Sisko took a moment to gather his thoughts, the situation quickly becoming a powder keg of accusations and chaos. "I assure you all that we have no intention of concealing any crimes. If you have any concrete evidence or information, I'm willing to listen."

The Grand Nagus shot a disapproving glare at the Captain. "Evidence? Evidence is for the inexperienced! I have my sources, and they never fail me."

Odo interjected, trying to maintain order. "With all due respect, Grand Nagus, if you have any information that can be verified, we can conduct a proper investigation. But baseless accusations won't get us anywhere."

Sisko's badge crackled with the ireful voice of the Bajoran representative. "The Federation encourages Bajor to join, yet they've concealed this damning evidence of espionage against our people? How can we trust an organization that allows such betrayal by its own members to go unchecked?"

Sisko projected an aura of calm. "I understand your frustration, even if I don't yet understand this situation. I assure you that we take these allegations seriously."

The Bajoran delegate remained skeptical. "Forgive me, Captain, but it's difficult to believe that such sensitive information could go unnoticed for so long. We need more than just assurances. We need answers and transparency."

The Grand Nagus nodded vigorously, jingling with each movement. "And the Ferengi need to ensure that our financial interests are protected! We won't stand for any under-the-table deals!"

Dax stepped forward, trying to defuse the tension. "Perhaps there's been a misunderstanding. Let's all take a step back and share the information we have. We might be able to sort this out together."

Legate Tirak took a decisive step towards the Andorian representatives, clearly ready to air Cardassia's grievances once more. The Andorians held their ground, refusing to be intimidated. Sisko had had enough and took charge of the conversation before anyone else could. "Why don't we take this conversation somewhere a little more private, and I promise we will thoroughly discuss each detail to get to the bottom of this. But we're going to be civil about it, not hurling insults and accusations back and forth in the middle of my Promenade."

Each of the delegates looked like they had plenty more to say, but Sisko's words seemed to bring their composure back to them. They agreed to his terms and allowed Kira and Dax to usher them to the turbolift.
