Hermione felt herself nodding off she ended up doing her homework in the broom closet she and Draco use. The library was quite bad today since Krum was named a champion his followers only grew. Hermione stood to stretch she had been in a little bit of a mood Rita Seekter wrote about Harry and although she didn't really think it was all that bad Harry was upset about it and with her being one of the only people hanging out with him at this time his bad mood was rubbing off on her.
She was touching her toes when the door suddenly opened. She threw her head up to see Draco entering and closing the door he leaned against it looking at her with an unreadable look on his face. Hermione stood up feeling a bit silly at being found hiding. " What are you doing here, we weren't meeting today were we"? She asked sitting back down grabbing one of her books. " No we weren't but here you are planning to meet someone else today? I hope not I don't like people touching my things" Draco said not changing his face. Hermione set her book down frowning. " This isn't your closet Malfoy I can use it for whatever I want when I want," she said giving him a challenging look. Draco scoffed shaking his head "so who have you been bringing here Granger, the chosen one"? Hermione just groaned at him. " although I believe the way people are acting is ridiculous no I have not given Harry sanctuary here" she slammed her book closed " so not Potter some other bloke then"? He spat
" the hell are you talking about Malfoy" Draco took a few steps toward her towering over her " who the fuck have you been seeing Granger" Hermione stood up anger growing " I haven't been seeing anyone not that it's any of your business if I do choose to. And what right do you have to be angry you've been seeing other witches so clearly you don't think it would be that big of a deal". Draco stood staring at her " where have you heard that IV been seeing anyone, last I checked I don't have a girlfriend" Draco said matter of fact. Hermione could not believe him. She wanted to yell but kept herself under control " maybe, either way, Iv been told you've been spending time with different girls now I'm not a hypercritic I'm not judging you or anything but you have no right to get angry at me about other blokes when you've been with others."
Draco face twisted a bit " so you are seeing someone, who have you been shacking up with one of my best mates" Draco growled Hermione just stood there confused who in the world did he think she's been with. Draco losing patience grabbed her upper arm getting right in her face " are you snogging Theo"? Hermione's face when blank for a few seconds did he see them by the forest a few days ago no surly Theo would have said something to her if Malfoy had started asking him questions. Hermione pressed her lips before answering " Nott, Theo Nott?" she asked putting as much confusion as she could into her voice Draco didn't say anything so Hermione changed her face to one of confusing to one that questioned his sanity " Iv never Snogged Nott or any of your mates Malfoy to my knowledge I haven't snogged anyone in this school beside yourself and in truth I question myself whenever I do." Draco studied her face for a bit before losing his grip on her arm but not letting go his face softened and she thought she could almost see a smirk on his lips. "So I'm the only block you've ever snogged"? His face was barely an inch away faint smells of apple on his breath. Hermione was a little light-headed with how close he suddenly was. "Well no" she breathed thinking that she could almost taste apple with the shared air between them she suddenly felt his grasp tighten again and face go hard " you just said you haven't done anything with anyone here so who the hell is it" Hermione lost any light-headedness and instead felt annoyed "a friend back home we've always been close and I feel safe experimenting with him, he would try anything I wanted but still be the same great guy after never making anything weird" Hermione almost spat in his face. "a muggle you've been snogging and Godric knows what with a muggle"? Draco said in disbelief.
