After the defeat of Laxus and the Raijinshuu, Everyone is back to the guild while preparing for the Fantasia Parade which everyone worked hard to prepare even though they are injured from the Battle of Fairy Tail.

Natsu is sitting at a table with his kids as they were in the middle of eating some sherbets provided by Lisanna. He then hears the commotion coming from the front door as he sees Laxus coming in.

Natsu stands up from his seat as he made his way towards Laxus who is surrounded by others.

"where's gramps?" Laxus asked to Natsu who points to the medical room on the second floor.

"follow me" Natsu said as he walks towards the stairs with Laxus following him. Everyone looks to each other then towards the med room where Natsu and Laxus entered in.

"come on people! We have a parade to prepare for!" Erza shouted to them all as they snapped out of their trance and continued their work

Laxus stands by the doorway while Natsu is sitting on a chair beside Makarov who is looking outside by the window near his bed. Silence filled the air as there no words spoken by any of the three individuals in the room.

Makarov then breaks the silence "I hope you know what you had done" he said to Laxus

Laxus nodded to him as Makarov looks to his grandson than to Natsu who nodded

"a guild is a place for a family" he said while getting out of bed "it is a place for children who don't have a home to go to.. it is a place for joy and laughter to be.. it isn't something you can just take a guild needs a bond to be created, just having power, intelligence, nor fame. Won't make a guild at all"

"i…." Laxus spoke as he looks down "wanted to make this guild…the strongest one there is"

Makarov then got in front of his grandson "don't be serious all the time, life is much more fun than you can think" Makarov looks to him with a sincere look

"be more relax sometimes" Makarov then sighs "seeing all of you growing up together is something I would give to see everyday..causing this much pain to the town and to your own family, is something unforgivable"

Makarov then looks to Natsu who glanced at the old man before away

"you are excommunicated from the guild, Laxus" said Makarov as Laxus had a small grim on his face

The two stood in their place for a few seconds before Laxus turns around towards the door

"right….thanks for everything" muttered Laxus as Natsu glanced at the man before to Makarov who is holding back his streaming tears. "gramps"

"just go!" said Makarov, trying his best to stop his feelings.

after Laxus' ex-communication, we find Natsu walking inside the entrance of the Sakura Cave to find Ikaruga. He looks around and found no sight of the pink-haired woman.

"Ikaruga?" Natsu called out as he looks around to find her, but he saw no sight of her nor could smell any of her scent that is lingering around. "Ikaruga?"

Natsu went further in the cave before he hears running footsteps from behind as he turns to see Haruka and Haruo running to him.

"Papa!" exclaimed the twins as they run and hug their father's legs.

"why are you two?" said Natsu as he looks at them before to the front, his eyes seeing Ikaruga standing by the cave's entrance way.

"Papa! We brought the pretty lady here because she was very nice to us!" said Haruo with a smile.

"yeah! She's a very pretty lady!" added Haruka before looking to Ikaruga who smiled. "isn't she pretty, Papa!?"

Natsu looks at the twins before he softly smiled.

"yeah" said Natsu as Ikaruga slowly approached them "she is a very pretty lady"

Natsu sat down as he sat Haruka and Haruo on his lap while Ikaruga sat in front of them. The group started to have a conversation as the twins look at Ikaruga who smiled softly at them before they lunged at her and started crying.

The father watches his twins cry to Ikaruga who shed a few tears before gently embracing them with all of her love. Natsu smiled softly before Kiara came climbing up to his shoulder and looks at the man who looks back at the Pop Fox. Kiara squealed before getting her chin scratch by Natsu.

"yeah…." Said Natsu with a small smile "fate can be interesting."

the city of Magnolia is shining as the Fantasia Parade was bursting with cheers. It was truly a night to be remembered. So many magics were shown off along with various dancing and tricks performed by the mages of Fairy Tail.

Natsu is sitting on the roof of a building with Ikaruga by his side, the two are watching the parade from afar.

Natsu smiled as he saw Haruka and Haruo on Mira and Erza's float as they wore fairy and knight costumes. he looked down and saw Laxus looking at the parade. Laxus seemed to like the parade as much as everyone else for he just stood there and smiled.

"I hope you know that this place will always be your home and your family" Natsu told to Laxus who nodded to him

"yeah….i know" said Laxus before he slowly turns and walks away.

"LAXUS!" Makarov called out to his grandson. He then made a sign with his hand that the rest of the members copied. Laxus felt his voice tremble.

"this place…..really is the best!" Laxus cried out while in tears

Natsu smiled at Laxus before he looks to Ikaruga who smiled softly to see her children. She then looks at Natsu and smiled before leaning her head against his shoulder as Natsu leans his to her.

Both just stay at the roof as they watch the Fantasia Parade with happy smiles.
