'We're not letting Irmó get anywhere near coffee again.' Oromë chuckled from his spot at the bottom of a Hunter-pile. It wasn't the first time he'd been in this position, but it certainly was the first time he'd been in this state.

'Look, blame Mellissë.' The Fëanturi in question muttered from his end of the Valar-wide mental council, and his sleeping-patch on a small island in his domain. 'I warned her adding a stimulant to the mix would be a horrible idea.'

'I expected you'd give the Children hilarious dreams!' The youngest Valie defended herself from where she'd ended up in the top of a tree somehow. 'Not knock out literally everyone in Eä!'

'To be fair, none of us ever slept before, so how could she have known we even could?' Namó pointed out from where he'd just managed to get himself and his wife to bed before being struck down by his twin.

'Are you saying that because it's true, or because Tulkas is contemplating dropping your eldest in the deepest part of Ulmo's domain?' Nessa snorted mentally, perfectly content and comfortable on her husband's chest.

'I am not!' The second-youngest Valar countered, head on a patch of thick lichen.

'Because Namó will murder you if you throw his eldest in my domain?' Ulmo sweetly asked in turn, being a happy puddle that Manwë and Varda had somehow half ended up in when their nap hit. 'Or because you legitimately don't want to?'

'Hey!'

'Why was I happy again that we act more family-like...?' Manwë pulled himself out of his wet spot, a sharp wind picking up to dry him off... and shove Ulmo a good deal away, to an annoyed burbble of the water-Vala.

'We didn't stack enough for family to be a thing yet.' Nienna sadly mused, which was interesting considering she had piled herself on Yavanna's hip.

'Well, if you look at the Skinchangers, that is true.' Vairë burrowed back into her blanket. 'A ten people minimum, these days, I believe.'

'So in short, give Irmo coffee when we're in Mahanaxar?' Vaná innocently queried, which earned her mixed reactions from the others.
