Hello in this chapter we'll finally reveal the last Pokemon on Allen and Drake's team, and in case you forget what's on the teams so far, Allen team = Serperior (M), Escavalier (M), Bouffalant (M), Swanna (F), and Leavanny (F). And Drake's Team = Samurott (M), Accelgor (M), Braviary (M), Gothitelle (F), and Musharna (F). Now Chapter 13.
Chapter 13
Voyage Of The Ruthless And The Sleepers
The Sky
After escaping Claudia and Soren, everyone just kept on flying, and this made everyone flying tired, and while everyone not flying was asleep, Callum was wide awake. And it wasn't long before Rayla woke up and noticed Callum awake, and making a sound. "What are you doing?" Rayla asked Callum. "Meditating upon the meaning of sky." Callum said to Rayla. "Ugh! That's more boring than any answer I would have guessed." Rayla said to Callum. "I'm trying to connect to the Arcanum like Lujanne said, so I can use sky magic again." Callum said to Rayla.
"Didn't she also say you have to be born with the Arcano-what's-it to do magic?" Rayla asked Callum. "No, she said you had to connect to the Primal and that magical creatures are born with a connection. But Drake gave me the idea. Why can't I make my own connection?" Callum said to Rayla. "By sitting weird and humming?" Rayla asked Callum. "Drake calls it meditating. He told me to try it." Callum said to Rayla.
"And you told him to do that, why?" Rayla asked Drake. "To… get… him… to… be… quiet…" Drake said to Rayla, having a hard time staying awake. Rayla just sighed at this, and Callum got back to meditating. Then Rayla noticed Drake and Allen going up. But then after thinking for a second, she noticed Phoe-Phoe was the one going down.
"Uh, is it just me, or are we losing altitude?" Rayla asked everyone. "What? No way. I'm extremely attuned to slight changes in the air flow…" Callum said to Rayla, misunderstanding her words, before Phoe-Phoe started to plummet. This woke everyone up, and got the attention of everyone else flying and they went after Phoe-Phoe as fast as they could.
Phoe-Phoe then crashed in the ground and spun around, causing Ezran and Zym to get thrown off and go over a nearby clif with sharp rocks and water at the bottom of it, luckily Rayla was fast enough to gabe them before they could fall to their deaths, and Callum made sure she didn't go over too. Rayla then sighed. "It's nice having both hands again." Rayla said to everyone. "We know." Kali said, as everyone else reached them.
The Breach
Meanwhile, at The Breach, Amaya and Falinks were overlooking the path to the other side, with Amaya looking through a telescope. Amaya then turned to a man that was nearby, and asked the man a question, with sign language. "General Amaya, we've searched everywhere and there's been no sign of the elves. I think it's safe to conclude that the outpost on the Xadian side remains secret. There, look! The signal! The outpost is secure." The man said to Amaya, as he spotted puffs of smoke on the other side of the magma river.
"Falinks." Falinks said, having a bad feeling about this. Amaya agreed with Falinks and gave orders to the man, in sign language. "Yes, General. I'll ready a party." The man said to Amaya, before leaving.
The Castle In Katolis
Back at the Castle, Viren and the elf were looking at each other. "Who are you?" Viren asked the elf. The elf then turned his head and noticed Viren's staff. Then the elf walked away from the mirror, and started to leave. "What is it? Where are you going?" Viren asked the elf.
The Cliff
Back with the gain, after pulling everyone off the cliff, they all stood in front of Phoe-Phoe, with Yanma and Gligar asleep on Callum and Rayla shoulders, and Drake and Allen putting their weight on their staffs to stay standing up. "Phoe-Phoe is okay. She's just tired." Ezran said to everyone. "We... all... are..." Allen quietly said to Ezran. "She gets her power from the Moon Nexus. The further away we go, the harder it is to carry everyone." Ezran said to everyone.
"Wow, Ez, I can't believe you could understand all of that." Callum said to Ezran. "Yeah, we should have realized that sooner." Kali said to everyone. "You did such a good job getting us so far. Thank you." Ezran said to Phoe-Phoe, before Phoe-Phoe flew away. "So, what do we do now?" Ezran asked everyone. "Well…" Rayla said, as everyone looked at the large body of water.
"Xadia's that way. Across miles and miles of fluid I both need to survive and hate more than anything in the world." Rayla said to everyone, as she pointed across the body of water. "That is a problem." Kali said to everyone. "You know what? We'll just walk around it somehow. With our legs." Callum said to Rayla, making Drake and Allen groan. "No. That's sweet, but walking around is gonna take too long. We need to get that former egg, now adorable baby dragon, home to Xadia as fast as we can." Rayla said to everyone, as they looked at Zym, playing with Rockruff and Bait.
"We've got to go straight across." Rayla said to everyone. "So we need a ship." Kali said to everyone. "I'm... all... for... that..." Allen said to everyone, before he and Drake dropped to the floor. "Allen! Drake!" Ezran said to them. Then Kali rushed to them, and examined them. "They just passed out. Must have used too much energy with all the run, fighting, and flying. They just need to rest." Kali said to everyone. "But who's going to carry them? Rayla?" Callum asked everyone, while looking at Rayla.
"No way. I'm not carrying these two. Have one of their Pokemon do it." Rayla said to Callum. "Fine. Let me see." Callum said, as he started to take a pokeball off Allen and Drake, and opened them.
From Allen's Pokeball, a bone creature with black eyes, two bone bumps for ears, bone arms with an orange bone in the middle and a red bone on the end, all of which was encased in a green cell that also gave it three fingers. "Reuniclus?" the creature asked, looking around.
From Drakes Pokeball, a human-shaped creature that looked like it was wearing red and black armor, with white metal gauntlets, curved wrist blades, and boots, a curve blade in it's helmet, and four curve blades attached to the sides of its lower chest. "Bisharp?" the creature asked, looking around.
"Okay, not who I was going for, but. Reuniclus, Bisharp, can you two be a good boy and carry Allen and Drake?" Callum asked the creatures. The two of them then looked at their sleeping Trainers. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, before picking up Allen, and carried him in his arms. "Bisharp." Bisharp said, with an annoyed tune, as he tossed Drake onto his shoulders. Once that was done everyone started to move.
A little bit later everyone entered a port town, and hid behind some creatures, with a still sleeping Allen and Drake. "Well, we need a boat. And a captain who knows how to make it go." Ezran said to everyone. "Right. Specifically, a captain who doesn't hate elves or Pokemon." Callum said to Ezran. "That won't be a problem. Me and Kali can disguise myself as a human again." Rayla said to Callum, as she took her clock out of Ezran's bag. "Please don't." Kali said to Rayla.
But Rayla didn't listen to Kali, and started her Human Rayla act. "Hello, again, fellow humans, human fellows." Rayla said to everyone. "Oh, oh! You're going to love this, Zym. I'm a huge fan of human Rayla." Ezran said to Zym. "I don't know why?" Kali asked Ezran. "Let's go judge and criticize things other humans do, and then do the exact same thing ourselves." Rayla said to everyone, making Kali roll her eyes, and made Ezran laugh and Zym smile. "Do another." Ezran asked Rayla.
"Sure thing, old buddy, old pal. I am excited to rapidly eat a plate of unwholesome food in an excessive portion size." Rayla said to Ezran, making Ezran laugh again. "She's right. I'd eat a jelly tart the size of a dog." Ezran said to Zym, making Zym chitter with a big smile on his face. "Won't it be great to encounter other humans, and talk about which roads and pathways will take us somewhere slightly faster than other roads and pathways?" Rayla said to Ezran, making Ezran laugh, and Kali and Callum put a hand in their faces. "It is so true. We do love going slightly faster." Ezran said to everyone.
"Hey, sometimes getting somewhere slightly faster is important. Like, right now. Ezran and I will find a sea captain. Rayla, you and Kali, stay here, wrap the twins' staff in fabric, keep an eye on Zym, the Pokemon, and the twins, and work on growing a fifth finger." Callum said to everyone, as he stood up, and helped Ezran up. "You've got it, my smooth-skulled friend." Rayla said to Callum, as she stood up. "Please, never say that again. I'm sure the twins would find that one to be rude if they were awake." Kali said to Rayla, as Callum and Ezran left the group, by themselves.
The Castle In Katolis
Meanwhile Viren watched as the elf placed a table next to his side of the mirror. Then the elf brought a chest to the mirror. The elf then opened the chest pulling out, arock, black fabric, a roll of string and needle, a mortar and pestle, a wine glass full of water, and finally a knife. The elf gestures all these items to Viren. "You want me to find these items. I can do that." Viren said to the elf. The elf smirks at this.
The Port City
Back at the city, Kali and Rayla waited with Zym, the Pokemon, still sleeping Allen and Drake. Being bored, Rayla played with Zym's wings. Then Callum and Ezran came back. "We found the perfect Captain." Ezran said to everyone. "Goob, but what about them?" Kali asked, as she pointed to the twins. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, as her eyes turned pink, and a pink outline appeared on Allen and Drake. Drake and Allen, while still asleep, stood up and started to walk around, plus Reuniclus also made the twins dance a little.
"That'll work, but let's stand around them, just in case." Callum said to everyone. They all nodded yes, and started to walk, while hiding the twins and the girls faces. "So, should we be worried about this guy? You know, being...?" Kali asked Callum, pointing at her horns under her hood. "Don't worry, that's not gonna be a problem with this guy." Callum said to Kali.
"What, is he some kind of enlightened human who can really see the good in elves?" Rayla asked Callum. "Hmm. I'm not sure he can see the good in anyone, really. But that's part of what makes him qualified." Callum said to Rayla. "Why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Kali asked herself, as they walked down a dock. At the end of it, a man was waiting there. "We're back." Callum said to the man.
The man turned, revealing a middle-aged, with lightly tan skin, messy orange hair with a thick beard and three individual braids at the bottom of it, missing a tooth, wearing a pirate uniform with brown gloves and a dark vest covering a white blouse, two shoulder guards, a big swooping hat on his head, and his most noticeable thing, two eye patches, one black and the other brown. On the right shoulder, a red and white parrot with a hint of light blue in it, and light blue eyes.
And floating around his left shoulder was a light blue bug, that looked like a raindrop that was about to concert to another drop of water, a orange face with small black eyes, four diamond shape wings on the lower part of the body, and two large antennae that looked like mean looking eyes, with the colors being red papules, lilt blue iris, and orange eye lid. "Masquerain."
"Greetings!" The man said to everyone, surprising the girls, and confusing the Pokemon. "Really you found a blind sailor, with a parrot and a wired bug on his shoulders." Kali said to Callum. "Reuniclus." Reuniclus said to Kali. Kali then noticed that Reuniclus made Allen pull out his Pokedex and held it out for her to grab. Kali grabbed it and used it on the lobster.
Masquerain / Eyeball Pokemon / Flying + Bug Type / It intimidates enemies with the eye-like patterns on its antennae. Its four wings allow it to fly in any direction.
"The name's Captain Villads. The "D" is silent." the man said to everyone, as Kali put the Pokedex back into Allen's bag. "There's a "D"?" Rayla asked Captain Villads. "Arr!" Captain Villads said to Rayla. "Wait, there's a silent "R"?" Rayla asked Captain Villads. "Narr." Captain Villads said to Rayla. "Oh, okay, so it's just the silent "D" then." Rayla said to Captain Villads. "Aye!" Captain Villads said to Rayla. "Ah, so there's a-." Rayla said to Captain Villads, but Kali interrupted her.
"Rayla, he's speaking sea shanty, "Arr", "Narr", and "Aye" means, right, no, and yes, they're not letters, he's just answering your questions. Now can we move on." Kali said to Rayla, then to everyone. "These are, our regular human friends, Rayla, Kali, Allen, and Drake, pulse our Pokemon, Yanma, Rockruff, Gligar, Fomantis, Bisharp, and Reuniclus." Callum said to Captain Villads. "All spelled like it sounds." Rayla said to Captain Villads.
"Oh and let's not forget Rayla's cute, unusual dogs, Zym and Bait. "Ahoy Humans. Ahoy Pokemon. Ahoy Doggos. And these are my first mates, the bird is Berto and the thing flying around me is Flutter." Captain Villads said to everyone. "I'm a parrot." Berto said to everyone. "Masquerain." Flutter said to everyone. "Me ship's this way." Captain Villads said, walking to a ship, while bending his upper half down.
"Welcome to me water home, The Ruthless!" Captain Villads said, showing off his large ship. This made everyone, that was awake, drop their jaws. "Named after me dear wife, Ruth. Who sadly… don't enjoy sailing." Captain Villads said, walking up his gang plank. "So, you said if the wind's on our side, we could make it across the bay pretty quickly?" Callum asked Captain Villads.
"Aye! Course, there's a storm coming." Captain Villads said to Callum. "A storm? That could be interesting." Callum quietly said to himself. "So, we have to delay departing for a few days." Captain Villads said to everyone. "Uh, we're on a tight schedule. Isn't there anything we can do?" Rayla asked Captain Villads. "Yeah, we have important business on the other side." Kali said to Captain Villads. "Hmm, I suppose if we leave right now, we could race across the bay and beat the storm." Captain Villads said to everyone.
"Yes. Let's do that." Callum said to Captain Villads. "No problem. Unless the storm catches us mid-bay, and kills us all." Captain Villads said to everyone, chuckling. But this just made everyone nevious. But they moved past that feeling and got onto the ship, and started to set sail.
The Bay
After setting sail, Darke and Allen were placed in some hammock below deck, while everyone else enjoyed the trip across the bay. While sailing, the Pokemon were scattered all over the place doing their own thing, Ezran, Zym, Rayla, Kali, and Bait were at the head and noticed some dolphins swimming near the ship, making Ezran cheer. Callum was with Captain Villads. And even though Captain Villads couldn't see Callum, he knew Callum was watching him.
"Ye might be wondering what happening to me eyes." Captain Villads said to Callum. "Well, I didn't want to be rude." Callum said to Captain Villads. "Me left eye was taken by a flock of mutinous seagulls." Captain Villads said to Callum. "Uh, wow. And what about your right eye?" Callum asked Captain Villads. "Don't know. Came at me form me left." Captain Villads said to Callum, as the wind started to blow, and felt them facing the wind.
Then Callum had an idea. "Hey, wait. How are we going that way when the wind is blowing in that direction?" Callum asked Captain Villads. "Oh, that's how you sail, me boy." Captain Villads said to Callum, gesturing to the sails. "The wind doesn't push us where we want to go?" Callum asked Captain Villads. "The sail is more like a wing, flying through the wind, pulling the boat against the water currents below us. It's like shooting a willow melon seed from between your fingers." Captain Villads said to Callum, pulling out a seed from his pocket.
"You squeeze in on both sides, but the seed shoots straight out." Captain Villads said to Callum, squeezing the seed, and making the seed hit Callum in the face. Callum caught the seed, and gave it to Berto. "I think I get it." Callum said to Captain Villads. Then a wave crashing into the ship, making everyone lose their balance. Everyone but Captain Villads, who had no problem grabbing the helm of the ship, but his hat did get blown off his head, and Berto and Flutter flew off to get it.
Captain Villads then stabilizes the ship. "After you're in the elements long enough, you get a feel for where the wind is and how it's about to change. It's like a connection, deep in my bones." Captain Villads said to Callum, as Berto and Flutter came back with the hat and put the hat on Captain Villads head.
"Hold on, you feel a connection to the wind? How did you get that?" Callum asked Captain Villads, as he got up. "What, just because I'm blind and have narcolepsy you thought I wouldn't have sailing sense?" Captain Villads asked Callum. "No! No, no, no. That's not what I meant, I… Wait, narcolepsy?" Callum asked Captain Villads, before noticing Captain Villads was asleep.
"Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up-" Berto said to Captain Villads, but Captain Villads woke up and hit Berto in the head, this made Flutter giggle. "What happened? The last thing I remember, I was talking about narcolepsy and then falling asleep." Captain Villads said. "Yeah. That's about right." Callum said to Captain Villads.
But then the storm started to roll in, making Zym and Rockruff whimper a little. But once the thunder started to sound from the storm, Zym started to enjoy it. "Storm's a comin'. Seems as if we won't beat it after all." Captain Villads said to everyone, before laughing. "Huh. Maybe it's my chance." Callum said. "A chance to die." Berto said to Callum. "I was gonna to say my chance to learn." Callum said to Berto. "To learn how to drown." Berto said to Callum, before squawking.
The Castle In Katolis
Meanwhile, Viren had finished gathering all the stuff the elf asked him and brought it to the mirror, which now had a table in the room, and placed the items on the table. Once the elf saw the stuff, he started to touch his items.
The elf picked up the fabric and used the thread and needle to sew a symbol in it. Viren copied the symbol and held it up to the mirror. "I've never seen this rune before." Viren said to the elf. Then the elf drew the symbols with purple energy, making the symbols glow. Then the elf covered the rock with the fabric, and broke open the rock, revealing the geo inside. Viren did the same thing.
Then the elf crushed one of the geos with the pestle, and Viren again copied him. Then the elf poured the powder geo into a cup, Viren then did the same thing, turning the water purple. Then the elf held the glass up, like he was proposing a toast. "You expect me to drink this?" Viren asked the elf. The elf nodded and drinked his glass, until there was nothing left in it.
Viren looked at the liquid for a few seconds before drinking it. "Ah. It's surprisingly not terrible." Viren said, before putting the glass down. Then the elf picked up the knife, and Viren did the same thing. Then the two held the blade of the knife into the palm of their hands. "Why should I trust you? I don't even know who… I don't even know what you are." Viren said to the elf. Viren sighed. "I need time to think." Virne said, before slamming the dagger into the table, and leaving.
The Bay
With the gang, they were all clinging to the ship, while trying to ride out the storm. This made Rayla turn green and Zym hid behind her. "You're turning different colors. Is that your Moonsadow form?" Ezran asked Rayla. "No. This is my rare glow toad impersonation." Rayla said to Ezran, trying to hold back the urge to throw up. "Yes, this color means she's sea sick." Kali said to Ezran, giggling a little at Rayla. This made Rayla look at her with a mean look, while still trying not to throw up.
"Storm's too strong! Best we moor off the lee side of the island, and wait till it clams." Captain Villads said to Callum, pointing out to the bay. Then Berto and Flutter moved Captain Villads arm to be pointing at a nearby island. "Berto,to the bow! Flutter to the sails" Captain Villads said to Bertro and Flutter, as Berto flew to the front of the ship, and Flutter got near the sails. "Aye, aye! Port, port!" Berto said to Captain Villads.
Captain Villads then spon the helm, making the ship go right. "Currant fast! Drop the sail!" Berto said. Then Flutter undid a rope, making the sail hang in the wind. "Starboard! Starboard!" Berto said, as he flew away from the front of the ship, which was heading for sharp rocks.
Captain Villads made a sharp left turn and doped the first rock. "Port! Port!" Berto said. Captain Villads then made a sharp right turn, making everyone in the ship rock, back and forth. Then Captain Villads stopped the ship on a dime, in the island dock. Berto and Flutter then tied the ship to the dock. "Nailed it. Squawk!" Berto said to Captain Villads. "Did he just say the word "squawk"?" Ezran asked Captain Villads. "That's what surprised you?" Kali said to Ezran. "Yes." Ezran said to Kali. "Whatever. I'm going to check on the twins." Kali said to everyone, as she went below deck.
There she found the twins still asleep, even though they were soaking wet from the waves crashing in from the open porthole next to them. "Okay what's it going to take to wake these two up?" Kali asked herself.
The Breach
With Amaya and Falinks, they were leading some soldiers across the path to the secret outpost, hidden in a cave, with Amaya riding a horse and Falinks walking around her in a six point star formation. Once they got there, Amaya dismounted her horse and started to walk, with Falinks still in the six point star formation. Then they all started to look around. When looking around, they found some weapons lying around, and freshly cooked food.
This got them all on edge. "I don't understand. Why would the outpost be abandoned? They just sent the signal a few-." the man said, but stopped when they noticed something walking towards them from a tunnel. They all got ready for a fight. But it was a knight. "Soldier, your signal was late. What happened? Where is everyone?" the man asked the knight. "Yes. My apologies, sir. The others went on patrol, and I missed my cue. The next signal will happen exactly on the hour." the knight said to the man.
The man scoffed at this, and everyone started to leave. Everyone but Amaya and Falinks, they noticed the knight greatly talking in sign language. Then the knight looked behind him quickly. Amaya figured out what was going on, and charged at the knights with Falinks following her. Amaya then used her shield to block some arrows that were going to go right into the knight's back. The sound of the sorrows hitting the shield got everyone's attention.
Then an orange glowing heat wave came out from the tunnel. But Falinks used Protect and protected Amaya and the knight from the heat wave, byt making a green bubble around them.
Then more elves started to come out of the tunnel, with arrows ready to fire. The knights tried to escape, only to run into more elves. Soon they all realized they were completely surrounded. That's when the elf Amaya fought, and the Volcarona came out of the tunnel ready to fight. The sight of these two, put Amaya and Falinks on edge. But the elf, ovestly the leader of the elves, and the Volcarona looked at them with a serious look on their faces.
The Bay
Meanwhile, everyone was sitting in the rain. "Well, we didn't beat the storm. We'll have to wait it out below deck." Captain Villads said to everyone, leading everyone below deck. "Hooray. We're wet and miserable and we've saved no time at all." Rayla said to everyone. "At least we're here and not in that town." Kali said to Rayla, as she went below deck. "Good point." Rayla said to Kali, as she started to go below deck. But she stopped when she noticed Callum standing by the ship's railing.
"Hey, are you coming or what?" Rayla asked Callum. "Yeah. I agree." Callum said to Rayla. Rayla realized that he wasn't listening and walked to him. "I know that face. It's the "dumb idea" face." Rayla said to Callum, sitting on the railing. Then a bolt of lightning struck.
"Every time lightning strikes, I can feel something." Callum said to Rayla. "Yeah, me, too. It feels good to not be struck by lightning." Rayla said to Callum. "No, I mean, It feels like it did when I used the Fulminis spell. Maybe, if I'm brave enough to go into it, and face the storm, that's how I'll make the connection." Callum said to Rayla. "Or it'll blow you up until you're dead." Rayla said to Callum, as Zym came out from below deck.
Zym then started to play in the rain, and looked at the sky when lightning flashed. "See? Zym gets it. He can feel it, too." Callum said to Rayla, as Ezran came up and picked up Zym, and Rayla stood up. "You really wanna go out there, don't you?" Ezran asked Zym. "Oh, no, no, no, no, no. It's one thing to stupidly risk your own stupid human life, But I am not gonna let you risk the life of the future King of the Dragons. If Allen and Drake were awake, they would agree with me." Rayla said to everyone.
"But, he is a storm dragon. He'll be safe." Ezran said to Rayla, as Callum handed Rayla his bag, and took Zym from Ezran. Callum and Zym then left the ship. "If you die out there, I swear I'll kill you." Rayla said to Callum.
For a bit Callum just meditated while Zym was moving around him, but Callum got nothing. "Okay. It's wet. Mmm… The wind is blowing. It's blowing a lot. I'm cold, I'm soaked." Callum said, before giving up. "Is your skin supposed to wrinkle up like this when you understand the Sky Arcanum?" Callum asked Zym. Zym just chitter. "I don't think I feel any different." Callum said, before looking up a large rock. "Maybe I need to get higher up." Callum said, before he tried to climb up the rock.
But Callum slipped and fell. Callum just laid there, looking at the storm clouds trying to feel anything but cold and wet. But again, he felt nothing. Nothing, but Zym getting on him. "I don't know how I'm supposed to get this, Zym. You're a magical creature. Somehow, it's inside you. But I'm just a human. There's nothing inside me, despite what Allen says. I want this so much, that Allen is right and I can do anything. Because when I could do magic, I finally felt like myself, and now I've lost that. I'm just trying to find my way back." Callum said to Zym with a sad tune in his voice, and Zym understood him. and had a sad look on his face.
Then Callum noticed a lighting striking a single point of the island, and held hands around it, in a circle. "It looks like the Primal Stone. That's where we need to go." Callum said to Zym, before he and Zym started to go to the lighting rod.
Meanwhile on the ship, while Kali was examining Allen, to make sure he was okay, Drake woke up. And the first thing he did was look out the port hole to see them on a ship, on an unknown island, in the middle of a storm, and Callum leading Zym to a place where lighting was constantly striking. "I take a nap, and look what happens." Drake said, as he got up and left the ship, leaving his staff.
That's about when Kali went to check on Drake. "Okay Drake, now that I've finished examining your brother. It's time for your examination." Kali said to Drake, before she noticed he was gone. "Really? Now you're up and about. Where do you go?" Kali asked, looking around for Drake. And where Drake was, was outside, going after Callum and Zym. "What's wrong with that boy? I can't even take a nap around him." Drake said, annoyed and wet.
The Castle In Katolis
Back at the castle, Viren was on a balcony, thinking about the elf in the mirror, when he noticed a crow flying into one of the castle's towers, with a letter in its talons. Viren then moved to the tower. "Did a message come for me?" Viren asked the Crow Master. "Ah, yes. Four messages, in fact." The Crow Master said to Viren, as he started to search through the stacks of letters. "Four messages came for me and I was not informed?" Viren asked the Crow Master.
"Actually, we searched the entire castle. We couldn't find you anywhere. What, are you hiding in some secret chamber somewhere?" The Crow Master asked Viren, chuckling a little. "I was in the bathroom." Viren said to the Crow Master. "Oh, right." The Crow Master said to Viren, before handing Viren the letters. Viren opened the letters, and they all basically said they agreed to have the summit of the Pentarchy, making Viren happy. "The other four kingdoms have agreed to a summit of the Pentarchy." Viren said. "Wow, that sounds important." The Crow Master said to Viren.
"I will rally the kings and queens behind Katolis and finally destroy the Xadian threat, then get rid of this Pokemon plague. You are witnessing history." Viren said to the Crow Master, forgetting the Murrkrow in the room. The Murrkorw, did not like what Viren was saying, and landed on Viren head, before he started to peck his beak into Viren's head. "While that is great for me. Murrkrow doesn't like it." The Crow Master said to Viren, as Viren tried to get Murkrow off his head.
"Um, I know this might be bad timing. But would you rate the service you received today as excellent?" The Crow Master asked Viren. Viren said nothing, while trying to get Murkrow off him, but his face said no.
The Bay
Back with Callum and Zym, they almost reached the spot, with Drake almost catching up to them. The spot was, a lighting rod was on top of an abandoned windmill. "It's a lighting rod." Callum said before he started to climb up a ladder, with Zym on his back. Soon Callum was face to face with the lighting rod.
"Maybe if I…" Callum said, reaching for the lighting rod, but something stopped him. "Don't move a muscle." Drake said to Callum, as he reached the roof. "Drake you're up." Callum said to Drake. "Yes. Now can you explain to me, why you're by a lighting rod during the middle of a storm, and why we're on an island in the middle of nowhere?" Drake asked Callum, as he moved to Callum, and sat across from him and right next to the lightning rod.
"We need to get across the bay as fast as we can and hopely make it before the storm hits." Callum said to Drake. "And by the fact that you and I are soaking wet. I'm going to say that didn't happen." Drake said to Callum. "Right. So we had to dock here and wait it out." Callum said to Drake. "Cause I have to do this. I have to understand the Sky Primal." Callum said to Drake, before he tired and reached for the lighting rod, but Drake grabbed Callum's hand and stopped him.
"Callum don't." Drake said to Callum. "You don't understand. I need to do this to understand the Sky Primal." Callum said to Drake. "Callum, I know how much you want this. But this isn't the way." Drake said to Callum. "What would you know?" Callum asked Drake. "I know that you will find a way to do magic again. But risking your life isn't the way, and I promised your father I would protect you. So I'm not going to let you do this anyway." Drake said to Callum.
Callum then sighed. "You're right. I can't risk my life to learn magic. This is crazy." Callum said to Drake. "Glad you're finally making sense. Now let's go be-." Drake said to Callum, as he stood up, but was interrupted by a bolt of lightning striking him.
The Breach
Back with Amaya, she, Falinks, and the knights were still surrounded by the elves and the Volcarona. Then the leader elf pointed her Sunforge bladed at Amaya, making the other elves attack. A few of the knights tried to fight the leader, but the leader elf, easily cut threw their shields and swords. Then Volcarona sent the knights in front of the leader elf, running away, by shooting out a stream of fire.
With the plath clear, the leader elf charged at Amaya and Falinks. Falinks noticed this, and used Protect, forming a green bubble around them and Amaya. "Volcarona." Volcarona said, before firing another stream of fire at the bubble, encasing the bubble in fire.
When the fire and bubble disburse, Amaya then notices the elf leader within stabbing range of her. Amaya tired to block the elf leader's sword with hers, but the Sunforge blade easily cut through her sword. So Amaya had to stick with dodging the elf leader's attack, while the Falinks tried to use Brick Break, and break the elf leader's bones. But the elf leader was quick enough to dodge Falinks' attack, and kick the Brass, the leader of the Falinks, into Amaya. Then Amaya and the Brass crashed into a wall.
That's when they noticed the elf leader charged at them. Amaya and the Brass Falinks dodged the elf leader's attack, and jumped onto a roof. There Amaya slammed her shield into an elf who was firing arrows at the knights, making the elf crash into the ground. Then the elf leader and the Volcarona came up to them, but the rest of the Falinks jumped up and joined Amaya and the Brass Falinks.
Amaya put her shield away, and got ready to fight with her fist. This made the elf leader mad, and it didn't help that Amaya taunted her. "Volcarona." Volcarona said before letting out an orange glowing heat wave at them, and while it made Amaya and Falinks close their eyes, as they tried to hold their ground, the leader elf was unaffected by the heat wave.
Then the elf leader attacked Amaya, and while Amaya and Falinks were able to dogged her attacks, the elf leader was able to starch Amaya armor. This made Amaya mad, and this time the elf leader taunted her. Amaya then charged at the elf, and used her fist to hit the elf leader. Meanwhile Falinks was using Headbutt and keeping Volcarona from helping the leader elf.
During the fight between Amya and the elf leader, Amaya forced them into a large gear of the outpost, making the elf leader lose her sunforge blade. Then the two of them got up and tried to get their hands on the Sunforge blade. But they reached the sunforge blade at the same time and started to fight over it, with each having on hand on it. But during that fight, the sunforge blade was knocked up into the ceiling of the cave.
Amaya thought she now had a chance to win the fight, but then the elf leader's skin started to lightly glow orange, and cracks that looked like molten fire started to appear on her skin. This surprised Amaya. Then the elf leader lunged at Amaya, yelling in a very deep and angry voice.
This lunge knocked them both off the wheel, and on the ground. This got the attention of Falinks and Volcarona. "Volcarona." Volcarona said, as a ball of light started to form in front of him, then Volcarona tossed the ball of light into the air, and the cave ceiling started to shine like it was high noon, on a clear day. This made the elf leader stronger. The elf leader started to attack Amaya again. And while Amaya dodged the elf leader's attack, the elf leader still smashed everything she hit. This made Amaya run. "Falinks." Falinks said before going to help Amaya.
Meanwhile Amaya was still dodging the elf leader's attack, and with some luck, amaya made the elf leader slam her fist into the wheel, getting it stuck. Knowing they couldn't win, Amaya knew it was time to leave.
While moving back to the other knights, Amaya ran into Flainks, and gestured to them to use Brick Break on the elves, while she pulled out her shield. They nodded, and made their horns grow and glow white. Then Amaya and Falinks easily broke through the elves blocking the way out. The knights took this opening to escape.
But it was at this time, the elf leader got herself free from the wheel and started to go after the humans. "Volcarona." Volcarona said to the elf leader stopping her, cause he knew that battle was over. But the elf leader wasn't done with Amaya, not by a long shot. And as Amaya rode away on her horse, she felt the same thing. That the battle between her, Falinks, the elf leader and Volcarona, was far from over. And that the elf leader and Volcarona was a serious problem for them.
The Bay
Back at the bay, the storm was ending, and everyone, plus a now awake Allen, was looking for Callum, Zym, and Drake from the ship. "I still can't believe you let the two go out there during a storm." Allen said to everyone. "Hey, they wanted to be out there." Rayla said to Allen. "How many times do I have to say I'm sorry." A voice said, getting their attention.
Everyone turned their heads to see Callum and Zym walking to the ship, with a mad, hair standing up, Drake. "When you reach a thoundans, I'll let you know if that's enough." Drake said to Callum.
Everyone got off the ship, and walked to them. "Drake? What happened?" Allen asked Drake. "Because of this guy's idea. I got struck by lightning." Drake said to everyone, surprising everyone. "Are you okay?" Kali asked Drake. "If I didn't have Zekrom's powers I wouldn't be. But I do. So I'm fine." Drake asid to Kali. "Are you sure you're okay?" Allen asked Drake, getting closer to Drake. "I told you I'm fine, brother." Drake said to Allen, placing a hand on Allen's right shoulder.
Then from Drake's hand, Allen started to glow yellow and make a cracking sound. Soon the glow completely covered Allen, then faded away. "Allen are you okay?" Kali asked Allen. "No, I can't move." Allen said to Kali. Drake then tapped Allen, making him fall to the ground. And while Allen's body did move in response to hitting the ground, he still didn't move. "I guess that lightning bolt gave me the move Thunder Wave." Drake said to everyone.
"Thunder Wave?" Rayla asked Drake. "A move that causes paralysis." Drake asid to Rayla. "So you paralsied him?!" Ezran asked Drake. "Only for a short while. I just put too much eletict in his body. It'll work it's way out of him." Drake said to Ezran. "Isn't there any way to speed it up?" Kali asked Drake. "Unless you have a Cheri Berry in your pocket, nope. Now help me get him into the ship." Drake said to Kali, as he and Kail, grabbed Allen, and dragged him onto the ship, with everyone else following them, everyone but Callum and Rayla.
"What's wrong?" Rayla asked Callum. "I feel stupid. You were right." Callum said to Rayla. "Callum…" Rayla said to Callum, as Callum turned away from her and took a few steps away from her. "I could have gotten Zym or Drake killed. I put us all in danger. And worst of all, when we were right there, in the center of the storm, I thought I wanted this badly enough, but in the end Drake stopped me form doing something stupid." Callum said to Rayla. Rayla then walked to Callum, and placed a hand on Callum's right shoulder, making Callum turn to her. "Good." Rayla said to Callum, hugging him. Callum returned the hug.

Back at the castle, Viren walked into the room with the mirror in it, with bandages on his face, and a piece of fabric in his arms. In the mirror, the elf was waiting for him. The elf got ready to cut his palm, but Viren had something else in mind. Viren just covered the mirror, surprising the elf.
