Chapter 1138 Witch's Ghost

The group were at Ben's Office and he showed them around.
Velma and Hank were at his desk and Victor was checking a painting of a woman.
"Wow so this is where it all started." Velma said.
"Yes. I wrote all my early novels here. Now I spend most of my time in Europe, but I come back once a year to recharge my batteries. Go ahead, Velma, sit down." Ben said.
Velma sits on the chair getting excited.
"Calm down Velma." Hank said.
"I would feel the same too." Vivi said.
"You have some cool things here Ben." Daphne said.
"I'll say." Fred said.
Victor looks at the painting. "Is this who I think it is?"
"Yes. This is Sarah Ravencroft. I think it was painted by a greatful patient." Ben said. "Of course, she wasn't very popular with the town's doctors. Sarah was untraditional in her approach to medicine. She was a wiccan."
"What?" Fred said.
"Oh, I know. They use natural ingredients while energy from nature to heal others." Yui said.
"Exactly, she believed in using herbs and other natural elements to draw from the Earth's power to heal the sick. Sarah helped many people who cannot afford medical treatment. She treated her patients under a large oak tree, which she believed to have healing powers." Ben said.
"It's a shame good people are treated as witches, when they just want to help people." Vivi said.
"Yes. That book can finally proof that Sarah's innocents and that she was a wiccan not an evil witch." Ben said.
"Wiccans have been misunderstood accused of sorcery. In fact the word "witch" comes from "Wicca."" Velma said.
"I'm impressed, Velma. You know doing research on Sarah and the wiccans, lead me to read almost everything about the world of supersation. That's how I started writing stories to frighten people." Ben said.
"Now i'm curious, who accused Sarah as a witch?" Victor said.
"I remember the name, Cherry Rose." Ben said.
Victor got shocked to hear that name since that's his and Ruby's ancestor.
"She was jealous of Sarah because the woman wanted money in her medical business so she accused her as a witch." Ben said.
Victor thinks about what Ben said: What the Hell is going on?! Cherry Rose was a kind soul from his mother's stories and hearing her being treated as a villain makes him have some red alarms. His Mother told him that Cherry only cared about saving others in need and risked her own life getting what they needed. She barely could pay the bills because she wanted quality now she's being treated as a villain!
Vivi and Mystery looked at Victor and they were worried about him.
"Well let's go and check out the ghost when the night comes down." Yui said since she can see some tension.
The group went out and Victor was with Vivi and Mystery.
"Okay something is wrong here, Cherry Rose would never hurt a soul." Victor said.
"Well I believe you Victor but why would she accuse Sarah as a witch?" Vivi asked.
They saw the Mayor pass by and said: "Hello again."
"Say Mayor, did you know Cherry Rose?" Victor said.
"Cherry Rose? Why yes, she healed my great grandmother when she was sick saving her life. In fact we have a statue of her." Mayor shows them the way.
They saw the statue of a woman that resembles Summer with a kind smile wearing the clothes off a healer.
"Many praised her when we needed her the most." Mayor said.
"Well that's nice to know." Victor said.
"Some that got on her bad side got scared when she swung a scythe. But that happens when they attacked her, she only defended herself." Mayor shrugs.
That's the one he knows, so what Victor doesn't understand why would Ben say it was his great grandmother, when she didn't hurt anybody in the family.
Later at night many of the people were waiting for the ghost to appear.
"Come on, we've been waiting here an hour. The ghost is a no show."
"Maybe she'll show up in the concert tomorrow." Tourist said.
They all left and Ben laughs. "Too bad. I was going to have a little chat with my ghostly ancestor. I wanted to ask here where she'd hid her journal."
"Well he seems he really wants that book." Yui said.
"Yeah he does." Aka said.
Scrappy was at the van with Mystery it seems the little guy got too tired, they said he spent the last night playing all night long.
They went foward before they heard a scream.
"That's Shaggy and Scooby." Yui said.
"And Arthur!" Vivi said.
They went to check on them before the trio came out from the side of the streets knocking into many of them.
"Sorry Vivi." Arthur gets off her.
Vivi looks at him with a raised eyebrow.
"What happened?" Hank helps Velma up.
"A rhost!" Scooby said.
"A roast?" Ben said.
"No, a ghost, you guys saw the ghost?" Victor said.
"Yeah." Scooby imitates her.
"So where is the ghost? Can you show us?" Fred said.
"Like, do we have to? SHE THROWS FIREBALLS, MAN!" Shaggy said.
"Oh, can you at least get off me first, Freddy?" Daphne was underneath him.
"Sorry Daph." He got up and helps her up.
Arthur points to the corner. "There."
They looked and saw nothing there.
"Well theres nothing now." Vivi said.
"We thought we'd gotten away from the first 3 witches, when this ghost chased us from down there." Shaggy said.
"Three witches?" Draco said.
Vivi and Velma noticed the branches were broken from the top in a straight line.
Vivi goes down and checks some kind of dust on the floor.
The two looked at each other and Vivi asked: "You thinking what i'm thinking."
"Oh yeah I do." Velma smiles.
They saw a light in the distance, the group went to check it out and saw a stage with three girls there.
"Hit it sisters." The one with black hair hisses like a vampire.
Shaggy got scared with Scooby and Arthur. "Zoinks! It's the witches!"
"Easy guys. It's just the Hex Girls." Fred said.

"They all clapped when it was over and the main girl said: "Thanks but what are you all doing here?"
"Sorry we just heard something passing by and came to see." Draco said.
"Hey, wait a minute. Aren't you Ben Ravencroft?" One of then noticed the guy.
"Why? You not gonna bite me, are you?" Ben said.
"Cool your like one of us." The main one said.
The blonde girl looks at Draco. "He has some style on him."
"Thanks and what are your names?" Draco said.
"Thorn. This is Dusk, and Luna. We're eco goths." She said.
"Eco goths?" Shaggy and Scooby said.
"And we don't need your approval." Dusk said.
"So where your from?" Draco asked.
"Oakhaven, but we won't be here for long. We're close to cutting our first CD. Well, it's been killer meeting ya." Thorn said. "What's your name again?"
"Draco Tepes Kuzunoha." He said.
"Cool you have a name based on the Vlad." Luna said.
They shook hands with Ben and Draco before they left.
"They like ya." Victor smirks at Draco who frowns at him.
"Those Hex Girls seem kinda suspicious." Fred said.
"Come on, they're just singers." Aka said.
"Still, Daph and I will keep an eye on them." Fred said.
"Gee! Why is it that you always pair off with Daphne, Fred?" Velma said making the two blush.
"Oh I see." Zack said.
"Well i'll go with Velma." Hank said and she blushes a bit.
"Okay, if you want to." Draco said as they split up.
Hank goes with Ben, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby.
"Let's take a look behind these trees." They went back to the trees and went behind.
They saw tire tracks on the ground.
"What are these tire-tracks doing back here?" Velma said.
"Strange the road's back there." Ben said.
"Right. Let's see where these tracks lead." Velma said.
"Like can't we follow them tomorrow, like after breakfast?" Shaggy said.
Hank drags them both foward. "Come here you cowards."
They went to a old barnhouse and saw the Mayor exit out of it.
"Jinkies, it's the mayor." Velma said.
"What's he doing here?" Ben said.
"I don't know, but we're going to find out what's in that barn." Velma said.
Hank looks at Shaggy and Scooby. "You two will go after him."
"We will?" Shaggy got surprised.
"Do you want to go inside the barn?" Hank asked.
"On second thought, we'll take the mayor. He'll never know we're on his tail, right Scoob?" Shaggy said.
"Right." Scooby said before they left.
As they chased after then Hank helps Velma up a window.
"Thanks for the boost." She said.
"Your welcome." Hank smiles.
Meanwhile
Vivi was checking the dust in a lab inside her van, she looks at it and smiles.
Victor was behind her. "Did you find the secret about the witch?"
"Oh yeah." She said.
Arthur was around the city before he saw Shaggy and Scooby running.
"What happened?!" He asked.
"She's back!" Shaggy points.
They saw the ghost witch. "This town will pay!"
The three got scared and ran away as she chased them.
"Send them the bill!" Arthur said.
She shoots fireballs making them scream in fear as she kept chasing them.
Draco sees them and gives a call to the others. "Let's finish this guys."
As the trio got chased Draco was waiting in the woods before he cuts a rope making a tree branch hits the ghost sending her against a net.
The others came and Vivi smiles with Velma.
"Good work." Velma looks at her.
"Well it was simple after getting that sample." Vivi said.
"Okay, let's see who's behind all this." Fred removes the mask reveal to be Mr. McKnight.
"Like it's the T-Shirt guy!" Shaggy said.
"Mr. McKnight, the pharmacist?" Daphne said.
The Hex girls came and Thorn saw him. "Daddy?"
"Hello, Sally." He smiles at her.
"Your dad's the ghost?" Luna said.
"Your real name is Sally?" Fred said.
"I don't believe this, daddy. Why would you do something like this?" Thorn said.
"You mean you didn't know?" Daphne said.
"The girls have nothing to do with this." McKnight said.
"I knew they were innocent from the start." Draco said.
"Well thanks." Dusk said.
The Mayor came. "What in the world is going on this evening? (gasps) Is that you, McKnight?
"Maybe I can explain. Me and Vivi found flash powder residue where Shag and Scoob saw the ghost." Velma shows a device on his arm. "This is the device to throw the fireballs which was just watts of flash paper. He got it from his daughter's stage prompts."
Scooby presses a button shooting a fireball and reveals the truck.
"Hey it's that truck." Hank said.
"Its the cherry picker that made the ghost flie above the trees with the use of an extention device. And there's the fan that created the eerie wind. It took more than one person to pull of this scam. Isn't that right, Jack." Velma said.
Jack the cook came out surprising Shaggy.
"It would take someone pretty strong to hoist Mr. McNight around." Velma said.
"You should be cooking pot roast, instead of cooking up trouble." Shaggy said.
"That goes for all of you." Velma calls out.
"All of you?" Ben said as more people came out.
"They had a piece in this, it was quite simple with many genius minds." Leonidas said.
"Well, I for one, am shocked by this deception." Mayor said.
"Cut the crap we know your part of this too. Your a terrible actor." Victor said.
"Well..." Mayor got surprised.
"I'm very disappointed in you, Mayor! And all of you! For lining your pockets by dragging Sarah Ravencroft's name through the mud!" Ben said and they looked down in shame.
The group went back to the mansion with the Hex Girls and they looked at Sarah's portrait.
"Hey we're sorry for thinking your..." Fred said.
"Witches, we saw you perform a ritual." Daphne said.
"Witches, that's just a gimmick." Dusk said.
"Eco goths is basically like a new version of Wiccans." Draco said.
"Thanks for trusting us, in fact Thorn is one." Luna said.
"Yeah right, Sally McKnight. 1/16 blood on my mother's side. And that ritual you saw, was just peppermint and cloves to sove my vercal cords. You think it's easy singing this stuff." Thorn said.
"I believe that." Yui said. "I sing a lot."
"Cool, maybe we can jam together." Thorn said.
"So that's why you believed you them, personal experience." Daphne said making Draco and Yui nod.
"But what about the fangs?" Shaggy said.
"My dad's a dentist." Luna takes off hers. "He outfited the band." She clamps them making Scoob jump to Shaggy's arms.
They heard a knock on the door and the mayor came with Thorn's dad.
"Mayor?" Ben said.
"We've been ringing your door bell for some time..." Mayor said.
"Sorry about that. I really need to fix that thing for years. What's up, mayor?" Ben asked.
"Well Ben... I feel really bad about everything and I wanted to apologize for using your ancestors in our little publicity stunt." Mayor said.
"The tourist trade was so slow. We we're desperate." Mr. McKnight said.
"Right and you once told me that supernatural phenomenal always attracts people." Mayor Corey said.
"It was natural to use Sarah because.. we accidentally dug up her grave." Mr. McKnight looks down.
"What grave?" Ben asks.
"I'm sorry Ben. But you see I lied to you when you asked me that if we found anything of Sarah's while we we're building the puritan village." Mayor Corey said.
"We did. It was her grave marker. We found it in a bulldoze pile of dirt and rocks. We didn't want to upset you." Mr. McKnight said.
"But that's all we found no bones." Mayor Corey said.
"No book?" Ben asks curiously.
"Nothing but that grave marker. We swear Ben." Mr. Mcknight said.
"We don't even know where her grave is." Mayor Corey said.
"It's true. It could be anywhere between miller's creek and tree stump." Mr. McKnight said.
"Shaggy. You still have the shoe buckle Scooby found today?" Velma asked
"Like this one? Here." Shaggy gives Velma the buckle.
"Scooby can you show me exactly where you found this?" Velma asks as she looks at Scooby-Doo.
"I think so." Scooby nods.
He leads them to the tree stump that he found the piece.
Ben checks it. "All these years I was searching the wrong oak tree."
"Right. I believe this is was left of the tree where Sarah did her healing. You never even noticed it because it was cut down hundreds of years ago. It's up to you to dig it Scooby." Velma said.
Scooby starts to dig and they saw a box.
Yui felt something wrong and Ben opens the box revealing a evil book.
"That's not journal, that's a spell book!" Yui said with her team shocked.
"She's right. You see Sarah wasn't a Wiccan. She was indeed a witch." Ben said.
"A real witch?" Thorn said.
"Heavy." Dusk said.
"Since Sarah's blood runs in my vines I guess that makes me... a warlock." Ben said.
"Warlock?" Scooby-Doo asked.
"The wiccans imprisoned Sarah in her own spell book! And you helped me find it." Ben said.
"Stop him!" Victor said.
They charged at Ben who got ready. "Let the dark wind with the night to blow away the force of light! Now we summoned ancient power!" A tree falls down stopping them.
"It's too late." Draco grunts.
"This is evil's finest hour!" Ben shouts happily as the spell appears and hits him with it.
Yui raises her arms to stop some of the force.
"I knew it, she was a witch too." Ben said.
"Your a witch Yui?" Daphne looks at her.
"A little, but i'm not evil." Yui said.
Mayor and McKnight got put into the pillory making Thorn gasp. "Daddy!"
"Even with the powers you have, you are still no match." Ben said.
Someone came down hitting him and they saw Nezuko.
"Nezuko!" Draco said.
"A little demon girl, well time for a time out!" He sends her away and she got chained up.
"No!" Draco got worried about her.
Thorn grabs as Nezuko struggles.
"You know she's pretty cute for a demon." Luna said.
Hank and Yui used they're Magic against Ben as he counters they're bolts.
"Impressive, but with the book I can push you back." He sends them both away.
Hank grabs Velma and takes her away.
"I'm such an idiot." She said.
"We all make mistakes." He said.
"Enough of this minor magic! I want to see how powerful I can really be! It's time to summon Sarah Ravencroft! Dreadful darkness hear my cry! Bring back one who cannot die!" Ben said.
The place starts to change with the group getting pushed back by a big force.
"Oh no." Scooby said.
"Dreadful darkness hear my cry! Bring back one who cannot die! Let the witch who perished here live again and reappear! In my wildest dreams I could never have imagined such an imposing creature." Ben says before the ghost of Sarah Ravencroft appears.
"Thank thee. Thou canst not know what my bondage have been like. Who art thou?" Sarah asked.
"Ben Ravencroft. Your descendant. From the modern world." Ben said.
"Modern? Not much seem to have changed." She looks around.
"Please don't hurt us!" Mayor Corey shouts fearfully.
"The same pathetic peasants graveling for their puny lives." Sarah said
"But. Sarah I want to become more powerful like you." Ben grabs Sarah's hand only for his to be slapped away.
"Thou Jest." Sarah said.
"But it was I who released you. You should serve me." Ben said.
"I serve no one. Least wise a worm like thee. Aye Thou has freed me so now I can punish the world for my long imprisonment. I shall create an era of darkness over this land!" Sarah shouts as she uses magic to make things decay and turn to ash while laughing evilly.
"This isn't how I envisioned. We were supposed to rule the world together. Not destroy it!" Ben said.
"Your a fool, this woman only cared about destruction." Yui said.
"I see theres a young witch, yes she will do." Sarah said.
"For what?" Ben asked.
"Her body will make sure I am bound forever in this world." Sarah said.
"But I have the book. And I shall return you back into the book. Ancient evil get thee hence only good can recompense for the-" Ben then gets cut off by Sarah as she laughs.
"Thinkest thou art a Wiccan? Only a virtuous soul can imprison me." Sarah said before she uses her magic to trap Ben in a green bubble.
Sarah attacks them but the Mystery Gang uses they're van to knock her back while taking the book.
Sarah goes after them but Victor stands in her way.
Victor looks at the witch and Sarah stared at him. "You think your brave enough fool!"
Victor smirks and crosses his arms. "Well the names Victor, Victor Rose Quicksilver."
"Rose?" Sarah questions.
"Yes, you should know Sarah Ravencroft, since my ancestor was Cherry Rose." He smirks making her mad.
"Her!" Sarah said surprised.
"That's right, now it all makes sense, Cherry Rose wasn't some woman that convicted a innocent, she stopped a monster from attacking everyone." Victor points at her
"You will pay for what she did to me!" Sarah said angerly.
She shoots Magic but he dodges while moving around.
Draco protects the Hex girls and they smiled at him.
"You know, your pretty cool Draco." Thorn said and he smiles.
The Mystery Gang came and Vivi helps throw the book at Thorn. "Thorn you can do the spell."
"Are you sure?" Thorn said.
"I believe in you." Draco said making her smile.
Sarah seems them prepare the spell, she goes to stop them before a scythe hits her in the back.
They got surprised and she looks back to see the ghost of Cherry Rose with some distance from her smiling.
"Grandma?" Victor got stunned.
"Hi Sarah." Cherry waves at her.
"You!" Sarah said in shock and surprise.
"That's Cherry Rose, the one that stopped her." Velma said.
"Wow, finally a good ghost helping us." Shaggy said.
"It seems you up to your no good tricks again." Cherry said.
Sarah walks towards her. "You'll pay!"
Cherry just smiles and Thorn makes the spell hitting Sarah as she screams. "Ancient evil get thee hence. Only good can recompense for the misdeeds that you done. Witch return from when you come!"
"Bye Sarah, maybe we'll see each other another life." Cherry said.
"I will get my revenge one day!" Sarah vows.
Sarah goes back inside the book, Cherry looks at Victor and the others and waves bye before going away in small lights particles.
"I always believed in you grandma." Victor smiles.
Ben was free. "Only Cherry Rose could make Sarah mad."
"Well your going to jail." Zack said and he sighs.
Next day
The Mayor makes a announcement. "In the information that was found I am proud to announce that Cherry Rose was more than just a healer, but a hero to our town as she saved it from a evil witch." He puts a plate on the statue as many cheered.
The plate told the story of Cherry and how she defeated Sarah.
"We will always be safe as Cherry Rose is watching us for any evil spirits." Mayor said.
Later at concert
Hex girls came on stage as many cheered for them.

Many cheered for the girls and they saw Draco waving with Nezuko making Thorn wink at them.
Note: Witch's Ghost movie is done but they'll be in other adventures, yeah Victor's great grandmother was in that world and saved everyone from Sarah in the past.
