I will admit, I got back into DBZ again. So expect a minor influx of crossovers soon. At least I'll have plenty to watch, LOL

"Come on Gohan! Let's play!"

"Wait up Tsuki!"

A pair of young children raced through the forest, the young girl a bit faster than the boy.

Tsuki paused long enough for her brother to catch up. He took deep breaths...mostly from long experience. Out of the two of them, his sister was more athletic and adventurous. Gohan was far more studious, which made their mother happy since Tsuki was far too much a tomgirl.

It was hard to believe the two were twins though. Tsuki had inherited their mother's flat, straight black hair and their father's strength on top of his adventurous spirit. Gohan had inherited his mother's intelligence, his father's spirit...and unknown to most, his father's ability to fight. He had also inherited Goku's hair, though thankfully with the use of proper hair care products his was much easier to take care of.

However one thing was obvious just by observing the children. Tsuki adored her twin brother, a lot. And it was fairly obvious to any real fighter she was always holding back on their playtime so that Gohan would be able to keep up.

Honestly, their mother Chichi coddled him too much.

Tsuki giggled, and started running again. Only this time it was to a certain someone who was out looking for them.

"Hey Gohan, the first one to dad wins!"

"Huh? Hey, wait up!" shouted Gohan, running a bit faster now.

"Daddy!"

"Hey Tsuki! Gohan!" said Goku, who was carrying a rather large log.

"Think we have enough firewood, daddy?" said Tsuki laughing, as she jumped onto the log. Gohan managed to crash into his father's legs, unable to stop quickly enough.

"I think it should last us a few months. Did you two ditch your studies again?" laughed Goku.

"Only the last half of it. Gohan already finished his, and I got most of it done!" chirped Tsuki. She made a face. "I didn't want to do anymore homework."

Goku laughed at that. He could get why she disliked it...he had given up trying to understand half of what Chichi insisted was necessary by the time the twins were only three.

"Tsuki! Gohan! How could you leave your homework half-done?" demanded Chichi.

"But I finished my homework...Tsuki is the one who left off early," said Gohan upset.

"What am I going to do with you, Tsuki? You'll never get a good job if you keep ditching your homework to play."

"But Mama, it's so boring!" whined Tsuki from her father's shoulders. "Those books on capsules are more fun to learn!"

Chichi blinked.

"Books on capsules?" she repeated.

"Oh yeah, didn't our teacher have a funny look on his face when he saw you reading that and complaining that the software was 'too simplistic'?" said Gohan. He had just been complaining about her inability to stay away during their lessons that morning too.

Chichi had a rather odd expression hearing that. Was the reason her daughter kept skipping class because it was too easy?

A week later Chichi dumped different books in front of her daughter. To her surprise Tsuki finished them all in an hour.

"Why didn't you tell me the problems were too easy?" said Chichi in surprise. Goku and Gohan were out camping for the night.

"Because I don't want Gohan to feel bad that I'm doing better than him," said Tsuki. "It's a big sister's job to look after their little siblings, and Gohan should proceed at his own pace, not mine!"

It was bad enough that her combat level was already much higher than her brother...Gohan was such a crybaby.

As her family slept, Tsuki couldn't help but feel an iota of guilt.

It wasn't her fault that she had memories of her past life. She wasn't supposed to exist, technically.

Tsuki, or rather Sawada Tsukiyo, sighed.

Out of all the series she could have been Isekai'd into, it had to be one of the longest running and most popular fighting series of all time? At least she knew enough of the events to follow that she could change a few things, but she wasn't looking forward to it.

She knew that the main events would begin when he went to visit his friends after five years. He had already collected two Dragonballs...he had three when everything started.

The manga was so popular even she had read it...mostly because Reborn insisted on taking some of the training ideas from it and using them on her because he was an ass like that after hearing the boys gush about it.

Tsuki shivered at the mere mention of Reborn-training.

At least her new life wasn't that bad. She actually rather liked it. Goku was a big goofball, but he was a vastly better father figure than Iemitsu had ever been. And Chichi was a bit study-obsessed, but she really loved her kids and actually paid attention when they were hurt.

It had been beyond weird, having actual motherly attention after an entire lifetime with a woman who only pined for her lying asshole of a husband who didn't even notice or care her daughter was being bullied and treated like garbage.

Tsuki always felt it said far too much about their parenting skills that Reborn, who barely tolerated children on a good day, was a better parent than either of them.

(Though she'd forever treasure the memory of him actually doing a spit-take when she said as much while dead drunk. The embarrassed "emergency training" from her old tutor was entirely worth it to see him blush.)

She rolled over in her bed and tried to go back to sleep. Chichi said she would lighten up on her studying and let her actually spend time with Goku in training so long as she kept her grades up. Gohan was still her baby, but Tsuki wasn't about to get in the way of her mother coddling him.

Piccolo, as she remembered, would take care of that in short order. Although maybe he could use a bit of help in that regard. She could only imagine how much stronger Gohan could have been during that big fight with someone who would become one of their strongest allies if he had more than three months training.

The day arrived when everything would be set into motion. Tsuki had prepared the best she could, while actually enjoying a childhood this time. At least she didn't have to worry about being sealed like before. Not only were Dying Will Flames not a thing, but her family was as far from "organized crime" as one could get. Hell, Goku wasn't even from Earth!

"You three have fun on your way to Master Roshi's!" said Chichi.

"We will, mama!" said Tsuki. On her back was Goku's old power pole, since she had shown an interest in it.

Ironically, Tsuki was better at using the pole as an actual weapon than Goku was. Then again, she had learned from a master in her old life and had simply put to use everything she remembered from her lessons with Fon.

It wasn't a bladed weapon, and Chichi encouraged anything that allowed Tsuki to behave like an actual girl, so she had allowed it. Mostly because of the adorable little flags Tsuki had sewn which had Master Roshi's emblem on it, since her dad wore the same gi every day. She tied them to either end and used the pole like a cheerleader's baton, complete with adorable outfit.

Tsuki kept quiet and did her best to hide her energy levels. She was confident that she could beat her uncle at this point in time, but she also knew that her father's death was a catalyst to get the others off their ass and train properly.

Which was why the first thing she did was ask where the bathroom was, and wait until Raditz had kidnapped her brother before coming out of hiding.

Goku only belatedly noticed his daughter's presence after they had already started chasing after his brother.

"Tsuki, this is too dangerous!"

"But daddy, I can get Gohan away while you're fighting the bad man!" she replied.

Goku didn't have time to drop his daughter off.

Piccolo looked a little annoyed at her presence.

"Brat, do you swear to stay out of the fighting?"

Dear lord, it was like dealing with a far less pissy Xanxus. She could work with that.

"I'll get Gohan away from the fighting so that mean man can't use him as a hostage again. This is daddy's fight!" said Tsuki.

"Let her come," said Piccolo. "We don't have time to go back."

Tsuki stayed hiding behind her dad, until Raditz pointed out the large crater. Rather than join in the fight, she slid down to find Gohan.

"So you had another brat, eh Kakarot? At least you managed to have a breeder."

Tsuki grimaced at the mental image. Clearly Raditz didn't see her as a proper threat, which was fine by her. She was glad he'd be dead after this.

"Nee-san!" said Gohan, relieved.

Tsuki went to work. All that time spent around the idiot trio of scientists was coming in handy now, because the software on the pod was ridiculously easy to crack.

Seriously, hadn't these idiots ever heard of firewalls?

Gohan hugged his sister tightly once the pod opened.

"Nee-san, what do we do?"

"We stay here until it's over. That bad man is too strong for us to deal with, and the last thing daddy or his friend need is us becoming a hostage," said Tsuki firmly.

Instead she was going to get a good look at the inner workings of the pod. There was no way it was just a method of travel for them.

She was so engrossed that she almost missed the sound of her father screaming in pain. Gohan didn't, and his dormant Saiyan ancestry woke up with a vengeance.

"LEAVE MY DADDY ALONE!"

Tsuki waited until the fighting was over before she used the power pole to get out of the crater.

Piccolo was too busy gloating about the Dragonballs to noticed Tsuki. At least until she kicked him in the shin.

"Are you stupid? Why do powerful people always feel the need to gloat without bothering to examine all the facts!"

"You little brat!" growled Piccolo...right until Raditz started cackling.

He paled...as much as his body would allow...hearing that two other fighters stronger than him were about to show up.

"Now do you see why I kicked you?" she said annoyed. "Why would they carry around such useful scanning equipment unless it was multi-functional? Especially one that wraps around the ear like that? If it was just a basic scanner, a pair of glasses would have done the trick just as well."

Piccolo looked like he wanted to kick himself...mostly because she had a valid point. Why would a warrior race carry around scanning equipment unless it had more than one function?

Tsuki snorted, her point made. She went to check on her brother first... Gohan had taken a good knock to the head, but he would live. Then she went to her daddy's side. Goku looked relieved she was alright.

It was actually rather painful, seeing her father disappear. She could only take solace in the fact she knew Goku would return just after the Saiyans arrived.

Seeing Piccolo take her brother, Tsuki latched onto his leg two seconds before he disappeared.

He was not amused.

"What the hell do you think you're doing brat?" he snarled as they landed in a small lake.

Tsuki couldn't care less about being wet. She just didn't want to end up being the sole focus of her mother's attention.

"I am not an idiot. Without Gohan there to distract mom, I'll be stuck studying more than I will be training. Besides, you'll need help undoing all the coddling Mom's done to Gohan if you want him trained in time," said Tsuki flatly.

"And why should I train you?"

The blast of flame nearly took off his head. Instead, it only knocked off his hat.

"Because unlike Gohan, I already know how to use ki. Dad showed me...the problem is I have no training in how to properly use it beyond the bare minimum."

"So you're not completely useless. Why did you stay out of the fight?"

"Because I wanted to know the full extent of my uncle's ability, before I let him know I was more than just a kid," lied Tsuki.

In reality she didn't want Vegeta or Nappa to know there was a major contender on Earth just yet. Besides, she needed time to properly condition her body before it was ready for a major fight like that guaranteed to be.

While it was a tad painful to dump Gohan in the wilderness, he needed time to properly grow up and stop whining about every little scrape. Besides, this meant she could train with Piccolo and help him with Gohan later.

Three days into training...

Tsuki allowed the transformation to take over...Piccolo needed to learn the hard way about the Saiyan's other power.

He probably wasn't expecting her to suddenly bite Gohan's tail off like that though. She would have to spit out some fur later, but that was a small price to pay for it.

She had gained dominance over her inner Saiyan when she was around two and the memories came back properly. It required a strong will to dominate the inner Monkey, and she had learned in her last life how to manifest her will as fighting power just to survive.

That monkey didn't stand a chance.

Piccolo eyed her when she reverted back into a child. Unlike Gohan, his sister hadn't gone into a berserker state. She had gone into something close to a meditative position and gathered the ki around her to condense it into something stronger.

There was one thing Tsuki wanted to know, for rather practical reasons.

"How the heck did you create new clothes out of nothing?"

"There's a trick to it. Survive against me for a month and I'll show you," he replied. Unlike Gohan, Tsuki clearly didn't need as much survival training.
