You can ignore this and read below if you want... Anyways. I may be the only one, but that fight with hashirama, madara, izuna, and tobirama was pretty bad, the sword fighting animation.. That was terrible! Seriously... They could have done A LOT better with that animation, it was so clutsy and bogged down.. And how the hell does Kakashi have TWO sharingans without them being transplanted!? Ridiculous purely ridiculous! What the hell happened to Naruto?
Ryu knew seeing five Miya's wasn't a good sign. Neither was hearing ringing in his ears, and the dizzy spell didn't lessen any, they only got worse. He didn't like being rude towards Miya, she took him in and nursed him back to health.. What led to that he'd rather forget, he'd never forget Karasuba gouging a hole in his chest, something about that made his blood boil, anger so much anger rushed through him at the thought. However now he wasn't angry just weary, he looked up again Miya was speaking to him he wasn't sure what she was saying but her brows were knitted together and concern was evident. He blinked his eyes open, seeing Miya, his vision sharpened before blurring, Kazehana was looking at him he wasn't sure why. "Huh?" He questioned dumbly moving to stand up but a hand on his shoulder stopped him.
His first thought was that it was Yashima since she was next to him, he was a little tired of her making him stayed seated. He felt a burst of energy and wanted to walk around, not to mention his legs felt like there were a million bugs crawling through them, and he was hot. He never felt such a heat before except from his Sekirei when he was sheathed by them, that was an unbelievable heat. No wonder they'd scream like they did if this is how they felt, the heat alone was enough to make him want to strip. His back tingled, and another rush of heat smacked into him, he needed to get up and walk around. It wasn't smart doing that when you seen five instead of one but he didn't care at the moment he was hot and restless. He needed fresh air or a nice walk to clear his hazy head.
"Yashima..." He drawled.
"It's actually me." Ahiko remarked squeezing said shoulder lightly. "Can you hear Miya?" He looked to the side, Ahiko's eyes were filled with concern but the blush didn't fade any. He suppressed a chuckle, here he was beyond drunk, and so was she, but she was fussing over him as usual. Like a mother hen, he could understand now why Hari was so attached to her.
"Yeah."
"Here." Miya frowned, reaching forward for the bottle Ryu had in his hands. She should have noticed this sooner, spotted it sooner, she wasn't this careless normally even when her thoughts wandered she remained aware. "Ryu-san give me the bottle." She said with a firm tone as she stopped just a few inches from his hand, careful not to smack him over the head, even though she wanted to so bad right now.
"Ugh, why!?" Ryu asked in a whining manner as he leaned back away from her, taking his bottle with him and bringing it to his lips gulping down the liquid. He gave them a fair warning, he tried to put this off, but it was too late now he was going to indulge himself, and indulge he did. He took four swigs the liquid making his eyes tear up but otherwise showed no effects, he sighed loudly as he retracted it away, looking at the women surrounding him. Even Hari looked worried as she rubbed his back carefully. "I'm thirsty!" He exclaimed when Ahiko snatched the bottle away with super speed, her scowl deepening and her eyes flashing with anger behind the worry.
"You've had enough." Ahiko said firmly.
"No..." Ryu went to stand up, but this time Miya held him firm in his seat.
"Ryu-san you're drunk." Miya said, her tone emotionless but a part of her was clawing to get out. She never wanted to see him like this, he was completely oblivious. And he was acting like a four year old, it didn't help Kazehana and Matsu were snickering away at the scene before them, Minato and Haruka casting glances every so often looking away soon after it was too awkward. "You've had too much to drink." She frowned ever so slightly as she watched his face twist with a pout, his violet irises narrowing in protest.
"But!"
Nanaha rubbed his knee, not missing the glares Yashima was shooting at all of them her gray eyes glistening like she was about to cry. She ignored those heated glares, worry overtook Nanaha when Ryu didn't move for a good ten minutes, Toyotama and the others had yet to come back she had no idea what they were doing at this moment or why they even left. She should have went with at least then she wouldn't need to be dealing with this little stuck up prude known as Yashima. Nanaha didn't notice anything strange from Ryu, aside from him knocking back cup after cup, Yashima pouring him more and more the entire time with a pleased look on her face. What the hell is she up to? Nanaha thought. "Ryu-kun you can't have anymore." She said trying to coax him peacefully but he wasn't so easily convinced.
"Kazehana-san!" Ryu said, her speech beyond slurred at this point, he looked at her noticing the ever present smirk on her face as she observed him. He didn't miss those large breasts or perfect waist, why did she walk around in such a revaling outfit. Didn't she know what she did to men? What she was doing to him at this moment? He shook his head, the action making the entire room spin and he groaned, reaching his arm forward. "Give me yours." He moved his fingers as he opened his palm.
"Please don't." Hari said her big round eyes zoning on Kazehana.
"Sorry big man but my hands are tied." She said in a sultry tone as she took a long swig causing Ryu to almost wail in exasperation. At this point Minato and Haruka were staring at him, Kuno at Haruka's side observing with that ever nervous expression on her face. "I think you've had enough for one night," she smirked teasingly as she watched him scowl. "I'll give you some tomorrow."
"Don't encourage him." Miya said with a sigh. Not like he needed to be encouraged at the moment. He was going strong and being completely unreasonable he wasn't listening and was squirming under their grasp. Saying something about being hot and wanting to drink more since he was thirsty. Now she could see why he was always so weary of alcohol. "Matsu."
"Yes?" The wisdom Sekirei snapped to attention. She was content on watching the mayhem unfold before her eyes, in fact she was more than happy to watch Ryu act out. He was normally so mature, well reserved was more of the term to be used. First and foremost he didn't argue with Miya, like he was now as Ahiko handed her the bottle of sake and he started demanding it calling it his bottle. Fufufufufu I've never seen this side. She thought with a small smirk. This side of Ryu seemed more rebellious than normal, and didn't really care what he did or how he sounded. She got up from her seat, slowly and carefully, and made her way over to Miya.
"Take this." Miya handed her the bottle before she could even open her mouth. "Don't let him have it. He's had way too much."
"Ahiko let me stand!" Ryu whined as he felt several hands on his shoulders, he needed to move around. He was getting hot, terribly hot. Despite his request she didn't let him stand and held firm her face set with resolve. "I'm so hot!" He exclaimed slipping his hand under his kimono, and began to take it off heaving a sigh when he felt cool air brush against his left shoulder, the action caused Ahiko to snap her hands away, with a yelp she fell back a blush on her cheeks as she scrambled back to her feet.
"Oh my gosh Ryu-tan!" Matsu exclaimed in joy watching him throw his kimono aside revealing his muscular torso with some scars on his abdomen and back. She studied every muscle, every crease, she licked her lips before she knew what she was doing and put the bottle on top of the counter then made her way over to him that lecherous grin not disappearing.
"R-Ryu-kun your shirt!" Hari stuttered her entire head the brightest shade of red and she removed her hands from his bare skin feeling goosebumps race across her own upon contact. She was hazy one minute the next she felt hot, terribly hot starting from her stomach and spreading out. She felt the need to touch Ryu all over, in places, private places. She knew about the art of making love having read the Kama Sutra more than a dozen times, she memorized the majority of it along with some biology books. "Ahiko-chan get his shirt!" She exclaimed steam coming from her ears.
"Where did it go?" She asked looking around frantically.
"Matsu don't you dare!" Toyotama barged in the room eyes blazing as she looked around, her mouth dropping open as she seen Ryu topless, a heated blush staining her face. "What's going on!?"
"Ryu-kun!" Yomi exclaimed running into the room, halting when she seen Ryu so exposed. "Your shirt!" She struggled to fight off the blush, but her cheeks began to hurt and she felt them heating up by the second.
"I guess we came at the wrong time." Karei said as she entered the room, Uzume following close behind. She felt her stomach lurch and the familiar nauseating feeling smacked her. "I need some air."
"Seems like it." Uzume said with a grin.
Yomi sputtered cutely, her face turning even redder as she stared at Ryu. She hardly noticed him pouting and saying he wanted his bottle, all she could see was his muscles, and the feeling she experienced before came back with a vengeance. It took all of her willpower not to pounce on him, desire was flooding like lava from a volcano. I know I am not getting a nosebleed! She screamed mentally as she felt something trickle from his nose, seeing the amused smirk on Toyotama's and Uzume's lips only hit that point home. I am.. This is so embarrassing!
Yashima's eyes glistened as she rubbed Ryu's thigh, she wasn't expecting Ryu to act out like he was. To an extent it was funny, but now everyone was crowding around him, taking her time away from him and she couldn't let that happen. Tonight was her night, and her night alone, she'd show all of them that she was the only that mattered from here on out. She glanced at his pants, not seeing the tell tale signs of arousal. What's taking so long...? She frowned her eyes glistening more, she hoped he notice her blue ribbons woven neatly, she did her best to look dainty and cute today, her gray does eyes glistened as she looked at him.
Karasuba could hear the shouts, the yays, the nays, the cheers, and the boos. All of it was a like symphony of sheer stupidity coming from the intoxicated morons around her, but they weren't all bad they loved a good fight and bloodshed and she would sure not to disappoint in that matter. She stood, relaxed and ready a few feet from seven men, all of them massive and tall. She seen the fights with Benitsubasa and Koto, they faced massive men, but it looked like she was stuck with this lot. Probably the strongest ones for today, or the month, she wasn't sure or cared. With a smirk she stepped forward, deliberate steps as her gray eyes traced over her opponents. "If you don't mind." She said in an easy tone. "I want all of you to attack me at once."
"What?" Niko asked, disbelief written on his burly face. He was tall and lean built wearing causal clothes. His hair was dark brown and messy, reaching to his shoulders. He was the tallest, by far, standing over seven feet, the rest of her opponents looked similar. She never cared to look too deeply into them, humans, aside from Ryu the rest were all trash in her eyes. And there was Minaka, but he was disposable, but he had his uses, and Takami was for lack of a better term the peace keeper in the game.
"She's out of her mind, seven on one!" Juo said, disdain clearly in his voice. He wore a black gi with a blue sash, he stood at six foot three and was muscular, and was more massive. He didn't have any weapons, preferring to use his fists. Unlike many of the people that fought in these, he was a real martial artist, now with the weapons ban there were several 'factions' and many swordsman were popping up. But out of those who made such a bold claim few could deliver.
Karasuba set her chin, her gray eyes narrowing with a murderous glint gleaming. She faced greater odds in the past, hundreds if not thousands of soldiers were slain by her, this was nothing more than an exercise, if she could even call it that. Her hand rested on the hilt of her sword, her eyes hovered in a far direction, spotting the wild haired man, eyes open unlike before his face emotionless as he stared at her and her opponents. Searching for a weakness. She thought instantly, knowing the look well. "Die." Her voice cold as she vanished from sight, completely, her movements so swift and precise it put a snake and cheetah to shame, and she attacked, several slashes, she could see everything, the looks of shock, the gashes her sword left, the blood splattering and bones giving away when she stabbed. And as fast as it began, it ended, she stood a few inches away from the seemingly frozen warriors. Gashes and gouges ripped, and blood shot up in the air as high as eight feet, the bodies crumbling to the ground bathing the ring in the crimson substance.
Silence.
Karasuba, slowly, methodically raised her arm, flicking her wrist, ridding her blade of the blood and sheathed it quickly. She heard no shouts, not even a whimper, a small smirk graced her face, satisfied that she shut them up. And then, the entire place erupted with applause and boos alike, but she ignored it completely striding passed the horrified announcer, his ass on the ground as his eyes were fixed on the ring and her. She was hardly trying, she couldn't even toy with them, that was too much.
"Wow..." Luna said as she looked at the ring littered with dismembered bodies. She already knew of Karasuba's reputation, and her skill from first hand experience, she was widely feared for a reason. She demonstrated it to perfection just now, she was quick, perhaps that wasn't the right word. Any Sekirei that crossed her path didn't live, her and her team mates aside, the rest weren't so lucky.
"She kicked their asses!" Benitsubasa hollered at the top of her lungs, cheering loudly along with Haihane. The sudden and very loud outburst caused Koto to wince and sending her a scathing look. She was so small, and yet she was so loud, probably the loudest person he knew coming in for a close tie for first with Minaka. That inane, rdiciulous man could talk, talk his ass of to the point of rambling, he had his misgivings about the man. However, that was before, now he had his duty, and was the second in command, he made most of the decisions for the squad, of course Karasuba could and would give the final word. "And it only took her a few seconds!"
"One way to put it." Koto said, he already knew that was the way it was going to go. Those seven, despite their size didn't stand a chance, he had to admit it was an experience to see Karasuba wield a sword, she was quick and graceful but had power to go with that deadly speed, where he made up for that with his hand to hand combat training, he couldn't hope to match her speed. Those seven were lucky in his opinion to have a quick death, when so many others suffered before being killed. "Too good for those fools." He muttered.
"That's Karasuba-sama for you." Haihane said with an air of pride.
Luna was about to respond, until she felt a familiar vibration on her thigh, she sighed rummaging her hand in her pocket. Of course she brought her cell phone with, just in case. Koto shot her a look that seemed to ask 'what's that?' She shrugged, flipping the phone open her eyes widening slightly as she seen the call ID. It was Natsuo. She sighed mentally, great, Benitsubasa was going to be glaring at her for a month straight once she found out, she'd rather avoid having to expend energy on that. "It's Natsuo-san."
"My Natsuo!" Benitsubasa said, happiness in her voice for once.
"Ours." Haihane chimed, though she didn't look at her. Instead she looked to Karasuba who was nearing them.
"Shut up!"
"Yeah." Luna said as she flipped the phone open, bringing it to her ear Natsuo was already speaking, his voice ever relaxed like usual but there was some... Interest in it. "Natsuo-san, what do you need?" Luna asked.
"You went pretty hard on them Karasuba-sama." Haihane said with a tiny of humor in her tone.
"We're going back."
"We have to go back."
Koto's eyes narrowed and he felt something very similar to anger flare inside of him. He was so close to getting this guy, to fighting him, testing him and here was this... Thing, Natsuo was always strange to him he seemed empty, it was hard to explain, as if hollow. He let out a sharp and quick breath his arms already folded over his chest, his scowl deepened and he started glaring murderously at nothing in particular. "Delay that order."
"We're going back." Karasuba repeated, her tone not changing as she stood in front of Haihane who already nodded. The white haired Sekirei was already interested in what her Ashikabi wanted, he never really showed this much interest in them. Aside from business and the meetings, things of that nature, she spent her time watching TV, training with Koto and Luna, or pissing off Benitsubasa, Karasuba was normally away on missions. Koto tried to reign his anger, he didn't lack control, he wasn't lashing out, more like biting out his words. This was an assignment a mission, his mission, and now things just changed...
"I guess it's mandatory." Luna seconded shrugging her own shoulders.
"Let's go back, what are we waiting for!?" Benitsubasa exclaimed, babbling on about Natsuo and how she was going to get him to change. Koto shook his head at the behavior, what a fool, she really thought she was going to Natsuo's attention? She'd have better luck with a cheeseburger, Natsuo wasn't interested in her that way, and he was never one to put much in rumors, but if the rumor were the case. Benitsubasa was the biggest idiot, Sekirei and human.
"The mission isn't finished..." Koto said, his eyes flicking to the wild haired man who stared at nothing in particular, he wasn't avoiding his gaze but he just didn't notice it, or care to notice it, he seemed to be focused on something else. What could be more important than this?
"Koto." Luna said in a soft tone, looking at him with firm, understanding expression. "He said it's important."
"It might be something good." Haihane coaxed.
He sighed softly, walking to the edge of their perch. "Karasuba-sama's ordered it." And with that he jumped down.
Karei sighed softly as she watched the stars shine, there weren't that many out, but tonight the light pollution wasn't that terrible. It was a shame really, but the view was still nice, fleeting. She retreated to the roof needing air, aside from finding Ryu humorous she felt nauseated, probably because she tried to out drink Kazehana, and failed miserably in that contest, and she could feel the tenseness coming from Toyotama, and didn't miss the glares Yashima was throwing around.
She pitied Ryu, he had spunky Sekirei. All of them were emotional, some insecure, others possessive and perverted. Aside from Ahiko, Karasuba, and Miya, the former she didn't know was his Sekirei, they all had quirks as it were. From what she gathered Uzume was the cheerful girl, but that's just how she was as a person, she knew her for as long as she can remember, her earliest memory. There was Toyotama who she talked to, though they weren't that close, Yomi she didn't talk to much their personalities were opposites, Yashima she couldn't recall speaking to her that much the small Sekirei was strange, and Nanaha and Hari were friendly enough.
She could hear the noise quieted, she heard several people sauntering off to their bedrooms, Kusano was put to bed a few hours ago. Minato, Haruka, and their Sekirei alike were ready to call it a night, and then there was Ryu who she was sure was being difficult, but at this moment she could feel for him since she was experiencing the same thing he probably was. Restlessness and a burning heat that radiated from the inside out, she also left because of the conversation that took place previously between her, Uzume, Yomi, and Toyotama. She wasn't serious, she seen it on a TV show, and she was drunk, about to get high, so she was just joking more so. But, Toyotama took her serious, and Yashima was staying at his side no matter where he went, looking for him like the others were.
Heheh, I guess Chiho does have a point, he is funny. Karei thought remembering the stories she'd tell when she'd spend the night after sneaking in. Or during the early morning, she always enjoyed sleeping with her, nothing intimate just cuddling. It was nice to feel her there, close, just a breath away, Chiho was always kind and attentive, perceptive even, she could see why her and Ryu would be close. Uzume probably introduced them, which she didn't mind, he was Uzume's Ashikabi after all, so he couldn't be all that bad of a person. He was nice and unlike a lot of guys he didn't ogle her, which she was thankful for seeing those creepy stars got very annoying after a while.
"Hey." Ryu said quietly as he carefully crawled towards her, his movements as measured as they could be since he was drunk. He looked around for a moment, he had just jumped from a window and ran around the house, for whatever reason they didn't want him to go outside. Probably for his safety, he was drunk but he wasn't stupid, Yashima was trying to stick to him like glue, following him around while the others fussed over him, he was glad Minato and Haruka called it a night. He took a deep breath, the cool night air hitting his bare chest and throwing his hair back, he felt a wave of relief, outside. He knew he needed fresh air, the wind continued to blow keeping him cool, his eyes on the moon as he just basked in the feeling. "You won't tell them I'm up here will you?" He asked, warily she noticed.
"Nah, it's a good night to stare at the stars." Karei said, smiling reassuringly. Yeah, she was definitely feeling what he was. Of course she wasn't being fussed over, that she was thankful for because she couldn't deal with that. Ryu seemed too independent to engage in that kind of thing, or tolerate it, she could tell he kept things close to his chest. Couldn't fault him there they all had their secrets, dark secrets. "It was getting stuffy in there."
"Yeah." Ryu agreed, his tone honest. He didn't feel as hot or nauseated as before, and his vision was a lost sharper although he would see double and triple at times. He tried to shake it off but no matter what he did it remained, coupled that with his fussing Sekirei and the heat that was literally coating his skin he needed to get out, and eve though it sounded bad have his own space and not being smothered or fussed over. "So, you're Chiho's Sekirei? She's said nothing but great things about you."
Karei smiled softly, affection shining in her eyes. "I heard that you're Karasuba's Ashikabi. I figured you to be a terrible person, but Chiho holds you in high regard and you're Uzume's Ashikabi." She shrugged her shoulders, keeping her eyes on the moon. It really was beautiful tonight, and especially bright, "so can't be that bad of person." That was her logic at least, Uzume wouldn't go near someone as terrible as Karasuba.
"I see, so everyone knows." Ryu sounded slightly annoyed. How long had he heard about it, especially from Matsu. Ever since the day she came for that visit Matsu was sticking to her room, which wasn't unusual except for the fact she was literally staying in there. He wasn't going to ask before, why do it, Karasuba had the effect on people the effect of making the paralyzed with fear and soiling themselves. She was being chased by Karasuba as well as the other two. He thought ruefully. "I guess it was just a matter of time."
"Yeah, but there's a lot of rumors." Karei said waving her hand nonchalantly. "I can't judge, we're all different."
The two sat in silence, neither speaking, both enjoying the cool breeze and dwelling in their own thoughts. The silence was welcomed, it was rare for things to be quiet. Karei's thoughts drifted to Chiho and her jobs that she carried out, it was getting to be too much, Kuno was right in front of her but she couldn't strike, there were more Sekirei than she could handle, not to mention Kazehana was here as well. And Ryu could only ponder on Matsu's strange behavior and Uzume's the thoughts just came, and he didn't want to entertain them, but the didn't pass, they lingered. Then he felt something, a rush.. He glanced at his pants, and realization hit, as he glanced over at Karei, glad she didn't see, he adjusted himself to hide the bulge in his pants. He had morning wood as they put it, but this felt like that but times twenty, it came out of nowhere, he couldn't recall doing anything more than talking tonight with his Sekirei. Why would he be aroused?
It'll pass. He thought dully, there were times when it would just happen. But it'd pass in a few minutes. To his surprise it didn't pass, that was strange. Too strange, it wasn't like Karei was giving him a hand job or anything and he wasn't so lecherous that he would stare at her figure even though at times it was hard, every Sekirei seemed to be well endowed from what he seen so far. He was brought out of his thoughts by a thick odor, he looked at Karei watching her exhale a stream of smoke into the night air, she locked gazes with him for a moment before passing the cigarello over to him, absently he took it. "It'll bring you back to even." She said with a light tone as he began to inhale, the cherry burning a bright orange, and his lungs heaved, Karei took it back watching him cough every few seconds. "You can let it out you know." Karei said, laughing as he let out a ragged cough, shaking his head and wiping tears from his eyes.
"You weren't kidding." He remarked, the haze receded slightly. "Thanks."
"Just don't tell Chiho." Karei said her tone serious as was her look. Chiho didn't need to know about everything. And it was better because she didn't want to get scolded like she had any times before.
"Don't tell her I drank tonight or how I was behaving." Ryu said.
They both nodded, silently vowing to the other not to utter a single word about this night. Karei exhaled another stream, with some of her darker thoughts, about her jobs and Higa, but as quickly as they came they passed. She passed it over to Ryu again, and he inhaled deeply, she held back a laugh. That was a good way to cough to the point of choking, or even vomiting, either he was experienced or was just plain crazy. As before he held in his cough, if only barely, and passed it back to Karei. "Still going out tonight with Uzume?" Karei asked after a moment of silence, curiosity getting the better of her, she recalled Uzume talking about it.
"Yeah." Ryu said in a honest tone, it was her night after all and tomorrow Yomi's. However they did it, his Sekirei made a system to compete instead of bickering constantly, although it didn't help stopping that. They'd always banter to some extent, some more than others, he didn't miss the glares Yashima and Toyotama were throwing at each other. But, he pushed that aside and thought of Uzume, his first Sekirei, he needed to talk to her and tonight was the perfect time to do it. "What times is it?"
"Eight thirty." Karei noticed he looked uncomfortable, very much so. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah. I just need to use the bathroom." Ryu said as he moved to scale off of the roof. "Thanks for talk!" His voice was toned with relief. Karei gave a salute watching him vanish, and heard the thuds of his landing. "I better go back in myself." She said, feeling the wind gust ever so slightly, making her squint her eyes.
