"Riley, as you know we are training for the rare occurance that will occur after a month. " says the sensei
"Celestial phenomenon, where legendaries slips into hibernation. A rare occurance that happend after every one million years. This phenomenon raises strength of dark, ghost and psychic energy in the cosmos while reducing strength of other types " says Riley
"True but there is more than that" says the sensei
"What you mean?" asks Riley
"Come with me" says Sensei as he takes Riley to a secred room
"Everyone, take care. Guys I count on you to help our friends in training. Don't over do it as their body is not that strong yet" says Ash
"Sure Ash, good luck with the tournament" says Charizard
"Too bad that we won't be able to join you" says Pangoro
"Don't worry, I will call you if required and I am giving you a break for duration of tournament only" says Ash as he turned to Mimikyu
"Are you okay with this Mimikyu, you can play with your friends here.I promise that in next gym I will let you battle okay" says Ash as Mimikyu got excited.
"Wait let me call Hoopa and others" says Ash as he closed his eyes and two minutes later Dialga, Palkia and Giratina arrived along with other legendaries
"Guys listen carefully, a tourament is coming up" says Ash
"Are we going to battle" asks Mewtwo
"Actually no, I just want you guys take the lead to train our new friends. Dialga,Palkia and Giratina, I want you to make the same time chamber replica that we created in that world and help them in training. " says Ash
"Sure Ash," says his legendaries
"Bye everyone, take care. If needed I will call you" says Ash as he teleported away
"That's the tree of beginning. Let's fetch the required crystals from here" says the man
"Sure, we have to get it any cost" says the girl. Then man has black attire while lady carrying a icy blue attire. Both have the staff like aura guardians. The only difference is that they are emitting dark aura.
As they entered the tree of beginning they were stopped by the Regi rock
"You pathetic pokemon think that you can stop us" says the man as he raised his arm and then
column of dark aura erupted from under its feet. The dark aura consumes Regirock causing it to stood still.
"Now, you will obey us pokemon" says the lady as Regirock nodded
"Take us to the central core" says the man
The two humans arrived at the central core. The defense mechanism of tree activated that sends anti bodies.
"These things can't stop us" says the duo as they fired dark aura that destroyed antibodies.
Twenty minutes later they arrived at central core where the thing they want resides.
Mew who is the guardian of the tree showed up and warned them
"We want only the main crystal. Let us take that, we will not kill you but if you protest, we don't have any choice but to kill you" says the duo
"I won't let you do this" says Mew as it formed shadow ball that it sends at the duo. The duo then extends their arm and absorbed it and fired the attack back at Mew. Mew uses the protect and launched hyper beam.
"Pathetic" says the duo as they extends the staff that accumulated hyper beam before it fired the attack back.
The battle between the Mew and the duo begun. Arceus who is watching everything decided to intervene by calling Ash.
"Look at this, this place is amazing" says Ash
"Clemont, I can't wait to find the right wife for you" says Bonnie
All of sudden Ash teleported away and find him at Arceus's place
"Greeting Arceus, what happened " asks Ash as he told everything
"I am going to save Mew" says Ash
Mew fired another hyper beam that the duo sent it back at Mew. Mew closed its eyes and
hoped for the best but the attack didn't came at her.
"Who are you" asks the duo as Mew opened its
eyes and saw another human standing there with the gloden glow around him
"I am Ash and who are you. Why you are hurting Mew " says Ash
"It's none of your business, leave us or we have to eradicate you" says the duo
"Try it" says Ash as the two people extends their arm that sends dark aura at him. Ash's aura flared up and then sends the streak of his aura that destroyed dark aura.
"No way, that can be possible " says the male
"Yes it is" says Ash as he teleported behind them and then landed a powerful punch and kick that sends the two humans crashed into the crystal.
"Leave that place, I don't want to destroy this tree. " says Ash
"We won't until we get what we want" says the duo as their aura flared up and their power rises drastically.
"You want to play that way. Fine, " says Ash as he yelled and starts to rise his powers. With the powers rises up it sends gust of air that pushed the two humans back.
"No, it can't be possible. How come he is an aura user and that's with pure aura." asks the male
"He can be useful in our plan. " says the female
"If you think that I will help you in your plans then you are wrong " says Ash as he teleported again and this time he landed a powerful energy blast.
The duo created a portal made of dark aura that absorbed the attack and four small portal appeared around Ash and the same attack striked Ash dealing good damage.
"That was unexpected " says Ash
" Well I was just starting out," says Ash as he flexted his muscles and then used close combat with instant transmisison.
The two humans can't keep track of Ash's movement because Ash concealed his aura and using pure hand to hand combat. Ash grabbed the two and slammed their head against each other and then took them in the air outside tree of beginning.
"You will pay, we will retaliate and we will take what we want" says the duo as they disappeared into a portal without leaving the trace of their aura.
Ash sighed and teleported back in front of Mew. "Are you okay" asks Ash
"Yeah, thanks for helping out. But who are you" asks Mew
"I am Ash, I think we have met before. If you remember, years ago a kid and his pikachu along with Lucario" says Ash
"I get it, you are the same kid. I can't believe that you have changed. Just let me know if you need help" asks Mew
"No thanks I have my own Mew. She is like you, happy and cheerful. Just take care okay" says Ash as Mew nodded
"I need to go, bye " says Ash
"What, your plan is foiled by a human." asks the head
"It's not like that, he has purest aura and he is an expert fighter" says the male
"He broke my arm" says the female
"Show me, " says the leader as he extends his staff and projected the fight with the Ash
"He is not even at full strength and he outrun you. We must
"That's a good news, we need to find a way to use him in our plan" says the leader
"But we managed to get these crystals. However these are not time flower that we are seeking for" says the male
"Well done, it will work for our plan" says the leader
"You both go and visit Geosenge town in Kalos. There is a device burried underground which was used to end a Kalos war 3000 years ago. That device combined with these crystals and the aura will help us in completing our plan" says the male
"I need to go and capture that mew" says the male
"Hey guys" says Ash as he walked towards the cafeteria where his friends are waiting.
"Where were you" asks Max
"Guys there was a problem. There were two guys who were weird. They were attacking Mew at tree of beginning for some reason. Their aura is dark," says Ash
"No way, but what they want" asks Max
"I don't know but we need to figure out" says Ash
"Well, you defeated them right" asks Max
"Yes, only broke their arm" says Ash
"Cabba, Kale and Caulifla I may need your help in future" says Ash
"We will help you. " says Cabba
"Guys let's have some lunch and then move towards our hotel" says Ash as Ash's, Kale's, Cabba's and Caulifla's stomach growled.
Once they are done with the food they walked towards the hotel.
"Wyndon is amazing" says Dawn
"I wonder if we can get good pokemon here" says Max
"Yeah, we will capture new pokemon during the tournament" says Ash
"Gary, any idea what rules they will impose" asks Misty
"I am not sure" says Gary
For one week Ash and his friends enjoyed their time and now everyone is assembled in stadium to mark the opening of tournament.
"Look at that, there are around three thousand trainers" says Misty
"Hello Dawn" says a girl in black attire and blond hair.
"Hey Cynthia nice to see you here" says Brock
"Hello Ash, it's been a long time. I called your mother and I got to know that you are participating in tournament. " says Cynthia
"Yup, after all gym leaders, elite four , champions and frontier brains are taking part along with last ten year league participants. " says Cynthia
"Just tell me, are they strong" asks Ash
"You bet they are strong" says Cynthia
"But Grant told me your pokemon defeated his twenty plus pokemon" says a new voice
"Diantha" says Cynthia as she turned back
"Is that true" says Cynthia
"Yes," says Ash as their attention drawn to fireworks that marks the beggining of the tournament.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I Chairman Rose welcome you all in most excited tournament of all time. We have five thousand and four hundred participants in all rank. Be it champions, elite four, gym leaders, trainers, frontier brain. " says Rose
"That's cool" says Ash
"But considering the large amount of participants we decided that you can select any one type and those candidates with similar types will be in one group. Once we have group of 300 trainers we will subset you in two groups of 150 each. For each 150 trainers we will do a battle royal meaning you will fight 150 trainers at one point of time. In this round you are allowed to use single pokemon. " says Rose
"For now we will focus on round one. Round two rules will be explained later on. First round will kick off after three days. You will get your notification soon. And top 20 trainers from each type group will move to next round" says Rose
"Which pokemon you will use" asks May
"I will go with fighting types and I have lot's of options. Primeape, Lucario, Infernape, Heracross, Machamp, Gallade, Bewear, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Blaziken,Urshifu,
Pangoro,Chesnaught, Emboar, Marshadow." says Ash
"I think I will use Urshifu," says Ash
"Why not Lucario" asks Misty
"Others needs to shine and they are okay with that" says Ash
Three days later the time for the first battle.
"Everyone get ready for the exciting battle of the decade. Pokemon global championship battle royale. Let's see who are top twenty five trainers that will emerge victorious in this tournament." says Rose making crowd excited
Kale, Cabba, Caulifla, Ash are looking at their surroundings.
"Anthony, Bea,Brawly,Bruno,Korrina,Chuck,
Greta,Hala,Marshal, Maylene, Shawna.They all are here. But it seems half of them are in group 2" says Ash as he walked towards the stadium. Cabba, Brawly, Korrina, Chuck and Anthony are with Ash.
"If you think we will go easy on you, then you are wrong" says Anthony
"What, are you kidding me" says Ash as he smirked
"Korrina, you are against me once again" says Ash
"This outfit looks good " says Korrina
"Thanks " says Ash
" I don't know about the outcome but I won't hold back" says Ash as they entered the stadium
"Trainers are you ready" asks Referee as they nodded and with one signal all of them sends their pokemon out.
Cabba sends his Pancham, Ash sends his Urshifu,Korrina sends her Lucario, Anthony sends his own Annihilape, Bruno sends his Machamp, Chuck sends his Hariyama. Others also sends their pokemon.
"So we have equal amount of fighting types of each species" says Ash
"Korrina,Chuck, Bruno,Anthony take care of others. Me and Cabba take care of them" says Ash as Urshifu cracked his knuckles.
Cabba's Pancham are also ready.
"Let the battle begin" says referee
Group of twenty people with their pokemon walked towards Ash and Cabba and says " You two , battle us. "
"Sure" says Ash as Urshifu nodded before he jumped in the air and landed away from them. Urshifu motioned his hand calmly and then twenty pokemon charged at Urshifu as they used focus punch together which blocked the attack and then Urshifu used his agile movements to knock them out in single punch.
This shocked everyone except Cabba.
"Everyone, target him" says the participants as hundred participant faced Ash.
"Looks like this is a turn of an events everyone. They all are ganging up on Ash" says referee
"Why don't you come twenty at a time. I don't want to make you look like fool" says Ash
"As you wish" says trainer as they formed a group of twenty.
"Cabba, Anthony,Bruno,Chuck why don't you take down others " says Ash as they nodded.
"Urshifu, show them your strength and don't hold back and make sure you don't destroy the stadium or kill any pokemon" says Ash Urshifu grinned
"Your trainer is really a stupid one. He let twenty of us destroy you. Everyone fire focus blast" says trainers as all pokemon charged up the energy sphere and launched the attack at Urshifu
"You really think that these pathetic focus blasts can stop Urshifu" says Ash as Urshifu jumped higher and evaded the attack. He landed on battlefield once focus blasts exploded. All opponents charged at Urshifu.
Opponent Machamp is the first one to make a move and it starts assaulting the Urshifu with consecutive punches. Urshifu is stopping each attacks with ease but soon other pokemon launched focus and Urshifu disappeared from the view causing Machamp to be hit by the focus blast.Once smoke is cleared Machamp can be seen severely injured but Urshifu is not visible.
"Now tell me, where are your pokemon" asks opponents. In return Ash only smirked before he pointed in the air. They all looked above to see Urshifu are levitating with his arms extended outwards. Urshifu is charging the energy spheres before he launched continuous attacks.
"What the hell, how is this even possible" asks the trainers
"This is called ki manipulation or aura manipulation. " says Ash
Other pokemon looked tensed before they are ready to block any incoming attacks.
"We need to stop them." says Machamp as he hold his arm
"We will take the lead," says Hawlucha and Hitmontop as they charged at Urshifu. Hawlucha used sky attack. Urshifu stopped charging the attack and awaited for Hawlucha to strike him. Once Hawlucha is near Urshifu, he dodged and used full power punch in abdomen of Hawlucha making his eyes widened and a rolling kick in side of Hawlucha caused him crashed into the battlefield. The impact was so huge that it created a medium size crater in which Hawlucha is knocked out.
"Hitmon top" says Hitmontop as it striked Urshifu who uses one focus punch to send Hitmontop crashed near Hawlucha.
Urshifu yelled loudly before he starts powering up. The whole stadium starts shaking due to rise in power levels.
"What's going on" asks referee as everyone starts to loose their balance.
"It's just my pokemon is increasing his power level to twenty percent" says Ash
"At what power level he was fighting earlier" asks Anthony
"Ten percent" says Ash
Once Urshifu raised his power level, Urshifu phased out of existence and appeared behind Machamp and Poliwrath. Urshifu used focus punch and striked Machamp. Machamp tried to block the attack but it was powerful causing it to crash into the wall.
Another Lucario prepared aura sphere but unknown to him Ash's Urshifu sensed it and then teleported away before appearing behind Lucario. Urshifu gently tap on shoulders of Lucario before landed continuous kicks and punches at fast pace. Lucario can't see the attacks and got knocked out instantly.
On other side Cabba's Pancham defeated Poliwrath and is now engaged in combat with the another Primeape.
Ash's Urshifu did multiple backflips before jumping in air and formed the biggest energy sphere and sends a energy wave. Another Primeape formed focus blast and launched it against the Urshifu. Another Gallade uses telekinesis to stop it and added his own attack to send the energy wave back at the Urshifu. Urshifu acted quickly and uses his punch to deflect energy wave that went out of the stadium. Urshifu then formed two ghostly claws out of aura. Gallade used telekinesis to stop him but it failed. Gallade is engaged in combat with Urshifu, meanwhile Korrina's Lucario is using double team and attacking other fighting types. Gallade uses teleport, Urshifu closed his eyes and formed the barrier and sense where Gallade will appear. Urshifu snapped open his eyes and formed two small discs and sends above him which crashed into Gallade that caused explosion. Urshifu then jumped and landed powerful punch in Gallade's abdomen that knocked it out instantly.
Other trainers are in state of dear adter watching Urshifu single handedly defeating the opponents. Opponent Infernape used firespin at Urshifu that starts to concentrate in one big orb. Urshifu is fit and fine and launched the biggest orb into Throh and Sawk. Both of them dodged the attack and tried to hit Urshifu.
Urshifu grabbed the arms and used seismic toss that did great damage. Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee also charged at Urshifu. Urshifu appear behind the two pokemon with energy sphere charged in their hand and launched a massive wave that knocked out them instantly.
Throh and Sawk stood back and held their arms. Urshifu landed in field and charged up his aura before touching the battlefield. He glowed blue and silver before sending energy wave that made battlefield erupt with enough force that dealt good damage to them.
As Urshifu is busy in taking down his opponent, Grappaloct took advantage of distraction and binded Urshifu in his tentacles. He covered the mouth of Urshifu making him unable to breathe. All of sudden Grappaloct starts to float. Few moments later a small shockwave hit Grappaloct making him release the Urshifu. Urshifu then grabbed Grappaloct and then used full power hyperbeam that raced towards Grappaloct. Emboar jumped in front of hyper beam to block it but Korrina's Lucario used flash cannon that hit Emboar. The power to two attacks knocked him out instantly.
"Thanks" says Ash to Korrina. Ash saw that other trainers cornered Bruno and Chuck.
"Urshifu help them" says Ash as Urshifu disappeared and appeared behind others and defeated them in one go. After that he faced his opponent. Grappaloct as he launched spear of condensed water at Urshifu.Urshifu then raises his arms, charges up and fires several energy spheres randomly in their opponent's direction.
The opponent closes their eyes but attack didn't hit them. As they turned their face and find multiple spheres floating around them.
"What kind of attack it is " says the trainers
With efficient ki control, the multiple energy spheres are suspended in the air, completely surrounding them. Finally, Urshifu commands the energy spheres, which change from a white to orange color, to rapidly spin around their opponents.With no space to dodge , attacks inevitably rain down on them with a vicious onslaught from every direction, filling the battlefield with a blinding light and inflicting a massive damage. When smoke dust cleared, the remaining pokemon can be seen severly injured.
"Game over" says Ash as Urshifu charged at their opponent. The final series of close combat knocked out other pokemon. Only Blaziken and Infernape are remaining.
Infernape and Blaziken finally charged at Urshifu with flare blitz. Urshifu then uses protect to stop the attack. With final series of kicks and punches are over, Blaziken and Infernape are knocked out.
At unknown location, the evil group of people are looking at live telecast
"That's him. His pokemon are strong" says the leader of evil group
"Don't worry, we will get enough energy from these battles. I have added hidden power absorbers that will absorb energy generated from these battles." says the leader
With sixty pokemon left on battlefield Ash says " Anyone want to battle me". Others are afraid of battling Ash but there are some who are still arrogant and charged at Ash. Within two minutes Ash defeated ten more pokemon.
On other side Korrina amd others defeated their opponent.
"Battle stop" says announcer as ten trainers remain on battlefield.
It's time for group B of fighting types trainers.
"Kale, are you ready to show how It's done" asks Caulifla
"Yeah" says Kale as they looked at Ash and Cabba who are watching the battle.
"Ash, are you thinking the same thing that I am thinking " asks Cabba as he nodded
As the battle started Kale's Pancham and Caulifla's Makuhita sky rocketed towards each other at amazing speed who are only visible to Ash and Cabba
"They shared their ki with their pokemon. " says Cabba. As they collide massive shockwave generated.
On other side othe pokemon are battling their opponents. As they are lunging towards Kale and Caulifla, they says " We are not interested in battling you. You can make someone else their target"
"We will defeat you first. You are with that Ash, and we can't risk our chance of winning" says the participants
"Fine, we will battle each other someday, let's show them" says Kale as botb faced other opponent.
"Pancham use comet punch. Makuhita use force palm." says Kale and Caulifla as both pokemon charged at their opponent.
Opponent Lucario used force palm which connected with the Lucario's force palm. Makuhita's force palm knocked out Lucario's force palm in one shot. Pancham's comet punch striked Infernape's abdomen knocking it out instantly.
Soon other trainers surrounded Kale and Caulifla who knodded and then both pokemon fights like a martial artist. After defeating the twenty plus pokemon both Makuhita and Pancham starts to get tired due to excess usage of ki.
"Kale and Caulifla, even if you shared your ki with them, they are still not used to harnessing it. It is making their body tired and building pressure on their muscles " says Ash via telepathic link.
"Ash is right, their body are not fully evolved. " says Kale and Caulifla as Pancham and Makuhita got hit by group of Sawk, Throh, Conkeldurr and Annihilape.
"Makuhita and Pancham, we know that you can do this" says Kale and Caulifla that boost morale of the pokemon and then they stood back, they are surrounded by the white aura and then they formed focus blast. They put all of their strength in their last attack that made it bigger than usual and sends it at the opposing pokemon that exploded before sending them flying into the other fighting types that knocked them out. Makuhita and Pancham fainted as well.After a while twenty five trainers left.
"Hey don't be so sad, you did great" says Ash
"We are not sad because we lost, we are sad because we didn't cared about them" says Caulifla
"Don't worry, we will train hard" says Ash
For next full week everyone else battled.
Those who moved to the next round are Misty, Brock,Gary, Max, Dawn,Clemont and May.
"I feel sorry for you guys. " says Ash
"No need to, we just need to work hard. Right Fenekin" says Serena as Fennekin barks in excitement.
"Who else moved to next round" asks Misty
"As far as I know Surge, Erika,Koga,Sabrina, Blaine, Falkner, Bugsy, Whitney,Morty, Chuck,Jasmine,Clair. In short all my past rivals, all gym leaders, elite four members and champion till Sinnoh are here. " says Ash
"And gym leaders, elite four and champion Diantha is in next round." says Clemont
"I knew few gym leaders, elite four and champion from Galar, Unova and Paldea are also in the next stage" says Gary
"And frontier brains are also here" says May
"Don't forget Ritchie,Iris, Cilan,Bianca,
"That's great" says Ash
Two days later it's time for round two. Ash and others are in the stadium awaiting for next round.
"Ladies and gentlemen, congratulations on being part of top 360 contestants. Now we decided to tweak this round a little bit. We will split you into group basis on your rank. All gym leader will be in one group, wlite four in one group, champions in one group and frontier brains in one group.
Within each group top four players will move to next round. You can use two pokemon from this round and the same type that you selected earlier" says Rose
"And all battles will be random.Without any delay let's start phase two. As two random images appeared which are of Trip and Ash
"All the best Ash" says Cabba as Ash nodded
Ash walked towards the battlefield. He is ready to take down next opponent.
"This is a full battle between Trip from Unova and Ash Ketchum from Kanto" says refree
"So you are from boonies huh. If you think you can defeat me, you are wrong" says Trip
"We will see" says Ash
