Tommy Pickles: The Terrible Twos Chapter 128: Christmas Spectacular Pt 2, a rugrats/all grown up! fanfic

Hello hello everyone! Merry Christmas! I was hoping to get this out earlier in the day but somehow with the little bit of writer's block that got in my way along with other things I found myself posting this a little after midnight. I'd like to thank Celrock for the ideas giving to me as they're part of the reason I got out of my writer's block. Anyway hope you all enjoy!

Soon it was only three days before Christmas as it was finally time for everyone to head up to the mountains. Getting up early that morning, one by one each family made their way over to the Pickles' place as they all gathered into the rented minivan. Soon they had as they began to make their drive up to the cabins. Unfortunately, due to the snowfall over the past few days, while the roads were mostly clear, many of the streets were still covered in snow making the trip take slightly longer than anticipated making the normal two hour drive turn into almost four hours. Of course, being stuck in the car for so long had the babies getting bored and frustrated from the long drive.

"How much longer is it going to takes us?" Lil asked

"Yeah, I'm bored!" Phil replied

"Me too!" Kimi huffed

The others muttered in agreement of being bored from the car trip taking so long. At the same time Stu, who was currently driving the van, turned on the radio as the radio station DJ announced the next song being none other than the Chanukah, Oh Chanukah song. Hearing the familiar tune, Tommy began humming the song as he began thinking for a moment, an idea lit up in Tommy's mind as the tune for the song began playing.

"I've gots an idea guys, we could sing songs and make up our own moosical just like Angelica and Susie's." Tommy said

"That sounds like fun!" Savannah beamed

"Yeah, lets sing!" Kimi exclaimed, kicking her feet

Overhearing the babies considering singing at all, Angelica just rolled her eyes.

"Oh please, the last thing anyone wants to hear is you dumb babies sing at all." Angelica scoffed

"Well, I think it's a great idea. Besides, singing is a fun way to pass the time!" Susie reassured the group

Soon the radio DJ began announcing the next song, Rudolph the red nosed reindeer!

"And I think I've gots the perfect song to starts singing with." Susie said as the tune began playing as she then began to sing

You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen,

you know Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen,

But do you recall

The most famous reindeer of all

Recognizing the song Susie was singing, the babies lit up in excitement as they joined in the song as Susie hyped up the song, pointing to the rugrats to join in after her cue of one, two, three.

Here we go! Here we go!
Go Rudolph!

One, two, three!

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Had a very shindey nose

And if you ever sawed it

You would even say it glowed

Alls of the other reindeer

Used to laugh and called him names

They never leted poor Rudolph

Join in any reindeer games
Then one foggy Christmas eve

Santa comed to say:

Rudolph with your nose so bright

won't you guides my sleigh tonight?

Then all the reindeer loved him

as they shouted out with glee,

Samyah who was enjoying the singing, let out a yippee in delight as she giggled

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer,

you'll go down in history!

Going through a second verse of the song, the babies all happily sang along until the song came to its end. Of course, by the time they finished singing not too much time had passed but they were about a little over halfway to the cabin at this point as the roads closer to the cabins were slightly better. Of course, just as antsy as the rest of the group, Angelica was growing tired of being in the car as well.

"Oooh, by the time we get to the cabins it'll be Christmas." Angelica grumbled yet again

"I wish that today was Chirstmas." Kimi said in response

"Yeah then we wouldn't have to wait till Christmas to open our presents!" Lil giggled

"Or have to thinks about what santa is going to brings us." Phil chimed in

As another familiar tune started playing, this peeked the interest from the toddlers as they began breaking out into another song.

We wish that today was christmas

We've been waiting all year

Santa please bring to Kimi this year

Great presents for Christmas and we hope it'll bring cheer

I want a fluffy bunny

One with big fluffy ears

We wish that today was christmas

Santa please bring to Dilly this year

Please bring me a drier diapey

Gots a pain in the rear

A pink Dora wagon, you know the kind you can steer

Since I turned two this years

Oh bring him some Reptar undies

Using the potty now is nothing to fear

And we hope it'll bring cheer

Oh bring us some gummy wormies

A brand new nightlight, to make all the monsters disappear

So the monsters won't appear

With finishing up the song, surprisingly enough they were actually fairly close to the cabin as the cabins on the outer part of the grounds were becoming visible in the distance.

"Alright, we're almost there everyone!" Stu called out as they turned down the road that lead to their specific cabin.
