At the Domus Flau, everyone is cheering crazy for the victory achieved guild; Fairy Tail as they are now truly the number one guild of all Fiore.
"just like I calculated!" said Mavis with a happy smile.
"it was a mess till two seconds ago!" said Macao but he just let it slide for the happy occasion.
At the magic city area, Erza and the others converse while Sting with Lector hugs each other while in tears.
"it's finally over" said Gajeel as Juvia nodded in agreement.
"how are you keeping up?" asked Erza to Natsu/ Ikaruga who smiled.
"I reserved some chi by resting with Juvia-han." Said Natsu/ Ikaruga while lifting up her right hand that is slowly turning back to her normal hand. "but I need to make an escape before anyone realizes."
"I got it covered" said Laxus while giving his coat to the disguised woman. "better walk off before anyone asks for your autograph or something."
Natsu/ Ikaruga nodded before she left with Juvia following behind.
"while those two are gone" said Gajeel while looking at Erza. "I didn't see the signal from the rescue team during the whole tournament."
"neither did I" said Laxus as Erza frowned a bit.
'everyone…I hope you are all safe' Erza prayed for the rescue team as they had done their part for the GMG and are waiting for them.
In the Mercurius corridors, Natsu and the others are still facing the army soldiers who are joined with the Garou Knights.
"damnit! Why are these guys!?" exclaimed Gray while knocking out a soldier with a punch before doing the same to another.
"they just keep on coming no matter what!" said Lucy while protecting her future self with Loke who was summoned to help.
"go!" said Kama as the army soldiers charges towards the group.
"we're not gonna last anymore!" said Lily as he with Charla and Kiara are cornered by some soldiers with spears.
Natsu clicked his tongue in annoyance before he sensed something coming from the front direction and behind the army soldiers.
"all of you! Look out! There's an enemy behind you all!" exclaimed Natsu at Kama and the others.
"what are you blabbering.." said Kama before his eyes widen as he saw his legs getting covered in a dark shadow. "w-what is this!?"
At the front of Mercurius, the Eclipse Gate is stationed in front of its gate as soldiers were surrounding it.
Hisui stands in front of the gate with Darton before they heard a commotion behind. They turn and sees Arcadios wearing the white armor.
"Arcadios-sama!" exclaimed Hisui in seeing the knight. "are you safe?!"
"A-Arcadios…the Hell Palace and your charges….i was prejudiced" said Darton in trying to make an excuse for what he did to the knight.
"let's forget about that" said Arcadios to Darton before he looks at the soldiers nearby. "are they all informed of the Eclipse 2 Project?"
"yes, we are relaying the information to every soldier in the kingdom" replied Darton with a nod. "hopefully it'll reach the soldiers and the Garou Knights too"
"what the person came from the future said is true. The Eclipse Project is moving on its second phase" said Hisui to Arcadios who nodded.
"are you going to abandon the first project?" asked Arcadios.
"no, but we should deal with the menace before us" replied Hisui before she sees Arcadios taking out his sheathed sword and gives it to Hisui with its blade pointed at the man's own neck. "A-Arcadios-sama?!"
"hey! what are you doing?!" exclaimed Darton as some nearby soldiers got tense to see the scene.
"princess, I wish to know the truth" said Arcadios to Hisui with a firm gaze upon her. "I have met the person from the future, but that person didn't know of the Eclipse 2 project. Why do you know, princess? Why do you know of the Eclipse 2 project if that person didn't!?"
"what? that person from the future told me of it" said Hisui.
"are you saying that person would lie!? She risks her life to save her allies! Are you saying that she is deceiving her allies!?" exclaimed Arcadios as Hisui's eyes widen.
"her?" said Hisui in confusion and surprise that Arcadios caught the attention of from hearing her statement. "the person who told me of the Eclipse 2 project….was a man"
One by one, all the soldiers and the Garou Knights started to get suck into a pitch black shadow below them.
"help!" "what's this!?" "I can't move!" "the shadow!" the soldiers screamed for help as they are sinking down the shadows.
"w-what's going on!?" exclaimed Wendy in shock as to see the shadow just swallowing up the soldiers.
"the shadow?!" said Lily.
"what's this shadow!?" exclaimed Charla.
"the shadows are swallowing them up?!" said Gray while taking a step back.
Natsu looks at the shadows swallowing the Garou Knights and the soldiers before he saw a figure coming from the shadows ahead.
"so you are the one" said Natsu with a hostile look. "the one who protected the Eclipse Gate before Draco and the others could destroy it."
"you? Who?" said Gray as everyone saw the shadowed figure ahead.
"the one whose presence is as dark as evil!" said Natsu with glowing red eyes as the figure appeared in the light and reveals himself as Rogue who has a different appearance than before. "Rogue!"
"as expected of you, Natsu Daimou" said Rogue with a smirk. "you deserve praise to realize who I am."
"that is Rogue-san? From Sabertooth?" asked Wendy as the man nodded.
"I'm not the Rogue you all currently know of, I'm the future Rogue" said the man as he smiles.
Arcadios looks in shock as he now realizes the entire situation.
"there are two people form the future..one of them is Lucy who came to warn her friends" said Arcadios with a revelated face.
"and the other one came to warn the princess" added Darton.
"their goal is the same, they came to save the country." Stated Hisui as she lowered down the sword in her grasp. "I wouldn't be surprise if there were a 3rd or 4th one."
"eh?" said Arcadios before he was given his sword back by the princess.
"you're a knight, you shouldn't point your sword in the wrong direction, Arcadios-sama" said Hisui as Arcadios holds his sword before slowly nodding. Hisui nodded back before she looks at the Eclipse Gate before to the white knight. "I will open the door soon, and I will pull out my sword to protect this country."
At a downtown alley, Jellal with Ultear and Meredy runs as fast as they could to Mercurius as they had to get there no matter what.
"another person from the future besides Lucy!" exclaimed Meredy while following behind Jellal and Ultear. "what's the other one's goal!?"
"I don't know, but we have to get to the castle immediately!" stated Jellal as the three continued running to Mercurius.
Back with Natsu and the others, the group faces Rogue from the Future as they are bewildered to meet him.
"you…if you're from the Future like Lucy here….why are you here?" asked Gray
"to open the Gate" said Future Rogue in reply.
"open the gate? You mean Eclipse!?" said Lucy as Future Rogue nodded.
"there are two ways of using Eclipse, the first one is to move across time that is time travelling" stated Future Rogue in explanation. "and the other one is to use the Eclipse Cannon, a powerful weapon that will defeat the 10000 dragons."
"that gate has such a function?!" said Lily in surprise.
"if it defeats the dragons! The future is saved!" added Wendy with a relieved smile.
"that's right, and we have to open the Eclipse Gate now or the Dragons will destroy the world" said Future Rogue before he sees Natsu drawing out Chitetsu from its scabbard. "huh?"
"you…." Said Natsu with red reptilian glowing eyes. "LIAR!"
Natsu dashes right towards Future Rogue as he swung Chitetsu down and got into a clash of power against the future man who blocks with his arm that is coated in shadows.
"Natsu! why are you?!" exclaimed Lucy.
"you didn't come from the future to save the past!" exclaimed Natsu with rage in his eyes. "you came back to this time to destroy the future!"
"what? what do you mean?" said Future Lucy in confusion.
"I felt it!" exclaimed Natsu as he pushes Chitetsu against Future Rogue's shadow coated arm. "you had a killing intent on Lucy! You planned to kill her the moment our guard is down!"
This shocked everyone as Future Rogue chuckles and smirks.
"very clever" said Future Rogue. "you are a very cautious man, Natsu Daimou"
"why you want to kill Lucy!? Answer me!" exclaimed Natsu as he pushed away Future Rogue before both got into a power clash against each other.
"simple, really" replied Future Rogue before having a dark look. "that woman will prevent the Eclipse Cannon from being used after all."
"what? me?" said Lucy with a confused look.
"another one of your lies!" said Natsu in rage as Future Rogue smirks, his body's bottom half turned black before he sinks into the shadows. "what!?"
The shadows spreads before it disappears, and Future Rogue is gone from sight.
"I came from the future of 7 years from now, the future where it is ruled by Dragons" Future Rogue's voice echoed out as everyone looks around to find the source but couldn't because the man is nowhere to be found. "only 10% of humanity survived, all living in fear every day. I intended to come here and stop the dragons from coming, but I have to get rid of someone who will prevent the use of the Eclipse Cannon."
"he disappeared! I can't smell or even hear where he is!" said Natsu with an annoyed face.
"just where is he?!" said Gray while looking around for Future Rogue.
"his voice is coming from every direction!" exclaimed Lily as everyone was so focused above their legs, they didn't realize a shadow formed behind Lucy and glowing white eye dot appeared within it.
"and that someone….." echoed Future Rogue's voice before he appeared out of the shadow behind Lucy with a black sword in hand. "…is you! Lucy Heartfillia!"
Everyone turns as they saw Future Rogue throwing the black sword right towards Lucy for time started to slow down, Gray and the others tried to reach to save Lucy, but they were too slow.

Blood soon drips to the floor as Lucy has blood sprayed on her face with her eyes in shock.
"eh?" said Lucy as she looks in front of her and sees Future Lucy standing in front of her with the blade of the black sword piercing through her cloak and back with blood dripping from its edge.
"agh!" coughed Future Lucy of blood as Future Rogue looks in surprise to her protecting her past self.
"LUCY!" everyone screamed out as Future Lucy fell to the floor.
"you! Hey you!" Lucy called out to her future self as she got down and holds her. "hang on!"
"there…was another Lucy?" said Future Rogue in surprise before he got punched to the face by Natsu who looks to be in rage.
"you bastard!" roared Natsu in rage as he punches Future Rogue away, the man from the future skidded back before he got into a power battle with the salmon haired mage.
While Natsu battles Future Rogue. Gray and the others went to Lucy and Future Lucy who is slowly dying.
"hang on! Wendy will heal you! Just hang on!" exclaimed Gray to Future Lucy while Wendy is trying to heal her fatal wound.
"it went through her heart…my magic won't…" muttered Wendy in tears as she poured in all her strength and magic to heal Future Lucy.
"don't give up, Wendy! We still c-!?" said Lucy before Future Lucy placed a hand to her shoulder, catching her attention, the blonde mage looks at her future self who shakes her head in response.
"i-it's….alright….i won't…" muttered Future Lucy with a face that is slowly going pale.
"don't say that! Just hang on!" exclaimed Lucy to her future self while slowly tearing up.
"the door…..i never closed….the gate.." muttered Future Lucy while her breath is slowing down. "…the Eclipse Gate…..i never closed it"
"I know! I would never do that!" exclaimed Lucy while looking frustrated in tears. "just why?! Just why did you save me!?"
"it's because…you're me….in the past….if you die….i'll die…" muttered Future Lucy while smiling a bit. "it's so weird…to die….in front of my self…"
"it's weird for me too! Don't die! We still can!" exclaimed Lucy as Future Lucy placed a hand to her past self's left hand.
"can you….show me…your guild mark?" asked Future Lucy to Lucy who looks confused before she nodded and showed her guild mark on her right back hand. Future Lucy looks at the guild mark as she cried in endless tears.
"y-your right hand!" gasped Lucy in tears and in shock.
"please…..the future…..protect…" muttered Future Lucy before she slowly closed her eyes and her left hand fell beside her. "…the future…"
"so she wasn't aware that she closed the gate, huh?" said Future Rogue while in a locked battle against Natsu. "no matter, I will still kill Lucy who is fated to close the gate."
"I didn't close the gate! I would never!" exclaimed Lucy in tears and in anger.
"no, the gate will close as long as you live. that's how fate decides everything!" said Future Rogue before he got a knee to the chin from Natsu and then a flaming punch that sends him crashing to the wall. "agh!"
"that fate, I will burn away!" said Natsu who swung Chitetsu multiple times and sends powerful air slashes at Future Rogue who dodged but got a flaming kick to the face by the salmon haired mage. "Lucy's future is for her to decide!"
Future Rogue crashes to the ground as he rolled on it before he got in a stop while on all four
'please…protect…the future' Future Lucy's last words echoed out in Natsu's mind as the man looks to be in rage while in tears. "I promise I will!"
