The Liberum is coming into a close very quickly as the remaining time. The diverging break of the Celestial Spirit World and the Mortal World are coming closer and closer as the drift of time and space fluxing against each other is causing a big massive problem for Fairy Tail and Lingyue's 8 generals who are trying to fix the balance of the world.
Right now, many are trying hard to stop Liberum and save the 12 Zodiac Celestial Spirits along with the Lingyue 8 Celestial Guardian Spirits.
Within the Aquarius Realm, the battle against Eclipse Aquarius and Eclipse Seiocho is heating up as the realm is slowly breaking apart after the mysterious green energy stream brought Mira, Kazane, Gojin, and Erza to the area.
Right now, the team were hiding behind some nearby platforms that they are using as cover against the endless water spears that came raining from Eclipse Seiocho who has Eclipse Aquarius trapped in a large sphere like water prison cell.
"we appreciate the sudden back up and all, but we can't get any closer to her!" Gray exclaimed as he along with Wendy and Charla are hiding with the group.
"we don't know how we got here but we have to find a way to defeat Seiocho!" Erza exclaimed as she pokes her head out to take a glance at where Eclipse Seiocho is, but she soon pulls back when a water spear came flying and nearly slashed her head off. "and Gray is right! She's firing her attacks so powerfully that we can't expect to get any closer to where she is!"
"split into two teams." Kazane stated as she looks at Erza and the others before to Gojin who is still unconscious and is getting healed by Wendy. "Gojin stays here with Marvel and her pet cat. The rest of us are to spread apart in order to confuse Seiocho-sama then strike at her."
"right!" everyone replied before Charla screamed out. "who are you calling pet cat!?"
"drown in the deep abyss, human!" Eclipse Seiocho shouted out as everyone looks up and their eyes widen in seeing a large tsunami appearing. "Kai Ou!"
"Ayame!" Enra exclaimed as he started doing several hand signs with Ayame herself.
"yes!" Ayame replied while Kazane did her own hand signs.
"stand back and guard over Gojin!" Kazane shouted before she along with Ayame and Enra finished weaving their hand signs.
"Lingyue Yugo Ninpo! Shinrin Fu!"
The three slammed their hands on the ground as the land shakes before numerous amounts of trees rises from the ground and circles the group before being covered in a big thick coat of gusting air.
Eclipse Seiocho's attack barrages against the large tree and wind barrier, that soon resulted into a wet explosion into the air.
When the explosion died down, Kazane with Erza, Mira, and Gray ran out from both sides while Ayame and Enra went barging out of the wooden wall. The group aiming for a three way attack against Eclipse Seiocho.
"attack!" Erza shouted as she requipped into her Lighting Empress Armor and wields her Lightning spear that charges with crackles of electricity.
"Ice Cannon!" "Demon Blast!" "Bofuuryu!" Gray, Mira, and Kazane unleashed their attacks as Erza joined by swinging her Lightning Spear that unleashes bolts of lightning.
The four attacks combined and went flying towards Eclipse Seiocho who spins her trident and swings it up in creating a thick wall of rising water that gets hit with the combined attack then let out a big explosion of steam.
Eclipse Seiocho spins her trident before from the cloud of steam came out Ayame and Enra.
"Saru Kari Sen!" Ayame and Enra exclaimed as both swings their staffs at Eclipse Seiocho who blocked with her trident but the force behind the attack pushed her right out of her water.
"ugh?!" Eclipse Seiocho grunted as she fell right out of the large stream of water, but she regained her bearings and summoned a big stream of water to catch her.
"that wasn't enough?!" Mira exclaimed.
"the three of you focus on sealing away the Water Bearer Spirit!" Kazane exclaimed before she swings her war fans and gusts of wind propelled her into the air. "I, Ayame, and Enra-san will try to defeat Seiocho-san!"
"Wendy! Charla! The key!" Gray exclaimed as Wendy who was healing Gojin nodded and took out the Aquarius Force Gate Closure Key before throwing it to Erza who caught it and nodded.
The three looks up as Aquarius is still locked in the water cage while Ayame and the others face against Seiocho who is just sending rains of water spears.
In the realm of Gemini, the forest is burning in flames as Eclipse Houou hovers in the air while basked in the fire. Eclipse Aries along with Eclipse Libra, and Eclipse Gemini were in the burning forest as they were running away from flaming fireballs that came from the Eclipsed Phoenix spirit.
"burn!" Eclipse Houou shouted as she swings her war fan and unleashes a blazing stream of flames down to the burning forest.
meanwhile, Juvia along with Mizuki are in a large water sphere dome as they were protecting puppy dog Elfman, bug fly Evergreen, and Yukino from the flames.
"she's burning everything and increasing the heat!" Mizuki exclaimed as their water dome is slowly becoming steam due to the intense heat form the flames burning the forest. "we won't last like this!"
"we have to find a way and take her down!" Elfman exclaimed.
"how the hell are we supposed to do that!?" Evergreen shouted at Elfman.
"I believe I can help with that!" Yukino stated while taking out a Silver Celestial Spirit Key. "but we need a big cover to do so!"
"alright!" Mizuki replied before she looks at Juvia as both nodded to each other and then started to weave similar hand signs together.
"Sui Jutsu! Sui Kou!" the two chanted together as they stopped their hand seals on the Ox hand seal before both slams their palm to the ground that soon shakes and an eruption of geysers came out everywhere.
The geysers erupted everywhere as the water came gushing out of the ground and started to make it rain.
Eclipse Houou saw the geysers as she flies away but soon saw that Yukino is riding in one water geyser that flings her straight towards the Eclipsed Phoenix spirit.
"what?!" Eclipse Houou's eyes widen as Yukino reaches out one of her silver Celestial Spirit Key that shines a golden light.
"Open! The Gate of the Bear Cub!" Yukino exclaimed as a large pink mecha bear came appearing from a golden flash. "Polaris!"
"Kuma!" Polaris roared out as Eclipse Houous gasps as the large mecha bear spirit came down on her. "Super Bear Belly Flop!"
In a minute, Polaris came crashing down to the forest and caused an earthquake upon the land.
It took a few seconds for the earthquake to stop as everyone looks at Polaris who stayed stomach down on the land, but the pink mecha bear spirit started to turn red and soon flew into the air because of a flaming pillar.
"HOT-KUMA!" Polaris cried out before he was summoned back into the Celestial Spirit World.
"Polaris!" Yukino exclaimed as she landed to a tree that survived the flames.
From a large crater that is shaped like Polaris' body line came out Eclipse Houou who is burning in flames.
"did you really believe that a mere Celestial Spirit can defeat me?" Eclipse Houou stated with a dark look. "my flames will burn you all!"
"damnit! All we did was piss her off!" Elfman exclaimed. "she's literally in flaming rage!"
"you think?!" Evergreen buzzed back.
"here she comes!" Mizuki exclaimed as Eclipse Houou swings her fan up and then unleashed a large powerful twister of flames.
In the inner realm of the Astral Spiritus, Yamika along with Bickslow were firing their attacks against Eclipse Taka who hovers in the air while unleashing rains of white flashing exploding arrows at the two.
"damnit! He's too high in the air that my babies can't reach him!" Bickslow exclaimed as he runs around the field before he did a front barrel roll in dodging some exploding arrows.
"do not complain in my presence!" Yamika shouted as she soon throws multiple shurikens into the air that started spinning towards Eclipse Taka who pulls five arrows on his bow before he fires as each of the arrow exploded in mid air and made the thrown shuriken fall to the ground. "tch!"
Yamika and Bickslow were facing off Eclipse Taka while Arcadios along with Freed were facing against Eclipse Byakko who is too powerful.
"aggh!" Freed went flying as his rapier shatters into pieces when it tried to block a powerful gusting claw strike from Eclipse Byakko. The Rune Mage crashed to the ground as he grunted in pain.
"Freed!" Lucy exclaimed as she is with Hisui and Eclipse Virgo who she is tending to.
"d-don't come, Lucy!" Freed grunted while slowly standing up. "I'm fine! Just protect Princess Hisui!"
"but!" Lucy retorted before she and Hisui hears a scream of pain coming from Arcadios whose stomach is pierced by Eclipse Byakko's claws that broke through the knight's armor.
"Arcadios-sama!" Hisui screams in shock as Arcadios was dropped to the ground while Eclipse Byakko turns and face towards where the two women are.
"L-Lucy-dono….flee with the Princess! Hurry!" Arcadios grunted out before he coughs out some blood.
"Arcadios-sama!" Hisui screamed out as Eclipse Byakko started to approach them.
"Lucy! Run away with the princess!" Freed exclaimed as his body transforms into his Dark Écriture: Absolute Shadow form. "hurry! While I hold him off!"
"you can't be serious! He's too strong!" Lucy exclaimed before Freed dashes in and tried to strike his claws at Eclipse Byakko who dodged and then slams his fists down on the Rune mage that sends him face first to the ground. "Freed!"
"ugh….in a-an instant…" Freed grunted as he tried to get up but Eclipse Byakko slams down his right foot down on the Rune Mage's head. "ugh!"
"humans are such an annoyance" Eclipse Byakko growled out as his eyes glows yellow while slitted like a tiger. "do you really believe that any of you can prevent us from exterminating the Celestial Spirits? Learn your place, humans!"
"Byakko! Please stop! We're just trying to save you all!" Lucy exclaimed in a begging tone. "you, Virgo, Taka, everyone! We are just trying to stop Liberum and save everyone!"
"save?" Eclipse Byakko stated before he growls "We do not need unwanted help from humans who are just pushing us to the brink of our doom!"
"the brink of our doom?" Hisui muttered out with a confused and surprised face.
At the large asteroid, Eclipse Ophiuchus let out an evil laugh as her large snake tail swings down on Natsu who jumped away before he fires multiple fireballs from his mouth at the Eclipse Snake Charmer Spirit who blocked with the tail.
Eclipse Draco came flying in like a flash of lightning as the Eclipsed Dragon Spirit unleashes rains of red electrical bolts at Eclipse Ophiuchus who blocked with her large snake tail that soon strikes at him.
"gaah!" Eclipse Draco was sent crashing to a small flying asteroid that soon exploded when the Eclipsed Dragon Spirit got crashed into it.
"Draco!" Natsu shouted before he gritted his teeth and draws out Chitetsu from his scabbard. The cursed katana's blade glows a dark aura that grew ominous in the passing second.
"a Lingyue's Kagejun, huh?" Eclipse Ophiuchus sees Natsu wielding Chitetsu before she takes out an Ocarina then smirked. "come if you dare, Salamander."
Natsu swings Chitetsu to the side before the salmon haired man jumps straight towards the Eclipsed Snake Charmer spirit while swinging his weapon that unleashed a powerful magic slash.
Ophiuchus smirks before she holds the Ocarina near her lips then blows on one of its holes that made a loud echoing flute noise. In response, Natsu's magic slash stopped mid air before it went flying back at the man.
"what?!" Natsu looks in shock as his attack went back and exploded on him. "agh!"
Natsu crashed down to the asteroid's ground in a big dust explosion as Eclipse Ophiuchus smirks and then laughs.
"reflected?" Natsu grunted as he got back up from his crash. "no. it's more like it was controlled and thrown back. Sound magic?"
"seems that this spirit is different from the rest, Natsu." Chitetsu spoke out before the cursed katana cackles. "things are so interesting now."
"be quiet and give me power, Chitetsu." Natsu stated as he cuts his right forearm and draws out his blood that get sucked right into the katana's blade. the black demonification began as the salmon haired man's face started to get covered in white skeletal armor that began around the left side. "I need more speed to catch her off guard."
"very well." Chitetsu replied before Natsu got up and got into a stance then started to dash towards Eclipse Ophiuchus whose large snake head roars before it charges a flash of lightning in its big jaws and fires multiple electrical spheres.
Natsu went into a zigzag dash as he dodges the attacks before he jumps and swings Chitetsu around in making a rain of energy slashes to fly towards Eclipse Ophiuchus who blows her Ocarina and caused the attack to fly back but the salmon haired man just sends them back twice stronger when he batted them back.
"he threw them back?!" Eclipse Ophiuchus looks surprised before some of the thrown back energy slashes hits her large snake body and caused multiple explosions. "ugghh!"
Natsu flies in the air before he landed on top of a cliff while going into a drawing stance then started doing several high speed sword drawing that unleashes powerful air slashes.
"Impudent!" Eclipse Ophiuchus exclaimed before she blows on her Ocarina and started to send the air slashes flying back but Eclipse Draco soon came flying light a flash of lightning above the Eclipsed Snake Charmer spirit. "Draco!"
"Orion's Bolt!" Eclipsed Draco roared out before he came flying down and hammers down both of his fists on Eclipse Ophiuchus' large snake's back head and caused the creature to roar in pain from a powerful red lightning bolt of an explosion.
"agggh!" Eclipse Ophiuchus screams in pain as the attack was powerful enough to send electrical sensation of pain all over her large snake body.
Natsu holds Chitetsu with both hands as the cursed katana's blade ignites in flames before he swings the sword in unleashing a powerful flaming slash barrage at Eclipse Ophiuchus.
"Ugh!" Eclipse Ophiuchus large snake head roars before it unleashs streams of lightning bolt that flies up and get channeled around Eclipse Draco's body before the Dragon spirit unleashed another hammer attack that caused a red lightning bolt of an explosion once again upon the large snake's body.
'this two!? They're working together!?' Eclipse Ophiuchus looks in surprise as Natsu and Eclipse Draco unleashes their attack on both sides while not attacking each other. 'they were fighting before but they're working together now!? These two are dangerous and shall foil my plans!'
"Karyu no Koen!" "Orion's Quasar!" Natsu and Eclipse Draco held up large spheres of red flames and red lightning bolt before both threw their attacks that caused a powerful explosion right upon Eclipse Ophiuchus.
A large smoke clouded upon Eclipse Ophiuchus' large snake head as Natsu and Eclipse Draco stood at their place before seeing something dark glowing in the cloud that soon blows away to reveal the large Snake spirit charging up a black energy sphere in its large snake mouth.
"begone!" Eclipse Ophiuchus screamed out before her large snake head fires the dark energy sphere that is sucking in wind and any material that it comes close with.
"that's!" Natsu looks in surprise as the dark energy sphere started swirling before it started to suck him and Eclipse Draco in it. "it's sucking us in?!"
"damnit!" Eclipse Draco growled before he unleashed a powerful red lightning bolt that was absorbed into the dark energy sphere. "what?!"
"be gone into the dark ends of the galaxy!" Eclipse Ophiuchus laughs out before the dark energy sphere sucks in Natsu and Eclipse Draco as they soon disappeared into the darkness along with a part of the land that they were standing upon.
As if vanishing into nothing, Eclipse Ophiuchus smirks before she giggles and then went into a laugh.
"Liberum Verus can now be completed!" Eclipse Ophiuchus laughs out.
Returning to the field where Lucy and the others were fighting Eclipse Byakko and Eclipse Taka.
"Liberum Verus!?" said Lucy with a confused and surprised face.
"you humans do no realize that the 12 Zodiac Celestial Spirits' will were manipulated." Eclipse Byakko stated with a stern face and voice. "their wishes for freedom is nothing but a mere manipulated lie by the Celestial Spirit King."
"the Celestial Spirit King?" said Hisui before looking nervous and worried. "could the Celestial Spirit King be Eclipsed as well because of the disruption of time and space?"
"Eclipsed, changed, turned, the Celestial Spirit King is the mastermind behind the manipulation of the 12 Zodiacs." Eclipse Byakko continued. "fearing the end of our home world, the 8 of us Lingyue's spirits were told to kill every single one of the 12 Zodiacs spirits."
"were told? By who!?" Lucy exclaimed.
"the Golden Beast who rules over time, Kirin." Eclipse Byakko replied as Lucy and Hisui along with the others nearby looked shocked.
"Kirin?! The Golden Celestial Spirit from that time!?" Freed grunted while remembering the first appearance of the golden celestial spirit a month back during the time everyone was teleported to the Celestial Spirit World for the fake trial.
"Kirin told you all to kill Loke and the others?! Why?!" Lucy shouted. "why do you have to hurt and kill them!? There should've been a better way!"
"what would that solution be, human?" Eclipse Byakko growls as his tiger eyes glows yellow and his mouth let out a growl. "for us, any other solution would've ended in the destruction of the entire world! killing the 12 Zodiacs before their horrible doom was a mere act of mercy. do not think that any problem can be resolved peacefully!"
"even so!" Lucy screamed out while in tears. "Loke and the others! They don't deserve any pain from you! If anyone is guilty, it should be me! I wasn't fast enough in closing the Gate! If I was more faster, none of this would've happened!"
"Lucy-san…" Hisui whispered out while looking at Lucy with wide eyes.
"Kirin has seen the future multiple times and it all ended in disaster no matter what you did, human." Eclipse Byakko replied with a sneer while going into a stance with his claws readied at his side. "no matter the result was, your failure was inevitable."
"even so! I changed the future and the fate of the world!" Lucy shouted while standing up. "just like how I am going to change the fate of everyone in the Celestial Spirit World and our world! I will save everyone!"
"do not state something that you cannot fulfill so likely, human!" Eclipse Byakko growls out as he was about to dash in and strike Lucy but Freed along with Arcadios grabs hold of him. "ugh!?"
"Lucy is right!" Freed exclaimed as he holds onto Eclipse Byakko with every single ounce of strength he have. "even if the result was a disaster, we all give out our best to stop it from spreading! Don't just decide everything is hopeless! Hope will always exist!"
"the people of Fairy Tail….they have the unique power to always give hope in the darkest of times!" Arcadios grunted as he holds onto Eclipse Byakko's right arm. "I've witnessed it and they never fail in ending any disaster! The end that is fated to be for the world! They can change it!"
"mere words of false!" Eclipse Byakko roared out before his eyes glows and a powerful gust of air blew away Arcadios and Freed from him.
"aggh!" the two flew away before they crashed to the ground.
"Arcadios-sama! Freed-sama!" Hisui called out to the two before she gasps as Eclipse Byakko dashes in with his claws spread out and pointed towards Lucy. "Lucy-san! move away!"
"I won't give up! I'll save everyone no matter what!" Lucy screamed out as Eclipse Byakko closes in his claws at the blonde mage's heart but before it could reach, the ground exploded and a black jet Tetsubo came swinging straight at the Eclipsed Tiger Spirit's face.
"what!?" Eclipse Byakko looks in shock before the Tetsubo made contact with his face and cracked his skull. "uggh!"
"Suisei Gan!" a voice shouted before Eclipse Byakko was sent flying and crashing to a large asteroid floating above.
Everyone looks surprised as Eclipse Byakko laid in a hole in the shape of his own body on the asteroid, the Eclipsed Tiger Spirit looks unconscious before his body glows a golden light and he soon disappears into sparkles.
"I apologize for being late, everyone!" the voice stated as Lucy looks and smiles in joy. "but I have arrived and done my deed in defeating Byakko-dono!"
"Daichi-san!" Lucy exclaimed as Lingyue's Earth General came on time and saved them.
"are you alright, Lucy-dono? Everyone?" Daichi asked before he gets out of the hole on the ground from which he lends a helping hand to pull out Cana, and then Akari, while Levy came flying out with Lily's help.
"Cana! Lily! Levy-chan! Akari-san!" Lucy stated in seeing their comrades.
"are you alright, Lu-chan?!" Levy asked.
"hey, Freed! What the heck happened to you!?" Cana exclaimed in seeing Freed battered up on the ground.
"this one is more injured!" Lily called out as he and Levy helps Arcadios who grunted a bit as the wound on his stomach was still bleeding.
"how did you all get out of the 12 Zodiac's realms?" Hisui asked while looking a bit confused.
"yes, each of us were trapped in the realms as we had no way of exiting." Daichi responded. "but there was a mysterious force that caused the realm of the Virgo to break and before I realized it, I found myself exiting the realm and into another realm."
"a mysterious force?" Hisui asked in confusion before she cups her chin. "could it be that mysterious stream of green energy?"
"indeed." Daichi replied with a nod.
"the same occurred to Erza Scarlet and myself." Akari chimed in. "we were sent to different realms but I was sent into the same realm as Daichi. The process repeated as we met up with Cana Alberona, Levy McGarden, and Pantherlily in their individual realms and assisted them. Before long, we found ourselves in a hallway of a chamber then bust through when we sensed a battle occurring above us."
"above? You mean from down here?" Lucy asked as she went and checked the hole to see a big and long hallway of some sort. "so wide!"
"yes, we were without knowledge of a clue to know what had happened." Daichi stated before he turns to look at Cana and Yukino who tended to Freed and Arcadios' wounds. "but it was a good thing that we arrived on time."
"yeah, who knows what happened when you guys didn't arrive in time." Said Lucy with a relieved smile before it soon disappears when loud explosions rang out from the distance. "but we aren't in the clear yet! There is still Taka!"
"Taka-sama is in this realm?!" said Akari, as the Eagle Spirit is her partner in battle at Lingyue in the past after all.
"yes! He is currently being held back by Bickslow-san and Yamika-san!" Hisui added in as Daichi nodded.
"Akari-dono, please stay and protect Lucy-dono and everyone else!" Daichi stated while lifting his Funsai and leans it against his shoulder. "I shall go and assist Yamika-dono and Bickslow-dono in defeating Taka-sama!"
Akari nodded in reply before Daichi went running off to the sound of the explosions.
"I am coming to your aid! Yamika-dono! Bickslow-dono!" Daichi shouted while running off to help the two in fighting the Eclipsed Eagle Spirit.
Hisui and Lucy watches Daichi leave before they went and start helping Freed and Arcadios.
In a dark realm where there are asteroids just floating around in the area; a black portal appeared before Natsu and Eclipse Draco came flying out.
"what is this place…" Natsu muttered out as he landed on an asteroid before he looks around the area as there is nothing but asteroids just floating around everywhere before he looks at Eclipse Draco who landed on another asteroid, the Eclipsed Dragon Spirit growled in annoyance and anger while looking at the area that he was in. "Draco! Where are we!?"
"that snake! She had the power to transfer me and that human to the Inverse Realm!" Eclipse Draco growls out with red static dancing around his body. "don't joke around with me!"
"Draco!" Natsu called out before he got a red lightning bolt fired from the Eclipsed Dragon spirit but the attack was deflected by the salmon haired man.
"do not call my name so casually, human!" Eclipse Draco growls out. "I despise insects such as yourself calling my name so easily! I cannot believe that I am trapped in this eternal wretched realm with the likes of you!"
"Draco! What do you mean trapped?" Natsu called out.
"this is the Inverse Realm!" Eclipse Drago exclaimed. "the dark ends of the Celestial Spirit World! A realm where light will never come and touch it! That snake trapped us here forever! There is no exit nor anyway to escape this realm!"
"the Inverse Realm? A realm where we are trapped forever in?" said Natsu before he looks around as he sees darkness at each end of wherever he sees. "that shouldn't be possible. There has to b-!?"
Natsu jumps away as Eclipse Draco came crashing in with a red lightning-coated fist that caused an explosion to where the salmon haired man once stood at.
Eclipse Draco growls as he stood back up and faces Natsu who stood a few feet away.
"Draco! this isn't the time for us to fight!" Natsu exclaimed as his demonification slowly disappears while he sheathes away Chitetsu. "we have to find a way to get back to the others and stop Ophiuchus!"
"there is no way of return!" Eclipse Draco growled before he pointed a finger at Natsu. "if you humans didn't intervene with our plans, we could've stopped the Liberum and be freed from the Celestial Spirit World!" the Eclipsed Dragon spirit grips his hands into hard fists as he growls angrily at the salmon haired mage. "we were so close! If we managed to kill the 12 zodiacs! We would've been able to return home! But because of you humans! Our dream is forever lost!"
"just what are you saying, Draco!?" Natsu exclaimed before he raised up his arms to guard against Eclipse Draco who dashes in and slams a red lightning coated fist at the salmon haired mage.
"do not call my name, human insect!" Eclipse Draco roared out as red lightning bolts started to explode everywhere upon the asteroid.
