"Whoa, you're going away for the weekend, along with Aunt Lylla and uncle Rockid?" Casey asked her mom.
"Yes, as it's Father's Day weekend, plus your uncle needs to relax, as he's been a little stressed." Riley said.
Casey had walked into her mom and dad's room, seeing her mom packing for some sort of vacation, so was helping her hoping Shocket was alright, if Rocket had already told her, heand Lylla were going away for the weekend guessing she was planning, so would check on her, iin a while since Ranger was putting Rocko down for an nap, hearing her mom thanking her, for her help.
"You'mre welcome, don't worry I won't do any superheroics, like we talked about, besides Shocket probably has some ideas for fun." Casey said to her.
"That sounds fun, and yes, you promised to take a break, from suiperheroics at the weekend." Riley said.
She then went to find Shocket at super-speed, making the purple-mohawked kit jump, seeing her there, while she was inventing a project but a smirk crossed her furry face, because her dad had told her, about him and Lylla along with Ranger and Riley for the weekend, which relieved Casey, thinkijg Shocket might havefreaked out seeing Rocket with a wheeled suitcase, seeing Shocket ask, what her dad had packed, for the weekend.
"A vacation does require a lot of things, plus Moonie is with your gRandall, along with Rocko on Halfworld for the weekend." he told her seeing Casey understand what her uncle meant, seeing Shocket agreeing, knowing her older sister, Kimi was going to parties and with their parentsgone for theweekend, shecould getaway with it, but Shocket had not told on Kimi.
Later that night/ early morning, Casey was in the kitchen making herself chocolate pudding, oneof her favourite comfort foods seeing Shockey enter, asking her to come into the night with her, to have fun when she was not being a superheroine, making Casey very excitable, to see what Shocket hadin mind turning off the stove, so shedid not start a fire.
"Yeah, you're notgoing to regret this, plus I was bored." Shocket replied to her.
They went to Central Park, to the vplayground, goofing around, especially as there was no other kids around, to get in their fur or ruin their fun surprising Casey, hearing Shocket giggling doing the monkey-bars without using herfront paws which impressed her knowing how rebellious she was knowing how her uncle would react, if he could see them right now.
"Why're we at this place?" Shocket asked confused.
It was now three in the morning and both Casey andShocket were still out, but right now, both female kits were at their local 7-11 store as Casey led her to where the slurpies were, impressing Shocket, especially making ones out of syrup seeing a smirk on Casey's furry face as she knew this was something she had wanted to do, she just never hadthe time, which stunned Shocket.
"Mmm, this is so good, Shocket said after drinking.
She felt a shot of energy flowing through her, like Casey feeling her paws and body giggling taking off, along with her, knowing theirparents would be surprised, knowing they had been out all night, as a grin crossed their faces, hoping the adults would not freak, if they knew that they had left the cimpound, not returning by morning, impressed hearing Shocket say, about climbing trees.
They were doing that, but fell asleep on the tree branches as the sun was rising up, plus adults at the compound had no idea they weren'tback yet making Kamala wonder, where Casey and Shocket were in case Rocket wanted to check on them, along with Ranger and Riley seeing Peter returning, telling her he had found them sleeping in a tree in Central Park, which she found adorable, imagining Rocket's reaction.
"Let's get them back to the compound, alright?" Kamala told him.
"Yep, but what were they doing out all night?" he asked her.
Kamala shrugged her shoulders as they were walkimg back to the compound, with both Casey and Shocket on her embiggned shoulders reaching the compound, putting both female kits on the couch wrapping a blanket around them gently leaving them be to sleep making them breakfast, for when they woke up.
