Not long after the Nobodies and monsters were dealt with and Spoiled was arrested, we see that Princess Celestia is making an announcement from Ponyville that is being broadcasted to the whole world through magic.
"Ponies and non-ponies, it is a great pleasure to announce the end of the Ponies First policy and the removal of the ban on non-ponies going to school. I would also like to announce the elections for the new noble council, as it was discovered that all but 5 of them were conspiring against the throne. On the subject of the throne, I would like welcome back my sister Luna, the high ruler of Equestria." Celestia says, causing murmurs to go through the crowds.
"How is that possible?" Asks Grand Pear.
Princess Luna then speaks up revealing information regarding the Sailor Scouts and goes into details on what the nobles did. This nearly causes a riot, the crowds calling for the responsible nobles execution.
Cadance stops it.
"There will be a public trial within a few days. Until then, let us rejoice at the return of the greatest heroes our world has ever known. The Power Rangers." Cadance says, making Demiyah step forward and introduces the group before getting to Right, his friends and the Psycho Rangers who introduce themselves. Causing Grand Pear to have a minor freak out, since he thought his daughter was dead.
Among the crowd are 5 mares each of the Element Bearers know, Granny Smith with them. Knowing they'd have to tell their daughters the truth.
Luna then explains more about the Rangers, knowing most of this from her future brother-in-law: Sombra before he was put under the mind control.
After that, Celestia explains about the Silver Millennium and the alliance they had before it fell.
A little while later Demiyah overhears an argument and goes to investigate.
When she gets there she sees two ponies who have similar looks to Coloratura demanding something of Blueblood.
"It's would be in everyponies best interest if you agreed to the betrothal." The stallion says.
"Blueblood is MARRIED to his soulmate with a daughter and another foal on the way." Demiyah says, knowing the fact that Derpy is actually Sailor Dark Uranus.
"Not to mention your daughter is already engaged to her soulmate." Cadance, speaking on Coloratura's behalf.
Coloratura's mother then goes off and says: "I refuse to let our daughter marry another mare. It's why we payed Svengallop and Neighsay to suppress their memories and the bond."
Applebloom then tries to tackle them, only for Derpy to intervene when her transformation rod appears.
"Uranus Shadow Power!" Derpy says, becoming Sailor Dark Uranus and restoring her eyes and memory as it happens.
She then summons a powerful wind storm and knocks them out when they hit a wall. Demiyah mentally makes a note to figure out how Senshi from the Eltar System were reincarnated in Equestria.
Once unconscious, they are taken into custody. Coloratura has tears in her eyes as what her parents did sinks in.
After the Apple family comforts Coloratura, they see a purple pony with a green mane, tail and eyes walking over to them.
"Who are you?" Asks Twilight?
"Guess." The pony says, making Twilight jump. Recognizing his voice.
"Spike?!" Twilight asks in surprise, making the other element bearers surprised. Demiyah's group not so much.
That's when the five mares from earlier show up. Pear Butter recognizes them.
"Why are our mom's here?" Asks a confused Pinkie.
The mother's, Pear Butter included look at each other nervously.
"There's something we need to talk about." Twilight's mother: Twilight Velvet says.
By the time their mom's are done explain there's a mix shock and anger at what they were told.
Apparently, the Power Ponies were real and they were being hunted down by the nobles in an attempt to figure out who they were. Thankfully Pinkie's mom: Cloudy Quartz had diverted their attention by saying they were characters for a comic she was writing.
"Who was Humdrum though?" Spike asks curiously.
"He's the current Dragon Lord, though he was resurrected and came from another world." Explains Twilight Velvet, causing Demiyah to look at her.
"What the name he went by in the other world?" Asks Demiyah, getting a sneaking suspicion.
"His name is Torch, but his first name Burai: Dragon Prince of the Yamato Tribe." Explains Rainbow's mom:
Demiyah and Doc then promptly bang their heads against the nearest wall, while ToQger are just wide eyed. They'd heard of Burai, but never met him.
"He also went by the codename Phantom Ranger." Explains Rarity's mother, causing Demiyah to stop for a moment and look at her with stunned before grinning.
"I can get a lot of teasing out of this." Demiyah says, before paling, realizing something.
"Did Torch have a wife?" Demiyah asks, causing them to look at her.
"Yeah and two kids, though one of their eggs was stolen." Admits Cloudy Quartz.
"When was the egg stolen?" Demiyah asks.
"Around 14 to 15 years ago." Says Fluttershy's mom.
This causes everypony in the room to go pale, including Celestia.
"The timeframes seem to fit, though that would mean the nobles stole a dragon egg." Princess Luna says, wincing at the implications.
"And lied to my face about it." Celestia says angry beyond words. There were strict rules in place at the School for Gifted Unicorns regarding magical creatures eggs. Only orphaned or abandoned eggs could be used in the entrance exams.
"His magic is a 50% match the to the Dragon Lords, not to mention he has grid energy inside of him." Discord says, causing the Rangers to pale at the implications.
Before anyone can say anything Demiyah has a vision of the past, showing Cassie as a dragoness, reuniting and marrying Torch and giving birth to two dragon eggs.
"I know who Spike's mom is." Says Demiyah.
"Who is it?" Asks Kimberly.
"It's Cassie." Demiyah says, causing the Rangers to wince. Knowing Cassie went off on her own after countdown and returned without much of her memory regarding that time.
"The Spirit of the previous Pink Astro Ranger locked her memories to protect her from the nobles." Trista explains, Cadance then realizes something.
"Weren't the guards with them supposed to make sure they only took orphaned or abandoned eggs?" Cadance asks, causing Shining, Celestia and Luna to stop breathing for a moment.
Shining looks close to having a panic attack, because while his rank wasn't high enough to go on the mission at the time, he HAD heard about the aftermath. The Dragons shut down their borders and barred ponies entry to their lands.
That's when a green and gold pony walks over to them.
Doc recognizes them instantly.
"Burai? What are you doing here?" Psycho Black asks.
"I sensed the power of Dragon Caesar and came to see who holds his power, I've also been looking for my son." Burai explains.
Demiyah then summons the Dragon Dagger and shows it to Dragon Lord Burai.
"I retrieved it two years ago during the Dino Thunder teams time active." Explains Demiyah
"I'm glad to see that my old friend is in good hands, I only wish I knew what happened to my brother. We were not reborn in the same world." Reveals Burai.
Demiyah then hands him a communication device, promising to keep in touch and inform him of her progress on finding him.
After that Burai and Twilight Sparkle discuss a custody agreement regarding Spike. Agreeing that he would spend two weeks in Equestria, then two weeks in the Dragon Lands.
Bright Mac then walks over to the group revealing a Yellow Beetle Scarab, prompting Demiyah to look at him in surprise.
"I didn't know the Yellow Scarab was in Equestria." Demiyah says.
Bright Mac then explains he was its host during the time of the Power Ponies and that after the group disbanded he allowed it to look for a new host if it wanted to. Having left during Spoiled's attack on them.
"Well that's 2 of 4, we still need to find the Pink and Silver Scarabs." Demiyah says.
"Why's that so important?" Asks Applejack with a raised eyebrow.
Demiyah then explains about the Reach and what they've done so far. This surprises them since they didn't anything like that existed and worries them because who knows what they're up to.
"Do you have any idea where they are?" Asks Luna.
"We know where the Silver Scarab is, no clue where the pink one is though." Haru admits.
That's when Chrysalis speaks up. Awake, but still recovering
"I somewhat remember Queen Serenity saying it was being sent to a world connected to the Eltar System. Though I'm not sure which one, given how many there are." Admits the Changeling Queen.
"Well, that's something to look into later.
With everything said and done the groups heads back to Earth with a few new people.
The first of the new people is Fleur-De-Lis. She's going with them because she's Justin's soulmate and was sent by Princess Luna as an ambassador and a go between for the Sailor Scouts of Equestria and the Eltar system.
The second person is Queen Chrysalis, who's going for healing in Elysian.
The third person is Sharon/Spitfire, who requests that Rainbow Dash is trained to become a new Wonderbolt Captain.
The Potters were also going back to Earth in order to figure out how Harry was put in Lily's sisters care.
The last two people to join them are the Doctor and Adric/Discord who are going there to catch up with Demiyah and to make sure none of the Doctor's other companions who were thought dead were actually alive.
It was on the way back to Earth that Demiyah learned something shocking about James Potter. Apparently he was a temporary Yellow Ranger for the Mighty Morphin team, having assisted when Trini broke her leg. Not only that, but he was Jamie Gilmore's younger brother.
Apparently, they jumped through time after Jamie went messing. He also graduated from normal school a year early so his parents recommended he travel for a bit and see what he wanted to do with his life.
"Yeah, I do remember James and I know Billy and Tommy remember him. But I haven't heard a single word about him from Jason Zack or Trini." Says Kimberly.
"I'll investigate I have the most flexible schedule amongst us." Rocky says. Sharon and Tyson offering to help out where they can.
That's when appear back on Earth and Kimberly contacts with their findings, Demiyah updates the monsters of Hillhurst Manor of their findings and ToQger's go with her since they haven't met the other residents aside from Alex the vampire who visits occasionally.
A little while ago in the Pokemon world we see a young girl roughly 8 yeas old named Chloe Cerise staring at something she found.
That something being the Silver Beetle Scarab.
