A/N: This is another fun new story coming from my ridiculously jumbled up mind. Its a somewhat canon-divergent (gets more and more as time goes on) Fairly Oddparents story set in another city, in what I consider an alternate reality just to save face on anything even remotely similar to the source material with OCs as stand-ins for canon characters. Inspiration comes from many sources, most notably and obvious a couple of other fics known as Sticky and.. I'll get back to you all about that one. Otherwise, this is not canon-compliant as far as alternate, OC-centric fics can go. Some things will be eatablished canon, others will definitely be handled with a helping of creative liberty. More differences between canon and this will become apparent soon enough. Im sorry if you dont like it, but it got some love at Deviantart, not to mention the art I have to go along with it. Also, I'm sorry for the errors in text formatting you might expect in such situations as thinking and whatnot. I am currently typing this up on the app (this note, not the chapter itself) and the formatting went out the qindow. I'm too lazy to change it about right now, but as soon as my browser stops refreshing the page without saving it will be fixed. Enjoy, and have a good day.

Prologue

An Unexpectedly Granted Wish

The sun peeked over the horizon of the Geode Mountains located beyond the borders of the city as the earliest signs of traffic began sounding downtown. Out in the suburbs, the twilight shades of the night faded away to the clear blue-gray of early-morning skies as the sun shone through the second story windows of a particularly large suburban home. Inside the bedroom of which two of the three sun-facing windows looked into, nothing moved at the early hour as two people lay, sleeping soundly.

Feeling the sun on their face, one figure began to wake. Sleepily, the girl with crimson red hair picked her head up, wiping the sleep from her eyes and running a hand habitually through her hair. Huh. Why is my hair such a mess? She thought as she realized she wasn't alone in the bed she found herself in as a shuffling of sheets from next to her made her look the slight bit down at the face of Nick Negron- currently fifteen- smiling serenely as he slept. She didn't think anything of the situation of waking up in bed with the younger teen she babysat a majority of the time until she felt his hand on her bare back as it twitched, squeezing lightly as if he was a cat making it's spot to rest. The nineteen year old Serena Abdullah's eyes shot open faster than the pneumatic air compressors they used for some theme park rides as she realized she was naked, and so was Nick! The gravity of the situation began to dawn on Serena as she tried to extract herself carefully from the bed, only to find herself hard-pressed to move, sore from what she could only imagine had happened the night before.

Cursing to herself, she managed to remove herself from Nick, Serena using every bit of strength she had to stop herself from grunting out a moan as she felt something extract itself from within her. Fuck, that only adds fuel to the fire.. She thought as she stood up, rushing herself to the bathroom before Nick could wake up and see her fleeing. She missed the watchful glances of the two off-colored iguanas situated in a large tank on end of the room.

Once inside the bathroom, she looked at her reflection in the mirror, gasping at the sight. "Oh, no, no, no." She repeated as she saw further proof of the unexpected events that must have transpired. Her hair was everywhere, but that she already knew. She had the telltale marks of hickeys strewn about one side of her neck as well as what she could only think was an actual bite mark located further on her shoulder, where the mark wouldn't be seen so easily. "He fucking marked me?!" She hissed quietly, not believing the evidence piling up that she, a nineteen year old about to start classes at the local college, had become a cradle robber and fucked the boy she had inadvertently spent the last five years trying to ignore her own constantly badgering emotions for. But why couldn't she actually remember what had gone on? She tried to think back on the night before, but instead her mind reeled through countless memories of her and Nick's frequent interactions over the years..

A fourteen year old Serena meeting Nick- then ten- for the first time as she began babysitting him, the first inklings of a crush forming for the adorable little boy even then. She denied such feelings, of course. It was all too inappropriate..

A few months later, their routine had been established. Serena came around Nick's house to babysit him, sometimes for days at a time, and proceeded to take the frustrations of being unable to stop crushing on the younger boy out on him. Borderline abuse, her actions would seem, but only she knew the true pain behind her actions, crying every night before going to sleep..

Nick's eleventh birthday came and went, Serena's denial causing her lashing out to make Nick distant, hateful of her despite her own self-hatred at the whole situation. She felt pathetic, crushing on an eleven year old when she knew she wouldn't be a part of his life forever and he would find his own happiness one day, most likely leaving her behind in his memories of.. well tougher times. She had him stay in his room that day, not wanting to let her true feelings be heard lest she let them slip..

Nick was thirteen now, starting to fill out into the man he would become in only a few more years. These developments sent Serena down a dark spiral of sexual fantasies, the boy in question no help since even the looks of annoyance and anger had begun to turn Serena on further, spurring thoughts of rough, angry thrusts and grunts she just wanted to stop replaying in her mind again and again..

Now fifteen, Nick had gone from the scrawny little kid she'd adored to a young man who, despite the time that had passed and all the drama she would cause him, still stayed a constant in her head. Her friends in school, the few she still had after her crush had sent her into her own zone, kept telling her to just tell him. They had seen him around their high school the year previous before they had graduated, and they saw why their friend had fallen so hard for him. Serena had even had to burn a few bridges throughout the year, since any of her girlfriends who said anything remotely similar to Nick being a good looking guy effectively invoked the protective rage Serena carried but still denied. And now..

.. Now she had slept with him. Serena had had sex with Nick. There would be no going back from that choice, there usually never was. Not that it mattered. It couldn't happen again. Not while Nick was understandably still underage. It wouldn't be for another two years that they could even think of doing something like their deed the night before, since the cut off age for minors in their area was seventeen. No, stop it! It isn't going to happen again! She thought to herself, knowing her words were empty. At least, to a degree.

She sighed heavily, muttering curses under her breath in disbelief that she had let it go so far. But again, how did it all happen?! It was then that she fwlt something mocing down her leg and, swiping at the foreign substance, brought it closer to her to see. She held in her scream at the realization of just what was running down her leg and now sticking her fingers together oh so slightly. "No! He came inside too?! Shit was yesterday even a safe day for me?" She rushed to find her phone, hopefully far enough away from Nick to let her keep whatever part of her mind that wanted her to march back into that bedroom and do it again quiet.

-_-_-

Nick finally opened his eyes several minutes later, frowning at his now lone presence in his bed, his hand still feeling the warmth from Serena's body that had been laying with him, his teenage dick still inside her from the night before. "Juana? Ricky?" He called, his voice hoarse still from the previous night as his two iguanas looked at him before they both went poof in a cloud of fairy dust as the two fairy godparents appeared in front of their charge.

Juana and Ricky had been with Nick ever since Serena had stepped onto the scene of Nick's life, her constant borderline torturing of the boy the catalyst for Nick to have the magical guardians. The two fairies were a married couple, which wasn't the most common for a kid to get more than just one even when the fairies in question were married. Their whole existence in Nick's life was to make him happy, granting him any wish that fell within the bylaws the Fairies had known which manifested as a ridiculously thick book known as Da Rules. Nick still had no idea why the Fairies used Da instead of The. Da made it sound Russian.

Juana had bright blue hair that was perpetually styled into waves that fell below her shoulders, which wasn't very long really since Fairies stood at about up to Nick's knees. Ricky, the older of the two, instead had hair brown enough to be mistaken for weird-looking chocolate. Both wore casual clothes which, if needed, could change to whatever costume change they may need. The two fairies smiled at their godson. "Morning, big guy," Ricky said. "Looks like you had a good night."

Nick sat up, confused momentarily until he realized he had no shirt on, or pants, as the memories of the night came back to him..

The previous night, Nick had been chilling in his room, Switch JoyCon controllers in his hands as he took a nosedive off a cliff in the latest Pokémon game. That was, until Serena opened his door. "Time for bed, you little jerk." She said, crossing her arms below her sizable breasts as she half-glared at the fifteen year old.

Nick looked at the clock on the wall. "It isn't even nine, yet! You know as well as I do that my curfew on school days is eleven. What the hell, Serena?" He scowled. He really hated it when Serena did this kind of shit.

"Too bad. I'm in charge until your mom comes back from her retreat in Canada, so you live by my rules until such a point." Nick had a look of defiance that sent an unwanted but frequent enough shiver to roll down the older girl's spine. "I'll go to bed at eleven. Right now, I'm hunting down a red lobster and am on a time limit, so screw off please."

Serena scowled, hating that even when rude Nick could still make the demand sound.. polite enough. She eyed the cord for the television plugged into the wall near the door and, bending down, unplugged the electronic gaming console.

Nick had been distracted by his babysitter bending down, the view of her cleavage making Nick look away just as Serena looked back towards him. It was then he realized exactly what she'd done as the entire television system turned off from her unplugging of it. "The fuck?!"

Serena looked at him, wagging her finger. "Tsk tsk, Nicky. You know better than to use that language in front of a lady, don't you?"

Nick scoffed. "I'll let you know when I find a lady, then. Just get out, I'll go to fucking bed." He said, putting the controller down.

Serena nodded. "Thank you. Now don't disturb me, I'm going to go watch my shows." With that, the girl left, Nick's eyes never leaving the sight of Serena's gorgeous ass as it retreated from his doorway and down the hall to what was essentially her own room since Nick and his mother had no other guests to have over for extended periods of time.

Other than the longing he felt as he watched the older girl leave, all was now silent in his room as he tossed a wadded up piece of paper towards one wall, as threateningly as he could. When it bounced off and landed on his iguana tank, Juana and Ricky appeared.

"Heya, big guy. Why the long face?" Juana asked despite knowing more of the current situation than either teen knew.

Nick sighed and yawned at the same time. "Stupid Serena, always screwing with me like she owns me. It's like she never really cared like she seemed to in the beginning.."

"Eh, don't worry about her, Nick. Serena just has some.. issues going on and she's unfairly taking out her frustrations on you."

"Yeah, whatever. How would you know, Juana?" He didn't listen if she answered him, his mind was racing with degenerate thoughts as he hatched a plan. "Juana, I wish that I had the courage and capability to give Serena a piece of my mind. I'm done staying quiet."

Juana frowned. "Are you sure that's how you want to wish that, Nick? You know how easy it is to misconstrue a wish and it's meaning." She warned, her prior knowledge making her know things weren't about to play out as Nick himself thought they would.

Nick shrugged. "It sounds fine to me, Juana. So come on, out with the wish granting."

Juana rolled her eyes. Teenagers. She thought as she held her wand up, the star at the top glowing before Nick was surrounded by wispy smoke that circled him for several seconds before dissipating. Nick hummed for a moment before nodding. "Alright, now to go give Serena a piece of my mind." He said as he walked out of the bedroom, closing the door behind him as the two fairies poofed back into their tank.

"You think it's gonna go wrong, love?" Ricky asked with a heavy sigh and nod from his wife.

"Ricky, I don't think it'll go wrong, I already know. All this wish will do is drive them further apart, with Serena's attitude." The iguana shook her head. "Whatever, I'm tired. It's been a long day already."

Agreeing, Ricky curled up next to his wife as the two fairies turned iguanas tried to get some sleep.

Nick had gone to Serena's door, knocking and then opening the threshold before Serena could retort to his intrusion. Frowning, she glanced sideways at the phone held to her ear. "I'll have to call you back, Nina. Got some babysitting stuff to finish up. Yeah, talk to you later." The nineteen year old hung her phone up and put it down on the bed next to her, her violet eyes meeting Nick's brown ones. "Alright, jerk, what do you want?"

Nick had been thinking about what he would say to her during such a confrontation, but the wish had backfired in its own way, just as Juana had warned of. He found no words would come out but his body was all for sending the message as he slowly walked into the room, his gait making the older girl fearful of just what was going on.

Serena stood up once Nick was only several feet away, the roots of fear taking hold of her as she tried to stand her ground. "Nick? The fuck is wrong with you, jerk?" Nick still didn't speak a word as he stopped less than a full step away from Serena, the older girl's eyes level with the younger boy's. She could see emotions swirling within his eyes, as she no doubt mirrored his look, but she couldn't determine what those emotions could be. "Seriously you jerk, the hell is wrong with you?!" Her voice sounded angry, but Nick could inherently tell she was instead scared.

Serena yelped when Nick's arms shot towards her and grabbed both of her wrists holding them up as Serena tried to struggle her way out of his grip. So strong.. She bit her lip as Nick's eyes narrowed, his pupils reminding her of deep, dark pits as his face shot forward, his lips meeting Serena's in a forced yet overly passionate kiss.

Serena couldn't believe what was happening. Was this real? Was Nick actually kissing her?! No, that was impossible, there was no way he would regard her in such a way. Not after the treatment she had given him for the better part of the last five years. This was just another of the countless fantasies she'd had in her sleep since he'd started invading then. Even in her denial, her lips betrayed her as she started kissing him back only for him to pull back, the look he was giving her stunning her silent- as if she was a deer caught in headlights- for all but a whimper as she tried pulling him closer. Wait.. when did my arms wrap around him?

Her train of thought was short-lived as Nick audibly growled at her, making Serena shiver and curse herself for the wetness beginning to form between her legs as her thighs squeezed together in an attempt to stop it. Then, his head darted for her neck, where he started tenderly kissing her, making the girl start losing her mind over the situation again until she repositioned herself, trying to get Nick off. "Stop it, jerk!" Her breathing became shallow as the continued light kisses made her head spin. "Nicky, please, stop this! Where is this all coming from?!" She said behind grit teeth as Nick felt like he had all of her power absorbed into his own, seeing as she couldn't even budge him from the embrace he had put them in.

Nick stopped for a moment, his still predatory gaze making her bite her lip again as his lips got close to her shoulder, pressing lightly to it several times before he spoke for the first time since entering the room, his voice low. "You.. are mine!" Serena's yelp of pain quickly turned into a pleasurable gasp as Nick sank his teeth into her shoulder, somewhere she could at least hide the mark he'd made. Then things began getting heavy, and Serena's coherence of the situation quickly deteriorated as the boy she crushed on took her in every way, her mind still believing the event to be something of a dream..

Nick's eyes snapped back open and he began to- understandably- panic. "What the fuck?! What did I..? I had.. with Serena..?! Oh, no no this can't be happening. She's going to kill me! That's it, I'm done for." He stopped for a moment, realizing what he in fact could do to take his mind off of the mistake of a wish he had made. "Why would I even do that?"

"It should be pretty obvious, big guy. I mean, we've seen some shit," Ricky said, pointing between himself and Juana. "And you have it bad for that girl, you've just been too upset at her because of her actions towards you and the fact she's older than you.. Oh, I see the real issue here."

"It'll be alright, Nicky. I'm more than sure Serena thinks it was all some very lucid dreams. It seemed like she didn't remember her own change in attitude once you brought her into your bed with you, which tracks because she looked like half her mind was already gone from whatever you'd done to her before coming in here again." Juana continued, trying to attempt to calm Nick down enough.

Nick just shook his head. "Teachers didn't say Serena had the mind of an elephant for no reason, Juana! I gotta get out. Gotta get.. out.. I wish I was dressed, ready for school and elsewhere to avoid Serena."

Juana shook her head. So stubborn.. "Fine, but you better talk to that girl at some point. Something tells me she's taking it much worse than you seem to be."

"Noted." Nick said as he disappeared in a loud poof and explosion of smoke, sending him off to avoid the supposed wrath of Serena.

Down the hall, Serena wrung her hands together repeatedly as the flashes of last night kept coming to her. The moans she let loose, the ecstasy of feeling her crush- as much younger as he was- fill her deepest reaches. Not to mention the tenderness he'd carried once he was done, wrapping his arms around her as protectively as if the entire world would up end itself in pursuit of the girl. I need to talk to him. It was inappropriate, but I can't say I don't want it to happen again, that would just be a total lie of he remembers the night as I do now.. But then what do I say? Fuck.. She stopped at Nick's door, expecting the silence to mean Nick was still asleep. I've never slept as well as I did in his arms last night, either.. She knocked on the door. "Nick? Wake up you little jerk, you have school.." She opened the door and frowned at the fully empty room as she sighed. "We're gonna talk about this sooner or later, Nicky. We need to.." She sighed again before closing the door, assuming Nick must then already be on his way to school, albeit still early. Now I just have to get you out of my head for five minutes so I can focus on cleaning up before you come back home.. Even though sh basically did live there, Serena still felt the ghost of a smile morph her mouth as she went downstairs.

The two iguanas just looked at each other. Could it be this wish gone sideways- this time- had actually become beneficial to Nick and Serena? Only time would be able to tell..

Meteora High School, Two Hours Later..

Now that class was in session, Nick tried his best to focus on whatever Mr. Tock was saying at the front of the class. Nick hated the first few days of school were just for introductions to teachers and classes but knew it was necessary so the students knew what they needed for each class and if they were missing any supplies in general. But he took it as much as anyone else. The problem was that his mind couldn't stop racing, flashes of his unnatural- for him- savagery in what he'd done to Serena.. No, with her. Once the real shock had died down, Serena had fully engaged with their actions.

Don't stop, Nicky. Please, just don't stop! She had moaned out for him during one point in the extensive session. Nick shook his head, he had to get her off of his mind. He didn't know what had gone wrong with his wish, but he knew he shouldn't have done all that to Serena, even if she was willing and wanting in the end. She was his babysitter, the girl who made his life miserable to the point he'd been given Juana and Ricky as fairy godparents, who were now the dark blue pen in his hand as well as the red notebook he knew wasn't in the bag before school. Mr. Tock saw the distant look on Nick's face as he slammed a hand on Nick's desk, making him jump.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Mr. Negron. Long night? Maybe causing mayhem with your fairy godparents!" He twitched as he said the last words, a usual reaction the teacher had had towards him for years and had occasionally almost found out about the pair of fairies.

Nick sighed. "Honestly? There was some mayhem, but there are no such things as fairies, Mr. Tock. Do I need to go speak to your father again like when he came around last year for the end-of-year awards ceremony?" You have no idea the mayhem yet to come..

Across the room, a senior girl typed something into her phone, keeping an eye on the boy being interrogated by the teacher like she had been asked to.

-_-_-

Meanwhile, Nick's House..

Serena huffed as she finally got her hair back into it's ponytail, thankful the shirt she'd found in her drawers covered up the hickeys all over her neck, a thin short-sleeved flannel shirt closed up until the third button, where her boobs could at least breath as she heard the buzzing of her cell on the bathroom counter next to her. Running a hand through her newly fixed ponytail, she looked at the screen and picked it up immediately, unlocking the screen while wincing from the sudden force her hand had taken through the end of the ponytail.

Mela Johnson: He seems okay, still taking Mr. Tock's fairy shit in stride. You sure you need me to keep an eye on him? He does look like he's a bit heated though, cheeks flushed and whatnot. They've been that way since I walked into homeroom this morning.

Quickly, Serena typed a reply, eyes twinkling with curiosity. Is he.. thinking about last night?

Serena Abdullah (Me): Please, just until dismissal. I'm going to pick him up today, I need to talk to him about something..

Mela Johnson: Rena.. You didn't do anything to that sweet boy, did you? God knows you do enough to him.

Serena sighed. Mela would say that, being the only other girl the nineteen year old knew who had a crush on Nick, which begged why it was older girls who seemed to fall for him.

Me: I didn't do anything.. Maybe..? Honestly it's a long story that, currently, I can't explain. Just keep an eye on Nick, let me know if anything else seems off. Please, Mel.

Mela Johnson: Of course, Serena. Just remember you owe me. Phone use in school is already outlawed enough.

Serena put the phone down. She owed Mela a lot for keeping an eye on Nick over the last five years, keeping close as far as school went. It wasn't that Serena didn't trust Nick, she knew he was more than capable of handling himself, she just couldn't stop herself from worrying. Despite what she showed towards Nick normally, but things had changed. Whether he really knew what he had done the night before or not, she needed to confront him about it. Especially if it had anything to do with her attitude towards him the last five years. Hiding my feelings couldn't have brought that on me, could it? Having remembered everything by now, Serena hated herself. Not because it was Nick, she had been drawing on her own misgivings for the boy with her attitude for years but always made sure Nick was still okay at the end of the day, even if he didn't know about her midnight visits to his doorway to check on him. His two fucking iguanas defonitely knew about such visits though, thank everything holy they couldn't talk..

Lunch Period (5th), Cafeteria Quad..

Nick sat alone at a table on the edge of the Quad, farthest away from the doors leading back inside and today, he just felt he needed to eat alone. His thoughts hadn't stopped turning back to Serena, the things he'd done to her. Her reactions. It was intoxicating to think about but he couldn't figure out why it was so stuck in his mind.

"You okay there, hunny?" Came Juana's voice as he looked at the fairy turned notebook.

"I'm fine, just.. A lot on my mind."

"You know, big guy. It isn't abnormal to think of such things."

"Ugh, but that's the thing, this wouldn't be happening if I hadn't made that wish last night. I did something bad, guys, no matter how things ended. I.. I practically-"

"No, big guy, don't think that. That wish did exactly what you wanted it to. The issue is that you thought things were going to go differently. You don't think that, maybe, you actually have a crush on your otherwise tormentor? I mean, she looked more than happy when she woke up this morning before realization hit her. I would risk thinking that maybe, somewhere deep down, last night was supposed to happen for both of you. Just food for thought, sport." Juana explained with a sympathetic smile.

Nick sighed. "Yeah, alright, maybe. That still doesn't defeat the fact that I did it, Juana. And I wasn't trying to do that, and now I'm stuck with her on my mind like a catchy song. I'm not gonna survive the rest of school like this.."

The two fairies could only hum as they watched their godchild. Hopefully he wouldn't make another wish to further twist things as he knew them..

-_-_-

Dismissal..

Serena sighed as she tapped her foot on the asphalt next to her car, waiting for Nick. When she finally saw him exit the building, giant headphones over his ears, she couldn't stop the smile forming on her lips as the previous night continued to haunt her thoughts. When he looked towards her and saw her, the older girl summoning him over to the car with a finger, the blush he gained made her giggle. Oh, what you must be thinking, if my own thoughts are anything to go by..

Despite the deep-seated fear he had been sitting on all day, Nick didn't deny her giving him a ride home. Getting in silently, he pulled the headphones off as music blared for a second before stopping, Nick having pressed the button on one ear.

The drive towards his home stayed silent until Serena, knuckles white on the steering wheel as she tried thinking of how to approach the situation, finally spoke up. "How was school?" What? Why is that the first thing I ask him?

Nick's usual attitude was present, whether or not that was particularly good was lost on Serena. "Hmph. Didn't think you cared."

Serena frowned as she kept her eyes on the road. "Of course I care, Nick. Maybe I don't treat you as I should all the time, alright? But I'm still your babysitter, and your safety is my number one concern. Again, even if I don't seem to show it. Now, I'll ask once more. How was school?"

Nick sighed, looking out the window (in truth, anywhere but at Serena except for the faint reflection he saw in the window pane). "It was fine. Your ex got suspended for giving wedgies to like ten freshmen."

Serena nodded. "Giles never learns, Nick. Although, you know that well enough from experience." She stopped at the crosswalk as elementary school kids crossed the street, today being the last day of slightly early dismissal for the younger students. "I remember when you were that cute." She mentioned offhandedly, sucking in a breath as she realized what she'd said.

Nick, thankfully, ignored her if he even had heard the muttering. "Yeah, well, I was an easy target for him in middle school."

Serena hummed. "Yes, I do remember such days. You aren't that scrawny little kid anymore though, Nick." And I know that the most of all, now..

Nick didn't hide the blush that crept onto his face. "I know that. I can handle myself, Serena. Seriously, what's wrong? You don't pick me up unless there's either an emergency or you bring me down to that fucking quarry everyone says is haunted on the Southside of town."

"That was one time! You told me you wanted to check it out. I didn't realize you didn't want to during the night when that shit will happen."

"Yeah, well, still. It was rare enough to consider the running. What's this about?" He finally looked at her, and she knew he already knew what she might say next.

Serena sighed. "Hold on." She said as she pulled into the local mall, parking as far from the building as the parking lot would allow. Nick's eyes widened slightly as he heard the doors lock, Serena's car unable to unlock unless initiated by the driver. She turned towards him, one leg now propped up on the side as well as under her other leg as she tried reading his eyes. "Nick, we need to talk."

"About..?" Nick asked, playing dumb. He really didn't want to have this conversation, especially not so soon after such things had happened. The fifteen year old no longer trusted his body to act on his orders.

Serena frowned, hurt in her eyes, although Nick couldn't figure out why the emotion was there in the first place. "Really, Nick? Please, please don't play around right now, because you know exactly what I'm talking about. Last night. Me and you. What the fuck were you thinking?!" Nick stayed silent, not wanting to say something to make the situation worse. "Come on, Nick. This is serious."

"I wasn't thinking, alright?! I went to your room to tell you off for how you fucking treat me, and somehow my body took over. It sounds ridiculous and nonsensical, I know, but that's the thing. I have no idea why I did that. Any of it.." He turned away, supposedly content to stare outside at the passing cars.

Serena's frown deepened. That wasn't what she had been hoping to hear, although she didn't even know what that was supposed to be. "Nick.. People don't sexually assault their babysitter like that for no reason. I won't lie and say I didn't enjoy it, in the end, but that doesn't make it right! You're fifteen! Still a fucking minor! Anyone finds out we had sex, it's over for me. You understand that, right? I'll get arrested, shunned, and you'll be without a babysitter at all while your mom gallivants all over the fucking country as she does. You want that?"

Nick frowned, still not looking towards Serena, even though he could hear the tears starting to well up in her eyes. "What would it matter, Serena? You've treated me like a slave or the dirt under your foot for almost five years now. I think I could live without you constantly around." Despite the conviction he carried in his words, Nick's heart thudded as if it was about to thrash in place, highly violently as well.

"I'm sorry.." At first, Nick didn't think he'd heard the nineteen year old right, until he looked over at her, Serena now slumped against her seat as she looked at him. "I'm sorry, Nick. I know I've been a shit babysitter to you, alright? I hate that I have been, but when things on your mind overwhelm you, you tend to act out instead of acting on those things. You know what I'm talking about, don't you?"

Nick nodded, now finding himself unable to look away from Serena. She looked tired, not sleepy but mentally exhausted. Nick could only guess as to what had been going through her mind all day as opposed to himself. "Yeah.. Now I do.."

"Is it that bad? Thoughts of last night?" Another nod. "I can't get it off of my mind, either, Nick. That's another problem. It was inappropriate to do those things to me last night, no matter how much I may have liked it, and it cannot happen again. Understand?" Although my body keeps screaming to do it again..

Nick sighed. "I understand, Serena. Jeez, why is this so important to you? If it's like that, it didn't happen, alright? No one will know what we did last night, because you're right. You would be arrested and whatever else and.. even with my attitude you're the only one I rely on.."

Oh, honey.. "It's alright, Nick. Thank you for understanding about this, it's.. ugh this isn't how I imagined my Friday going, talking to you of all people about sex."

"Same. You're really not mad about it, though?" Nick had expected her to crash the car, jumping out to save herself at the last second. It would have tracked with the last five years much more than an apology.

Serena giggled, making Nick's mind race to the night before where the giggling had been almost nonstop. At one point, at least. "Um, no. I'm pissed. But, I know you're nothing but honest, so I trust you not to do some shit like that again. Alright? I can be better to you, Nick, I just don't want another night like that." I honestly don't think my body could take another onslaught like that. Serena was really starting to hate her own thoughts.

"Got it, Serena. I'm sorry again." I just hope I can keep you out of my head for five fucking minutes..

"Apology accepted, Nick. Now, let's get home, alright? I'll order you some food from that Chinese place you seem to love so much, okay?"

Nick nodded with a smile. "Yeah, that actually sounds great. But, if it's any difference to you.. Could I just walk the rest of the way home? I'm.. I still can't stop thinking of it.."

"Yeah, I know the feeling.. Alright, just don't come home too late, Nick. I don't want to have to look all over town for you. I worry about you too much. And yes, I know. I have a funny way of showing it. Now go. And here, I forgot to give it to you yesterday." She went into the pocket of her baggy sweatpants, pulling out a few twenty dollar bills. "Your mom said this was for the good job you did on your summer report." Nick had hated writing the thing, but he had been more than happy to have gotten a perfect grade on it. He had forgotten his mother had mentioned such a thing to him earlier in the week.

Nick took the bills, his hand and Serena's touching for a moment too many as both pulled their hands back, red creeping up Nick's face more noticeably than Serena's darker tan skin. "Thanks, Serena. I'll.. I'll see you back at the house." He said before climbing out of the car, leaving his backpack with his babysitter as twin poofs came from the bag unnoticed, Juana and Ricky joining Nick as he walked away from the car.

Serena sat there, watching Nick walk off until he disappeared from sight. She sighed heavily as her mind raced, unable to shake the ghosts of thoughts of actions the two very well could have gotten up to had their hands not stopped. She banged her head on the steering wheel. "I'm such a bad babysitter.. All I can think of now is.. ugh, gotta ignore it. Just get back to the house, and make sure things are alright with him once he comes back. And stop the utter maelstrom that is my mind from getting to me. Again." She wasn't going to admit to Nick that she had in fact needed to masturbate before picking him up just to stop herself from acting on her thoughts while with him, and she hated that she felt like she's have to once more to deal with the fifteen year old later. "If only the age thing didn't really matter.." While it didn't to most, Serena opted to play it safe for such a thing. Last thing she needed was mama bear (when present) Kayla Negron firing her or worse over deflowering her little boy. Granted, he deflowered me, too.. Oh, it was going to be a long day still.

-_-_-

Soon after he had left Serena's car behind, Nick stopped walking and just sat down on a concrete divider that overlooked a stream that wound underneath the road, tiny fish swimming up and down the water with flashes telling where they were. He had told Juana and Ricky to go back home a short while ago, when the car was still in view, to keep an eye on Serena just in case. At least she.. isn't totally pissed. She's obviously having trouble keeping her own mind clean of last night. But why? Why did the wish make me act like that? Do those things to her? "Ugh, why can't I just fucking get her out of my head!"

"Dude, keep it down, will you? Trying to relax over here.. Nick?" Came another voice as Nick looked down at the stream, finding his classmate Mela sitting on a rock next to the stream, a stick in her hand with the tip submerged in the stream.

"Mela? What are you doing here?" Nick asked as he flipped his body around and jumped the several feet down to the bank of the small river.

"I come here on Fridays and just sit here, playing with the fish." She smiled at him. "Despite the less stressful nature of weekends, you still have to pull yourself back now and then to just.. enjoy shit. What about you? Girl on your mind?" She hoped it was herself, but something was telling her it truly wasn't.

Nick nodded sullenly. "Yeah, something like that. A.. a lot happened last night, and nowit won't stop replaying through my head like some twisted dreams version of Groundhog Day."

"Hmm." Mela didn't like that answer, seeing as how she last saw Nick at school the day before, no later. "Sounds like you got bit by the bug pretty badly. Who is she? Anyone I know?"

Nick made an unconvincing sound in reply. "Most likely. I'm pretty sure everyone in town knows her. I.. I can't say any more, Mela. I don't want anyone getting in trouble."

Mela frowned but nodded. "Alright. We're all entitled to our secrets." She stood up, stretching before tossing the stick further down the stream. "I'm gonna start heading home. It's almost time for dusk to start setting in, so it would be harder to get home with the shady shit that goes on in the main city if I waited much longer."

Nick nodded. "Yeah, I should probably head back, too. Serena will get worried if I'm home too late tonight. I'll see you around, Mela." He said, waving to his friend as she climbed up the hill towards the road, hopping the concrete divider in a flawlessly acrobatic jump.

"See you, Nick! And don't think too hard, it'll only leave you more confused." She called back as Nick began his own ascent up the small hill. No trouble, huh? What could that.. Mela gasped, willing herself to keep walking instead of stop and look back at Nick. Serena.. You didn't..? She took out her phone and typed a message to Serena.

-_-_-

Serena had just reached the house, turning the car off as she saw her phone go off with a new text message. Opening it, her eyes widened comically. Fuck.

Mela Johnson: Hey. I just saw Nick, he seems like there's a lot on his mind as of late, all stemming from a girl, although he wouldn't elaborate because he said it would get someone in trouble. Did you fuck him?

Me: No, of course not, Mel. Why would you think it had to do with me? Nick can barely stand me on a good day, you know that.

Mela Johnson: I do, only because of you and your stupidly unrequited crush. It's twenty twenty-three, Serena! People have much worse things to deal with in the world than an of age babysitter screwing her charge who is only a few years younger than you. If you were over twenty-one I'd say it could be an issue but not now when you're both considered teenagers! So, again, did you sleep with Nick?

Me: …Yes. Alright? It wasn't planned, and it certainly wasn't my idea to start it. I'm not telling you anymore of this shit, Mela, so please drop it. I have enough of an issue with him dominating my brain today as it is. And yes, I'll be careful. I'm not trying to get into another night of.. well, you know..

Mela Johnson: Fine, I won't tell anyone the big bad babysitter is fucking one of her wards. But that is some serious news. How was it?

Me: As much as I want to, I'm not telling you anything more. You already know he fucked me stupid, leave it at that.

After sending the latest reply, Serena huffed and tossed her phone onto the couch, ignoring the message that Mela must have sent her back. "Fucking bitch and her intuition. I hope he's alright.. I hate myself for this, it's all my fault in the first place.." She said to no one as she decided to order dinner. By the time Nick got back, it should be fresh and ready for the fifteen year old to scarf down as he would.

Minutes later, Serena found herself leaning against Nick's doorway again, the room still empty except for the two oddly nosy iguanas who kept staring at her and the backpack Nick had left with her in the car. Sighing, Serena traced a finger along the doorframe. "I'm sorry, Nick. It's my fault you lashed out last night. My fault that I can't just tell you what I truly want.. who I want. Ugh, why did our first time have to be so.. forced on us.?" Turning away, she took one last glance around at the room, remembering how content she had felt that morning, waking up in Nick's arms as she placed the bookbag by the door against the wall. "I wish I could just tell you the truth and.. be my true self. At least, around you.."

In the iguana tank, Ricky and Juana were both surprised when their wands reacted to the wish. How the- Both fairies thought before a loud poof sounded followed by a huge cloud of fairy smoke filling the house.

-_-_-

Nick wasn't far from his house- maybe a few more blocks or so left to walk- when Juana and Ricky appeared as a single wristwatch on his wrist, both looking shocked. "Juana? Ricky? What's wrong? Why do you both look like someone just decapitated a kitten in front of you?"

"Nothing that dark, jeez, Nick. No, uh.. You may want to avoid the house for a bit longer.." Ricky said, looking away from Nick.

Nick narrowed his eyes. "What. Happened?"

"Serena was in your room. I think she was in some kind of regret but she wasn't causing trouble or anything. She was returning your backpack to your room and she, uh.. may have made a wish that our wands followed through on?"

Nick's eyes widened. "No.. You mean to tell me that Serena made a wish and, for some reason, you both granted it?" His wrist shook as the two fairies nodded. "How would that ever work?"

"We don't know, but it did! And now, she's.. different. Not much, really, but enough to notice."

Nick, now worried about what Serena could possibly have done to herself, began rushing home. Just be okay, Serena. Please.
