A.N. — The first half of October is really ripe with birthdays. This hero got shifted a day early because tomorrow is another shared birth date. And while both are movie-only guys, today's star barely registered (even his design is sorta stolen from Vlad King), while the villain to come was quite the threat.

276. Mr. Plastic

Mr. Plastic had often thought about getting artificial body augmentation to truly match his moniker. But trying to use his Plastic Transformation quirk on himself proved to be an attention-dividing liability, so he settled for having a robotic suit and a couple of display visors to aid his heroic endeavors.

He was a pro in the American mold: tall, chiseled with muscles, flashy in looks and bombastic in fighting style. There was nothing plastic about Mr. Plastic except his name and inborn ability. But the title was short and snappy, and helped him stay super in the public's eyes.
