So sorry about the confusion earlier everyone! I had no idea that I had mistakenly posted the previous chapter as "Chapter Two" until someone told me. This is the REAL chapter two and I'm glad you're enjoying my attempts at a DBZ cross. I was highly disappointed there wasn't any decent ones on the site since it's such an old series. Especially the time travel fics...that needs to be expanded on!

Tsuki kept a close eye on her brother, while in the meantime trained her ass off with Piccolo. Once he realized she did have some idea how to fight, but was lacking in combat experience (at least in this body) he was more than happy to oblige her. It took her little time at all to figure out how to fly without her Flames, and even less time to figure out the basics of the Kamehameha technique Goku had only shown her once. Once Gohan showed some improvement, she'd show him how to do it as well...among other things.

She could only feel relief after Piccolo showed her the trick to creating clothes from pure KI. It made things less embarrassing. Unlike her father, Tsuki had inherited a firm sense of propriety, and thus didn't like going in the buff around others. Something her mother was eternally grateful for.

Running around in her underwear was one thing...as she had unfortunately gotten used to that thanks to Reborn's special bullets...but running around starkers didn't appeal to her in the least.

In between sparring with Piccolo, who held back even less than Xanxus or Reborn ever had (if that was even possible) she kept checking in on her brother.

Gohan was growing, but not fast enough. He was still very much a wimp at the moment.

Tsuki sighed...it was going to take some hard life lessons before Gohan was ready for the next stage of training.

With Piccolo...

While the younger sibling was still too much of a crybaby, the older sibling was a surprisingly competent fighter. There was an inner fire in her that was currently lacking in her brother. A flame that was like an inferno waiting to be unleashed on her opponent. Gohan was barely a tiny candle fire in comparison to Tsuki.

Which was why three times a week, he would spar with her for three days before giving her four days to rest or train by himself. It was an amicable agreement that he could tell was making him far stronger than before.

Whatever that strange orange fire was, it was boosting his own power levels far greater than he could have imagined.

"Piccolo, there's something you should know."

"What is it brat?"

"You're not from Earth," said Tsuki bluntly. Piccolo paused and properly looked at her. The weight behind her words was too much to ignore, and his instincts told him he should listen. "In fact there is another set of Dragonballs in the universe, on planet rather far from here. That's where you...or rather Kami was born. I don't remember the details, just that he somehow ended up on Earth a very long way from home."

"How do you know all this?" asked Piccolo. He knew Kami was listening to every word.

"Same way I know how to use that orange fire that doesn't burn me or my allies. I'm not exactly from around her either."

"I already know Goku isn't from Earth. That brother of his was more than happy to tell us about that."

Tsuki snorted.

"No, I mean I wasn't supposed to exist. Thanks to a trio of idiot scientists I ended up reborn in this world by accident. Gohan was supposed to be an only child, at least for several years."

Goten wouldn't show up until shortly after Trunks was born, after all. And that was at least seven years or more from now.

Piccolo listened to her. Something told him she was being truthful.

"If I'm not from Earth, then what planet am I from?"

"A place called Namek. I can prove it too... I know for a fact that you don't actually eat food, you just drink water."

Piccolo stared at her in shock. There was no way anyone should know that fact about him.

"There's more... the two Saiyans that are coming are called 'Vegeta' and 'Nappa', and the smaller one is the leader...he's also the Prince of Saiyans and he's a lot stronger than his partner. They will have their own minions which will distract the other fighters currently training to help us beat them. At least six if I remember right."

"How do you know all this?" demanded Piccolo. This was grim news.

Tsuki looked a bit sheepish.

"Trust me when I say you wouldn't believe me if I told you. Let's just say I have Seer powers and leave it at that," she said nervously.

No way in hell was she telling Piccolo she had read the majority of the manga! He was pissed off enough as it was. However playing it off as Seer's blood would be enough to convince most of them.

"So if you can see into the future, do we win?" asked Piccolo seriously.

"The Earth will survive...though someone had better tell King Kai to keep better track of the time, because Daddy will be late getting to the fight!" said Tsuki in annoyance.

Gohan was exhausted. However he had come a long way from crying at every little thing. Being forced to fend for yourself would do that to you.

"I wish Nee-san were here. She'd enjoy this a lot more than me," said Gohan, mostly to himself.

"I am enjoying it," said a voice.

Gohan blinked.

"I must be imagining things."

He felt a sharp "thwack" on his head.

"OW!"

"That's for calling me imaginary!"

"Nee-san?!" said Gohan in surprise.

Tsuki had the power pole in her hands and was glaring at her brother. Gohan didn't think twice...he was so relieved to see his big sister again. He hugged her hard.

"But I thought I was all alone here," said Gohan.

"Do I really look stupid enough to go home when you're in training? Mom would never let me out of her sight and then we'd never survive the incoming Saiyans," said Tsuki exasperated.

Gohan winced at that.

"Why didn't you show up sooner?" he asked.

"You needed to grow out of the crybaby stage and get a backbone," said Tsuki. "I wanted you to grow into your own before I showed up to teach you a few things dad taught me. And a few things he doesn't know."

Piccolo was having his own issues learning how to use Dying Will Flames. From what she saw, he was a Cloud with the odd Mist capability. Made sense, what with his tsundere personality.

And that thought always made Tsuki twitch due to withheld laughter, mostly because it had taken her all of ten minutes to peg Piccolo to be a complete Tsundere of all things. Then again, Vegeta was such a Himedere...not that he would know what it meant.

Tsuki put her arm around her brother's shoulder.

"First things first...I'm going to get you used to KI so when the Saiyans arrive you'll be at a better advantage. And we're going to spar at least two or three times a week...so you don't get your butt whooped by Piccolo who plans to throw you into the wringer."

Tsuki was positive that Gohan had a big ol' "daddy complex" button in his psyche. Once she figured out the best way to use it, she was going to push him as hard and as fast as he could tolerate...then she'd dump the remainder on Piccolo to hone into something close to competent.

Right now his dying will wasn't remotely strong enough to bring out. She was going to fix that.

Gohan would later look back on his training and shudder...his sister was evil, and he would openly claim Piccolo's training was far less traumatic!

(In another world, Reborn felt an overwhelming sense of pride and dark amusement. He knew it had to be his former student causing chaos in his name again.)

With Piccolo...

The Namekian warrior stared at the older sibling's training of her younger brother. He felt the faintest stirrings of pity for Gohan, but he also knew perfectly well that the kid needed the extra push if they were going to beat the Saiyans coming.

He still felt something close to sympathy for the brat though. And he thought his training was cruel and unusual...

Gohan was exhausted. The only good thing was that his sister was at least nice enough to let him actually sleep once he couldn't move anymore.

Tsuki was a cruel task-master, but he was getting a lot stronger than he had been before. For one thing, she had a habit of throwing fireballs at him whenever he dared to say he "couldn't do it" or he asked for help without really trying at all. And the days when they sparred were the least exhausting...Gohan never knew martial arts training could be so fun!

Then again, Tsuki had convinced their grandfather that she learn hand to hand combat, since their mom put their foot down on her learning how to fight like their father.

And that was before she had him really using his sword as a weapon. Since he insisted on keeping the weapon Piccolo had made with his tail, Tsuki was determined he would become at least competent at it's use.

He didn't know where his sister learn to fight like this, since there were no swords where they lived. He just knew he was definitely getting stronger with her around.

Three months into her training, she disappeared for a week...before returning with certain items.

"Where did you get the capsule box?" asked Gohan.

"Bulma. Mama went ballistic learning what happened and it's been long enough that I know you'll take the training seriously instead of whining to go home. So I asked her for a satellite phone to contact home," shrugged Tsuki.

This would help raise Gohan's fighting spirits, and Chichi might calm down if she brought their long-overdue homework for the rare days she gave her brother off. That might keep her from trying to smother them once this was over.

Tsuki wisely stayed out of hearing range. She did not want to find out exactly how loud her mother could get.

Gohan's mood went up considerably hearing his mother's voice. Chichi was just as relieved both twins were together...Tsuki might be a wild child, but she was fiercely protective of her younger sibling.

"Just so we're clear, I expect you to redouble your efforts in training, okay?" said Tsuki.

Gohan winced at the thought, but nodded. Just being able to speak to his mother was more than he had hoped for.

"Wait...how did you get to Bulma so fast?" asked Gohan.

Tsuki gave him a flat look. Gohan wondered why her expression was incredulous.

"Daddy has a cloud that flies people around, remember? Nimbus knows us, so there's no reason why it won't answer to us," said Tsuki deadpan.

Gohan...felt like face-palming. He could have been home months ago and he never once thought of calling Nimbus to him.

While the training was harder than before, Gohan's spirits were higher than ever since he could finally talk to his mother. He had really missed her.

Tsuki, once Chichi had calmed down on the matter of training, contacted her later. She wasn't an idiot after all.

Chichi had also been an active fighter when the original Piccolo was running amok. She knew how dangerous fighting could be, and Tsuki ruthlessly reminded her that this "Raditz" character had targeted Goku without any previous altercation with him, just because he was strong.

And now even stronger fighters were coming because they had learned of the Dragonballs, and they would obviously go after the twins because they were Goku's children and therefor naturally stronger than most.

Chichi was not happy about this, but Tsuki's ruthless use of cold, hard logic made it hard for her to argue on the matter. Things could go back to normal (mostly) once the main threat was over and Goku was back.

It was almost time for Piccolo to take over the training. His sparring with Tsuki had allowed him to raise his level considerably over the past few months.

There was one thing left to do, in her mind.

"Okay little brother, time to show me your dying will!" said Tsuki.

Gohan had no time to react as golden-orange fire was shoved into his body. The limited ki reserves Tsuki had managed to coax out erupted from him, and strange new energy was forcibly brought to life inside his body.

This was a bastardized version of the Deathperation Bullet Reborn had created. It had taken a lot of trial and error for her to figure out this trick, but the results were worth it when someone needed their Dying Will activated. However it was really sloppy, time consuming and didn't focus one's desires to fulfill their last dying wish...hence why she had never bothered to refine it. Besides, in her old world if she needed this sort of boost she would use the pills or the bullet. This was a last-resort measure that she really hated to use.

Gohan's Dying Will woke up with a vengeance. Tsuki had been nudging Gohan into a desperate state all day, and waited until the right time to use this technique.

She watched as orange flames mingling freely with gold and a few decent streaks of green erupted from Gohan's body. It took a second or two for him to reign it in, but it was enough. Gohan passed out from exhaustion, and much like the great ape transformation was completely naked.

It didn't surprise her that Gohan was a Sky like herself. She had pegged him and their father as a Sky flame. Their mother Chichi was actually their father's Lightning, so it made sense.

She had the feeling Piccolo would end up becoming Gohan's Cloud Element. After all, he was the closest to the grumpy Namekian after the training arc.
