A/N: As you all know, this episode is the reason why I couldn't use orange for this season. This is a very long one.

Intro:
A police car drives around.
S.P.D Emergency!
The car skids to a stop, as its sirens wail.
The six Rangers then run along a street together.
Jack then jumps his bike up from an explosion. Syd hits a Krybot while jumping up with Deltamax Striker blade. Sky lifts his bike's front wheel up. Val skids her bike to a stop in front of a Blue Head. Bridge lifts up from his bike and kicks two Krybots away, while holding onto the handles. Z spins around as a Orange Head tries to hit her. Cruger stands behind an explosion in the quarry. They all stand in the cockpit of the Delta Command Megazord as it powers up, before their numbers are counted down. The Delta Squad Megazord does the Delta Strike. The sirens on the Cruger's helmet beeps, followed by the others, before Jack fires the Canine Cannon, as Sky and Bridge point their hands forward, Z and Syd touch Jack's shoulders, and Val holds the top.

Go, go, S.P.D!
In the city, at the harbor, Sky and the girls all got knocked away, as sparks came up between them and several Krybots.
"AH!" they moaned.
Syd flipped sideways to her left, as Val back flipped, while Sky and Z both turned, before they all hit the ground on their chests.
"Brutal!" Z said, as they turned around.
"No kidding." Sky agreed.
"Vaya, ¿tú crees?" Val mumbled, looking up.
Syd looked up as the Krybots, when Jack and Bridge both jumped over a car on their bikes.
"Hang on, guys?" Jack called.
They both landed their bikes and pulled them over near the edge of the pier, just as the Krybots picked the others up by their arms.
"Could use some help here?" Z said, holding her left hand out.
Jack brought out his blasters as Bridge brought out his blade.
"Let's do it." Jack said.
They both charged in to help, as several Krybots charged at them.
"Yah!" they yelled.
Bridge ducked and ran past one as it tried to whack him.
Jack spun around and kicked ones chest, then jumped and spun around to kick its back, but missed as it ducked, when orange blasts hit the ground near him.
"Whoa!" he yelped, stumbling back.
He looked up and saw an Orange-Head coming towards him with a sword, which he then blocked with his forearm. It then kicked his side, then tried to slash him, but missed as he ducked, but then it slashed him across the chest.
"Ah!" he moaned, turning around.
"AH!" Val moaned, turning around as a Krybot slashed her.
"Uh!" Syd moaned, turning around as one slashed her.
"Ah!" Z yelped, as one hit her.
"Whoa!" Bridge yelped, flipping forward as one hit him.
"AH!" Sky yelled, flipping forward as one hit him.
"AHHH!" they all moaned.
Jack twirled around as they all hit the ground at the same time.
The Orange-Head laughed while resting his sword on his shoulder, when an Orange Ranger showed up. His suit was the same as the boys suits, expect had the number 0 in black, and his helmet resembled the Yellow Space Ranger's.
"Hyah!" he yelled, somersaulting forward.
He landed crouched down on the pier as everyone turned to him, before he got up and turned around.
"Hyah! SPD Orange Ranger!" he shouted, holding his arms up, then turned left, holding them in a mouth shape, then turned and did the same on his right, his hands like claws, then he held up his right hand, with his thumb and forefinger in an O shape.
The Rangers all pulled themselves up and stared at him, Jack clutching his shoulder, Sky and Val their chests.
"All right." Jack said.
"Attack!" the Orange-Head commanded, pointing his hand forward.
The Krybots charged and somersaulted forward, as the Orange Ranger charged back.
"Yeah! Get 'em!" Jack cheered, holding his fists up.
The Orange Ranger ran towards a crate, then kicked his right foot against it, before he turned and kicked a Krybot's chest as it came at him.
"Whoa! Check out those moves?" Sky said, impressed as he pointed at him.
The Orange Ranger grabbed a Krybot's arm, then jumped and spun around while holding it, kicking another seven with both feet as he did.
"Incredible." Bridge said, holding his fist up.
The Orange Ranger dived down past several Krybots with his arms out, then he landed on his feet as one got in front of him. He grabbed its arm as it tried to hit him, then he pulled it down, flipping it onto its back.
"Amazing." Z said, putting her hands together near her helmet.
The Orange Ranger back flipped over a few Krybots as they came up behind them, which all turned around as he landed on the ground. He blocked a kick from one with his hand, before kicking its chest.
"He's so fabulous." Syd said amazed, holding her fists up happily.
The Orange Ranger turned around and jumped as a Krybot tried to slash his legs with its blade, before he landed behind it and two more, then he jumped and spun around, kicking them all across the chest.
"That rocks." Val remarked.
The Orange Ranger jumped and split kicked two Krybots, knocking them down, then he jumped and spun around, kicking a third down. He then spun around and tackled the Orange-Head, tripping it onto its back.
"AH!" it moaned. "Uh!"
The Orange Ranger turned around to the others as they ran towards him.
"Thanks, Orange Ranger." Jack said.
"You rock." Z said.
"You did it." Sky said.
"That was amazing." Val said.
"My hero." Syd said.
"No problem." the Orange Ranger said, holding his hand in an O shape.
He took off his helmet, showing he was Boom, who smiled brightly as the others looked at him.
"Boom!" they all said.
Sky pointed at him, as Z put her hands together near her helmet like an admirer, while Jack held his fists up.
"Wow. Boom." they said.
"Whoa." Jack said.
"Boom." Val said, holding her hands together.
"Yeah." Bridge said, holding his fists up.
"Boom." Syd said, holding her hands together dreamily.
"Boom! Boom!" they chanted.
Z and Syd both moved and touched his arms, resting their heads on his shoulders, as Val got behind him and wrapped her arms around his neck lovingly.
"Boom? Boom?" a woman said.
(Reality)
Boom woke up in the lab at the Delta Base, having fallen asleep and dreamt about it behind the table, leaving droll on his face and on a device. He looked around, and saw a female alien with a folded spike on her head.
"Mail call." she said, holding a tablet.
"Oh, uh..." Boom said, taking it. "Thanks."
The alien turned and walked off as Boom wiped some droll from his mouth. He opened up the tablet and put it down, before a hologram of his mother Louise popped up on it.
"Boom, honey." she said, waving. "This is so exciting. Your father and I have finally decided to make a trip to SPD. We'll be catching the-"
Boom gasped and closed up the tablet and panted.
"Oh, boy." he said.
He looked at his right hand, seeing droll still on it, as he thought about his parents visit, which he was dreading.
The next day, at Piggy's café, Piggy picked up a pan as aliens sat at the tables, including ones resembling Chameilacon, Izout, Squidster, and one that had Ironspike's head. As he began to clean the back of it with a duster, Morgana's face reflected in it, who glared at him.
"Oh!" he gasped, turning around.
Moranga popped up on the other side of the table, as he turned around to her.
"Huh?" he gasped.
He put the pan down and lifted his sunglasses up.
"M-Mora?" he said.
"It's Morgana now." Mora said annoyed.
"Sweet Saturn's rings? What did Grumm do to you?" Piggy asked. "You're...hideous!"
"Tell me about it?!" Morgana whined.
She pushed a blue-headed alien off his chair at the table.
"Hey!" he complained.
"Oh!" Piggy gasped.
Morgana sat down in the chair, as Piggy sat down nervously opposite her.
"Piggy, I need to dispose of the Power Rangers once and for all, and I need your help." she explained. "You help me and Grumm returns me to being Mora."
"Oh, I get it. Then... then you help me?" Piggy inquired, pointing at himself.
"No! Then I don't vaporize you!" Morgana scowled.
"Uh, follow me?" Piggy asked.
They both got up, then Piggy took Morgana's hand and led her to a alien wearing a white outfit, with bronze scales on its head and shoulders, and had red eyes, who was working on a laptop.
"Uh, Tomars, Morgana." he said.
"Hmm?" Tomars muttered, looking up.
"Morgana, Tomars." Piggy said.
"Tell me how you can destroy the Power Rangers or I'll have you-" Morgana warned.
"Vaporized?" Tomars inquired. "You do have a reputation, you know? It just so happens I can help you, with a little help from this."
He turned his laptop around.
"A laptop computer?" Morgana inquired, unimpressed.
"Yes. This laptop is a inter-dimensional hyper-speed relocator." Tomars explained. "It can take anyone from anywhere and instantly transport them wherever you like. This dimension or any of the 15 others."
"Prove it...on him?" Morgana asked, pointing at Piggy.
"Huh? Me?" Piggy questioned.
"You got it." Tomars said, pressing a button on the laptop.
A beam shot from it, which sucked Piggy into it.
"Whoo-hoo-hoo!" he whooped, as he got transported into a satellite dish via a beam.
It turned slightly, then shot another beam down to Earth, then Piggy showed up in a farmer's field filled with sheep.
"Whoa!" he yelped. "Uh!"
He looked around at the sheep, which all baaed.
"What are you looking at?" he asked, looking at one. "Get a haircut."
The sheep baaed as they all moved away.
(Piggy's café)
Tomars laughed as he closed the laptop up as Morgana laughed happily.
"Sweet." she said.
"Where can I find the Power Rangers?" Tomars asked, as she sat down opposite him.
"With the amount of energy this thing just put out, baby, don't worry. They'll find you." Morgana assured.
She giggled evilly and with delight.
Later, in the Delta Base, in the Command Room, Cruger stood with Jack and Sky around the center panel, as Kat came in, as the alarms went off.
"Doggie, we have a problem." she explained.
All four of them walked over to a right wall panel.
"The computer picked up an anomaly in the local energy grid." Kat explained. "I've never seen anything like this before."
They all stared at the screen, lookign at the readings.
"That's off the chart." Jack noted. "It's massive."
"Landors and Tate, check it out." Cruger ordered.
"Yes, sir." the pair said, saluting.
Meanwhile, Bridge and the girls were in the Common Room, watching Fists of Fire 2 via a hologram projector from RIC's DVD player, along with other Cadets. Z lay on a beanbag on her belly with a bowl of popcorn, as the others sat in another beside her each - Bridge without his jacket.
The main Asian man took off his shirt, while staring at nine opponents, as they all got ready to right.
"Wah!" he said.
Z took some popcorn out of the bowl, then handed the bowl to Syd, who took some and handed it to Bridge as the fight began. Val drank some juice from a bottle, as a Cadet walked in with two civilians.
"Here they are, ma'am?" he said.
Val took some popcorn from the bowl, before Bridge took some himself.
The Asian man jumped and kicked an opponent away.
The two civilians walked towards the Rangers, who were Boom's parents, Phil and Louise.
"Excuse me?" Phil asked, getting the Rangers attention. "Maybe you could help us? We're looking for our son, Boom."
"Yeah, sure." Syd said.
The girls began to get up as Bridge put the bowl down.
"RIC, pause?" he asked.
RIC paused the DVD, then turned off his projector, as the lights came on.
"Hi." Louise said.
"Hi." Phil said, waving.
Bridge picked up his jacket and put it on, as the Rangers gathered near them. (Val stood on Z's right)
"Hello. I'm Bridge." he said.
"Hey." Phil said, shaking his head.
"Nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs...Boom." Bridge said, shaking Louise's hand.
"Oh, no. Please, call me Phil?" Phil asked. "And this is my wife, Louise."
"I'm Z, this is Syd, and that's Val." Z explained, pointing at her, then at Val. "Um, we'll take you to Boom."
"Oh. If I know our boy, he's probably in the weight room." Phil said, holding his arms up like muscles.
Louise laughed as the Rangers looked confused.
"Oh, yeah." Louise said proudly.
"Boom?" Syd muttered.
"¿Eso no suena como él?" Val muttered.
The Boom's laughed.
"RIC, find Boom?" Bridge asked, turning around.
RIC barked as he ran out of the room, making everyone turn to him.
"This way, guys?" Z asked, leading the way.
A little later, the four Rangers and Boom's parents all stood outside a closet door with RIC, who barked. (Val was on Syd's right)
"What is it, RIC?" Bridge asked. "Open?"
RIC kept barking, as the door opened, and Boom fell out with a bunch of mops.
"Whoa!" he yelped, hitting the floor on his back.
"Oh!" Syd yelped.
Louise touched her heart as they all stared at Boom.
"Son?" Phil said.
"Uh..." Boom stuttered.
"Boom?" Louise said.
"Mom, Dad." Boom said.
He got up and turned around to face everyone.
"What are you guys doing here?" he asked, as they smiled. "I was, uh...practicing."
"Uh-huh." Phil nodded.
"Urban tactical...closet surveillance." Boom lied.
"Ooh..." Louise said happily.
"Oh!" Phil said.
They both hugged Boom happily as the Rangers smiled.
"We are so proud of our little Power Ranger." Phil said.
The Rangers mouths fell open at these words, all turning to each other, while Boom looked embarrassed as his parents kissed his neck.
Meanwhile, Jack and Sky were both inside an abandoned building, using the lights on their blasters to see as they walked down a hallway - their bikes parked outside.
"According to Kat's coordinates, this is the location of the energy source." Sky said.
"What energy?" Jack wondered. "I don't even think the lights work in here."
"Well, Kat's never wrong." Sky assured, turning right to look down a hallway. "Just look for something really big?"
Jack walked into a room and saw Tomars' laptop on a cylinder podium, which had a light shining on it.
"Or really small?" he said.
Sky came over and looked at the laptop.
"No ordinary laptop triggers SPD alarms." he said.
"It's far from ordinary." Tomars assured, popping up in front of it.
Both Rangers got ready to fight.
"Watch?" Tomars asked.
He held up his left forearm, which had a device on, which he then pressed, shooting beams from it, which hit Jack and Sky and sucked them up towards the light.
"AHH!" they yelled.
"Whoa! Where are we going?" Jack questioned.
Their beams hit the satellite.
"No idea." Sky said.
(Warehouse)
"Have a nice trip, boys." Tomars said, laughing evilly.
Back in the Delta Base, the girls and Bridge all glared Boom in the lab, who looked nervous. (Val was on Syd's left)
"You told them you were a Ranger?" Syd asked.
"W-Well, I didn't think it would hurt anyone." Boom explained. "When I was dropped by SPD, I didn't have the heart to tell SPD I failed. You saw their faces. Proud of me."
Z shook her head as Val rolled her eyes.
"Orange Ranger?" Syd questioned.
"Yeah." Boom sighed. "Uh, he's Squad...Commander."
"Uh." Z sighed, as Syd rolled her eyes.
"Oh, genial." Val muttered.
"Oh, boy." Z said, turning to Bridge.
Meanwhile, Jack and Sky were inside a white room inside the satellite, which composed of a small hallway, with a chair and a image of Earth on one end, and a door on either side. They both fiddled with the door handles, trying to get them open, but they wouldn't budge.
"Ah!" they gritted.
They gave up, then Sky began feeling the wall for a passage, before he turned to Jack.
"There doesn't seem to be a way out." he said.
"Enjoying your visit?" Tomars asked.
Both Rangers turned as he popped up in front of them from a hologram image.
"I knew my relocator would make me rich." he said. "Grumm will pay handsomely for SPD Cadets."
"We're not your ordinary Cadets." Jack smirked.
He took out his morpher and held it up.
"Ready?" he asked.
"Ready!" Sky said, doing the same.
"SPD Emergency!"
(Morph sequence)
The screen split in half, Sky on the left, Jack on the right. They both pressed their morpher's buttons, shooting out the holograms on their suits, before they both back flipped away and morphed up. They both landed crouched down, before their helmets appeared on them.
(End morph sequence)
"Power Rangers?!" Tomars exclaimed.
"Yah!" Jack yelled, getting ready to fight.
"Hyah!" Sky yelled, doing the same.
Tomars charged forward, before they both came at him. He blocked a punch from Sky with his left arm, then he whacked Jack's forearm as he tried to punch him, before he ran past Jack.
"Whoa!" he yelled, ducking as Sky spun around to kick him.
He got up and blocked a punch from Jack with his forearms, then he grabbed Jack's while kicking Sky's chest.
"Ah!" Sky moaned, before he hit the wall behind him. "Oh!"
He fell to the floor on his side, as Tomars pulled Jack's arm down.
"AH!" Jack moaned, flipping onto his back.
Tomars laughed as both Rangers pulled themselves up.
"This guy is seriously starting to bug me." Jack said. "Yah!"
They both charged and jumped towards Tomars, who held up his left wrist and pressed the device on it, shooting beams which hit them both.
"Whoa!" they yelped, before they vanished.
"Now where we going?" Jack exclaimed.
The satellite turned slightly, before it shot a beam towards Earth.
Jack popped up in mid-air near a skyscraper's landing pad.
"Whoa!" he yelped, diving down.
He grabbed the edge of it, his legs dangling, as down below, cars and vans raced along the roads.
"Sky!" he called.
Tomars came towards him with a trident lance, then moved to slash him with it, when Sky got in front of him, and grabbed and pulled the lance down.
"Back off, freak." he said.
He punched Tomars' chest, then spun around and whacked him across the chest with his right fist, then kicked his back.
"Ah!" he moaned, rolling forward.
He got up and turned around, as Sky turned around to Jack.
"Jack!" he gasped.
He ran over to where Jack was, before he crouched down near the edge.
"Just hanging out?" he joked.
"Very funny?" Jack said sarcastically, as Sky grabbed his hand. "Now get me up?"
He pulled Jack's arm up, sending him flying up into the air, before he dived down.
"Hey?" Tomars snarled, looking up.
Jack somersaulted forward and kicked his lance as he raised it up, causing him to roll away along the landing pad. He got up and turned around, as Jack landed crouched down, while Sky got beside him.
"Oh!" Jack grunted, before getting up. "You're going down!"
"Try it?" Tomars dared, spinning his lance around.
He pressed the device on his wrist as they charged forward.
"Let's get him." Sky said.
"Whoa!" Jack yelped, as they both vanished.
Back in the Delta Base, Bridge and the girls were sitting together, Bridge and Z on a couch, Syd and Val on a beanbag, all discussing Boom's lie to his parents.
"You know what, guys. I mean, it wasn't a big lie. It was a little white lie." Z said, holding her thumb and forfinger apart, before pointing at Bridge. "Boom didn't hurt anybody."
Syd nodded in agreement.
"I'd actually like to help him." Z said.
"You're right." Syd said. "Boom does everything for us. The least we can do is something for him."
"Okay, guys, I'm thinking what you're thinking, but I'm also thinking, what if Cruger finds out?" Bridge inquired.
"If Cruger finds about this, he's not gonna be happy." Val said, folding her arms.
"Well, he doesn't have too." Z said. "We'll keep it from him."
"Guys, I'm not sure." Val said, looking uneasy. "We could get in big trouble for this."
"But, Val, Boom's done-" Z began.
"Look, if you wanna do it, fine. Just leave me out? Boom's not exactly Ranger martial." Val said. "I know he's done a lot, but this isn't how I'd repay him. I'd rather repay him by helping him in the lab. So, sorry, guys."
"Okay, just don't tell Cruger about this, okay?" Syd asked.
"Fine, but if you get caught, leave me outta this?" Val requested.
"Deal." Z said. "Where you gonna be though?"
"I'll be at the Range, and I'll actually be there in case they ask." Val explained.
A little later, Boom and his parents were on an escalator with other Cadets, which moved downwards.
"Uh, well, that's the lab." Boom explained, pointing to his right. "But you can't go in there, it's restricted."
Phil nodded as Louise held up her hands.
"And that's Command, but you can't go in there either. That's off limits." Boom explained.
"Oh, this is so exciting." Louise said. "Being here and not being able to go anywhere."
She and Phil laughed as they reached the bottom, where Z was standing.
"Sir?" she said, saluting.
Boom saluted with confusion.
"The Rangers are looking for Squad Commander. It's training time." Z said, as Phil patted Boom's shoulder.
She turned around as Boom turned to his parents, seeing she was playing along.
"Oh, that's me." he said.
"Eee." Phil grinned, holding his fist up.
He pointed at Boom as Louise punched her fists up.
"Go." Phil said.
All four of them got onto another escalator, which went upwards.
A little later, Boom - wearing an orange SPD shirt - was in the workout room with Z, wearing her workout gear, as his parents watched. He sat on a chest fly machine, pulling the ends back and forth as his parents smiled, as the theme from Rocky played.
"Oh..." Louise said.
"Okay, you got it." Z said quietly.
Boom began to push it back.
"You got it, you got it, you got it." Z said happily. "Push, Boom! Push."
Later, Boom ran an obsolete course with Bridge and a few others, the screen splitting in half to show two different cases. On the left, he and Bridge climbed over a wall, but Boom got stuck on the top, while on the right, he tried to run through some tires, but fell over in the middle.
"Ah!" he moaned.
Bridge helped the Boom on the left off the wall, as the Boom on the right got up but tripped over the tires near the end.
"Ow!" he moaned, rolling over.
"Careful?" Louise said.
A little later, Boom stood in a workout room with Z and Syd, as Bridge stood by the glass, looking around, with Phil and Louise on the other side. Boom rolled his arms, then held his fists up as Z clapped her hands.
"Okay." she said. "Uh, uh..."
"Oh..." Phil said, putting his hands near his face.
Z moved to Boom to help put his arms in place, then he grabbed Syd's arm, as the door opened up. Cruger walked through it, just as Bridge turned and spotted him.
"Alright." Z said.
"Cruger!" Bridge gasped.
"Oh!" Boom gasped.
"Ah!" Z yelped.
Syd grabbed his arm and spun around, before she flipped him onto his back as his parents turned around.
"Oh!" Boom yelped, hitting the floor.
The three Rangers piled on him as Cruger past by his parents.
"Good morning." he said.
"Hello." Louise said.
Bridge waved as Cruger passed by, then once out of sight, Boom sat up from behind the others. His parents both turned to them, before he held his thumb up.
A little later, they returned to the Common Room as the door opened up, then Z and Syd stepped inside, followed by Boom, who wiped sweat off his face with a towel.
"So exciting." Phil said.
He, Louise and Bridge followed the others inside.
"Oh, that's how we do it 'round the old SPD." Boom said, turning around briefly. "I didn't go real hard on them."
Z and Syd sat down on a couch.
"Every once in a while, I like to give..." Boom said, sitting down between them, as his parents sat on beanbags in front of them. "...the kids, a break."
Bridge got behind Boom as he smiled.
"I'm surprised Val wasn't training with you all?" Phil said.
"Oh, Val's on the range." Bridge explained. "We take it in turns there-"
"And it's her turn?" Phil inquired. "Well, that explains it."
"Yeah, we take turns in all areas of training." Z added. "She'll probably be in there later."
"Pity. I would've liked to have seen her with you all." Louise said.
"Rangers, report to the Command Center?" Kat instructed.
Phil stumbled as he got up, as other Cadets - including a fish alien - all began to walk off.
"Oh, how exciting." Louise said, as Phil helped her up. "We finally get to see the Orange Ranger in action."
All but Bridge laughed nervously.
"Okay, Boom, maybe it's time that you told your parents the truth?" Bridge said, touching his shoulder.
"The truth?" Boom questioned, confused.
He turned to his parents, who grinned.
"The truth is..." Z began.
"Boom promised that we could do the next assignment ourselves." Syd lied.
"I did?" Boom said, confused.
Z and Bridge smiled at his parents, who he turned to to, before realizing what they were doing.
"Yeah, I did." he said, turning to his parents.
"Oh..." they said, turning to each other disappointingly.
"Yeah. Sure, well, uh...you guys." Boom said.
"Okay." Syd said.
The Rangers all got up and walked towards the door.
"D-Do it." Boom said, as his parents waved.
"Thanks, Commander." Syd said.
Boom got up and sighed with relief.
"Big day." he said, shaking his head.
A little later, Bridge and all the girls all stood with Cruger in the Command Room, as Cadets worked on all the panels - a fish alien being with two Humans on the center one.
"Hmm?" Cruger muttered, his hand on his chin.
He turned to the Rangers as they looked at him.
"What's wrong, sir?" Syd asked.
"Cadets Landors and Tate have vanished off the grid." Cruger explained. "We have been unable to establish contact for several hours."
"Okay, that's not like Sky at all." Val said. "Even Jack knows better than that."
"I know. I want you all to search their last known location." Cruger instructed.
"Don't worry, sir. We'll fine them." Bridge promised.
Later, the four Rangers all arrived at the warehouse, Val having been filled in on what the others did.
"Cleaver thinking to keep him and his parents away." Val admitted. "Let's hope they don't stay much longer."
"Hopefully, they won't." Z said.
"I wonder where they could've gone?" Bridge said, getting back to the subject.
They all stopped and spotted Jack's and Sky's bikes.
"Look, their bikes." Z said.
They all ran over to the bikes, then Syd felt Jack's.
"They're cold." she said. "They've been here a while."
"Something must've happened then?" Val deduced.
"Yeah, the question is what?" Bridge said.
They all looked around, before he spotted a Blue-Head running down some steps with Tomars' laptop.
"Blue-Head?!" Z gasped.
They all turned to it as it growled. (Val was on Bridge's left)
Bridge took out his morpher and held it up.
"Ready?" he asked.
"Ready!" the girls said, doing the same.
"SPD Emergency!"
(Morph sequence)
The screen split into four, Bridge in the top left, Syd in the top right, Val in the bottom left, Z in the bottom right. They all pressed their morpher's buttons, shooting out the holograms on their suits, before they all back flipped away and morphed up. They all landed crouched down, before their helmets appeared on them.
(End morph sequence)
They all lowered their arms.
"You will never find your friends without this." the Blue-Head said, holding the laptop.
He laughed as he patted the end of it.
"Hand it over?" Z demanded, pointing at it.
"Yeah." Bridge said.
"I don't think so." the Blue-Head said, holding a Krybot sphere.
It tossed it up, which shattered, then dozens of Krybots shot towards the ground.
"Hey!" Z gasped.
"Whoa!" Syd yelped.
"¡¿Qué?!" Val gasped.
"Look out!" Bridge said.
They all spun around and backed away as the Krybots landed in front of them, which all ran forward and soon surrounded them, as the Blue-Head laughed.
"Ready?" Syd asked, as they held up their blasters.
"Always." Z answered.
"Oh, yeah." Val said.
"Split up." Bridge said.
They all ran off in different directions as several Krybots moved forward to slash them with their blades, making them miss.
Z rolled past one as it tried to slash her with its bladed laser - its right leg on a bin - then she turned around and got to her knees, before she wacked its bladed laser with her blaster, knocking it forward.
"Ki-yah!" she yelled.
She kicked another's blade as it came at her, before she turned to a third, which tried to slash her.
"Whoa!" she yelped.
She ducked and grabbed a support beam nearby, ducking under it, then she spun around and hit two in the leg with her blaster, tripping them up. She then turned and fired it, hitting a third, which went flying onto the bin, before it rolled off it.
Bridge side flipped off a small stand, before he landed on his feet, then he turned and kicked ones arm, knocking it down as it twirled around.
Val ducked and rolled past one as it tried to whack her with its bladed laser, before she spun around and tackled it, tripping it up onto its back.
"Fire!" she shouted, firing her blaster twice.
The blasts it two more in the chest as they came at her, then she turned as a third tried to slash her in the legs with its blade.
"¡Vaya!" she yelped, jumping up.
She back flipped over it, then kicked its back with both feet, knocking it down, before she landed crouched down.
"Hyah!" Syd yelled, diving down, firing her blaster.
The blast hit one, then she fired again and hit another, which both hit the end of a stand, before falling onto their chests. She landed crouched down, then got up and spun around, then grabbed ones arm as it tried to whack her, before she kicked its belly. It leaned down, before she rolled over its back, before she spun around and kicked another, flipping it onto its back, then she blocked another's arm with her blaster handle.
Z blocked ones punch with the handle of her blaster, but it grabbed her wrist, then her other wrist and turned her around, her back against the railing.
"Yah!" she yelled, kicking another's chest, knocking it against a wall.
She spun around and flipped the first onto its back, then she leaned against the end of the beam and fired her blaster, hitting another and knocking it down.
Bridge ducked as one tried to whack him with its bladed laser, then he fired his blaster, hitting another's chest.
"Lasers!" he shouted, firing it again, hitting a third, which flipped off the stand.
He did a sideways handspring to his left and fired again, hitting a fourth, which banged into a crate and some barrels, knocking them over.
Val dodged and ran past one as it tried to stab her with its blade, before she got behind it.
"Yah!" she yelled, kicking its back, knocking it onto its chest.
She turned around and fired her blaster, hitting another's chest
Syd got onto the edge of a crate as one tried to slash her with its blade.
"Hyah!" she yelled, back flipping away as another tried to grab her leg.
She landed crouched down, then spun around and tackled the second, then tackled the first, tripping them both up onto their backs.
Nearby, Boom, his parents and RIC were all walked along a bridge that went over a road, Louise with a camera.
"Ah, yeah. Every street corner is a chapter in the history of Ranger-ness." Boom said.
"Oh, yes." Louise said.
"I can almost taste the action now." Boom said.
"You're right, son." Phil said, leaning against the railing. "There it is."
He pointed forward as Boom and Louise turned, seeing the Rangers backing away from Blue-Head, who slashed them all with its bladed laser, as a bunch of Krybots stood behind it.
"Whoa!" they yelped, as they turned around and hit the ground on their chests.
"Oh!" Louise gased.
"The Rangers? They're in trouble." Boom said nervously.
"Fire!" the Blue-Head shouted, firing his bladed laser.
"Look out!" Syd yelled.
The blasts hit the ground around the Rangers, making sparks come up from the ground around them.
"Whoa!" they yelped.
Boom gasped his parnets turned to him.
"It's a good thing you're here, son." Phil said, patting his shoulder. "Go help your teammates."
"Uh..." Boom stuttered, turning around.
"SPD Emergency." Louise said, holding her hand up like holding a badge.
Boom laughed nervously as his parents smiled widely.
"Uh, I-I forgot my morpher." he lied.
"Ooh." his parents said.
"Excuse me?" Boom asked.
He and RIC ran off to the edge of the bridge, then turned right and ran down a ramp that led to the street, RIC barking as he did.
The Rangers all pulled themselves up and stared at the Blue-Head and the Krybots.
"Yah!" they yelled, holding their fists up.
"Outta my way, Rangers!" the Blue-Head growled.
"We've gotta get our hands on that laptop." Z said, clutching her fist.
"Clear me a path?" Bridge said. "I'll get it."
The girls all ran forward.
"Hyah!" they yelled.
Z jumped up and fired her blaster, hitting two Krybots in the chest, knocking them down.
"Yeah!" Syd said, jumping off a balcony, firing hers, which hit three in the chest, knocking them down.
Val rolled to her right as two fired their bladed lasers, before she fired her own while lying on her belly, hitting them both in the chest, knocking them down.
The Blue-Head aimed its bladed laser at Bridge.
"Fire!" it shouted, firing it.
Bridge dived forward as the blast hit the ground, then he rolled forward as sparks came up from it.
"Yah!" he yelled.
He stopped in a crouched position and fired his blaster, which hit the Blue-Head's arm, sending the laptop flying away.
"Oh!" it moaned.
Bridge jumped up and caught the laptop.
"Got it." he said.
He somersaulted forward, before he landed crouched down, then he got up and turned around, as the Blue-Head turned to him.
"Huh?" it gasped.
"Hey, ugly!" the girls said.
"NO!" the Blue-Head exclaimed, turning right.
The girls all jumped up and fired their blasters, hitting its chest and knocking it onto its back. (Val was in the middle)
"Ah!" it moaned.
"That did it." Bridge said.
The girls all gathered around him. (Val was on Syd's right)
"Good work, Bridge." Z said, touching his shoulder, while holding her left hand and forefinger up.
"Yeah." Syd agreed.
"Excelente." Val remarked.
"Yeehaw!" came Boom's voice.
"Huh?" Bridge muttered.
He and the girls all looked up and saw him diving towards the scene on RIC - who had transformed into a bike - wearing a white helmet with goggles, and a Ranger costume with a cape.
"Uh..." he said nervously.
He landed RIC on the ground, then raced him off slightly, before skidding him 90 degrees left before pulling him over.
"What the?" Bridge questioned.
"No way?!" Z exclaimed.
"Huh?" Syd muttered.
"What?" Val muttered.
Boom got off RIC before rubbing his white gloves.
"Good boy, RIC." he said.
He turned to the Rangers and lifted the goggles up to his helmet.
"I'll help you." he said.
The Rangers looked at his outfit, which was a bad replica of the one from his dream, as the 0 and 'Police' badge was sewn on, he had a hairbrush in place of the blades, a black belt, grey boots, as well as the white gloves and orange cape.
"Boom?" Z exclaimed, pointing at him.
"Whoa!" Bridge and Syd said, shocked.
"¿Tienes que estar bromeando?" Val muttered.
The Blue-Head got up and stared at Bridge and the girls.
"That's mine!" it said, pointing at them.
It charged at the Rangers, who turned to him.
"Whoa!" Bridge yelped.
He blocked a kick from the Blue-Head with his free hand while backing away.
"Whoa!" Z yelped, ducking as it tried to punch her.
She kicked its right forearm, then it kicked Syd's chest, knocking her back, before it whacked Val's belly with its forearm.
"Uh!" she moaned.
Boom flinched as he watched, before he turned to his parents, Phil smiling as Louise snapped a picture with her camera. He nodded as he turned back to the fight, then he held up his right hand, with his left on his right elbow, holding them like paws. He waved his arms around, then held them out with his forearms crossed over, then he waved them around while holding them and his left leg up, before he bent down, ripping open part of his butt area.
"Ah..." he stuttered.
He straightened up as he charged in, as the Blue-Head kicked Syd's forearms as she raised them up to block it, knocking her back. Bridge spun around and kicked its chest, just as Boom tripped over his own feet.
"Ah!" he yelped.
His parents gasped as Bridge kicked the Blue-Head's chest, knocking it back as Boom fell onto his chest, causing it to fall over him and onto its back.
"Ah!" it moaned.
"Look at our son, honey?" Phil said, as Louise laughed, before punching his fist up. "The superhero!"
"Oh." Louise said.
They rested their heads against each other, both oblivious to Boom's incompetence.
Boom got to his feet, then he charged in and pushed Z aside, followed by Val.
"¡Ey!" she yelped.
Boom jumped up and dived towards the Blue-Head, as Syd held it by its right arm arm, before he hit the ground on his chest.
"Boom?" Bridge said, annoyed as the Blue-Head laughed.
Boom lifted his head up and looked at them.
"Hi." he said.
The Blue-Head turned to Syd, before it pulled its arm free, then slashed her up across the chest with its left hand.
"Whoa!" she yelped, flipping onto her back.
Boom got to his feet and ran in, but the Blue-Head touched his helmet and held him back. It moved back as he tried to kick him, followed by several punches, but they all missed.
"Boom!" Bridge said.
He charged in and grabbed Boom's arm.
"Stay back!" he yelled, pulling him back.
Boom stumbled around and turned around, as Val ran past him.
"Stay outta this!" she said sternly.
Bridge turned and kicked the Blue-Head's chest, knocking it back, then it ducked as Syd spun around to kick him, before it kicked her hands, knocking her back.
"Wha?" Boom said, before Syd crashed into him. "WHOA!"
He got knocked up into the air, before he hit the ground hard on his back.
"OW!" he moaned. "Oh!"
The Blue-Head turned as Val sent a kick at it, but it blocked it with its right forearm, before it slashed her across the chest with its right hand, knocking her back.
"OH!" she moaned.
She stumbled back and fell over Boom as he sat up, making her fall onto her back.
"AH!" she moaned.
The Blue-Head blocked a kick from Bridge with its hands, then Z grabbed its left arm as it tried to whack her, then Bridge grabbed its right arm. They both turned while holding it, as Boom got up and charged at them.
"Boom, no!" Val scowled, as he jumped up.
"Look out!" Z yelled.
Boom tried to do a fly kick, making Z and Bridge let go of the Blue-Head, before all three spun around and moved away.
"OH!" Boom moaned, hitting the ground on his back.
The Blue-Head growled as Bridge clutched his fist.
"Come on?" he said.
He charged forward, just as Boom sat up, making him fall over him, causing him to loose the laptop.
"Whoa!" he yelped.
He fell onto his chest as the laptop skidded along the ground, before the Blue-Head stopped it with its right foot.
"Why, thank you." it said, picking the laptop up. "Back where it belongs."
It turned around and began jumping up and away from building to building.
"Oh..." Boom said, nervously.
The Rangers all gathered around him.
"What were you thinking?" Syd said.
She and Z helped him up as Val folded her arms in annoyance.
"You messed up big time!" Syd scowled.
"We may never see Jack and Sky again!" Z frowned, as Bridge dusted off his arms.
"Yeah, thanks a lot, Inspector Gadget!" Val scowled sarcastically.
"What...?" Boom stuttered, confused, but knowing it was his fault.
Later, in the Delta Base, the Rangers were in the Command Room with Kat and Cruger. (Val stood on Syd's right)
"So, you believe this laptop is the key to everything?" Cruger inquired, as he began to pace in front of the others.
"Yes, sir." Bridge said, as they all turned to him. "I think it's a control unit for an interdimensional relocator."
"Logical, yes, but improbable." Kat said, as Cruger turned and walked past her. "We don't have the technology for a-"
She turned as Cruger stepped between her and Bridge.
"Remember, Kat, we're dealing with Grumm." Cruger reminded her.
He walked off slightly.
"We cannot underestimate his abilities or his resources." he said.
Kat nodded.
"And you had it, but lost it to the Troobians?" Cruger inquired, turning to the Rangers.
"We can explain." Syd assured.
"Well, something sort of happened..." Bridge said.
"Sir, you see..." Val began.
"See, what happened..." Z began.
"I lost it, sir." came Boom's voice.
Cruger turned around as he entered the room.
"Yes, sir. My inexcusable actions allowed the Troobains to get the laptop back." he explained honestly. "I pretended I was a Ranger, sir."
"You what?" Cruger questioned, shocked.
"Trying to impress my parents." Boom explained.
Kat sighed, looking disappointed.
"Do you have anything else to say?" Cruger asked.
Boom sighed and walked around the center panel, before he held up a letter.
"This is my letter of resignation." he explained.
Kat's eyes widened as the Rangers looked shocked - even Val.
"What?" Bridge said.
"No." Syd said.
"Huh?" Val gasped.
"Please, Boom?" Z asked.
"Resignation accepted." Cruger said, taking the letter.
Boom turned around and walked out of the room, as the Rangers looked speechless, Boom turned to the girls.
"He must really feel guilty if he's resigning?" Val deduced.
"Yeah." Z agreed.
Meanwhile, Jack and Sky both popped up on top of a car carrier truck, which was empty as it raced along a road.
"Uh!" they grunted, landing on their knees.
"Now where are we?" Sky said, as they turned around.
"Don't ask?" Jack said annoyed.
They both turned and got up as Tomars, who pointed his lance at them, shooting lighting from it, which hit their chests.
"AH!" they moaned.
They both turned around and hit the ramp on their chests. They both turned and got up to their knees, as the car carrier began to move under a bridge tunnel, as Tomars came at them.
"Yah!" he yelled, slashing his lance down diagonally.
Sky ducked and ran past him as the car carrier came out of the tunnel bridge, who then turned around, as Jack ducked as Tomars tried to slash him.
"Whoa!" he yelped.
Tomars turned around and slashed Sky's chest, then he turned and slashed Jack's chest, knocking them both down slightly. Sky got up and moved forward, when Tomars stabbed him with the pole end of his lance, then he slashed Jack's.
"AH!" they moaned, Sky falling to his knees.
Tomars slashed them both across the chest as Sky got up.
"AH!" they yelped.
They both fell off the ramp, but managed to grab the end of it.
"Hang on!" Jack said.
Tomars laughed as they both looked at him, their legs dangling.
"Oh, man! This is getting ridiculous!" Jack complained.
They both looked at Tomars and spotted the device on his left wrist.
"That device has gotta be the key!" Sky grunted.
"Right." Jack understood.
"Say goodbye, Rangers?" Tomars said, raising his lance up.
Sky grabbed his knuckle and held it up, using the light on it to shine up at him.
"AH!" he yelped, as it blinded him.
He stumbled away as both Rangers pulled themselves up onto the ramp.
"Let's get it." Sky said.
He took out his blade and combined it with his knuckle, forming his blaster, which he then fired, hitting Tomars' device.
"AH!" he moaned.
Jack took out his blasters and held them sideways.
"Lasers!" he shouted, firing them.
"AHH!" Tomars moaned, as the blasts hit his chest and wrist.
A little later, Boom entered the Common Room of the Delta Base, where his parents both sat in beanbags.
"Oh." they said happily, getting up.
"Our little hero." Louise said.
She snapped a picture of a depressed Boom with her camera as he passed by them both.
"Not now, Mom?" he asked.
"Boom, the Orange Power Ranger." Phil said happily.
"Cut it out, Dad?" Boom asked, as he stopped.
"We're just so proud of you." Louise said.
"Mom, Dad..." Boom said, turning around. "...stop?"
His parents looked confused as he sat down on a couch, knowing he had to tell the truth now.
"What's the matter, honey?" Louise asked.
"I'm an imposter. I'm also a liar." Boom confessed, as his parents sat down in the beanbags.
"No, Boom." Louise said.
"Yes, Mom, I am." Boom said honestly. "I'm not the Orange Ranger. There is no Orange Ranger. I was dismissed from the academy three days after I arrived. Couldn't cut it."
"But you've been here for over five years?" Phil recalled.
"I work in the SPD lab." Boom explained, before gulping. "I didn't wanna disappoint you guys. Wanted you to be proud of me."
His parents both looked at him as he got up.
"I've resigned from SPD." he explained. "I need to gather my things from the lab, and then I need to leave."
He walked past his parents and out of the room, as they both turned to him.
In the lab, Kat and the Rangers were all around a table, which was filled with computers and equipment. (Val was on Z's right)
"Nothing is coming up." Kat said.
"Keep trying, Kat." Syd said.
Kat sighed and typed on the computer, as the door opened up, and Boom came in with a box of his stuff, as Z turned around.
"Hey." she said.
The other Rangers turned to him.
"Sorry." he said, as Kat turned around. "I just wanted to clean up some of my stuff."
"Boom, thank goodness you're still here." Kat said.
She turned around and began working on the computer again.
"I've been studying the data from the energy peek anomalies." she explained, as Boom put his box down. "I thought if we used your analyser, we could detect the laptop's energy signature and locate Jack and Sky."
Boom moved over to the table.
"Well...it might help, uh..." he said, as he bent down and crawled under the table. "...if we have a look 'round here."
He turned around and got to his knees once on the other side.
"Plug some of these cables in the right ports..." he said, unplugging one, before plugging it in the right spot.
"Ah." Bridge said, turning to the others.
"...like that." Boom said.
The screen now showed a map of the city.
"Very impressive, Boom." Val remarked.
"We got it." Syd said.
Bridge smiled as Cruger came in behind Kat and the Rangers.
"Status report?" he asked.
"Boom just got the analyser online." Kat explained. "Once the coordinates are locked, we'll have a limited amount of time to send the controller to the exact location in order to reverse the signal."
"Hmm?" Cruger muttered.
The computer zoomed in on the coordinates.
"That's it." Syd said. "We got them."
"Now, this controller needs to be activated on the other side." Kat explained, holding it up, which had numbers and a small satellite dish on. "Someone has to take it."
"I'll take it." Z said.
"So will I." Val said.
"I'll take it too." Syd said.
"We'll all go." Bridge said.
"No. This smells of Grumm." Cruger said, holding his hand up. "He's already got the A-Squad and you four are Earth's last defence."
"I'll go." Boom said, getting everyone's attention. "Sir, I maybe a liar, but I'm a good gadget tester. It's what I do."
The Rangers all smiled at him.
"You're right there." Val said. "You are good in that area."
"Thanks." Boom said, embarrassed.
"Kat, prepare Boom for deployment." Cruger instructed, as Kat turned from him to Boom.
Boom saluted, ready to make up for earlier.
Meanwhile, Jack and Sky were thrown back against the back wall of the satellite room.
"AH!" they moaned, hitting the floor near the chair.
"Get up, Rangers?" Tomars demanded, getting in front of them. "We have one more trip. Grumm is very anxious to meet you."
"AH!" Sky gritted, punching the floor.
"Did I mention what a lousy tour guide you are?" Jack complained, as they got up.
"Oh, now you've hurt my feelings." Tomars mocked, holding his right forefinger up.
He laughed when Boom - wearing green and purple gear - came out of nowhere behind him.
"WHA?!" he yelped.
He fell right on top of Tomars, knocking him onto his chest, while losing the controller, which landed in the back right corner.
"Oh!" they moaned.
Boom looked up at his friends.
"Get off me?!" Tomars scowled.
"Hey, guys." Boom said.
"Boom?" Jack said, recognizing him.
He and Sky ran over to Boom.
"What are you doing here?" Sky asked, as they helped him up.
They dragged him over to the chair.
"Hey, guys, I'm here to bring you home." Boom said.
"Great." Jack said.
Boom held up his left hand, but saw no controller.
"AH!" he gasped.
"What is it?" Jack asked.
Boom panicked and began searching his suit for the controller.
"Oh, no!" Sky moaned, facepalming himself.
"Oh, where's the controller?" Boom panicked.
Tomars laughed as he got up, getting their attention.
"Looking for this?" he asked, holding the controller up.
"Oh, boy..." Boom gulped.
Sky walked forward, getting in front of the others, as Jack moved towards the chair, both thinking the same thing.
"Got to hand it to you, Tomars. You're the first one to ever defeat us." Sky commented, pointing at him, then touching his chest.
"And may I add, the last?" Tomars smirked.
"Now!" Sky yelled, turning left slightly.
Jack grabbed the chair and threw it towards Tomars, Boom moving away as Sky jumped and kicked his legs out to avoid it.
"AH!" Tomars yelped, as it hit his leg.
He spun around and fell onto his back, losing the controller as he did, which hit the floor.
"Yah!" the Rangers yelled, charging forward.
"Grab the controller." Jack ordered.
Tomars blocked a kick from Sky with his left forearm, then blocked one from Jack with his right, then he ducked as Sky tried to punch him.
"I'm on it." Boom said.
He ran for the controller, then bent down near it.
"NOOO!" Tomars roared.
Sky jumped and spun around to his back, but missed, then he jumped up as Jack spun around to tackle him.
Boom picked up the controller as Tomars turned around.
"Got it." he said.
Jack and Sky both kicked Tomars in the chest, knocking him away, crashing into Boom.
"OH!" he moaned, dropping the controller.
He began to crawl towards it, as Tomars moved past Jack and Sky, who then grabbed his arms and shoulders. They both turned him around, as Boom reached the controller, which he picked up. He got to his knees as he did, while Tomars broke free from the Rangers, then moved past Sky as he tried to punch him.
"Ha, ha, ha, yes." Boom said.
Tomars bumped into him as he turned around, making him drop the controller and fall onto his back.
"OW!" he moaned.
He sat up and saw the controller near Tomars' foot.
"It's mine." he sneered, kicking it away.
"Uh, give it to me?" Boom called, as Sky kicked it away.
Tomars, Jack and Sky all began running around, kicking the controller like a ball.
"Over here!" Jack said.
"Boom, get it!" Sky said, kicking it.
"I'm open!" Boom called.
He jumped up and turned slightly, hitting his body against all three of them, knocking them onto their backs.
"Ah!" Jack yelped.
"OH!" Tomars moaned.
"Huh?" Boom muttered, turning onto his side.
He laughed as he grabbed the controller, before he got up and turned around.
"I got it." he said.
"Yes." Jack said.
He and Sky got up and ran towards him, then he got behind Boom, as Sky got in front of him, with his right arm out.
"Do it!" Sky said.
Boom pressed a button on the controller, teleporting them all away, as Tomars dived at them.
"Mine!" he roared, before hitting the floor. "Huh? It's mine!"
In the SPD lab, Kat and Cruger stood behind the table with the computer, as Bridge and the girls all stood by another, looking at a tablet Bridge held. A beam showed up near them all, before it turned into Jack, Sky - both unmorphed - and Boom.
"Oh!" the girls gasped.
They all ran towards their friends as Bridge put the tablet down.
"Yes." Syd said.
"Jack." Z said.
"Sky." Val said.
Z hugged Jack tight as Val gave one to Sky, while Syd put her hand on his shoulder. Boom took off his helmet as Val pulled away, before he and Bridge hugged.
"I'm so happy to see you." Syd said.
"You guys had us worried." Val said.
"Good to be home, guys." Jack said, as Z pulled away from him.
Tomars suddenly appeared on the computer screen.
"You can't get ride of me that easily." he said, as the top part of his body rose out of it.
"Whoa!" Boom gasped.
He ducked down and rolled past the Rangers, before he pressed a button on a device on the table, that was plugged into the computer.
"AHH!" Tomars roared.
He vanished as the word 'Deleted' flashed on the screen.
"He's gone." Boom said, as the Rangers came up behind him.
"Yes, but I have a feeling that one will be back." Cruger said, as Kat took the controller.
"Thanks, Boom." Sky said, patting Boom's left shoulder, as Jack patted his right one.
"Boom, you forgot to sign your letter of resignation." Cruger said, holding it up, getting everyone's attention. "Therefore, I cannot and will not accept it."
Bridge and the girls all smiled.
"Yeah." Bridge said, as Z laughed. "All right."
Sky and Jack looked confused, before they turned to Val.
"What's that about?" Sky asked.
"Long story." Val assured. "We'll tell you later."
"Whoo." Syd said.
Boom jumped up with his arms up, as he turned around.
"Good job, Boom." Jack said, as they all clapped.
A little later, Boom stood with his parents in the SPD lab.
"Okay, so if you're not a Ranger...what is it that you do around here?" Phil asked.
"The truth?" Boom asked.
"The truth, sweetie, we will always love you no matter what." Louise promised.
"The truth? Well, uh, I work here." Boom explained, looking around.
"Oh" Louise said.
Boom turned around and walked over to a jetpack resting on a wall, as his parents followed him.
"And as chief gadget tester, I get thrown off things, thrown into things, thrown under things..." he continued, strapping the jetpack onto his back. "...battered, rammed, fried, electrified, dropped, popped, creamed and toasted. But, it's cool, because if it wasn't for me and what I do, well, then the Rangers, wouldn't have such cool stuff to use in the field. Like this, hover pack."
He moved forward slightly as his parents looked at it.
"I worked out all the busts." he explained.
"Oh." Louise said, impressed.
"So, now, this is rock soiled technology." Boom explained, powering it up.
He pressed a button on its left handle, shooting stream from the hover pack, which boosted him up into the air.
"Whoo!" Louise yelped, moving away.
"Uh..." Boom said.
He laughed nervously as his parents looked at him.
"Mommy! Daddy!" he said.
"Honey!" Louise said.
"See you later, maybe!" Boom called, as he shout out of the base.
The hover pack began to fly him off to his right, spinning him out of control as he held onto the handles.
