Got this idea for some reason, my head been getting weird and weird ideas that just keeps on coming and made me make it into a fanfiction.
So let's see…
OC Natsu: Prisoner, Arsonist, bad boy, doesn't give a fucking care about things other than which he like or liked.
Clothing: Prison clothes, cuffs on neck, hands, and legs, black Dragon Tattoo on his back, huge gash mark on chest down to his abdomen.
Summary: Natsu is a fire arsonist wanted dead or alive by the world, he killed thousands with fire, destroyed countless amounts of building, all with rich or famous people. A murderous man who has been caught by the policemen and sent to a large prison ward on a secluded island, but the guards and prisoners are all women who he will seduce and have fun with. This is set in modern times with magic….but not so much.
Female guards wear crimson suit with silver nameplates on the left side and a black tie. They have white gloves, short reddish black skirts, black tights, blue belt with belt buckle in the shape of a silver dragon's head, knee high black boots, red officer hat, radio walkie talkie strapped on their right shoulder, have stars on left shoulder accordingly to their rank; 1 star is third ranked officer, 2 stars is second ranked officer and so on.
I'm getting tired of describing characters that you all know of. So I decided that the one who won't have names are just people who are randomly made.

On with the story
A large cargo ship is sailing in the vast sea at night as it is transferring in prisoners to a secluded prison ward on an island off in the sea.
On board are a squad of heavily armed officers with firearms, all surrounding a large metal container that is reinforced with titanium steel.
All the soldiers have their weapons aimed at the container as inside the container is a single figure who wore a straitjacket and is completely shackled and chained to the metal floor, his face covered in a metal mask with a single hole for air.
The officers never let their guard down for a single moment as they were ordered by their superiors to keep a 24/7 surveillance on their single transfer Prisoner who is a very dangerous person.
"commander, we are arriving on Belserion Prison Ward" an officer spoke out from the speaker as one Officer in the group did a hand signal to the others saying 'keep an eye and do not let your guard down for one moment' before going off.
Arriving at the main deck, the Commanding Officer went to a group of his subordinates who were tasked with getting the ship and its crew with their single prisoner to the island prison ward.
"ETA?" the commanding officer spoke to one of his subordinates who is on the ship's steering wheel.
"about 10 minutes, sir" the subordinate replied while holding the steering wheel with both hands.
"good, just on schedule" the commander said as he looks at his watch on his left wrist and sees the time is 09:20, just 10 minutes more till it reaches 09:30.
"it's weird, commander" another subordinate of the commander spoke while near the ship's navigation post.
"what is?" the commander replied while glancing at his other subordinate.
"an offshore island where there is a prison ward for women, and we have a transfer who is a guy" the subordinate said as he turns to look at his commander. "did our superior mess up the transfer locations?"
"no, this guy needs to be in this certain prison for a reason" the commander said before looking at front as he sees the island and the prison ward coming into view. "the island is nearly in the borders with the north pole. At night, the temperature there can go down to nearly -10 degree Celsius and even lower. this guy isn't just sentenced for life because of doing something that breaks the law. He is sentenced for life because of the number of people he killed with arson"
"just how many did he killed?" another subordinate spoke out while manning the surveillance system.
"how many numbers of people could a city like Magnolia have?" the commander asked
"about 2000 to 3000 give or take" the subordinate by the steering wheel replied
"that much, times ten" the commander stated as this would mean the number of people that were killed are about 30000 or more. he then hardens his gaze. "the prisoner on this ship is wanted by the entire world because he sets everything on fire"
"the Pyro Maniac…..right?" a subordinate spoke as the commander nodded in reply.
"they say that he could set anything on fire" the commander stated while imagining the shadow of a man who is surrounded in flames. "the ground, the water, the ice, the air, and even a person who is 10kms away from himself. That's why he is labelled as a triple X dangerous subject"
"but that doesn't explain why he's getting sent to a women only prison ward" the subordinate said, not understanding why a man is getting transferred to women only prison.
"we don't question the decision from our superiors. We just follow them" the commander stated before an officer from the lower decks came running in.
"commander! He's awake! The sedation medicine has worn off!" the officer shouted while looking out of breath.
"I want all officers armed and prepare! prepare all tranquilizer bullets with lethal dosage!" the commanding officer exclaimed as he takes out a magnum pistol which is loaded with tranquilizer bullets. "If he so just breathes out air, no one on this ship is getting back to the mainland alive!"
All the armed officers aimed their weapons at the metal container as the sound of loud bone popping sound keeps coming from it before a loud yawn that echoes in the metal box.
The commanding officer came in as he heard the yawn before waves of flames came out of the cracks of the metal container, presumably coming from their captive prisoner.
"so? Are we there yet?" a voice spoke out from inside the metal container as the commanding officer made a hand gesture that made all his subordinates ready to fire. "I'm getting bored here~"
Inside the metal container, the chained and confided prisoner shakes his body around, the chains upon him rattles from his movement.
"I can see all of your body heat, you know?" Natsu said while chuckling. "I can tell that all of you are really scared, right? Trying to contain a triple x labelled prisoner like me"
"shut him up!" the commanding officer shouted as the officers open small window slots which they aimed their weapons inside the container and started firing tranquilizer darts at the captive inside. Needle bullets were lodged around the captive's body as they pumped in the sedatives into his blood system to the dosage where too much can cause someone to go into a coma or die.
"you guys want me to sleep again? Sorry, but I've been sleeping too much since I've been getting into too much transportation" Natsu said as the needle bullets started to fall off his body one by one, the needle tips were all melted and steaming. "having too much sleep can be very bad after all"
"the tranquilizer bullets didn't pierce his body!?" an officer exclaimed in shock before he sees the metal container started to melt.
"keep on shooting till there are no more tranquilizer bullets left!" the commander shouted as he started firing his gun at the prisoner endlessly till his magazine is emptied. The rest of his subordinates followed as they started shooting their guns at their prisoner who just stayed in his position while getting nailed with countless of tranquilizer bullets.
Every single tranquilizer bullet fell to the floor, all their tips were melted and steaming from heat that just happened so mysteriously.
"damnit!" one of the officer curses before taking out a gun filled with live ammo.
"no! don't use live ammo!" the commanding officer shouted to his foolish subordinate who pulled the trigger before his gun exploded into crimson flames and so did his entire body.
The officer screams in pain as his entire body burns in flames before he fell off the ship, the flames still burning even with the sea water washing on him.
the remaining officers were going to help him when the commander stopped them as he saw his foolish subordinate sinking into the ocean while still burning from the flames.
"report that one of us is KIA" the commander spoke while having a serious and grim face. He then looks at his subordinates "and each one of you hand over your live firearms into a safe case in the lower decks. all your live ammo. Do not ever use live ammo in that monster's presence!"
"r-roger!" the officers replied while saluting before they went off to do his orders.
The commander sighs before he turns to look at the prisoner who is now out of the melting metal container but is still chained to the floor with his straitjacket on.
"my my, that guy had a family, right?" Natsu said as he looks at the commander who could tell that he is smirking even with his face masked up. "I think they are going to have one family member less now"
The commander gritted his teeth as he hates the prisoner with every amount of hate in him.
A few minutes later, the ship is now docked at the island where a group of female guards were standing by, waiting for their transferred prisoner.
"this is a big ship" Lucy said while looking at the ship which in closer sight looks a lot like a cargo ship.
"yes, a big ship that only has one prisoner and lots of armed officers" Juvia said while standing beside the blonde officer.
"don't forget about the hell amount of tranquilizer weapons that they have on stored" Cana said while holding up a bottle of whiskey before drinking it.
"hey! No drinking on the job!" Kagura said who seems to have a higher rank than the three, the higher ranked guard glares at Cana.
"sorry sorry, Kagura~!" Cana said while having a small laugh.
"attention! They are going to prepare the transfer!" Erza exclaimed, an even higher ranked guard than Kagura, the scarlet haired guard stomp her right foot down as this got the other guards to be in a form stance in their places.
A large metal plank slides down from the ship and to the port as the female guards watch several officers holding chains and guns come down, surrounding Natsu in the middle.
They watch with attentive eyes as their transfer prisoner slowly walks down the plank under the maximum guard.
Erza stepped forward as she saluted to the commanding officer who saluted back before both pulls down their hands to their side.
"commander Gurma of the Fiore National Guard, we brought in your new prisoner" the commanding officer spoke in respect as Erza nodded.
"first rank guard, Erza Scarlet of Belserion Prison Ward. We have been expecting you" Erza replied before stepping to the side and turns around. "please follow us"
The commander nodded before doing a hand signal of 'follow while keep guard' to his subordinates who nodded.
The large metal door slides open of the prison ward as it allows Erza and the others to enter the large building.
"please come in" Erza said as she and her female guards went in first before Gurma and his subordinates follow in with Natsu in tow.
Stepping into the prison ward, they see that the place is just filled with many female prisoners while there were a few female guards standing guard by the area.
"the place seems…..a bit deserted for the guards" Gurma commented while checking out the area. "while the prisoners are at a larger number"
"we had some of our guards transferred to a different prison ward from the request of the government superiors to the Warden, all who are remaining are those who are committed in staying" Erza stated as she led the group to a large metal elevator which she pressed the button on the side wall to open. "please enter."
They entered the elevator as the metal door closed and took its occupants down.
In the lower levels of the prison ward, the elevator door dings before opening it to reveal a dark hallway that is just filled with darkness and creepiness.
Erza went out while being followed by the others as the lights turned on, leading to a single hallway that leads to a prison cell at the end of the hall.
"we have isolated this area just for our single transferred prisoner" Erza said as everyone started to walk toward the end of the hall.
"are the requested surveillance system in place?" Gurma asked as Erza nodded.
"state of the art highly sensitive motion detector, infrared 360 degree cameras, and pressure lock doors" Erza said, showing the cameras, and any other systems which are located along the hallway. "once all are activated, anyone or anything won't be leaving this area for any reasons whatsoever"
"and the asked containment weapons?" Gurma asked as they arrived at the prison cell where the cell's bar door slides open and showed an empty cell.
"all are in place" Erza replied as Lucy, Kagura, Juvia, and Cana took Natsu in before chaining him down to the prison cell then secured him in place. They went out as the prison cell door closes before Erza snapped her fingers two times, activating the weapon systems whereas Machine gun turrets came out of the walls of the prison cell as they were all aimed right at Natsu's position. "all of them are loaded with liquid zero freeze bullets, just one could freeze the entire floor, if all go off, we will be having a frozen prisoner for life"
"I see" Gurma spoke while adjusting his cap and looks at Natsu who stayed in his place "with this, our duties of his transfer are completed. We will be heading back to the mainland"
"good work, commander" Erza said with a salute as Gurma saluted back.
The cargo ship sails off the island with its crew of officers, as they sailed back to the mainland.
Meanwhile in the prison ward, specifically at the surveillance room. Juvia is doing the surveillance as she looks at the many monitors that showed every prisoner in their cells, there she sees what they were all doing at the moment as the prison won't be allowing any escapees at any moment of time.
"this is Erza, time to change the day shift with the night shift. All hands remember to stay in place till the night crew gets to your position for the change of shift" Erza's voice spoke out from Juvia's Walkie talkie radio attached on her right shoulder. Juvia clicked the button on its side and responded "roger."
Juvia continued in doing surveillance as she watched all the prisoners in the first level area before going to the lower level where Natsu is in. she checks the monitors from all direction and sees that the man hasn't change his position from the moment he entered his own cell. She continued to watch from all direction of monitors before she saw that there is static coming from the inner cell camera which is directly looking at Natsu from behind.
Looking closer, Juvia watch Natsu as she believed that something would happen, but her attention is taken away when a few knocks came from the door. She turns and sees Cana coming into the room.
"time for the change of shifts, Juvia" Cana said while holding a beer bottle.
"you should stop drinking at work time, Cana-san" Juvia said with a frown as Cana is a senior to her. "you could get into trouble with Erza-san and Kagura-san again, you know?"
"it's nothing big~! They just let me off with toilet duty for a week or so, it's no biggie" Cana said with a small laugh as she went to Juvia's side before taking a gulp of her beer.
"if you say so" Juvia said while rolling her eyes before her attention focuses back on the monitor screen that showed Natsu inside of his cell. The strange thing is that the static on the screen is gone now. "that's strange"
"what is?" Cana said as Juvia pointed to the monitor screen that had static a few seconds ago.
"this monitor screen had nonstop static when Juvia saw it, I think there's a problem at the lower prison cell" Juvia said with a concern yet serious look.
"it's probably just a wiring problem or something" Cana said as she sips her beer bottle one more time before placing it on the table near her. "the place here has been here for nearly 4 decades or so. Some of its equipment are a bit old in some parts after all"
Juvia glances at Cana before to the monitor screen that showed Natsu, just staying in his place with no movement at all.
"if anything is strange, it's the fact that the guy can stay in his place without even moving" Cana said, checking out Natsu who just sit in his place while not moving one bit. "I tell you this, Juvia. The guy is wanted dead or alive by the whole wide world, and he was never able to be caught until a few years ago. I keep on wondering how he got caught anyway"
"probably the Fiore national guard or the SWAT" Juvia said, thinking of the major forces that Fiore has in its disposal.
"probably, huh?" Cana said as the two looks at the monitor one last time before changing their attention elsewhere. "anyway, it's time for the shift change. Better get some sleep before Erza catches you"
"yes" Juvia said as she stands up from her seat before yawning while stretching her arms a bit. "see you in the morning, Cana-san. Good night"
"yeah, you too" Cana replied as Juvia left the room to get some sleep in the dormitory area which is separate from the prison ward itself.
Cana sat down on the seat as she started her shift on the surveillance cameras.
Checking around the monitors that showed their prisoner in their cells, Cana took a chug from her bottle of beer while watching the monitors like she was watching tv or something.
"same old, same old" Cana said as everything is in order. She checked at Natsu's prison cell as the man is still in the same position. "man…..that guy just keeps sitting on his place without even moving a muscle. That is just damn strange and weird"
Cana took another gulp of her beer before she hears faint whistling sounds coming from outside the surveillance room.
Turning around on her chair, Cana glances at the opened door as it didn't get closed shut.
"Was that whistling?" Cana asked herself, she got up from her seat and went to check outside the hallway.
Cana checks left and then right as there is no one besides herself, the lights shined down each end of the hallway as she only heard the whistling but no sounds of footsteps accompanying it.
BINK!
This time, Cana heard a water drop as she looks around the hallway then inside the surveillance room for where the sound might have come from.
"strange" Cana said before she grabs hold of her radio on her right shoulder and pressed the button. "hey, Erza. I wanna ask on who might be on patrol near the surveillance room? I heard some whistling and the sound of water dripping into a pool of water or something"
The radio made buzzing sound once before Erza replied "there isn't anyone on patrol near your area. You are just hearing things because you just drank beer, didn't you?"
"uh…hehehehe" Cana laughed embarrassingly before Erza continued.
"focus on your shift and don't try to drink anymore beer" Erza said with a stern voice. "I mean it, Cana. One more slipup of work from you, I'll be requesting a reduction in your salary and a full ban on any alcohol drinks that come to this prison ward"
"OK! OK!" Cana said, not liking the idea. The brown haired female guard went back to sit near the monitors as she went back to seeing what their prisoners are doing, other than sleeping that is.
Cana looks around each monitor before she yawned once and glanced to her bottle of beer that is on a table near her chair. She looks around before taking the bottle into her hand.
"just a little sip…" Cana said before she took a full chug of her beer and exhale in satisfaction. After finishing her drink, she went back to checking on the monitors while looking a bit red from her drink.
Whistling sound is heard in the lower level as it is coming from Natsu's cell. The whistling sound is in a tempo of the Old McDonald song.
Inside Natsu's cell, all the machine gun turrets were deactivated, the chains on his body, the straitjacket, and mask; all off.
The prisoned man is laying down on the floor, top naked, and is just whistling before he stopped.
"a prison ward that has only women prisoner and guards, huh?" Natsu said before his mouth formed a toothy grin that seems sinister "that's….interesting"
He opened his mouth as a snake like tongue slithers out before flames started to coat his whole body.
"and delicious~" Natsu cackled in a dark voice as his shadow turns into that of a demonic monster
