A camera panned over Tropical Islands while relaxing music started up. "Ah yes, paradise." A smooth and calm voice narrated while the camera continued to pan over clear blue ocean water and beautiful beaches. "A getaway from the everyday stresses of life. A place to create new memories and such things with friends and family alike." The narrator continued while the camera began to show footage of tropical Crabs and even fish in the coral reefs.

"Paradise comes in many different forms. There's always a new meaning of paradise for each person you meet." The camera then panned on a blacked out island in front of the sunset, the camera ever so slowly zooming in. "For one Chris McLean, paradise is..." The light begins to shine on the island, which reveals it to actually not be an island at all. Instead it was a pile of trash painted like sand?

"A dump?" the Narrator confusedly said in some sort of disbelief while Chris and Chef Hatchet walked into frame, with the former standing proudly with his hands on his hips while the latter just sighed in utter disappointment in his co hosts actions. "We had such a big budget..." He groaned.

Chris scoffed, "And we used it all up extremely well. This season of Total Drama is gonna be a brand new breath of fresh air!" He exclaimed with a proud grin on his face. Chef rolled his eyes. "I don't know about fresh but.. this IS new." The larger man agreed with a frown. He looked around at the waste surrounding him everywhere and the smell was just flat out terrible.

The two walked off into the horizon, probably exploring this brand new "Island" that was made up of waste and garbage

"Ahem." The Narrator cleared his throat. "So on goes Chris McLean and Chef Hatchet, to discover what lies upon this pile of trash. As I said, paradise comes in many different forms to everyone but... this is a bit extreme isn't it?"

A voice mumbles to him just out of earshot from the Narrator's microphone in the studio. "Huh? What's that? They really spent all the money on this? Well how am I supposed to get paid?" The narrator was given an answer and he just sighed. "So much for all of that... but, what exactly is your paradise? Surely it's better than this."

And with that, the camera fades to black on the shot of the so called "Island"

Hey everyone, Membrane here to announce that the SYOC Application process is now over! With all 18 competitors now accepted, here are all the characters, their stereotypes, and their creators! Shoutout to everyone who sent in a SYOC. To the people who's characters didn't get accepted, they were all great but I just didn't really know what to do with them in this story and I'm really sorry about that.
