Chapter 1028 The battle with the Chief
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Leon's group went foward and they saw two doors in front of them.
"Okay, each entrance will lead us to a different challenge, so which one?" Leonidas said.
Ashley found a paper and reads it. "Hey one will take us to area with many of those villagers waiting."
"And the other?" Leon asked.
"A hallway with a giant." She said.
"Giant." Judai goes to the entrance.
"Wait really?" Victor said.
"They'll have to chainsaw goons there." Judai said.
"That's a good point." Leon follows him.
They went to the entrance and saw path with a chained door in the distance.
They walked towards it and a gigante lands behind him roaring.
They saw it coming and Ashley points up. "Guys!"
Above them was a platform with a boulder on top.
Leon aims at it as the gigante came he shoots the support, the boulder falls down and hits the gigante making it grunt and fall down.
The parasite came and Leon goes to cut the chains while the others shoot at it.
The gigante stands up screaming in pain, Leon cut the chains and kicks it up letting them a chance to run.
The giant crushes through entrance to chase them, they kept going and they fired back at the thing while Leon cuts the other door's chains.
They opened it and Leon throws a grenade at the thing making the explosion stun it.
The group went foward and they arrived at the exit.
"Deadend." Victor tries to open the door.
Leonidas looks around and looks at the cliffs, he takes out two grenades and puts runes at them to make them stronger.
Giant came and he throws them foward, they exploded making the cliffs falls down on to the giant as he roars while being burried alive.
They saw it covered in rocks with a arm out but it falls down showing that it's dead.
"Are you nuts?! You could have burried all of us alive!" Victor yells at Leonidas.
"It was a strategic option, we needed to get rid of it when it's weak." Leonidas said.
"Still good job, theres always a risk to take but it took it down." Leon said.
Judai goes to the giant and takes out a key from it's neck. "I got it."
They went to the door and unlocked it.
"I wonder what those other guys are doing?" Victor said.
The Ganados on the other side are waiting and looking around.
"Cuándo vendrán?" One said.
The group went up a set of stairs and saw the Merchant on top.
"Hey look it's our friend the Merchant." Victor said.
"Welcome." He opens his coat.
They sold some stuff they found and got a few upgrades for they're weapons.
"Very good choices strangers." Merchant said. "Come back anytime."
They went away and arrived at a cable car station.
They went to a cart and travel down the line, they saw a few Ganados coming from the others.
Victor starts to shoot at them making them fall off the things.
"They should get smarter people." Victor said .
Ashley looks at Judai as he watches the over the distance. "You know... The moon is really nice."
"I guess." He shrugs.
"You don't seem to interact a lot." She said.
"Nothing much to say." He shrugs.
She thinks of something. "But I think your really nice, you helped save me with the others."
He thinks about what she said.
They arrived at they're destination and went out, they traveled and saw a warehouse of sorts in the distance.
"Well let's check it out." Victor said.
They went towards the place and Leon said: "I'll go there with Judai, you two protect Ashley."
"Right." They nodded.
Ashley looks at Judai. "Be careful."
He looks at her and nodded a bit.
The duo went inside and they looked around, the chief Bitores came up from behind them.
They looked back only for him to grab the duo by they're throats and throws them against a support beam.
They fell down and grunted.
"Now to deliver you to the princess." He goes foward.
Judai sees a barrel of gas so he kicks it at him and the chief looks at it.
Leon then shoots at it making a explosion.
They saw his coat burn off before he mutated getting claws and his Aline stretching out.
"Oh great." Leon said.
Judai goes to use his belt but Bitores knocks it away out of the place.
The others saw it land next to them.
"Oh no." Ashley said.
Judai glares at him and changed into his Orphnoch form.
"Wow, a wolf." Leon said.
Judai charges at Bitores and clashed with him as the two traded blows, Judai then goes around him and claws at Bitores who grunted and throws him back.
Judai roars and changed into his Gallop Mode.
He attacks Bitores many times making him grunt, Leon throws a grenade and it explodes making him scream as he loft his legs
But the chief grabs on to the railing and swings around with Leon shooting at him.
"This guy just won't die." Leon said.
Leon takes out his shotgun and shoots while Bitores swings his shoulder claws at him making Leon duck.
Judai jumps around and looks at the chief before he saw the fire spread even more around the place.
He then grabs a stake that was covered in flames and throws it at Bitores surprising him as he got stabbed through the chest.
He gets stuck against the wall before Leon opens fire against him making him grunt as he falls limp.
A glass eye came down and Judai takes it, he saw that it can be useful.
A hole opened on the sides and Judia changes back before they got out.
"Did you get him?" Victor said.
"Yeah let's go." Leon said.
Ashley gives Judai his belt back and they ran.
Bitores was still there and he noticed someone coming towards him, it was it was Arachne's mother Widow.
He reaches her to her and Widow smiles holding his hand.
"You did your best, uncle Bitores." She said.
When Widow was younger Bitores was in charge of protecting her by her father's orders.
Widow was close to him and she always held his hand when they went together as the princess of los Iluminados needed a protector.
He smiles before he dies, it was the only thing he ever wanted, to see how much she grew ever since she went away.
Widow takes him off of the wall and puts Bitores on the floor, she then closes his eyes before getting out of the warehouse.
She watches as the place burns and frowns, someone was here and she said: "Don't hurt him that badly."
She goes away before someone goes inside with Dama watching the whole thing and leaves.
With the group
They arrived at a gate and Leon uses the eye to unlock the gate as there was a scanner.
They went inside and saw a truck coming down towards them.
They shoot at it and Victor fires more destructive rounds making the truck tip over and blow up.
"Let's go up." Leon said.
They ran up the hill to get to the top and saw a castle.
"Ellos estan por ahi!" They saw more Ganados coming from bellow the hill.
"Quick!" Leon looks at the castle. "To the other side of the bridge."
They ran towards the direction with the Ganados going after them.
Leon and Victor went to the levers and turned them raising the bridge up, the Ganados went faster but it was too late.
They grunted seeing that they were inside.
"Theres no worries." They looked back and saw Widow making them gasp.
They bow before her and she walks foward. "You all did your best, and now Judai is getting closer to my daughter, all we have to do is wait." She said.
Note: Bitores is now dead with Judai and Leon defeating him, Arachne's mother came and sees Bitores one last time.
