Prologue: Amazing Genesis

Green Hill Zone, Mobius. Sonic's Dimension (Past).

A Pocky rabbit is alone smelling the wonderful flowers of this field blessed with greenery and water. Green Hill is the crowned jewel of South Island and home to many animals and adventures. Once upon a time, this land was invaded by a mad scientist in his quest for world domination, kidnapping animals to power his robot army. Luckily, a young blue hero came to the island's rescue by battling the doctor across several Zones until his eventual defeat. A short time has passed since then and that classic superstar has returned to the island not to save the day, but to run.

His name is Sonic the Hedgehog, the Fastest Thing Alive. With his signature speed, he is enjoying life to the fullest. He rams through Motobugs before spinning through loop-de-loops. He runs along walls that leads him into bouncing off springs and several animals being chased by Badniks that needs a good Spin Dashing. No matter if he's hanging onto swinging platforms that are assaulted by a Badnik Horde, or clashing kicks with a Crabmeat's pincers, Sonic always races to the top with the cockiest yet coolest smile ever.

"That's the last of Robotnik's leftover bots. King Acorn should be grateful I'm cleaning his yard for him. Will never understand how he trusted that Egghead to be his adviser." Sonic joked after ridding this Zone of robots. "Oh well." He then continues his peaceful run through Green Hill, running through a corkscrew as he tells himself, "With Eggman gone for now, I can go back to do what I love: Running to my next adventure! Tails said he'll be meeting me at the end of the Zone. Hope the Tornado's warmed up, cuz I'm itchin' for some explorin'!"

Amidst his run however, the kid hedgehog comes to a sudden stop due to what sounded like an explosion. "Huh! What was that? Thought I heard something." Sonic looks around, wondering where it came from. He found nothing, causing him to shrug, "Hmm…It was probably nothin'.", and keep running.

Unbeknownst to the Blue Blur, something new is rising out from the sky. Something alien and massively dangerous. The ghostly creature roars, "HOOOOAAAAAARRRRGH!", while charging up mysterious energy that it soon unleashes throughout Green Hill. Sonic sensed this and turns around, only able to look in surprise as a white light consumes him.

Xiao Long Cabin, Patch Island. Remnant, Ruby's Dimension (Past).

BGM-RWBY: Ice Queendom OST-Day Off

A young goldilocks girl gets atop of her bedroom's bed with a book she wants to read aloud. A book containing the best fairy tales this world has to offer, with one particular story she is interested in reading called The Warrior in the Woods. Not just for herself, but for her greatest little red cloaked sister in the world that dreams of becoming a hero.

The Blonde Girl begins reading, "A long time ago, there was a village surrounded by an enormous forest. A village that had been safe from the creatures of Grimm for as long as anyone could remember. It had been so long, that the villagers believe that their forest had been charmed and would keep the monsters at bay, so long as no one entered it. But as time went on, the people became complacent."

"What does complacent mean again?" Her Little Sister asked adorably.

"Something something careless something." The Big Sister quipped expressively.

"Oh yeah."

"Anyway…" The Big Sister continues with the tale, "One day, a boy went into the woods in order to find his kite. For hours he was sidetracked chasing a bug and was almost attacked by a Beowolf when a young woman came to his rescue by killing the monster awesomely. She told him to forget her, and when the boy returned to his village, he told no one of the warrior who had saved him. But he did describe the terrible monster he had narrowly escaped. Those who believed him took his safe return as proof that the woods protected them. Everyone continued living exactly as they had. Everyone, except the boy. He kept returning to the woods to learn more about the warrior, why she protects people, why she lives alone. Basically she became a hero because she can and that there are some good people like him that gives her hope. She told him again to not come back. Of course he did, but not for another year. The villagers wondered why the monsters had returned. But the young boy, now a young man, he knew that they had never left. That until now, the village had been protected by an unseen warrior. And on the appointed day of his annual visit, he fought tirelessly to find her. Only this time, she was nowhere to be found. The woods would become too dangerous without their guardian. But the young man was going to do his best to protect the village in her place. And finally tell others of her story. So they would always know who they had to thank for the many years of good days that they'd enjoyed."

"I love that story! Can't believe you slept through it last time!" The Little Sister exclaimed happily upon the tale's completion.

"I was tired and Daddy made it sound boring. Lucky for you, Ruby, Big Sis Yang is here to spice up every fairy tale in the whole wide world!" Yang Xiao Long said with a youthful cocky smile and a hug that brightens up the face of her younger stepsister, Ruby Rose.

"You think I can become as great a hero as the ones in the stories?" Ruby asked her big sister.

"Of course! As long as you never give up and promise to do my chores today!" Yang quipped cheerily.

"Okay!" Ruby retorted excitedly, for a moment until she realizes what she said about chores, "Wait a second…"

Suddenly, the funny times comes to a close upon the sisters hearing some rumbling noises. "Did you hear that?" Ruby asked her big sister.

"Sound like it came from outside!" Yang replied, already racing out of the bedroom to investigate.

"What if that was an earthquake?! Shouldn't we stop, drop, and roll?" The worried Ruby shouted.

"You don't look like you're on fire! Stay inside!" Yang ordered, wanting to keep her sister safe.

Yang made it outside her house to find an ominous portal forming in the once peaceful blue skies above her blonde hair. And much to her annoyance, she also finds out her little sister followed her out here, "I thought I told you to stay inside!"

"I wanted to see!" Ruby retorted stubbornly.

There was no time to argue, as the same Dark Monster that attacked Mobius has breached spacetime in order to arrive in Remnant. "Whoa, is that a Grimm?" Ruby commented in amazement of the shadowy creature.

"I dunno. Looks like it came from space. An alien Grimm? That'd be cool." Yang joked.

And just like in Mobius, the roaring Monster unleashes a mysterious power that consumes Remnant in a white light. Sisterly instincts push Yang into dragging her sister back into the house for her own safety. It was all in vain because as soon as Yang was consumed by the light, the terrified Ruby screams, "AAAAAAAAAH…!", once it was her turn to disappear in the white.

Nueva York, Earth. Spider-Man's Dimension (Year 2099).

BGM-Spider-Man Unlimited (Game) OST-Gameplay 2099

Five teens cruise the skies above the futuristic city in their hovercar. They don't expect any trouble from the local flyboys in the Public Eye. They are surprised when that police force does show up, in pursuit of a blue and red-clad figure in a spider-themed caped costume. "You're not getting away from us this time, Spider-Man! Your activities, including crippling several of our officers, have labeled you a public menace! Surrender immediately!" A Public Eye Officer accused the web-slinging superhero.

"Not interested." Spider-Man snarked dryly.

This Webhead prefers his actions to speak for him as he uses abnormal organic webbing to disarm the officers easily of their guns, even causing one of them to crash their hoverbike into a skyscraper. The stern spider beats on the officers one by one until he leaps onto the back of the remaining goon and grabs him in the headlock, forced to give him a brief tour of the massive hi-tech city until the webslinger spots a tunnel going into the ground that he uses to finally escape from their hunt.

'That should teach the Public Eye a lesson. Shocking doubt it, but it was fun beating them up.' Spidey joked in his thoughts while crawling through the tunnel. He soon emerges in another section of the city, running up a skyscraper at incredible speeds while continuing his monologue. 'Now heading to the worst place to work in any world in 2099.' He said just as he stops on a rooftop across a titanic tower with the name, 'Alchemax.', labeled on it. 'Enjoy ruling the world, dirtbags. Savor it 'til I dismantle your entire corrupt organization. Send the entire Public Eye after me. Nothing will stop Spider-Man from putting you out of business.' He glares at the corrupt company his secret identity works at.

Before moving forward, his superhuman vision sees a massive energy building up in the atmosphere. 'My Accelerated Vision. It's seeing something…' Spidey thought.

A rift in spacetime then opens above Alchemax and releases the same Dark Monster that caused both Mobius and Remnant to vanish into nothing. "What the shock?! What is that thing?! Whatever it is, its energy readings are incalculable!" Spidey exclaimed in shock. His expressions are horrified to the max when the Monster starts draining the life out of this reality as well, causing everyone and everything around Spidey to vanish into the white, "No time for questions! Time to throw punches!"

The Web Warrior web-zips at his fastest toward the alien attacking his home. He nears to attack, but both his punch and his entire body was swatted aside effortlessly by the giant beast that saw him as just an insignificant insect. "SHOCK!" Spidey cursed while falling to the glowing white void below. He tries swinging himself to safety but buildings are disappearing faster than he can shoot his webs, "Everything is disappearing! What does that thing want with Nueva York?" He then looks at himself to realize something, "I'm not fading. Not yet at least. Meaning I still have a chance to set things right. Alright!" Determined, the Arachnid Hero reorients himself into a freefalling position down toward the white light. "Time to get to the bottom of this! No one threatens my city and gets away with it! LET'S DO THIS!" He shouted, vowing to unknowingly save dimensions from that Monster's wrath as he dives straight into the light that'll transport him to his greatest adventure yet.

BGM-Sonic Generations OST- Collection Room (File Select)

KFX Here: Compared to the original story, this prologue isn't much different besides the Kid RWBY stuff in order to fit the theme of how the characters handle their daily lives. The Spiders and Sonics will remain the main characters of this remake, while Kid RWBY will play a role in that RWBY subplot I mentioned. This is only the beginning of a grander adventure.
