Hello everyone, and today, Dragnarok and Bandicoot are heading to Brest to fight the next general, Miasma Mandragora!
Before we start, I want to address something.
Gramzon Dragon: That will soon be addressed.
Anyway, let's begin!
Season 2.5 Opening( I Will Not Bow by Breaking Benjamin)(I do not own the song)
Beneath the Catacombs of Paris, in his lair, Eldritch was pacing around.
"Dragnarok and his orange friend are decent combatants..." He said , recalling their fights against Freezebite Wendigo and Fenrir Midnight. "But they still have much to learn."
Eldritch then gazes at his giant crystal, a look of interest painted on his face.
"So where will they go next?"
Meanwhile, at Fu's Massage Shop, Dragnarok and Bandicoot told Fu, Ashley, and Aku Aku what they learned.
"So Eldritch used to be a member of the Order..." Fu said in a shocked tone.
"Do you have any records of him?" Dragnarok asked.
"I'm afraid not." Ashley said. "Those records are probably either destroyed, or lost to time."
"It seems you need to defeat the remaining generals in order to learn Eldritch's origins." Aku Aku said.
"Is that so?" Dragnarok asked before looking at the map for a bit. "Let's headed to Brest next."
After getting a nod from Bandicoot, the two headed out.
Back with Eldritch, he was looking in the giant crystal, watching the duo head out.
"Brest, huh? That means they'll meet Miasma Mandragora." Eldritch said in a interest. He then switches the crystal's view, showing Brest. "Miasma Mandragora! Dragnarok and his friend are heading to your location, be prepared."
"Of course, Lord Eldritch." A feminine voice with a heavy French accent said. "Although, when I capture Dragnarok, can I keep him as pet when you no longer have any use for him?"
"Of course." Eldritch said while rolling his eyes.
After sneaking aboard Steam 2 for the third time, Dragnarok and Bandicoot arrived at Brest.
To their shock, Brest was cover in thorn-covered vines and roots, which wrapped around buildings and other various objects. Off in the distance was another giant crystal tower.
The prisoners boarding the freight cars were also a bit strange, as they all had this hazy look on their faces.
"What's with them?" Dragnarok asked Bandicoot, who just shrugged his shoulders. "Let's look around."
And with, they jump off the freight car and began looking around Brest.
Meanwhile, back in Paris, Fu, Ashley, and Aku Aku were looking at a copy of the map they made and trying to figure out what Eldritch's masterplan is.
"There has to be a pattern here..." Fu muttered. "We know that Eldritch is creating crystal towers in these locations. But the question is why..."
"Something tells me we'll find out so enough..." Aku Aku muttered in a worried tone.
Back in Brest, after navigating through the vine and root covered city, Dragnarok and Bandicoot managed to find the crystal tower, where the hazy-faced prisoners were dumping crystals into the tower's base, making it grow and sprout it's "branches".
"There's another one of those towers..." Dragnarok muttered. "I wonder what they are for?"
That's when the ground begins to shake for a bit before two giant vines erupted from the ground and wrapped around the two heroes.
"Well, well... Look who I found wandering in my garden~" The same feminine voice with a heavy French accent from earlier said.
Following the voice, the duo saw a female humanoid figure with plant-like features. She has tan skin, magenta eyes, and magenta hair, which was covering her right eye. She was wearing a dark green dress that had a pink zagged line going across the stomach and pink shoulder pads that had a yellow flower in the center. She was also wearing light brown leggings with heeled boots of the same color. Wrapped around her arms were vines with blood red thorns, while roots wrapped around her legs.
"And you are?" Dragnarok asked while he and Bandicoot trying to wiggle their way out of the vines that were holding them.
"I am Miasma Mandragora, one of Lord Eldritch's eight generals." Miasma Mandragora greeted before walking up to Dragnarok with a seductive smirk. "And I must say, you're cuter in person~"
"I not exactly flattered..." Dragnarok said with a slight blush. He then noticed a few of the dazed prisoners. "What did you do to them?!"
"Just had them inhale a special fragrance that makes them more... Cooperative." Miasma Mandragora said with a dark smirk.
"So you gave them happy drugs." Dragnarok said with a glare.
"Cute and funny, you just keep getting better and better~" Miasma Mandragora said with a giggle. "I'm definitely keeping you."
"Um... What?" Dragnarok asked as he and Bandicoot gained confused looks.
Miasma Mandragora said nothing as she blew a kiss at the draconic hero, releasing a gas that went for Dragnarok's eyes.
"My eyes!" Dragnarok cried as he slam his now red eyes shut as tears began to form.
"That mask of yours may protect you're mouth and nose, but it doesn't protect your eyes." Miasma Mandragora said before having the vine holding Bandicoot fling the orange hero across the city.
"Bandicoot!" Dragnarok shouted, just barely able to see his partner get thrown into the air.
"And now it's just us~" Miasma Mandragora said with a seductive purr, causing the draconic hero to visibly gulp.
On the other side of Brest, Bandicoot crashed face first into a building. After he scrapes himself off, Bandicoot looks arounds to see where he was.
He then notices several of the hazy faced prisoners marching in a single direction.
Seeing that they were heading towards the direction that he came from, Bandicoot decided to follow them.
After a while, Bandicoot saw them entering a building that was covered in roses, tulips, and other pretty flowers.
Sneaking through the back, Bandicoot saw Miasma Mandragora and Dragnarok, the latter completely tied up in vines, were at a table, with hazy prisoner serving them like waiters and waitresses.
"Look, there are multiple reasons why we can't be together. The biggest reason being is that I already have a girlfriend!" Dragnarok said, trying to talk his way out. Miasma Mandragora said nothing as she simply caresses his cheek. "Hey, that is unwanted physical contact!"
Unbeknownst to the general and her prisoner, Bandicoot was sneaking closer and closer, a metal pipe in hand.
"Relax... Once Lord Eldritch's masterplan is complete, we'll have all the time to ourselves~" Miasma Mandragora said with a purr.
"And what is his masterplan?" Dragnarok asked.
"Nice try." Miasma Mandragora said while wagging her figure. "You'll just have to wait and see."
"And what is stopping me from burning my way out-" Dragnarok said, only to stop when the vines holding him tightened.
"That is stopping you." Miasma Mandragora said with a smirk.
She was about to take a sip from her goblet when she spotted Bandicoot in the reflection of the goblet. With quick reflexes, Miasma Mandragora unwraps the vine from her right arm and whips the metal pipe the orange hero was carrying, snapping it in half.
Feeling the vine loosen and seeing Miasma Mandragora distracted, Dragnarok burns the vines holding him and charges at the Homunculus, only for her to dodged and have the draconic hero hit Bandicoot by accident.
When they got back onto their feet, the duo saw Miasma Mandragora glaring at them, mostly at Dragnarok.
"So, you want to play hard to get? Fine... Let's play!" She shouted before wrapping her vine whip around Dragnarok before unwrapping the vine on her left wrist and uses it to wrap Bandicoot up. She then throws the duo out the window.
After skidding across the ground for second, Dragnarok and Bandicoot got back up and took a stance as Miasma Mandragora bursts through the wall.
"Let me show you what happens when you play with a woman's heart..." The plant-based Homunculus hissed before throwing numerous blobs of poison at duo, who barely dodged.
Miasma Mandragora then let's out a sonic scream, which Dragnarok counters with a Siren Scream. As the two sound-based attacks clash against each other, Bandicoot sneaks behind the Homunculus and spins into her, causing her to lose focus and get hit with the Siren Scream, which stuns her in place, allowing Dragnarok to hit her with a Comet Dash, push her back a bit.
"So you like to play rough, huh?" Miasma Mandragora asked before stomping the ground, launching a bunch of boulders into the air, having them rain down onto the heroes.
Thinking fast, Dragnarok destroyed the boulders with a Earth Shot, reducing them to dust, which Bandicoot uses on perform a sneak attack.
Having enough, Miasma Mandragora lets out a scream as the whole city began to shake.
As Dragnarok and Bandicoot try to regain their balance, huge cracks began to form in the ground, which soon had giant vines and roots sprouting out of them.
"Alright... No more games!" The Homunculus shouted before lashing her vine whip at lightning speed. Using Dragon Time, Dragnarok runs pass the lashes and grabs onto Miasma Mandragora's wrists. "If you wanted to get close to me, you should've just asked~" The Homunculus then wraps her vine whips around Dragnarok's wrist, causing the draconic hero to grind his teeth in pain as the thorns began to sink into his skin. "So now what cutie?~"
"This!" Dragnarok shouted before performing the Ice Fury, blasting Miasma Mandragora away while also freezing the vines and roots around the heroes.
Once the attack dies down, Dragnarok, with a cold mist surrounding his body, walks out to the defeated Miasma Mandragora, who had patches of frost on her skin.
"Magnificent..." She said as cracks began to form on her body. "Cute, funny, and strong... You are truly a keeper..."
"So I heard." Dragnarok said as the cold mist dispels.
"Well then, let me tell you something. When Lord Eldritch was growing up in the Order of the Guardians, he was under the care of an instructor who was a perfectionist that took protecting the Miraculouses seriously and would punish Lord Eldritch severely for the slightest mistakes." Miasma Mandragora said as more cracks began to form.
"Why are you and your kin telling me this? Does Eldritch know you're tell me his past?" Dragnarok asked.
"He does. He ordered us to tell you if you managed to beat us. Why exactly, we do not know." Miasma Mandragora said with more cracks appearing on her body. "Before we part ways, I want to do one more thing..."
"What-?" Dragnarok said, unable to finish as Miasma Mandragora somehow managed to open the mouth piece of his face mask and gave him a kiss on the lips, which shock the draconic hero.
After a few seconds, Misama Mandragora stops and gives Dragnarok one last smile.
"Good luck~" She said before shattering into small shards of poison and earth, leaving behind a giant root.
Grabbing the root, Dragnarok held it close to his chest as Bandicoot gives him a look of concern.
Meanwhile, beneath the Catacombs of Paris, Eldritch saw what had happen through his giant crystal.
"So he managed to defeat three of my generals..." Eldritch said. "My respect for him is growing by the minute. Still, he failed to stop the tower from reaching maximum power. Soon.. A new world will be born."
And with that, Eldritch let's out a evil laugh.
And that's it for the three general!
But before we go, I want to address something.
First, you may have noticed that Maven's Bear Miraculous is now known as the Grizzly Miraculous. You see, it turns out there is a Bear Miraculous (Which is a Brooch) in the actual show, as it's part of the Native American Miracle Box, which also holds the Eagle Miraculous that appearing in the New York special.
I did however, think of a way to get around this. You see, the Bear Miraculous didn't say what type of bear it's based off. It could be a brown bear or a black bear. So I made the Grizzly Miraculous a "sibling" to the Bear Miraculous. I know it's a stretch, but just work with me here.
