Chapter 14

The full moon had risen and Naxena sat outside still as the other had gone inside the house. For they had grown hungry and their host had told them dinner was ready. She had smiled at Tsunami. "Thank you. But I am fine." She told the dark blue hair woman.

"Are you sure my dear? There is plenty of food." Said Tsunami as she frowned worried about the young girl before her.

"Yes. I have a stew my grandmother sealed for me as well as other meals. So please don't worry about me. I am not that hungry right now. But once I do few hungry, I will eat." Said Naxena with a reassuring smile. Tsunami nodded her head and return inside the house.

The senseis looked out the window and wondered what was going though the girls mind as the others ate. Her team watched her and planned to join her once more once they had finished eating.

"Go up to bed. She will join you once she gets tired." Ordered Ibiki as he wasn't going to deal with his team being tried the next day. Naxena was trained to fight and train without sleep for several days. So she would be fine. But the other two still needed to finish that training before he would allow them to be careless and reckless like their teammate.

The two Genin nodded their heads as they went to the rooms that had been assign to them. The boys all in one room as the girls in another.

Ibiki took a cup of tea and walked outside as two cloaked figures walked up the beaten path the lead up to Tazuna's house. Naxena drew her swords for it was odd for someone to come calling at 11pm at night. The two-figure stood out in the light of the moon. One tall as the other one was up to his upper arm. "Who goes there?" Called out Naxena.

This got all the senseis on edge as they heard the girl call out to someone. Something was going down and they had left a Genin outside alone.

Hinata and Shikamaru had dropped down from the roof with kunai drawn and ready for battle as Ibiki, Anko, Kurenai, and Kakashi all appeared outside of the house standing along side Team 10. All ready to fight as well. Ibiki and Anko proud of their other student's appearing when their teammate was in trouble.

"I'm not here to attack the girl. But take her offer." Called out Zabuza's dark voice.

Naxena put her swords away as she looked at the nuke-nin and his little sidekick. "What made you change your mind?" She asked him.

Just then a pink light appeared and out of it came Aphrodite. "That would be me and your Uncle Hade." She said with a large grin on her face as she walked around the two over to her niece.

"The blonde is right. She called a man to bring the Shinobi that had murdered the Prince of the land of Demon's for the troll. He told us that the little troll had double crossed him once he had finished his mission and had brought him the head of the dead Prince." Said Zabuza as he pulled the hood back of his cloak.

Naxena nodded her head to this.

"There is still a living member of the royal family in the Land of Fire." Said Haku as she was looking at the girl before her.

"What was the name of the Prince of the Land of Demon's?" Asked Hinata as she was wondering. For the news of the Prince's death had hit her father pretty hard for her family had a lot of dealings with the land and how Gato had taken over all export a lot of their business there was slowly ending for everything had raised to insane amounts.

"His name was Kenji Namikaze. The cousin of one Minato Namikaze." Said Hades as he appeared from the shadows scaring everyone but Naxena and Aphrodite.

"Uncle Hades. What are you doing here?" Asked Naxena as she was curious of why the God of the Underworld would be here.

He smirked at her darkly. "I am here seeking my little Champion. For I need you to take the lives of all those that work for Gato along with his life. For they have been slipping though death's grasp for far too long and it is time he has to pay the price of all his dirty deeds." Said the God of the Underworld.

Naxena just grinned. "You know Grandma never liked the idea of me being everyone's champion." She told him as she giggled.

"I know. But until we can find suitable Champions. You will be our acting embodiment of justice." Said Hades as he was now grinning back at the girl before him. His dark eyes did trail over to Shikamaru as he looked at the young shadow walker. 'Hmm…he would be a suitable replacement for the girl in due time.' He thought to himself as Naxena fallowed his line of sight. She knew the look. It appeared that her teammate had caught the eye of the God of the Underworld. She wasn't sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing. But time would only tell.

Shikamaru had a strange feeling overtake him as the God was looking at him. It was something telling him his life was going to change forever more. For his path in life had been altered by the very God standing before him.

Zabuza felt uneasy once more by the God of the Underworld for he knew this man before him. NO this God before him could just rip his soul out and drag him down the very pits of hell and show no remorse whatsoever about his actions.

"So our little Naxena is the Princess of the Land of Demon's?" Asked Anko was this was getting interesting.

"Yes she is. For she is the last living Namikaze in this world and her father will not be allowed to return to here for a very long time along with her mother." Said Hades.

"How in the world am I going to be a Shinobi and warrior and Hokage? If I have to go to the Land of Demon's now?" Whined Naxena. As this was the first time she had ever whined before anyone like this. This was something she hadn't done since she was a little girl.

Hades smiled. "Just ask child and I can have someone return to handle things for you until you are able to head to the Land of Demons to set things up." He told her.

Naxena relaxed. She wasn't as stressed anymore. Her uncle could have someone go for a short time and handle things for her until she is able to go to the land of Demons and handle everything there with her Grandma Xena. "Could you have…" she stopped talking for a second to think. Who would be the best choice to handle things in her place for now. She softly smiled. "Could you have Auntie Gabrielle go in my place for now?" She asked him.

Hades nodded his head. "I will have her as your acting Avatar for now my child. I had your parents draw up a scroll for you and for her as we are speaking. They just left blank on who would be your acting Avatar until you could go to the Land of Demons. But you must handle the little troll in two days' time. For that is when she will appear in the Land of Demons in your place and news of his death should have been out by time she arrives there." He told her.

Nodding her head she looked at her teammates and senseis. "We have a battle to plan and this isn't going to be easy." She told them as they nodded their heads. She looked at Zabuza and Haku. "I will be needed Haku for this mission for her Ice mirrors will make it easier to enter his strong hold without his men knowing and after he is dead. We can take out all the men in his strong hold. But also, we have all the men that are in the bandit camps surround the village and land. My summons had gone to work and scouted out all the camps while I have been out here. There are 15 camps with different amounts of bandits in them. As well Hutty had found four ships will slaves in them as serval fox kits found slaves in all 15 camps. So we will have to move in the shadows and kill the men without hurting the slaves in the camps." She told everyone as they nodded their heads.

Ibiki and Anko are proud of the girl getting to work so quickly after arriving at Tazuna's house and they knew she wanted to take the troll out even more for what her summons had found. If there was slaves. They knew what type of slaves those were and Naxena wouldn't turn a blind eye to it all.

"Will you be taking any of the other Genin?" Asked Kakashi as he wanted to know. For he didn't feel his team was ready for something like this.

Naxena looked up at the silver hair man. "No. Sasuke would get himself killed for he would just jump in headfirst without thinking and Sakura is worthless. You need to break her of her fangirl ways before she is with my uncle here. Finally Kiba is strong but isn't ready to kill yet and he needs a little more training with Akamaru before I would have him join me on a mission like this." She said as she looked at Kurenai. "I wouldn't mind taking Ino with me. For her mind walking would make it easy to get all of Gato's bank accounts and everything else we might need. For I know for fact her father has been cracking down on her training in T&I. For he doesn't want her left behind by Hinata and myself. Choji would also be good to take but I couldn't for he has a gentle soul and I don't want to darken it just yet. Shino's bugs would come in handy when attacking the guards guarding the ships. So I would take him if that is alright with you?" She asked the crimson eyed woman.

"That is fine. I can stay here with Choji to protect Tsunami and her son. While Kakashi and his team take care of the bridge builder while he works on the bride." Said Kurenai as she was shocked that two of her students had been chosen to go along on this mission.

"Zabuza will come along with Haku for I know he would want to get his pound of flesh on the troll and his men. For there is many things going on in the shadows in Gato's estate that would make his and others blood boil." Said Naxena as she looked at everyone stand out of the house with her.

Inside the house Sasuke sat at the open bedroom window listening from the boys room. He narrowed his eyes as he wasn't going to be part of the team that was going after Gato and his men. That he was going to be stuck with the damn old drunk. HE was being held back by this girl that is having everything handed to her. It wasn't right. He was the one that needed all the power she has, and all the weapons and training given to her. For she was the one that was useless and pointless. For all she was good for was just breeding stock for when he was ready to rebuild his clan. For having the Uzumaki and Namikaze bloodlines would make his own bloodline even stronger. For he had found a scroll that was from Madara when he wanted to marry an Uzumaki but wasn't allowed and then when he tried kidnapping a woman from the Namikaze clan and it blow up in his face. But he stated their bloodlines would straighten their clans blood and make their bloodline even stronger and maybe a more powerful bloodline would be born from their bloodlines mixing.

Naxena knew he was watching her. For she had felt him before watching her and she never liked it. But she just ignore him for he isn't worth her time. But his time he might get in her way and this was her mission. Her teams mission. Not his mission. Looking at Kakashi she whispered something to the man. "Sasuke is listening in. Keep an eye on him for I do not need him getting in the way of my mission. My teams mission. For if he gets in the way. He will be taken down and if it comes down to it. He might get killed or hurts." She told Kakashi as his single eye looked up without his head moving up to see the raven hair boy looking down at them. The others fallowed with their own sight and frowned. This wasn't good. They would have to attack at down. While the boy is still sleeping and move quickly. Naxena planned on placing a seal on him to knock him out to keep him out of her way.

"The mission will take place in few days' time." Said Ibiki as he knew that they would be acting a lot sooner before the boy can fuck things up for them. They all nodded their heads and went into the house to get some rest. Haku joined the girls in their room as Zabuza stayed with the Jonins.

Hades watched from the shadows. He never liked the Uchiha clan. That was one clan he was glad that was almost dead. But he did have the few he did like. It was a shame that the few he liked where murdered.
With that Hades vanishes into the shadows never seeing the single red eye that was watching them. The demon that lies in wait. The one that is behind all this trouble for his own selfishness and blame and hate for others.

"Tobi's a good boy." The words carried in the wind as Kurama heard it from where he sat on top of the house looking around for whoever said it. His crimson eyes narrow as he calls for others foxes to search the lands for the one who said it.

Morning

It was 4:30am Naxena was already up and moving around the house as she snuck into the boys room to wake up the boys that would be joining her and placing the seal on Sasuke that Kakashi already had the counter seal for. Hinata and Haku had already went downstairs to get breakfast made for the team that would be leaving for this mission. To Naxena's shock Shino was already awake as well as Kiba as Shikamaru was glaring at the Uchiha as he was sleeping like a baby. Kakashi stood at the bedroom window watching to make sure everything went well. Sasuke never woke up or even felt Naxena place the seal on him. He had slept though it all Choji sat up and fallowed the others out only leaving Kakashi to watch over his troublesome student as no one wanted to deal with the boy.

They had gathered around the kitchen table and went over the plan that Naxena had laid out the night before when they heard Sakura coming down the steps. For it was already 5:50am and this was a normal time the pinkette would wake up when she was back in the village. Kurenai looked over at the pinkette with a frown.

"Good morning." Said Sakura with a yawn as she walked up to the others as they looked over a map of the village and the man with crimson hair and crimson eyes was pointing out locations to them and writing things down on the map for them.

"Morning." They all mumbled as they didn't bother to look at the pinkette.

"What are you guys doing and where is Sasuke-kun and Kakashi-sensei?" Asked Sakura.

"Shh…" Said Ino as she pulled the pinkette into the kitchen. "Sasuke is still asleep and Kakashi is with him. The others are going over their plans." She told her ex-friend.

"But why are they leaving out Sasuke-kun and myself if Kiba is here?" Asked Sakura as she was getting ready to head back upstairs to wake and have Sasuke join them.

"That is because Sasuke or Team 7 isn't part of what is about go down." Said Kiba as he walked over to his useless teammate.

"What do you mean?" Asked Sakura shocked.

"You know Hokage-sama gave the main mission to Naxena's team and they are the ones who are picking who will be taking part in it. We are to just watch over the old man as team 8 is to watch over the old man's family." Said Kiba as he was wondering how the girl was so stupid.

Sakura's mouth hung open in shock. "But..." She began to speak before she was but off by another voice.

"Team 7 isn't part of the main mission. The main mission is S-rank as you are to just babysit and that is a C-rank mission." Said Anko as she was growing tired of the pinkette.

Sakura took a step back as she was scared of Anko. She slowly nodded her head and stayed in the kitchen for the others wouldn't allow her anywhere near the map for they knew she could remember everything on it and could tell the damn Uchiha and things can go south fast and that wouldn't be good.

But twenty minutes later Team Ibiki and two members of team 8 left the house. Leaving behind only Choji and Kurenai with Kiba and Kakashi with the rest of team 7.

Next time Gato goes down and off to Uzu
