and Daniel was once again right.
"Is this really about saving his soul, or is this about the GDO, keeping it out of Hathor's hands, and we know that's why you went looking for him. So it could be three reasons here 1) to you, you fire him, but you don't let him go completely, 2) it's the sarcophagus itself. And 3) you convinced yourself he's taking that GDO to Hathor and to prevent it now here. Is by kidnapping him, and triggering an intergalactic incident." Shen said and she went completely white then.
"Wait a second I was just trying to get him to the infirmary!" she said, shaking in fear and they crossed their arms. "Why, he could recover there, after I send Carson, but cub in bed, as the next 24 hours start, they put his paws into paralysis. Remove his adult strength, and bind him to Philippe now in truth, so problem solved the sarcophagus is no longer in use. He's healing by plenty of sun, good food and rest." Landry said sternly and she swallowed hard at that remark.
"And is that what you built up in your head to believe here right now, you were getting him to the infirmary to get his stats checked, or just to torture him to death. For leaving you in the mines right now, which, I might add, is cruel and vindictive. You wanted revenge for leaving you down in the mines, while he's with the princess, I call this crazed jealousy now." Halloran said sternly and she started shaking in fear, realizing he considered this cold blooded cruelty now.
"Agreed the jealousy is what caused you to do it, you hate him being around other women and do cruel and cold blooded things as payback." Landry said to that sternly. "To save yourself, as to us, it's your delusion, you're pretending it's the sarcophagus. And instead, with only a few weeks left in Pyrus's case, she needed him deeply, as he completed his training. As a perfect young king, ready to take the throne and give them hope, but I could call it crazed jealousy."
"As things continue here, but you just about ruined our trade deal with them, it's wonder you never cost us our benefactors. We get earth food this way, but this is like the training game that my emperor set up, gave him our best cuisine. And playing Go with him, until you arrived right now, but in case your mind was not firing on all cylinders here. He's still recovering from the loss of his memories that this was why he told us everything." Shen said sternly to this then.
"These countries are borrowing seeds and live stock from us on earth, as earth is 1/5th farm lands, another military applications, the 3rd the wizarding world. The 4th is Hollywood and the 5th is the medical factories for the clones, medical supplies and what we bring back. So we bring them a few dozen of the live stock and a bag or 2, each, of the seeds, and they got everything. That they need, to serve earth human food to us, just in their century." Chapman said to them.
"But this is what being a true diplomat is now, people, in truth now, that instead of weapons, it's food and medical care supplies, that's the trade deal, but I guess. When in the front lines, and being a Spec to Black Ops, or just being a Marine, it just never pays to be polite. As Harrison said, don't take what they offer, you are insulting them and embarrassing us now. The IOA, because those country planets are us, you don't eat what we offer you, you are insulting us."
"And embarrassing the SGA, but I guess when being a full soldier type, courtesy and manners are an anathema to you." Shen said and they paled, realizing that was the reason they never brought anything back. "Your remark of sticking to rations, after the damn cake, you insulted us so much as the planets that are us in the cosmos now. That we prefer the SGA, in our countries, our planetary countries, that the SGA gets it done, while dining on our best cuisine here."
"But if you're going there on business, and not accept our hospitality, then what is the point of making any sort of trade deals with you, the SGC. In order for good relations between planets, it's accepting hospitality, in food and lodging. When on our country planet's, you play by our rules, now if you can't do that, then you shouldn't be a diplomat right now. This is exactly what got you in trouble, when going to Rillian?" the Mexican rep said sternly and Jack swallowed hard.
"Or just going to said country itself, and instead of arrest, Wodeski killed himself causing a cave in at Mexico City, as he teleported to Xal'otcan at the time. I can honestly say this is one area I never wanted to consider, ritual cannibalism after Artemis." Daniel said and he nodded. "I get why, but my country had some barbaric holidays, but stop playing with the crystal skulls please. And before that causes one of our pyramids to cave in now, Colonel." he said gently to him.
"And I see that the general has never been prouder, showing the face of Earth in who they should be, instead of it being about the weapons and defenses. We get the trade deals, and the polite behavior, is made for good relations here." Chapman said sternly and they swallowed hard, at the insult, realizing with Daniel in the other side of the program. They were bringing in so much that the SGC was just non existent now and the SGA was the face of the program.
"But now you're insulting a king and to them, you are a threat to them, we have Naquada, but you want their's and then try to kill Danny to get it." he said, shoving Jack back and he started shaking in fear then. "You are nothing, but a bunch of mercenaries, pretending to be diplomats, Daniel lead the entire thing here. That to us, this is why he's so good, it's because he lead the diplomacy for us." Landry said sternly and the SGC primary first contact teams paled at that
"And with that, with the shift change now, of starting in 1958 currently, the SGA made you look like mercenaries ever since, as you're only doing this job for the money advancements. And screw the learning and diplomacy process that which the president had ordered." Picard said and they started shaking, realizing how bad this looked for them right now. Daniel was the face of the SGA and doing things they scoffed at, and it got them nonillions in monetary amounts.
"You see the difference here Colonel, but this was said fight again here." Hammond said sternly as they reactivated that memory. "Why aren't you helping me?" he said in annoyance and Daniel said it with a sigh as he set up the camera, and put a notepad on the ground. "It's no use. They don't understand. They want to be with each other." he said to him then. "Well, we're not going to stand around doing nothing." he said in annoyance to that.
"We're not doing nothing." Daniel said and he said it with a challenge to his tone and the real Jack paled, realizing this was going to kill his case. And as he realized his attitude had Daniel so fed up, he was ready to just transfer programs to get away from him now finally. "You're videotaping a plant." he said and the entirety of the science department quoted it. "Well, I think this might be important." they all said together and Jack and Makepeace paled then.
"Well, I think you might be losing what's left of your mind." he said and they all looked at the two teams sternly. "Are you asking for a knuckle sandwich, you are outnumbered 100 to 1, in military sides, Colonel." O'brien said sternly and he swallowed hard at that. "What's that supposed to mean?" he said warningly and he swallowed hard. "It means that on a good day you can be a little flaky." he said and Daniel stood up at that remark sternly at that.
"And on a good day you can be a little ignorant and condescending." he said and then said it. "And downright rude, but then I guess when you're trained to kill it never pays to be polite." he said sternly and he said it defensively then. "Not condescending: You're obviously misreading a basic philosophical difference of opinion. On how to handle a crisis." he said and Landry shook his head sternly as Hammond nodded to that response
"Oh, please! We have a difference of opinion on just about everything." he said and he said it to that. "Give me an example." he said and Daniel said it firmly at that. "I don't know. Pick something: mythology?" he said and the SGA all smiled. "Cool stories, and now that we know they're all true, we get to see them in action now." Chris said smiling and he smiled at her and Landry chuckled as Daniel hugged her tightly as they heard his response.
"Rumors? Lies? Fairytales?" he said and Sarah nodded. "And that just shows how little you appreciate our jobs, that why bother staying here, as we leave you. To keep making fools of yourselves right now in truth, so you treat our job as a waste of time, yeah okay. You're on your own starting now, you got yourselves into these messes, get yourself out right now, Colonel. Because no one is coming to help you, but the jarheads." she said and he went white in fear.
"Daniel put up with your attitude for 8 years, and it's the Twisted Sister song all the way now, as we're fighting back, but this is considered payback. But as this is what had Ford irritated as we were scouting out the section of the city that got flooded. You're a jarhead, not thinking with mental muscles, but your real ones." Rodney said to him sternly. "And with that, 9,995?" Daniel said and he smiled. "Oh please, not prime, 7,013." he said and Radek smiled as he answered.
"Nice try, prime, 10,247?" he said and Daniel smiled. "Prime." he said and Landry nodded as Daniel went further. "And to quote Rodney, statistically speaking, just by guessing, you should be getting at least half of these correct. And Radek's right, it's gone far beyond you not knowing your prime numbers, but apparently you're like Rico right now. As he's got the lowest scores in Math, calculus and science class, so he became a soldier, while his ex girlfriend became a pilot."
"As without exact calculations here right now in truth at the current moment, it's you're going to jump too close to a blackhole, or supernova and that's going to get you killed. But after 10 times testing that kid, he got fed up right now, while Hays, thought finding this funny. Is trying to stay focused right now." he said and he swallowed hard at that, realizing Daniel. "Yeah alright guys, you made your point, you share a bond he doesn't share with the SGC officers, as you're bonded by just your love for learning, not exploration now." Landry said and Sam swallowed hard, realizing her way effectively destroyed her relationship with him and he was happy with other scientists now as they heard it. "You see: Mythology is one of the primary motivation for cultural development!" he said angrily at that remark then.
"Maybe it is, what's that got to do with filming a plant?!" he snapped back at him then. "Exactly!" he said sternly and then said it firmly. "The radio waves these plants make got into the circuitry causing the UAV to crash, now if you were focusing on why I needed to do this. You would stop being such an ignorant and condescending SOB." he said and Jack swallowed hard at that, realizing he had reasons for everything to cover what he thought was a psychotic break.
"What you consider a psychotic break is a jump in logic, the text that Morgan left for me, the idea here is exercising charity, kindness, faith prudence and wisdom here. Demonstrate all of those leads the way to enlightment and or semi immortality, hence my becoming a Demigod." he said sternly and Jack started shaking, realizing those things matched the heavenly virtues. "Yes indeed, ignorance to wisdom, charity to greed, chastity to lust, diligence to Sloth."
"Mercy to Anger, brutality to kindness, and contentless to envy, the fact you don't show the opposite of the sins will ultimately destroy you in the end, and it did for your brother." She said and he paled. "Thank you, that is just the point, it's the same as the field holding our ship in place now and during our first encounter with the Ferengi right now in truth. It's the exact same thing, it's interfering with the instruments." Picard said sternly and he swallowed hard at that
"How big are those farms now?" Landry said and he smiled. "That's 5,000 sheep, 360 pigs, 420 goats, 900 cows and 2,000 ducks and chickens now, each." Daniel said and Hammond chuckled. "Quite the farm set up, well that helps, this explains in when they got guests right now, make sure you got enough to cover yourself and them. So enough to eat and drink at the banquet that night." he said and the NID and Jack all paled, never once considering where it all came from.
"You sold them 30 each, and they use that to farm and to raise live stock for food and planting seeds, it was all you, the meat and the seeds, it was you that arranged it?!" Makepeace said shaking and Daniel nodded sternly. "That's right, everything they needed was to further their economy by food and clothes, we just helped them along now. Even currency and drugs, and in exchange they gave us what was needed, I just further sweetened the deal with him now."
"The promise of said clone was to finalize things, but now thanks to you trying to kill me, I had 4 months royal conditioning built up in my head, I can download into my clone. But I'm a mixture of Henry and Louis's good persona himself, but I oppose your wars now. And the starvation of the prisoners, that he went to this and we worked out a defacto scale. And of how much it would take, as slavery is obliterated and farming is it." he said and they paled, before looking at him.
Watching him as he wrote down an exact number to what the king would need, he looked at the fast growing season rate. "Growing season, brother?" Dixon asked and he nodded. "Takes 3 months for the seeds to reach full size, same as the quintet Andy, so planting season. Is 4 times a year, they get plenty and two set ups, one for the palace, the other for the miners themselves now, so like the quintet 2 bags each." he said and Bert wrote it down.
As he pressed a button and each plant for food started growing to full size in only 2 months. "I assume All Hallows Eve is non existent here as well?" he asked and Pyrus nodded gently. "Indeed, the old pagan holiday which at midnight becomes a sacred holiday is not allowed here, though we do still give out sweets. And carve pumpkins, otherwise no costumes or full masks here and we still do the Feast of Fools." he said and he nodded.
"You're 1298, it's been 700 years and the festival is as active now as it was till 1512." he said to him and he chuckled at that remark. "Indeed, I know, I knew that soon on earth that the festival would be banned at some direct point, and decided to prevent that. By bringing it with me, as you see our oldest traditions still alive after sum years. But a scholar of your type, this is quite the learning experience." he said and Keller chuckled.
"Yeah that one, someone has too much to drink and it's a riot waiting to happen." Dixon said as he started laughing and La Pierre chuckled and nodded in agreement. "This as why we banned it on earth, but looks like they changed the date on the Festival right now. And from January 1st to January 6th right now, but if it matches the chaos in the square. Looks like you're joining in on the security, in case another riot starts here." he said and Dixon nodded, smiling gently then.
"We also never, till 1791, not bothered with Halloween till we were passed the witchcraft here, which was why the costumes were forbidden." he said and he nodded. "All Hallows Eve, you mean they don't believe in Halloween on these planets?" Sam said and he nodded. "To them, it means the souls of the dead are, instead of good, are like the demon that jumped. And into Uncle Rob, in which case, as Catholics, they see this holiday as an act of the devil now in truth."
"I just never got around to being on the planet during that festival, as this is something I been dying to see right now, so I get why Frollo lost his mind in that book. After seeing her at the time in total truth." he said and Bowdern smiled at his knowledge of the memories then. "Now that's a learning experience and as I finish my studies, but how much, in truth. Do the locals drink if that got banned on earth in 1512." he asked and the healer chuckled then.
