On a random day at Belserion Prison Ward.
Natsu is currently being walked in a strait jacket and chains by Erza, Juvia, and Lucy. As Natsu got situated to his seat, a buzz is heard from the other side's door that soon opens for three people to come in.

The daughter of Ur wears a white and blue sun dress with a blueish white shortie draped around her shoulders. The salmon haired mage leans forward and grins. "so? how's our little baby in your belly doing?"

"Only that things have been progressing as you planned." "Not only that; we have also accumulated nearly billions of acquired fortune from our branched business association for the END plan. All that is needed is for you to say the word and it can finally go to the second phase."
"I see." Natsu said as he pocketed the card. "the plan is going on smoothly but we can't go too hasty for the second phase." "Until all the pieces have been gathered, only until then will we proceed with the second phase and then the final act to bring chaos and despair to all." he leans forward with a hand placed to the table. "tell Ur and the others that the time will come for the second phase. For now, get all our associates before we begin the second phase."
"got it." Ultear replied with a glance to her other bodyguard who is currently making a call while exiting the room. She then looks back at Natsu while smiling and having red hinting around her cheeks. "hey, since I don't have anything else to do and I'm currently on my safe period. So…"

Ultear begins walking down the snowy street as she pass by other pedestrians on her way to her home.
"I wonder when will the snow settle down a bit?" Ultear asks herself as she turns a corner of the street and then goes down while following the road. "it's getting too cold by the days.
This is all that is to Ultear's life in her normal and peaceful snowy town which goes on its daily life in the winter, but that all will change during an unprecedented encounter with someone who is staring at her from a black SUV's tinted windows. The vehicle stayed at a stoplight before it moves away.
At a residential street area, Ultear came walking by as she went to one house where she pushed the gate open before pulling it back to close it.
Ultear walked to the house's door as she take out a housekey, unlocks it and then opens the door before coming inside to lock it.
"I'm home." Ultear called out as she came and begins to take off her shoes that she had quickly dusted by the rug and then placed to a nearby shoe rack where there are heels and other women shoes but there are also a pair of heels that she is unfamiliar with. "Do we have a guest?"

"Do we have guests in the house?" Ultear asks as she was taking off her coat and placing it to a hangar.
"Yes, a new neighbor who just came and recently moved in a few blocks down the road." Ur nodded with a smile before she waves a hand to her to come. "She just came to give us a greeting and a welcoming gift. Come and meet her."
"alright." Ultear said as she combs her hair after dusting off any snow that may have gotten caught in her hair. The teen walking and followed Ur who reentered the room. "excuse me." she spoke in greeting while coming into the room.
"Here is my daughter, Ultear." Ur spoke with a smile in introducing her daughter to their guest who is none other than Irene Belserion herself. The scarlet haired woman sitting by a table and having been served with tea and biscuits. "sorry that she just came in, she was doing some errands."
"Ultear Milkovich, I am pleased to meet you." Ultear greeted Irene with a smile.
"Pleasure." Irene nodded with a smile. "My name is Irene Belserion, call me Irene." She held a hand to her chest while looking at Ur. "And don't apologize, miss Ur. Even my own son is out on an errand when he is supposed to be with me greeting the neighbors."
"oh? You have a son, Miss Irene?" Ur asks a bit surprised while sitting down in front of her guest. "I'm actually amazed to see that you have a son considering how youthful you are looking."
"You flatter me." Irene giggles in reply as she looks at Ultear who sits beside her mother. "I believe he's around your daughter's age or perhaps two to three years younger."
"I see" Ur nodded with a smile. "can't wait to meet him when he comes around."
"I'm sure he would say the same." Irene giggles in reply.
The group begin to chatter and converse to pass the time, Irene speaking so politely to Ur and Ultear who did the same while also giving her a proper welcome to their neighborhood.
After about an hour or so, Irene is leaving the Milkovich's household. The scarlet haired woman wearing a coat on and wearing a winter hat to cover her head.
"Thank you very much for your hospitality." Irene bowed her head to Ur and Ultear with a smile. "I shall be excusing myself now. I have a lot of my belongings to be unpacked and things to prepare for tomorrow."
"yes, please have a nice day." Ur nodded with a smile. "I hope one day, you and your son come and visit again for some friendly tea and biscuit chat."
"I'll keep that in mind and I'm sure my son would like to have a liking to greet his nice neighbors." Irene said with a smile before she bowed to the mother and daughter then leave the household.
"be careful when walking down the slippery road." Ur called out to Irene who waved a hand to them before she turned and begins walking down the road. The woman sighs with a smile. "looks like we got some nice new neighbors for this town. I wonder where they moved in from."
"we can ask them later on." Ultear said as she sighs and then rubs her hands up and down her arms. "let's get inside before we freeze from this cold weather."
"yeah." Ur nodded as she followed Ultear into their home.
Meanwhile with Irene, the scarlet haired woman went down the road as she stops by a house where it has a black suv that is parked in its driveway.
"looks like he's already back." Irene said as she went pass the house's gate and goes straight for the door then enters the home.
Irene entered the house which seemingly very vacant considering that it doesn't have any household furnishing of any kind, but there is the sound of voices coming from one room near the doorway.
"had fun scouting the town?" Irene spoke as she walks in and turns to the corner of a room's entrance where she finds a living room where a young 10 year old looking Natsu who wears a plain black shirt and white jeans, is in the middle of eating a fried chicken leg along with a fast food set meal that has fries, sodas, and more fried chicken. "seems that you've already made yourself accustom to their local fast food."
"I have." Natsu said as he munches on the fried chicken's meat. "so? how was the place?"
"The owner of that house seems to be quite the nice person along with her daughter." Irene said as she went to a cupboard and reaches in to take a file folder that she opens and then takes out two photos of Ur and Ultear. "a single mother and daughter living in a normal house in a normal peaceful life." She went and showed the photo to Natsu. "I don't think that they would be a threat to your plan."
"when has women ever been a threat to me?" Natsu asks as he drops the now meatless chicken bone and then goes to pick up another fried chicken that he munches and rips the fried meat off while smirking a bit. "after all, I eat them as my meal after all."
This is the start of how Natsu along with Irene met with Ur and Ultear, a time before the present day and a time before the start of the young man's mysterious yet possibly diabolical plan.
