Anyways! On with the chapter!
With Demiyah saying those words the partner Digimon, Demiyah, Tyson and their allies begin the finale battle against Venom Myotismon. Aqua and Harry were in their Psycho Ranger forms, trying to reach Venom Myotismon's face so they could try and knock him down by making him lose his balance.
The Sailor Starlights were evacuating the civilians who were freed from their cursed sleep by Demiyah. Satoe, Keisuke and Ichiro are using the Zords they're piloting to keep Venom Myotismon away from buildings while the partner Digimon, Demiyah and Tyson are fighting Venom Myotismon personally.
"How is he beating us?! He's up against three Zords, 8 Ultimate Level Digimon, 3 Mega Level Digimon, a Ranger with a Battlizer and a Spirit Crystal Level Scout!" Jewelbeemon says, trying to avoid being smashed into the ground.
"He's got the energy from his Bakemon minions! That's probably why he's stronger than normal!" Angewomon says.
"Try and locate a weak spot! That might be our only chance!" Demiyah says, the partner Digimon and Aqua and Harry nod their heads at that and begin searching for the weak spot.
Eventually War Greymon uses his 'Great Tornado' attack and ends up finding the weak spot by pure accident. Tyson sees this and informs the others.
"Everyone! Aim for that spot, that's the weak point!" Tysons says.
That would've ended it, if Venom Myotismon wasn't blocking the attacks.
"How do we hit the spot if he keeps blocking it?!" Sora asks.
Even Demiyah wasn't sure what to do about that. At least at first, then her Crest of Miracles Starts glowing and she realizes what needs to be done.
"Guys! Take out your Crests!" Demiyah says as she points it at Venom Myotismon, which causes golden light to hit him. The other Digidestined do this as well and different colored lights hit Venom Myotismon, freezing him in place.
"No! This can't be happening!" Venom Myotismon says, struggling to move or block what was about to happen.
"This ends now Myotismon!" Demiyah says, firing an attack at the undead Digimon alongside Tyson and the partner Digimon. Causing Venom Myotismon to dissipate into particles.
With Venom Myotismon defeated, the Digidestined and their allies cheer and begin to celebrate when TK notices something.
"Guys! The fog's clearing up!" TK says, making the others look at the sky.
"Finally! Yamato says.
The celebration abruptly ended when the group saw the sky without the fog however. As instead of the night sky they saw an upside down world in the sky.
"What is that?!" Joe asks in a panic.
After a few minutes of debating what was going on Wizardmon is the one to realize what the world in the sky was.
"That's the Digital World." Wizardmon says, Mimi realing what he means.
"When we left the Digital World, there were still enemies to deal with. Meaning those enemies had time to do real damage while we were dealing with Myotismon." Mimi says, mentally cursing at that fact.
"Looks like we're not as done as we thought." Tyson says, mentally preparing himself to return to the Digital World.
A few hours later, after packing survival kits and figuring out how they were going to return to the Digital World we see Tyson, Yamato, Sora, Koshiro, Mimi, Joe, TK, Ken, Kari, Demiyah, their partners, Hiroaki Ishida, Jasmine, Kasai and Natsumi, Adam, Henry and Suzie with their partners in the Digital World, looking around to see if they can find the Digidestined of Faith or the enemies they have to fight.
"You picking anything up Koshiro?" Asks Tyson, wanting to know where the Digidestined of Faith is.
"I think so, but according to my Digivice they're heading this way." Koshiro says.
Sure enough rushing towards them is a 9 year old boy with blond hair and blue eyes with a Lopmon, a boy who Demiyah recognizes.
"Willis?! You're a Digidestined?" Asks Demiyah, the boy now knowns Willis Stewart nodding his head.
"What's the situation Willis?" Asks Adam when Black Gatomon and Gatomon's ears perk when they hear something.
"Something's coming!" Black Gatomon says.
Sure enough, four Mega Level Digimon appear. The sight of them causes Kasai and Natsumi to pale.
"Well, if it isn't Ryo and Natsumi. Back for round two are you?"
"Who are you?!" Tyson demands, earning laughter from Piedmon.
"We are the Dark Masters. The four warriors chosen by Apocalymon to bring ruin to the Digital World." Machinedramon says.
"Years ago, we were stopped by the Original Digidestined team. Though one of their members lost their partner, what was her name?" Puppetmon asks, pretending to have forgotten.
"Her name is Maki Himekawa and Bakumon's death won't be for nothing." Kasai says, a dark tone entering his voice.
"We'll see about that." Piedmon says, grinning. At the same time Mimi could tell something was off with three of the four Dark Masters.
With that, the Digidestined enter the final part of their battles. Not knowing that it was only the beginning.
A few days later, Tommy and the rest off the group who stayed in the Real World see the children and the adults who went with them with their Digimon partners.
"They did it!" Kimberly says, before noticing the expressions on the groups face and noticing a Digimon was missing from the group.
"What happened?" Tommy asks, looking at Demiyah pale and haunted face.
"We stopped the Dark Masters, but their master Apocalymon brought us to his domain." Demiyah says.
"He tried to destroy our Crests, but Demiyah stopped him and the final battle against him began." Tyson says
"Just before he dissipated into nothing, he fired an attack at TK." Yamato says, trying to keep his temper in check.
"But Magna Angemon: Patamon's Ultimate form saw that and took the attack. He ended up getting deleted." Adam says, a grim tone in his voice.
"According to the Real Gennai, Patamon will be reborn. We just don't know when." Kasai says, remembering what happened to Maki and her partner Bakumon.
Those who stayed behind paled at that, knowing what happened with Devimon because of Tyson.
"Is TK alright?" Nancy asks.
Yamato looks at his Mother and sighs.
"Honestly, no. After Patamon was deleted he kind of shut down." Yamato says, the memory of TK's scream of loss burned into his mind. The same being said for the look on his face after it happened.
"Did anything else happen?" Asks Tommy.
"On a slightly more positive note, me and Natsumi got Ranger Powers." Kasai says, getting Kimberly and Tommy's attention.
"You did?" Asks Kimberly, getting nods from Kasai and Natsumi.
"Yeah, we became the Orange and Purple Psycho Rangers." Kasai says.
"Seriously?" Asks Rocky.
"Well, not the Ranger Powers i'm used to, but they certainly get the job done." Nsatsumi says.
"What do you mean?" Asks Adam, who looks at the woman.
"You remember the Samurai Rangers, right?" Asks Natsumi.
"Yeah, they helped fight in Countdown." Tommy says, remembering that detail.
"I was the Teal Samurai Ranger." Natsumi says.
"What happened to your Morpher?" Asks Kimberly.
Natsumi starts twitching at that question.
"Someone associated with the Shiba family stole it. It wouldn't surprise me if it was someone who knew the monks at the temple that are supposed to be guarding the Black Box." Natsumi says.
"Ranger stuff aside, did you collect any more souls of Diomedes followers?" Asks Demiyah
"We have two of the last three needed." Kimberly says.
"So we have six souls now." Tyson says.
"Who were they?" Asks Mimi.
"We got Luxu who was possessing a copy of his body AND Derek." Tommy says, smugly.
"We almost had Nyx, but she escaped at the last minute." Says Kimberly.
"As long as Derek's dead, I'm happy." Demiyah says, Tyson nodding his head, knowing what Derek tried to pull.
"Who's Derek?" Asks Sora, her crest glowing around her neck.
"Derek, is the split soul of Prince Endymion. Specifically the manifestation of the spells he was put under during the Silver Millenium." Demiyah says, twitching.
"Something tells me it's a good thing he's gone." Yamato says.
"Understatement." Demiyah says, Tyson and Willis nodding at that.
As the group talked they didn't notice a cream colored cat with teal eyes and a cresent moon on its forehead looking at them, specifically at Sora.
"So she's the one I was sent to find." The cat says, with a young male voice. Not knowing that he was played by Nyx.
A few weeks later, we see Demiyah with Tommy and Kimberly having gotten back from visiting Caroline, who was set to be released from the hospital and needless to say, they were worried.
Apparently, Zordon had entrusted Caroline with Morphers, which is why Diomedes had brainwashed her. So now the Ranger were on the lookout for those morphers.
That wasn't the only thing however. Demiyah had gotten in contact with Diana and had discovered that Miraculous were stolen from both of them. Thankfully the Mythic Miraculous were safe. However, most of the Zodiac Miraculous were stolen, including the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous!
That's when Grace Sterling walks over to the three of them.
"We need to discuss what was brought up at the meeting today. Specifically about the citizens of Mount Ebbott. I'd like to know what safety precautions will need to be taken when introducing them to citizens of Reefside." Grace says.
"Well for starters, we need to figure out the conversion rate for their currency and ours.
Before Demiyah can continue explaining what needs to be done, Roland and Hunk show up.
"Hey, Demiyah? You mentioned you've been busy these last few weeks, what have you been up to?" Asks Roland.
"Well, a week after Apocalymon Ken, Willis and myself were transported back to the Digital World and joined a new team where I found my brother Mikey were called to fight Milleniumon alongside Ryo Akiyama, Ken's older brother Sam Ichijouji, Harry got a Digivice, same with Applebloom or Anna as she goes by, Yutaka Himi, Hop and Leon were called from the Pokemon World and Momo Inoue. Laika my friend from the Battle Network dimension was called as well.
"After that and my 10th birthday I ended up going on an adventure with Dewey Duck, Sora and his twin brother Roxas. We travelled to different worlds, collecting artifacts including the Pokemon World, twice! I had to beat the Champions to get the artifacts.
"What Regions did you travel through?" Asks Hunk.
"Hoenn first and then Kanto. I actually discovered that Ash is my younger half brother and he along with Chloe and Goh Walker: my younger brother who was sent to the Pokemon World went on a journey with us through Kanto. Ash actually got Pikachu early and caught Caterpie and a Pidgey that became his Pidgeotto." Demiyah says.
"Because of the Mewtwo I caught named Elio, I got dragged into the Super Smash Brothers tournaments, mainly because I have to sign all the paperwork for every tournament he competes in." Demiyah says.
"I actually learned that a Monster from Mount Ebbott is competing in the tournaments. He's a time guardian named Sans and i gave him a communicator to keep him posted on when we collect the last soul." Demiyah explains.
"That's when her communicator goes off, Celestia voice on the other end telling that the Mythic Fury Rangers were freed but they found the Crystal Empire and they needed her help freeing Sombra.
"Well, duty calls I suppose." Demiyah says.
"Hang on, I'll go with you. I owe Celestia for something that happened during the 60's."
With that Demiyah opens to Equestria, using her magic. Demiyah and Grace going through it.
