This is my first time making The Owl House fanfiction. This my very first AU of this story. So please don't hate me if its not of your liking. Hope you enjoy.
It's a dark night, wind blows the leaves above the treetops. Crickets makes little night music, as owls hoot the night under the full moon. However, things aren't what it seems like the sound of footsteps rapidly grew. Within the shadows a figure run through the forest floor.
A young girl running through the forest barefoot without any shoes or socks, wearing what it appears to be a white shirt and pants. Her face is seen with specks of dry blood. She ran through the forest panting as she tripped on a branch, she fell into the muddy ground. Getting back up after wiping some mud off her as her face looked exhausted from running. Catching her breath.
"Where did she go?!" Shouted a voice which made the girl jerked.
"She came through here!" Shouted another as the girl looked behind her to see lights.
"Hurry, she hasn't gone far!"
Without wasting time, the girl went back to running. She ran through bushes, ferns, and shrubs as she continues running.
"Why are you running Luz?" Demands the demonic voice whispering in her ear.
Looking back Luz sees red crimson eyes of shadowy figures within the darkness. Luz screams as they flown by her, circling her. She swings her arms around trying to get them to go.
"Don't you want to atone for our mother death?"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Shouted Luz as she tripped again by a rock as she rolled down the hillside.
As she rolled, she landed into a puddle. But when looked down it wasn't any kind puddle. It is a puddle of blood she landed in. Luz gasp as she looked at her hands covered in red even on her face and clothes. She looked down at her reflection her eyes becoming red as her teeth becoming fangs, even her ears becoming pointy. Luz stares at her reflection with her eyes widen as it gave Luz a wicked grin.
"You can't run Luz." Said the Demonic Luz Reflection as blacked tentacles shot out wrapped around Luz arms and neck, she grabbed the tentacle with one hand, while using her other arm firmly stopping her. As she felt the tentacle trying to pull her in. The sky becoming red as the trees became shadows reaching for the sky as the tentacles are trying to pull Luz into the bloody puddle.
"No matter where you run to, I will always be there with you."
"Let… Me… Go!" Luz trying as more tentacles shot out from the puddle wrapping around her body "Why can't you just… LEAVE ME ALONE?!
"Oh, poor simple Luz. Don't you realize yet?"
The Demonic Luz shot out her arms as she placed her hands-on Luz face. The tentacles turned into crows as they fly in a twister as Demonic Luz pulled her into the puddle headfirst. They looked at each other in the eyes as Demonic Luz face turned into a piranha-like monster.
"I! AM! YOU!" Roar the Demonic Luz.
Luz manage pull her head out the puddle coughing as she's soaking wet from her head. The bloody puddle turned back into an average puddle, as the blood on her are gone replace with normal water. She heard twigs snapped behind her as she felt a hand grabbing behind her. Pulled by the collar stands a rather tall man with a mustache wearing a security uniform. By him is a skinny average Latin-American with a scruffy whiskers beard.
"Got you now you little brat!" Said the large man as Luz struggled to break free "You're in so much trouble!"
"Let me go, please! You need-" Luz didn't finish her sentence as she was thrown onto the ground.
"Shut up, you little sicko!" Shout the tall man.
"Whoa hermano! Take it easy, she's just a kid." Said the second guard.
"This is no kid! This little monster killed Frank when she bashed his head onto the wall!"
"P-Please, don't come any closer!" Luz begging as she crawls away on her back "You need to leave! I can't be around anyone!"
"Like hell we will!" Said the tall man as he stepped closer to Luz.
Luz feeling a sharp pain in her head as she clutches her hands onto her head. The second guard stopped his partner by grapping the shoulder.
"Look I get it. Frank is a good guy, he's like a brother to you." Said the second guard "But, taking out a little girl won't make things better. We're ordered to bring her back to the hospital without injuries."
"Not until I beat some sense into…" As the tall man about to say something they heard a cry.
Looking back at Luz, she on the ground thrushes uncontrollably. She's clutching her head as her headaches getting worse as she has tears streaming down her from her eyes and cheek. Groaning from the pain as her face is covered in sweat, the guards couldn't notice a glowing red mark on her neck. Luz couldn't be able to talk except a few words.
"N-No… please…" Said Luz in absolute pain "D-Don't want… to hurt…"
Luz looked up to the guards with one eye "Please…! Stay away from me!" Luz begged to the guards.
"What?" They both said.
"You… need to… stay away. I beg of you… get away from…" Luz words stumbling with the tall man not buying it.
"Stop bullshitting me! You're coming back with us!" Said the tall man stepping closer to Luz.
However, a dark crimson aura covered Luz as an inhuman growl escaped her mouth. On her knees with her hands still clutching her head as the strange mark on her neck glows even more.
"I said… LEAVE ME ALONE!" Shouted Luz as a strange circle is formed between her and the tall man.
Within an instance a large red fireball blasted out and ingulf the tall man. He screams in pure agony as his body is covered in flames. After a short moment as the fire stopped, the tall man is nothing but a skeleton. The skeleton fell apart as it turned into dust. The second guard who witness it drop on the ground on his buttocks. Shaking uncontrollably, as his face turned pale with sweat coming down. Luz stood up with her face towards the ground with the aura gone.
Luz gave a cold chuckle as she looked up towards the lone guard. Her right face became demonic with her eye red, her ear pointy, and fangs showing. Only side that seems human is the left side with a single tear. "Ha, ha, ha…" Luz gave a unsettle laugh as she stares at the guard.
"HAHAHAHA! The look on your face!" Said Demonic Luz "Your friend should've listened to me. Then perhaps he could've lives a bit longer."
The guard looked frighten, couldn't be able to speak as he whimpered. As Luz took a step forward, the guard quickly pulled out his gun, and aim it at Luz "DON'T MOVE!" Shout the guard with his hands trembling "DON'T TAKE ANOTHER STEP! Y-YOU HEAR ME?!"
Demonic Luz stopped as she takes a good look at him. His hands trembling as sweat is forming, the fear in his eyes, and by the look of it he's trying not to wet himself. Looking at his miserable state she couldn't help but to laugh.
"HAHAHAHA! Aw, what's wrong?" Ask Demonic Luz playing innocent "Don't tell me you're going to shoot li' old me? To shoot a little girl?"
"Sh-Shut… Shut up! Y-You're un-under…"
"I'm what?"
The guard couldn't say anything as Demonic Luz look on "That's what I thought. At least the big guy has guts, you on the other hand about to piss yourself."
However, Demonic Luz just gave the guard a friendly smile "But, consider yourself lucky that I'm letting you live." Said Demonic Luz as she looked at the guard "So, what you say to that?"
Suddenly, the guard fired his gun which hits Demonic Luz at the head. She did lend backwards as her body is about to fall. However, the guard sees Luz rising and lend forward as she stares at the guard which made his eyes widen and whimpering.
"I was going to let you live." Said Demonic Luz with a rather annoyed look as her head where the bullet pierce through her skull as blood stream down "But, you went and shot me."
The bullet wound quickly healed itself as Demonic Luz spit out the bullet. The guard dropped his gun as he crawls backwards as he stares at the Demonic Luz. His whimpering and panting increase as his hair is showing some white color.
"S-Stay away from me you monster!" Shouted the guard "Don't come any closer!"
"Sorry mister guard." Said the Demonic Luz as she raises her hand with claws on her fingers "But, you shot at me first."
She snapped her fingers as roots pierce through the forest floor. They wrapped around the guard as he screams out of fear. The roots raise him up in the air as he tried to escape. Demonic Luz grin at this as she stares at the unfortunate poor soul.
She watches as the roots begin their work as it ripped the guard arm off from shoulder. The guard scream out from agony as blood spray out the wound, as the roots then pierce through his guts also. Blood started to rain down, and the screams echoed through the dark woods. As blood landing onto Demonic Luz face and clothes, the demon side started to fade as Luz took control again only to watch in horror as organs and limps from the guard landed onto the ground.
Once the scream stopped and the guard body is nothing but a pile of chunk of meat. Luz frozen at the sight when what's left of the guard body was then drag down into the earth, leaving the organs and limps behind. Once the crisis is over Luz fell to her knees as she felt cramp in her stomach as it climbed into her mouth. Hunching over she let out content onto the floor, panting and whimpering. She looked back at the sight with tears.
"You… You didn't have to do that." Luz whispered to herself as a shadow loom over her wrapping its shadowy arms around Luz.
"He made his choice." Whispered the Demonic voice "All he needs do to is to walk away. He pulled the trigger, and he pay it with his life."
Luz not wanting to stay any longer got to her feet quickly ran from the scene. The tears in her eyes makes everything blurry as she could hardly see where she's going. Smacking against the branches as red eyes surround her as she kept on going.
"You can't escape Luz. Death will always follow you." Whisper the voice.
Luz ignore it, her eyes too blurry to see made her tripped once more as she slides on the ground. Panting and breathing hardly, she felt her strength leaving as she is becoming too tired. Before darkness could take her, she heard something hoot.
Looking up she sees an owl carrying a bag of stuff. The owl stands front of Luz as he stares at her. Luz blinks couple times before the owl starts to walk away. Following where it headed Luz sees an abandon house. Standing up, Luz feel her legs wobbling, she lends against a tree as she follows the owl. With each step she takes her body gotten weak. Like all her energy being drain.
The little owl jumps onto the steps with the huge bag in tow. As it reaches the door a stream of light emerges from it. As the owl went inside, Luz stood by the stairs, feeling she's about to faint she quickly went to the door. As she opens blinded by the light, she took a step inside before fainting into darkness as the door behind her closes.
